The difference between a well-focused image and a slightly defocused image contains information about the phase of the object. This paper describes how to retrieve this phase information from images, formed by a noncoherent imaging system. Experiments with white light from an extended source are shown. 相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射(CARS)显微能够对样品的特殊化学组分进行选择性成像,无需荧光标记,在生物医学领域被广泛应用.然而,传统的CARS图像往往存在非共振背景信号.本文将基于光强传输方程的单光束相位成像技术用于CARS显微成像,来抑制CARS的非共振背景信号.该方法通过记录样品在三个相邻平面上的CARS图像,然后利用光强传输方程获取CARS光场的相位分布,最后利用共振CARS信号和非共振背景信号在相位上的差异,实现了对背景噪声的抑制.该方法无需参考光,通过三次测量可完成CARS的背景噪声抑制,具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

运动目标检测是智能视频监控系统中的重要步骤和前提。提出了一种基于随机背景建模的非参数化建模算法,对场景中运动目标进行快速提取跟踪。在初始化阶段,从当前像素的邻域中随机抽取样本值作为背景模型;在模型更新阶段,引入了随机更新策略和背景传播机制,能够较好地抑制环境噪声;在后处理阶段,给出了一种基于积分图的前景滤波优化方法,进一步滤除噪声和填充前景空洞。实验结果表明,在复杂场景条件下,算法的目标检测性能明显优于其他几种同类算法,能够较好地抑制噪声干扰,具有较高的检测正确率。对于360288像素的测试视频,算法的计算速度高达120 f/s,完全可以满足实时应用。  相似文献

为了提高加速鲁棒特征(SURF)算法的实时性和准确性,本文提出了一种结合AGAST角点检测和改进的SURF特征描绘算法。首先利用AGAST角点检测模板检测特征点,再使用增加对角信息的哈尔小波响应来生成特征点的描述子,之后利用特征袋对产生的描述子进行编码并生成新的特征向量,最后利用支持向量机(SVM)对特征向量进行分类,完成识别。本文以SIFT和SURF算法为对照,分别进行不同视角、光照和尺度的识别实验。实验结果表明,本文算法的平均识别率为98.0%、96.9%、97.1%,平均时间分别为66.1 ms、79.3 ms、41.0 ms,在识别率上较优于SURF算法,所耗时间约是SURF算法的1/3。  相似文献

针对单一视觉跟踪算法易受遮挡影响的缺陷,提出一种基于音视频信息融合的目标检测与跟踪算法。整个算法框架包括视频检测与跟踪、声源定位、音视频信息融合跟踪3个模块。视频检测与跟踪模块采用YOLOv5m算法作为视觉检测的框架,使用无迹卡尔曼滤波和匈牙利算法实现多目标的跟踪与匹配;声源定位模块采用十字型麦克风阵列获取音频信息,结合各麦克风接收信号的时延计算声源方位;音视频信息融合跟踪模块构建音视频似然函数和音视频重要性采样函数,采用重要性粒子滤波作为音视频融合跟踪的算法,实现对目标的跟踪。在室内复杂环境下对算法性能进行测试,结果表明该算法跟踪准确率达到90.68%,相较于单一模态算法具有更好的性能。  相似文献

针对角度检测型表面等离子共振传感器结构复杂,不易于实现在线测量的特点,基于表面等离子共振(SPR)原理,提出了采用双LED进行差分光强检测折射率变化的方法。设计了参考光路,可以消除光源波动带来的影响。理论分析及实验表明,这种方法比单LED光强检测方法的灵敏度提高了近1倍。由于没有使用角度检测装置及光谱仪,易于实现仪器的小型化。  相似文献

We propose a novel symmetrization method for solving the transport of intensity equation (TIE) using fast Fourier transforms for situations where the input images may or may not exhibit spatial periodicity. The method is derived from the analysis of intensity conservation law and the internal symmetry of the TIE, and is illustrated for both a computational and an experimental data set.  相似文献

 提出用CCD漫透射成像法测量激光强度时空分布和激光功率,给出了测量原理, 简要叙述了装置总体结构,介绍了测量装置各部分,给出了散射屏的散射特性,重点分析了光路布局、镜头焦距、光圈、景深、滤光片的参数选择,介绍了数据处理软件,给出了激光强度分布测量实验结果。结果表明:漫透射成像法测量激光强度时空分布是可行的,该装置测量强度分布分辨力高达5 mm;测量功率准确、可靠,测量不确定度小于6%,使用方便,实现了在小空间内对大光斑进行功率和强度分布的同时准确测量。  相似文献

Optical diffraction tomography (ODT) is an effective label-free technique for quantitatively refractive index imaging, which enables long-term monitoring of the internal three-dimensional (3D) structures and molecular composition of biological cells with minimal perturbation. However, existing optical tomographic methods generally rely on interferometric configuration for phase measurement and sophisticated mechanical systems for sample rotation or beam scanning. Thereby, the measurement is suspect to phase error coming from the coherent speckle, environmental vibrations, and mechanical error during data acquisition process. To overcome these limitations, we present a new ODT technique based on non-interferometric phase retrieval and programmable illumination emitting from a light-emitting diode (LED) array. The experimental system is built based on a traditional bright field microscope, with the light source replaced by a programmable LED array, which provides angle-variable quasi-monochromatic illumination with an angular coverage of ±37 degrees in both x and y directions (corresponding to an illumination numerical aperture of ∼0.6). Transport of intensity equation (TIE) is utilized to recover the phase at different illumination angles, and the refractive index distribution is reconstructed based on the ODT framework under first Rytov approximation. The missing-cone problem in ODT is addressed by using the iterative non-negative constraint algorithm, and the misalignment of the LED array is further numerically corrected to improve the accuracy of refractive index quantification. Experiments on polystyrene beads and thick biological specimens show that the proposed approach allows accurate refractive index reconstruction while greatly reduced the system complexity and environmental sensitivity compared to conventional interferometric ODT approaches.  相似文献

根据高能射线针孔成像理论,采用CdZnTe像素阵列探测器建立了直接成像探测模式的伽玛源针孔探测系统。测试分析了CdZnTe像素阵列探测器的能量分辨力及峰值效率,讨论研究了针孔成像探测系统的调制传递函数和附加噪声特性,测试获得直径5 mm137Cs源的探测图像,采用Lucy-Richardson迭代算法得到了137Cs源的复原图像。实验结果表明:CdZnTe探测器对662 keV137Cs源的能量分辨力为6.25%~7.50%,峰值效率65.0%~72.5%;成像系统探测图像存在一定扩散现象,所采用的Lucy-Richardson迭代复原算法能较好地修正图像扩散,提高探测图像中心区域细节分辨力;估算所得137Cs源尺寸误差约0.5 mm,所建立的CdZnTe针孔成像探测系统能有效得到小尺寸伽玛源的辐照强度分布及尺寸信息。  相似文献

针对高强度聚焦超声治疗中实际焦点偏离引导治疗的几何焦点这一问题,本文基于被动波束成像原理,将治疗探头与影像探头联合,探讨一种新的焦点定位策略。首先,基于k-Wave声学软件创建了具有多层组织结构的超声传播模型,通过理论仿真探究了不同脂肪、肌肉厚度条件下被动波束成像方法定位焦点的准确性;除此之外,还通过仿体在实验环境下对该方法的有效性进行了初步验证。结果表明,在不同脂肪厚度的仿真模型中,被动波束合成所定位的焦点和几何焦点在轴向距离上分别与实际焦点平均相差(0.54±0.15)mm和(4.76±0.95)mm。在不同肌肉厚度的仿真模型中,由合成算法定位的焦点和几何焦点在轴向距离上分别与实际焦点平均相差(0.51±0.26) mm、(4.95±0.47) mm。仿体实验也验证了被动波束成像定位的焦点比几何焦点更接近实际损伤位置。本文从理论仿真和实验两个角度验证了被动波束成像方法在高强度聚焦超声焦点定位中的优越性,可为该方法进一步走向临床应用提供支撑,对提升高强度聚焦超声手术治疗的安全性有推动作用。  相似文献

In 4F system, compressed sensing is usually implemented by using phase modulation in Fourier domain. In this paper, we present a type of 4F system based on intensity modulation in Fourier domain as the measurement system for compressed sensing. The feasibility of this system is demonstrated. At the point of coherence, the two modulation methods are compared and superiority of intensity modulation in Fourier domain was verified. Simulations are presented and the conclusion we presented is validated. Finally, we analyze the results.  相似文献

使用基于液晶可调谐滤光器的光谱成像检测系统,对西洋参及市面上常用做假冒西洋参的伪品桔梗进行了在体检测.该系统能对检品进行连续光谱成像,光谱分辨率可达0.5 nm,配合使用Matlab软件对图像信号进行处理和分析.获取了400 nm~680 nm之间的连续荧光光谱图像,通过对比西洋参、桔梗的特征光谱曲线,及进行相关系数的计算,有效地区分了西洋参及桔梗.为西洋参的真伪鉴别提供了一定的帮助.  相似文献

The relationship between the object-plane phase and the intensity distribution in the Fresnel region can be described by the transport of intensity equation (TIE). The phase distribution can thus be uniquely determined by solving TIE. In this study, a full multigrid preconditioned conjugate gradient (FMG–CG) method is proposed to numerically solve the TIE for phase retrieval. The full multigrid method is a scalable algorithm, and can be parallelized readily and efficiently. By using this method as a preconditioner of the preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) method, fast convergence is obtained. The simulation experiments show that complicated phase distributions with fast convergence speed can be retrieved by this composite method.  相似文献

针对高光谱成像特点,提出了一种基于三维特征检测微小摄像头的方案。在空间维利用猫眼效应筛选疑似目标,在光谱维对结果进行精准判定。依据摄像头结构,分析了可见光摄像头的反射光谱特征。基于几何光学和辐射度学,计算和仿真了系统的探测距离。结果表明,正常工作时,光功率影响最小探测距离,目标尺寸影响最大探测距离。搭建了微小摄像头光谱特征验证系统。结果表明,采用吸收型红外截止滤光片的目标的非反射光占比曲线变化平缓且数值高,采用反射型红外截止滤光片的目标的非反射光占比曲线可见光部分数值高,红外部分数值低,从700 nm附近开始下降,甚至发生突变,实验数据显示,突变位置的斜率绝对值是红外波段斜率绝对值的10倍以上。实验结果与预期分析的结果一致,验证了高光谱成像技术检测微小摄像头的可行性。  相似文献

Single-photon detectors possess the ultra-high sensitivity, but they cannot directly respond to signal intensity. Conventional methods adopt sampling gates with fixed width and count the triggered number of sampling gates, which is capable of obtaining photon counting probability to estimate the echo signal intensity. In this paper, we not only count the number of triggered sampling gates, but also record the triggered time position of photon counting pulses. The photon counting probability density distribution is obtained through the statistics of a series of the triggered time positions. Then Minimum Variance Unbiased Estimation(MVUE) method is used to estimate the echo signal intensity. Compared with conventional methods, this method can improve the estimation accuracy of echo signal intensity due to the acquisition of more detected information. Finally, a proof-of-principle laboratory system is established. The estimation accuracy of echo signal intensity is discussed and a high accuracy intensity image is acquired under low-light level environments.  相似文献

The refractive index profile of an axially symmetric fiber preform is determined by using the transport of intensity equation. In this method the preform is immersed in an index-matching liquid, and a collimated light beam impinges on it laterally. The intensity distributions of the transmitted light are measured on two close parallel planes inside the preform core. From the recorded intensity distributions, the deflection function is calculated by the transport of intensity equation. The refractive index profile is obtained by means of Abel inversion. Also, for comparison, the refractive index profile of the preform is measured by the focusing method and the results are in agreement with less than 3% error.  相似文献

研究多重散射效应对舰船尾流气泡群光散射强度和偏振特征的影响是舰船光尾流探测以及新型光自导鱼雷研究的基础. 基于矢量Monte Carlo方法建立了舰船尾流气泡群激光后向探测仿真模型, 重点研究了尾流气泡群的多重散射机理,分析了多重散射效应、尾流气泡群密度对回波信号强度和偏振特征的影响规律. 基于粒子碰撞重要性抽样的基本思想, 在传统能量接收方法的基础上, 提出了回波光子偏振贡献接收方法和回波信号偏振信息统计方法, 解决了小视场系统光子返回概率低无法形成回波能量的难题. 构建了模拟尾流气泡群激光散射强度和偏振探测实验平台, 从实验的角度验证了模拟结果的准确性. 实验和模拟结果的一致性表明, 利用回波强度、偏振信息可表征气泡群距离、密度信息, 从而可对舰船尾流特别是低密度尾流进行高精度的探测和辨识. 关键词: Monte Carlo 偏振 多重散射 气泡  相似文献

Image saliency detection is widely applied in many tasks in the field of the computer vision. In this paper, we combine the saliency detection with the Fourier optics to achieve acceleration of saliency detection algorithm. An actual optical saliency detection system is constructed within the framework of incoherent imaging system. Additionally, the application of our system to implement the bottom-up rapid pre-saliency process of primate visual saliency is discussed with dual-resolution camera. A set of experiments over our system are conducted and discussed. We also demonstrate the comparisons between our method and pure computer methods. The results show our system can produce full resolution saliency maps faster and more effective.  相似文献
