It was shown that ultrasonic treatment accelerates sample preparation of soil extracts from chernozem into different solvents by a factor of 6 to 60. These extracts are used for the atomic absorption determination of soluble species of Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn. The optimum ultrasound parameters (frequency, intensity, and treatment time) were found for preparing soil extracts containing analytes in concentrations required in agrochemical procedures. Different extractants used to extract soluble heavy metals from soils of a standard chernozem type in agrochemical procedures using ultrasonic treatment were classified in accordance with the element nature.  相似文献

经过条件试验,建立了热解齐化-原子吸收光谱法直接测定红土镍矿中汞含量的方法。样品中汞含量在57~1752μg/kg,重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.6%~5.3%(n=11),回收率在92.79%~94.77%,与冷原子吸收光谱法的方法间相对偏差为5.18%~11.93%。方法准确、快速、样品用量少、无试剂污染,适合于批量样品的测试,有应用和推广价值。  相似文献

探讨了火焰原子吸收法(FAAS法)快速测定铁矿石中金属铁的分析条件。对试样的溶解方法、元素分析线、共存元素干扰、仪器分析最佳条件等进行了试验。金属铁含量在0.2%~2.0%范围与吸光度呈良好的线性,线性方程为y=22.924x–0.8458,相关系数r=0.9991。将该法用于铁精粉样品中金属铁的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.10%~2.98%(n=6),加标回收率为98.0%~103.0%。  相似文献

用原子吸收、荧光光谱法测定了不同品种香烟烟气的水吸收液中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、汞(Hg)的含量,并用等离子体发射光谱法进行比较测定。结果表明,原子吸收光谱法具有灵敏度高、干扰小、快捷的优点。方法回收率为98%~100%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。实际样品测定结果令人满意。  相似文献

采用聚氨酯泡塑富集硫脲洗脱-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金矿石中金。对样品称样量、硫脲洗脱时间、磷酸三丁酯的吸附效果和铁元素的干扰等工作条件进行了优化,解决了泡沫塑料吸附效率低和铁元素的干扰等技术性难题,提高了分析结果的精密度和准确度,弥补了传统的泡沫塑料富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金矿石中金量的不足,方法检出限为0.06 μg/g,测定范围为 0.2 μg/g~100 μg/g,测定结果与标准值符合性较好,无显著性差异,精密度(RSD, n = 9) 小于2%。方法具有快速、简便、实用等优点,分析误差满足常规化学分析法的要求,能满足金矿石中金量的快速、准确测定。  相似文献

Abstract

The scope of the present study is to quantify copper in pharmaceutical products of veterinary use, using flame atomic absorption spectometry (f_AAS). The determination is carried out after samples' mineralization in a HCl:HNO3 (20∶1, v:v) mixture followed by the instrument quantification and the validation of the result. The validation indicates that the interferences from the whole analytical system and their measurement do not influence the results and ensure that there are no other effects which have not been considered.  相似文献

建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜原矿尾矿中锰的分析方法。实验以盐酸为介质,讨论了介质浓度和共存离子对测定结果的影响。方法的相对标准偏差为0.69%-6.9%,加标回收率96.6%-104%,方法的检出限为0.008 5μg/mL。结果表明,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜原矿尾矿中的锰含量,方法准确度高,精密度好,具有较强的实用性。经标准物质验证,结果能满足日常检测的需求。  相似文献

贵金属包括铂族元素和金银共8种。铂族金属对酸的化学稳定性比所有其它金属都高,其中钌和锇、铑、铱对酸的化学稳定性特别高,不仅不溶于普通酸,甚至也不溶于王水,钯和铂能溶于王水。钯是铂系元素中最活泼的一个,可溶于浓硝酸和热硫酸。金一般只溶于王水。银是贵金属中最活泼的,能溶于硝酸和热的浓硫酸,但因生成氯化银沉淀而不溶王水。由于贵金属的溶解困难,在贵金属的分析中,样品制备显得尤为重要,因为制备过程中的掺杂问题,许多试验者选择固体粉末直接检测方法,使贵金属的检测准确度和灵活性差,并因基体效应增加了基体匹配的难度。  相似文献

固体直接进样是近年来石墨炉原子吸收分析领域发展较快的技术,它取代了繁冗的对固体样品的前处理,避免了样品的污染和损失,也保护了操作人员的身体健康。采用固体直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪,结合使用持久化学改进剂对环境土壤样品中Cd元素进行测定,其结果表明,方法检出限为0.002 66ng,定量测定下限为0.008 87ng,相对标准偏差RSD≤10%,方法准确、可靠,均满足环境土壤测试方法的要求。  相似文献

Abstract

A method is presented for the determination of copper, lead, iron, cadmium, cobalt and nickel in dialysis solution at μg/1 level by atomic absorption spectrometry after preconcentration. The preconcentration is based on chelate formation of the investigated metals with ammonium pyrrolydine dithiocarbamate and on retention of the chelates on Amberlite XAD-4 in a short column. Abstract

Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopic (GFAAS) analysis of oil samples from the onshore and offshore fields in the Niger Delta was carried out in order to determine their trace element contents. The concentrations of the elements (Cr, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and V) determined ranged from 0.151–941.199 ppb with an average of 30.190 ppb (% RSD<5) for the oil samples analyzed. The pattern of occurrence of each element was in agreement with studies conducted employing neutron activation analysis and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. From the cluster analysis of the data, two groups of oils were evident. The groups are correlated with each other, indicating common or similar genetic origin. Trace metal parameters indicate that the oils were generated from organic matter of strong terrestrial input. GFAAS proved to be a good method for the analysis of elemental composition and classification of Niger Delta oils.  相似文献

讨论了在岩石、矿物及化学探矿样品中金、银的原子吸收光谱分析时,样品前处理应关注的一些问题实践经验表明要注意样品的加工过程和金银的赋存状态,以保证样品有足够的代表性;针对不同矿种类型,选择合适的样品前处理方法,尽量避免样品在处理过程中的挥发损失、包夹、共沉淀吸附等情况的发生;对单矿物金、银的连续测定,建议采用多次湿法酸处理来保证样品的分解,并根据其含量进行必要的分离富集或稀释,以满足测定的要求.  相似文献
