Ce6Mo10O39 crystallizes in the triclinic system with unit-cell dimensions (from single-crystal data) a = 10.148(5), Å, b = 18.764(6), Å, c = 9.566(5), Å, α = 103.12(7)°, β = 78.07(7)°, γ = 107.69(7)°, and space group P1, z = 2. The structure was solved using direct methods with 3113 countermeasured reflections (Mo radiation), and refined using Fourier and least-squares techniques to a conventional R of 0.039 (ωR = 0.047). Ce6Mo10O39 has a structure that consists of isolated MoO4 tetrahedra together with one corner-shared pair of tetrahedra, linked to irregular eight-coordinate Ce(III) polyhedra. The average MoO distance of 1.77 Å, and average CeO distance of 2.52 Å are in good agreement with previously reported values.  相似文献

K3Sb3P2O14 crystallizes in the rhombohedral system, space group R3m with a = 7.147(1) Å, c = 30.936(6) Å, Z = 3. The structure was determined from 701 reflections collected on a Nonius CAD4 automatic diffractometer with MoKα radiation. The final R index and the weighted Rw index are 0.033 and 0.042, respectively. The structure is built up from layers of SbO6 octahedra and PO4 tetrahedra sharing corners. The potassium ions are situated between the (Sb3P2O14)3? covalent layers.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Na4SnS4 and Ba2SnS4 (α) were determined.Na4SnS4 crystallizes in tetragonal system, space group P421c with parameters a = 7.837 Å, c = 6.950 Å, Z = 2 and Ba2SnS4 (α) in the monoclinic system, space group P21c with a = 8.481 Å, b = 8.526 Å, c = 12.280 Å, β = 112.97° and Z = 4.In these compounds, the crystal structure is built up from discrete orthothiostannate tetrahedra SnS4. The structure of Ba2SnS4 (α) is modified K2SO4β type.  相似文献

Simarinolide 4a and Guanepolide 5a are new quassinoids with a C25 basic skeleton isolated from a member of the French Guyanan Simaroubaceae, Simaba cf orinocensis H.B.K. Laurycolactone A 2 and B 3 are new quassinoids with a C18 basic skeleton isolated from the Vietnamese Simaroubaceae, Eurycoma longifolia Jack. The structure of Eurycomalactone, a C19 quassinoid isolated previously from the same plant, has been revised and shown to be 4. The new compound Tl6[Ge2Te6] was prepared by thermal synthesis from the elements. The material is triclinic, space group P1, with a = 9.471(2), b = 9.714(2), c = 10.389(2) Å, α = 89.39(1), β = 97.27(1), γ = 100.79(1)°, and Z = 2. The crystal structure was determined from single-crystal intensity data measured by means of an automated four-circle diffractometer and refined to an R value of 0.053 for 1831 observed reflections. Tl6[Ge2Te6] is characterized by Ge2Te6 units with GeGe bonds which are linked into a three-dimensional structure by Tl atoms coordinated to essentially six Te atoms. The most important mean distances are dGeGe) = 2.456 Å, d(GeTe) = 2.573 Å, and d(TlTe) = 3.515Å. The lone 6s electron pairs of the thallium(I) atoms exhibit significant stereochemical activity. Tl6[Ge2Te6] represents a new structure type.  相似文献

Reactions of urotropine (C6H12N4) with trimethylmetal derivatives of Al, Ga, In und Tl in various (1114) molar ratios lead to stable and monomeric 11, 12 or 13 adducts in good yields, but no 14 addition product could be isolated. The vibrational spectra (IR and Raman) of all compounds are recorded and partly assigned. Some characteristic frequencies of the C6N4-skeletons clearly show the symmetry changes in the series of the 111213 adducts (CC → C). The X-ray structure determinations of C6H12N4·.GaMe3 (MeCH3) and C6H12N4·.2GaMe3, are in good agreement with the vibrational spectra. Both compounds crystallize in monoclinic space groups (P21 and C2/c). The GaN distances are around 214 pm, and the values for the C6N4-skeletons are not significantly different from those for free urotropine.  相似文献

High-resolution structure images of V6O13 were taken with a 1-MV electron microscope with a cutoff resolution of 0.14 nm. Individual V atom rows, as well as tunnels in the structure, were resolved. The effect of the electronic state on the structure image was investigated by comparing the observed image with the simulated images calculated by assuming various ionized states to the constituent atoms. The neutral-state model interpreted the observed image more satisfactorily than the ionized-state models. A modification of V6O13 was displayed as an image. In order to interpret the image, a structure model was proposed, which is orthorhombic with lattice parameters a = 1.1922, b = 1.19912, and c = 0.3680 nm and belongs to the space group Cmma. This structure is derived from the V2O5 structure by removing all the atoms on every third (001) oxygen atom plane and then introducing crystallographic shear 12[011], instead of 16[103] in the case of normal V6O13.  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relations of ternary oxide systems containing divalent Fe, Mg, or Ni, trivalent Al, Cr, or Fe, and tetravalent Ti are characterized by solid solutions at metal/oxygen ratios 34, 23, and 35. At low temperatures only compounds with cubic or hexagonal close-packed oxygen and uniform oxygen coordination remain stable in the crystal structures NaCl, spinel, ilmenite-α-Al2O3, TiO2. The pseudobrookite phases FeTi2O5, MgTi2O5, Al2TiO5, Fe2TiO5, the V3O5 structure phase Cr2TiO5, and the Andersson phases Cr2Tin?2O2n?1 (n = 4,6,7,8,9) decompose. Additional phases with close-packed oxygen as predicted by a simple structure model for metal/oxygen ratios 712, 56, and 1112 do not form but presumably are important for nonstoichiometric solid solutions. Most differences between systems containing transition metals and the MgOAl2O3TiO2 system can be attributed to crystal field effects.  相似文献

Tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase from Bacillus stearothernwphilus catalyses the activation of [18O2]-tyrosine by adenosine 5[?(R)α-17O]triphosphate with inversion of configuration at Pα. It also catalyses positional isotope exchange in adenosine5[?(β-18O2]triphosphate in the presence of tyrosine, but not in its absence or in the presence of the competitive inhibitor tyrosinol. Together these results imply that the enzyme catalyses an associative “in line” displacement of pyrophosphate from Pα of ATP by tyrosine.  相似文献

α,β-epoxy-artemisia ketone, 2 undergoes intramolecular cyclisation by OM-DM yielding the tetrahydrofuran derivatives 36, while on treatment with BF3,-etherate 2 cyclises to the cyclopentanones 8 and 9. (25R)-25,26-Dihydroxy-23-oxovitamin D3 was synthesized efficiently and stereoselectively, and it was converted enzymatically to (25R)-1α,25,26-trihydroxy-23-oxovitamin D3, a putative metabolite of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. The spectral and chemical properties of (25R)-25,26-dihydroxy-23-oxovitamin D3 and its 1α,hydroxylated derivative disagree with those reported for the isolated metabolite.  相似文献

(C5H5)2NbBH4 reacts with C5H5M(CO)3Me in toluene solution in the presence of Et3N to give binuclear complexes (C5H5)2NbM(CO)3C5H5 where M is Mo or W (IV and V, respectively). The structure of IV has been studied by X-ray diffraction (the crystals are orthorhombic, a 12.748(5), b 16.745(6), c 14.314 A/ac>?;; Z = 8, space group of Pbca, automatic difractometer Syntex P2I, λ(Mo-Kα, 1382 reflections, R = 0.056, Rw = 0.058). Molecule IV contains a wedge-like sandwich (π-C5H5)2Nb (NbC 2.37–2.48, CC (av) 1.42 A/ac>?;, angle between ring planes 49°) linked with the (π-C5H5)Mo(CO) fragment by a direct NbMo bond (3.073 A/ac>?;) and two bridging CO groups, one nonsymmetrically bonded through the carbon atom only (CO 1.17, NbC 2.53, MoC 2.02 A/ac>?;) and the other σ-bonded to Mo (MoC 1.944 A/ac>?;) and π-bonded to Nb (CO 1.22, NbC 2.22, NbO 2.26 A/ac>?;). Three types of carbonyl groups present in IV give rise to strong IR bands at 1870, 1700 and 1560 cm?1 assigned to the terminal, μ-bridging and σ, π-bridging CO groups respectively. Complex IV has a similar structure. The electronic structure of IV and its dissociation across the NbMo bond are discussed.  相似文献
