以肼基取代嘧啶为起始原料, 设计合成了16个新型的5-甲硫基-7-氯-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苄醚类及35个取代1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苯醚类化合物, 通过元素分析、MS和1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生测结果表明, 部分化合物表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性.  相似文献

Novel [1,2,4]triazole derivatives were synthesized via various synthetic pathways. Among which were different substituted [1,2,4]triazole analogues that were synthesized, in addition to various fused [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine derivatives, [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a][1,3,5]triazines, and [1,2,4]triazolo[5,1‐c][1,2,4]triazines. Besides, benzo[h][1,2,4]triazolo[5,1‐b]quinazolines, [1,2,4]triazolo‐[5,1‐b]quinazoline, [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]quinazoline and [1,2,4]triazolo[5,1‐d][1,2,3,5]tetrazine derivatives were also synthesized. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro anticancer activity against liver cancer HepG2 and breast cancer MCF7 cell lines compared with the reference drug doxorubicin. Compounds 4 , 7 , 15 , 17 , 28 , 34 , and 47 were found to exert promising anticancer activity against HepG2 cell line showing IC50 values ranging from 17.69 to 25.4 μM/L, while compounds 7 , 14a , 17 , 28 , and 34 showed significant activity against MCF7 cell line with IC50 values ranging from 17.69 to 27.09 μM/L.  相似文献

An efficient route to synthesize the target compounds was developed. Fifteen new 5‐[4′‐(5‐isoxazol‐4‐aryl‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl‐sulfanylmethyl)‐biphenyl‐2‐yl]‐tetrazoles derivatives were synthesized. The structures of the new compounds synthesized were confirmed by elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

分别将6种脂肪酸与二氨基硫脲反应,合成了6种含不同碳数的3-脂肪基-1,2,4-三唑(1a~1f),其中化合物1e和1f为首次合成。在三氯氧磷存在下,分别将化合物1a~1f与4-吡啶甲酸和2,6-吡啶二甲酸反应,首次高产率合成了12种三唑并噻二唑衍生物(2a~2f)和(3a~3f)。为对比引入3-脂肪基和吡啶组块对生物活性的影响,分别合成了3-苯基含吡啶组块产物(5)、双枝3-苯基含吡啶组块化合物(6)、不含吡啶组块的化合物(7a~7c)和(8a~8c)。应用IR、1H NMR和HRMS等技术手段对19种新物质进行了结构表征,并研究了其对Cdc25B和PTP1B的抑制性能,研究结果表明,含有吡啶组块的双枝脂肪基化合物3b、3d、3e和3f对Cdc25B有良好的抑制活性,IC50值(mg/L)分别为1.12±0.27、2.72±1.07、0.72±0.05和4.97±0.93;化合物2b、3d和5对PTP1B表现出较高的抑制活性,IC50值(mg/L)分别为0.98±0.13、1.33±0.11和2.18±0.20。  相似文献

以6-(3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-基)-3-肼基均四嗪和芳醛为原料,经Schiff碱缩合和环合反应合成了6个新型的6-芳基-3-(3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-基)[1,2,4]三唑[4,3-b]均四嗪类化合物(4a~4f),其结构经1HNMR,MS,IR和元素分析表征。以顺铂为对照,采用MTT法测试了体外4a~4f对人白血病细胞株,人肺癌,人乳腺癌和人子宫颈癌细胞株的抗癌活性。结果表明,4a~4f对四种癌细胞均具有较强的抑制活性。  相似文献

A new facile route for synthesis of 3-(aryl)-8,9-diphenylfuro[3,2-e][1,2,4]triazolo pyrimidines derivative from the same starting material, 2-amino-4,5-diphenylfuran-3-carbonitrile, has been developed through heterocyclization of the corresponding arylidene-hydrazono-5,6-diphenylfuro[2,3-d]pyrimidine and N-(arylmethylene)-4-imino-5,6-diphenylfuro[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(4H)-amine under refluxing condition with acetic anhydride followed by air oxidation. The products were obtained in good yield with an easy workup along with the purification of products by a nonchromatographic method. This general synthetic procedure can be extended to the preparation of a wide range of isomeric triazoles using 2-amino 3-carbonitrile bifunctional derivatives.  相似文献

A series of novel N-anilino-2-substituted-5-methyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-amine derivatives was prepared and evaluated for their in vitro antiproliferative activity against two cancer cell lines,Bel-7402 and HT-1080.Most of the compounds inhibited the cell proliferation at a low concentration.Seven compounds,VI5,VI7,VI10,and VI12―VI15,possessed marked antiproliferative activity superior to that of cisplatin.Of these seven initial hits,compound VI10 was the most active.  相似文献

A series of novel 1,4-dihydrobenzo[1,2,4][e]triazines bearing an acetyl or ester moiety as a functional group at the C(3) atom of the 1,2,4-triazine ring were synthesized. The synthetic protocol is based on an oxidative cyclization of functionally substituted amidrazones in the presence of DBU and Pd/C. It was found that the developed approach is suitable for the preparation of 1,4-dihydrobenzo[e][1,2,4]triazines, but the corresponding Blatter radicals were isolated only in few cases. In addition, a previously unknown dihydrobenzo[e][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-c][1,2,4]triazine tricyclic open-shell derivative was prepared. Studies of thermal behavior of the synthesized 1,4-dihydrobenzo[1,2,4][e]triazines revealed their high thermal stability (up to 240–250 °C), which enables their application potential as components of functional organic materials.  相似文献

The reactive 1 : 1 intermediate produced in the reaction between triphenylphosphine and diisopropyl azodicarboxylate has been trapped by isocyanates or isothiocyanates to yield 1,2,4‐triazole derivatives 2 (Scheme 1). The structures of the highly functionalized compounds 2 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. Refluxing dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) or 1,2-dibenzoylacetylene with isatin-3-thiosemicarbazone or isatin-3-thiocarbohydrazone in methanol produced 3-substituted oxindoles in good yields. Reaction of equimolecular amounts of 5,6-diamino-urasil-solfate, trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane, and 3,4-diamino-1,2,4-triazol-5-methyl hydrochlorid with isatin in ethanol (85%) afforded tetracyclic ring systems and ring-opened products in mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Cycloaddition of N-aryl-C-ethoxycarbonylnitrilimines and diarylnitrilimines on 1,5-benzodiazepinones was achieved in a one-pot procedure, to give a variety of compounds possessing an additional heterocyclic ring fused to the heterocyclic nucleus. This reaction was revealed to be completely peri and regioselective. The structures were elucidated by spectral methods and X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献
