The iterated translative versions of classical kinematic integral formulae for intrinsic volumes and curvature measures have led to a series of mixed functionals and mixed measures of convex bodies. Here, we present a systematic study of the integral geometric relations which hold for these mixed measures and functionals. We give new formulae involving halfspaces, reduction formulae and some spherical representations and also generalize some earlier results. 相似文献

We prove a polynomial expansion for measure-valued functionals which are translation covariant on the set of convex bodies. The coefficients are measures on product spaces. We then apply this construction to the curvature measures of convex bodies and obtain mixed curvature measures for bodies in general relative position. These are used to generalize an integral geometric formula for nonintersecting convex bodies. Finally, we introduce support measures relative to a quite general structuring body B and describe connections between the different types of measures. 相似文献

We prove the Mejia-Pommerenke conjecture that the Taylor coefficients of hyperbolically convex functions in the disk behave like O(log?2(n)/n) as n → ∞ assuming that the image of the unit disk under such functions is a domain of bounded boundary rotation. Moreover, we obtain some asymptotically sharp estimates for the integral means of the derivatives of such functions and consider an example of a hyperbolically convex function that maps the unit disk onto a domain of infinite boundary rotation. 相似文献

In the theory of Lebesgue integration it has been proved that if f is a real Lipschitz function defined on a segment [a,b]⊂R, then the Newton-Leibniz formula (the fundamental theorem of calculus) holds. This paper extends the fact to the case where the Fréchet derivative f′(⋅) (which is defined almost everywhere on [a,b] by the Rademacher theorem) and the Lebesgue integral are replaced, respectively, by the Clarke subdifferential mapping ∂Cf(⋅) and the Aumann (set-valued) integral. Among other things, we show that and the equality is valid if and only if f is strictly Hadamard differentiable almost everywhere on [a,b]. The result is derived from a general representation formula, which we obtain herein for the integral of the Clarke subdifferential mapping of a Lipschitz function defined on a separable Banach space. 相似文献

Convex and concave envelopes play important roles in various types of optimization problems. In this article, we present a result that gives general guidelines for constructing convex and concave envelopes of functions of two variables on bounded quadrilaterals. We show how one can use this result to construct convex and concave envelopes of bilinear and fractional functions on rectangles, parallelograms and trapezoids. Assuming that T is a bounded linear operator on L~2(X), we find the sufficient condition on the kernel of T so that T is bounded from BMO(X) to BMO_A(X) and from Lip(β, X) to Lip_A(β, X). As an application, the boundedness of Calderón-Zygmund operators with nonsmooth kernels on BMO(R~n) and Lip(β, R~n) are also obtained. 相似文献

Translative integral formulas for curvature measures of convex bodies were obtained by Schneider and Weil by introducing mixed
measures of convex bodies. These results can be extended to arbitrary closed convex sets since mixed measures are locally
defined. Furthermore, iterated versions of these formulas due to Weil were used by Fallert to introduce quermass densities
for (non-stationary and non-isotropic) Poisson processes of convex bodies and respective Boolean models. In the present paper,
we first compute the special form of mixed measures of convex cylinders and prove a translative integral formula for them.
After adapting some results for mixed measures of convex bodies to this setting we then use this integral formula to obtain
quermass densities for (non-stationary and non-isotropic) Poisson processes of convex cylinders. Furthermore, quermass densities
of Boolean models of convex cylinders are expressed in terms of mixed densities of the underlying Poisson process generalizing
classical formulas by Davy and recent results by Spiess and Spodarev.
