Composite membranes consisting primarily of a polymer and an inorganic proton conducting particle or a proton conducting polymer containing inorganic particles for use as proton exchange membranes in low and intermediate temperature fuel cells are reviewed. The chemistry of major inorganic additives that have been used is described in terms of their structure and intrinsic ability to conduct protons. Composites are classified in terms of four main classes: inorganic proton conductors suspended in inert polymers; inorganic particles added to extend polymeric ionomers; inorganic proton conductors blended with polymeric ionomers; and polymer acid complexes between basic polymers and acidic inorganic particles.  相似文献

Two synthetic approaches to modify the surface of inorganic particles are presented. In the first approach the inorganic particles are prepared in-situ in a confined space in inverse emulsions. The used amphiphilic statistical copolymers act not only as emulsifiers, but they also hydrophobize the remaining inorganic particles after the precipitation. This approach represents a versatile method to obtain various inorganic nanoparticles as well as more complex inorganic materials like core-multiple shell and perovskite-based nanoparticles. The second procedure uses preformed inorganic particles, as an aqueous dispersion, to modify them with surface active amphiphilic copolymers in a multicomponent solvent system. This method turns out to be a simple but highly efficient method to modify preformed inorganic nanoparticles. The particles are characterized by SEM, TEM and dynamic light scattering. The modified inorganic nanoparticles are suitable to be homogenously incorporated into a polymer matrix to form transparent nanocomposite materials.  相似文献

Advanced extraction methods have been developed for direct speciation of dissolved inorganic and organic selenium (Se) species in aqueous extracts of medicinal plants (MPs). The inorganic species of Se (SeIV and SeVI) were separated from organic forms by adsorbing inorganic Se on alumina, while the organic Se was not retained. The retained inorganic Se species was eluted with 10 mL 0.2 M HCl. The total inorganic Se species was determined after prereduction of SeVI into SeIV with concentrated HCl. The SeIV in the eluent and total inorganic Se species were then complexed with diethyldithiocarbamate. The resultant complexes were entrapped in the nonionic surfactant Triton X-114. The total Se, organic Se, total inorganic Se, and SeIV species were determined by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry with a modifier. The SeVI concentration was obtained by subtracting SeIV from total inorganic Se contents. The main factors affecting the methodologies were investigated in detail. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the LOD for SeIV was 50 microg/L. Among dissolved inorganic and organic Se species in aqueous extracts of MPs, organic Se species were present in the range of 74-84%, SeIV 3.62-7.47%, and SeVI 12.4-18.57% of total Se contents.  相似文献

在探索生命奥秘的过程中,生物无机化学研究由分子层次上升到细胞层次是一个必然的趋势,也是解决实际问题的需要.细胞无机化学研究在细胞生命体系中的无机化学反应和探索无机物对生命过程调节或干预的作用和机理,是探索生命体系复杂性研究的重要部分.细胞是保留完整生命活动特征的最小单位,存在周期、分化和受激等状态的不同.从化学的观点,细胞是一个严密设计的分子有序组装体,为一个多靶分子系统,细胞应答表现为由相关反应组合成的复杂过程.细胞无机化学研究包括无机物种在细胞膜上的结合和随后发生的膜结构和功能改变、跨细胞膜和跨生物组织屏障的转运和细胞代谢、细胞中无机化学反应同细胞信号系统的偶联、无机离子与自由基的相互代谢关系以及细胞-无机物固相的相互作用等方面.本文对当前细胞无机化学研究的重点问题进行了讨论.  相似文献

Microbial degradation experiments were performed with each standard arsenical [arsenobetaine, trimethylarsine oxide, dimethylarsinic acid, methanearsonic acid, inorganic arsenic(V) and inorganic arsenic(III)]. As typical origins for marine micro-organisms, sediments, macro-algae, mollusc intestine and suspended substances were used. The results were from these experiments led us to the following conclusions: (1) there is an arsenic cycle which begins with the methylation of inorganic arsenic on the route to arsenobetaine and terminates with the complete degradation of arsenobetaine to inorganic arsenic; (2) all the organoarsenic compounds which are derived from inorganic arsenic in seawater, through the food chains, have the fate that they, at least in part, finally return to the original inorganic arsenic.  相似文献

Solid acid-base properties of methylsiloxane-based inorganic/organic hybrids were controlled by incorporation of inorganic components other than Si into methylsiloxane networks. The effect of different inorganic components on the solid acid-base properties was estimated by first-principles calculations based on density functional theory (DFT). The deprotonation tends to occur in the order Si < Al < Nb inorganic components, suggesting that the acidity increases in the same order. Methylsiloxane-based hybrids with solid acid-base properties were also synthesized by incorporating inorganic components derived from metal alkoxides. Hammett indicators revealed that the solid acidity increased in the order Si < Al < Nb inorganic components, which was consistent with the results of first-principles calculations. Preliminary experiments revealed that the methylsiloxane-based hybrids also provided a solid basic nature by containing Ca and Y inorganic components derived from metal alkoxides. The acidic hybrids were found to have Brønsted acid sites from the FT-IR experiments of adsorbed pyridine on the hybrids.  相似文献

Lithography plays a key role in integrated circuits, optics, information technology, biomedical applications, catalysis, and separation technologies. However, inorganic lithography techniques remain of limited utility for applications outside of the typical foci of integrated circuit manufacturing. In this communication, we have developed a novel stamping method that applies pressure on the upper surface of the stamp to regulate the dewetting process of the inorganic buffer and the evaporation rate of the solvent in this buffer between the substrate and the surface of the stamp. We focused on generating inorganic microstructures with specific locations and also on enabling the ability to pattern gradients during the crystallization of the inorganic salts. This approach utilized a combination of lithography with bottom-up growth and assembly of inorganic crystals. This work has potential applications in a variety of fields, including studying inorganic material patterning and small-scale fabrication technology.  相似文献

介绍了聚酰亚胺(PI)纳米杂化材料的四种制备方法:溶胶-凝胶法、插层法、分散法、相转移分散聚合法。纳米粒子在PI材料中分散性良好。由于纳米粒子本身 性和纳米粒子改变了PI材料的应力作用点,随着SiO2,AIN等纳米粒子含量增加,PI杂化的玻璃化温度、热分解湿度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、杨式模量、密度增加,线性膨胀系数减少。对介电性能的影响因不同纳米材料而异。  相似文献

Sediments, as sources of microorganisms, were added to two kinds of media, 1/5 ZoBell 2216E and a solution of inorganic salts, which contained inorganic arsenic(III), inorganic arsenic(V), methanearsonic acid, dimethyl- arsinic acid, trimethylarsine oxide, tetramethylarsonium salt or arsenocholine. After 17 days of incubation at 20 °C, the arsenicals that had accumulated in the microorganisms were analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). While the more toxic arsenicals [inorganic arsenic(III), inorganic arsenic(V), methanearsonic acid, dimethylarsinic acid] were not converted in the microorganisms, trimethylarsine oxide and tetramethylarsonium salt were considerably degraded to inorganic arsenic(V), and arsenocholine to arsenobetaine. Arsenobetaine that had accumulated in the microorganisms was extracted and confirmed by thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The organic/inorganic hybrid nanomaterials containing silica nanoparticles are synthesized by sol-gel crosslinking process. The tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and γ-aminopropyltriethoxylsilane as coupling agents are used as a precursor. The 2,4,6-tri [(2-epihydrin-3-bimethyl-ammonium)propyl]-1,3,5-triazine chloride (Tri-EBAC) as crosslinking agent is used to form covalent bonds among the inorganic nanoparticles. The chemical and morphological structures of the organic/inorganic hybrid are characterized with FTIR spectra, 29Si-NMR, x-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). The results show that the organic/inorganic hybrid forms covalent bond between the inorganic nanoparticle and Tri-EBAC. The network organic/inorganic hybrid can form good film with even nanometer particles. The network organic/inorganic hybrids nanomaterial not only exhibits the thermal properties of inorganic compounds, but also exhibits the thermal properties of organic polymer.  相似文献

A pyrolysis-neutron activation analysis (NAA) procedure has been developed and applied to the speciation of arsenic in solid biological samples. The method involves the retention of the inorganic arsenic in the pyrolysis boat by the addition of NaOH, the volatilization and trapping of the organic arsenic on a cation exchange resin and the subsequent NAA of the resin for the determination of the trapped arsenic. The method, developed with the aid of radiochemically labelled arsenic compounds, has been applied to the determination of the ratio of inorganic to organic arsenic species in commercical shrimps as well as in NBS standard reference materials such as oysters and orchard leaves. The results show different relative amounts of inorganic arsenic content in the samples analysed. In the shrings the fraction of inorganic arsenic was of the order of 20%, in the oysters the inorganic arsenic consfituted 60% of the total arsenic concentration while in the samples of vegetable origin more than 98% of the arsenic was of inorganic nature.  相似文献

Abstract

Inorganic and organic mercury were determined by helium-microwave induced plasma-atomic emission spectrometry following cold vapor generation. Whereas only inorganic mercury was reduced by stannous ion in an acidic medium, both inorganic and organic mercury (total mercury) were reduced by stannous ion in the presence of cupric ion in a basic medium. Organic mercury was determined as the difference between total and inorganic mercury. Detection limits for inorganic and organic mercury were 11 and 10 pg, respectively, The accuracy of the proposed method was verified through the determination of inorganic, total and organic mercury in two marine biological standard reference materials, DORM-1 and TORT-1.  相似文献

The latest developments in inorganic membranes are closely related to recent advances in solid state science. Sol–gel processing, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition and hydrothermal synthesis are methods that can be used for inorganic membrane preparation. Innovative concepts from material science (templating effect, nanophase materials, growing of continuous zeolite layers, hybrid organic–inorganic materials) have been applied by our group to the preparation of inorganic membrane materials. Sol–gel-derived nanophase ceramic membranes are presented with current applications in nanofiltration and catalytic membrane reactors. Silica membranes with an ordered porosity, due to liquid crystal phase templating effect, are described with potential application in pervaporation. Defect-free and thermally stable zeolite membranes can be obtained through an original synthesis method, in which zeolite crystals are grown inside the pores of a support. Hybrid organic–inorganic materials with permselective properties for gas separation and facilitated transport of solutes in liquid media, have been successfully adapted to membrane applications. Potential membrane developments offered by CVD deposition techniques are also illustrated through several examples related to the preparation of purely inorganic and hybrid organic–inorganic membrane materials.  相似文献
