本文报导了在 Ge_Si_(1-x)/Si 超晶格中观察到了超晶格周期不均匀导致的折叠声学声子拉曼谱线展宽,这种谱线展宽与折叠指数(m)有关,折叠声学声子的谱线越宽,m 相同的折叠声学声子具有相同的线宽。  相似文献

本文主要研究表面极化声子的喇曼散射.在探测表面极化声子的衰减全反射方法以及喇曼散射方法的基础上,借鉴了Kretchmann配置的衰减全反射喇曼散射法,提出了Otto配置的衰减全反射喇曼散射法,并以CaF_2单晶体为样品做了一系列实验.同时,本文利用了能量守恒及平行于样品表面的能量守恒关系,利用了格林函数或响应函数所推出的表面极化声子的一般频散关系,理论上给出了CaF_2-空气表面极化声子的一个唯象的频散关系.实验上用特定设计制做的一个样品架对CaF_2样品测定了它与空气界面上的表面极化声子的频散关系,比较结果,理论与实验取得了比较令人满意的一致.  相似文献

对用MOMBE法生长的重C掺杂p型GaAs进行了Raman散射研究,结合理论分析,较好地解释了p型GaAs中纵光学(LO)声子与空穴等离振子耦合(LOPC)模的Raman散射特性,证明它具有与n型状态不同的特点,根据实验结果讨论了重掺杂对Raman散射谱的影响,发现LOPC模的散射峰特征(位置和宽度)与重掺杂效应程度具有很大关系。  相似文献

用非弹性中子散射实验方法研究了非晶态Fe90-xCoZr10(x=10,40)和Fe80-yCr13(y=4,8)合金的广义声子谱,在低能区域(?ω≤20meV)观察到了与因瓦效应相关的声子谱软化现象。初步讨论了这种动力学方面的反常行为。结果表明,声子谱软化可能与在因瓦合金中存在增强的电子-声子相互作用有关。关键词:  相似文献

In DyMnO3 orthorhombic single crystals, the weak Raman active phonon softening below T=100 K is correlated with the study of infrared active Dy3+ CF excitations as a function of temperature and under applied magnetic field. We detect five H13/2 CF transitions that we predict with appropriate CF Hamiltonian and we confirm that the magnetic easy axis lies in the ab plane. While the CF energy level shifts below T=100 K reflect different displacements of the oxygen ions that contribute to the phonon softening, lifting of the ground state Kramers doublet degeneracy (∼30 cm−1) is observed below TN=39 K due to the anisotropic Mn3+−Dy3+ interaction, which could be responsible for the stability of the bc-cycloid ferroelectric phase.  相似文献

A stacked ultrasonic transducer comprises multiple individual layers connected mechanically in series and electrically in parallel to reduce the fundamental thickness mode resonance to a frequency corresponding to the transit time of the complete stack and the electrical impedance to a value which corresponds to that of the layers of the stack in parallel. In turn, this allows lower frequency resonant operation than would be possible with a single layer, and facilitates electrical impedance matching to typical transmission circuitry. On transmission, an ideal stack of uniform layers will have an output amplitude larger than that of the equivalent single layer by a factor equal to the . However, using conventional signal amplification circuitry on reception, the output voltage amplitude will be smaller than that of the equivalent single layer by a similar factor. In the past, stacks have commonly been assembled from layers of conventional piezoceramic material but more recently there have been reports of stacks of 1–3 piezocomposites and it is this type that is considered here. The work described in this paper is motivated by the need to operate at frequencies lower than are possible using conventional piezocomposite fabrication technology. Progress in comparison of experimental and simulated results is outlined and the highlights of a theoretical design study are presented. These show that although the general behaviour of a stacked structure is easily predicted, a rigorous theoretical analysis is essential to understand the detail of even a limited range of possible designs.  相似文献

A set of experiments was carried out to validate an optimization procedure based on finite element method (FEM). The idea of the procedure, fully presented in previous edition of this journal [Zhu X, Zhu Z, Cheng J. Using optimized surface modifications to improve low frequency response in a room. Appl Acoust 2004;65:841-60], is to produce an optimal geometry modification on the wall for improving low frequency sound uniformity in small rooms. Four experimental models were set up with a scale of 1:5. One was modified according to the optimized result and the others were treated with no optimization consideration. Measured frequency responses of four rooms were compared with numerical results calculated by FEM models. The transient responses in these rooms were also measured and analyzed. The agreements between calculation and measurement are satisfactory though the discrepancies due to the uncertainty of acoustic behavior of the room boundaries remain. The optimization procedure has been supported by the results that the optimized room produces the flattest frequency response and also the most smooth energy decay within the frequency range studied. The reductions of response fluctuation have reached 4.3 dB for prediction and 2.6 dB for measurement, respectively.  相似文献

The total angular momentum of propagating electromagnetic fields in the SVE-approximation is proportional to the power and the inverse frequency P/ω. This relation holds also in the low frequency range, but is decreasing due to the frequency dependent power of the antennas and becomes zero for ω → 0. Cavitation is a common phenomenon in a fluid circuit especially wherever local pressure is lower than fluid saturated pressure. The cavitation negatively affects a fluid system and structure in different ways: i.e. erosion, flow rate reduction, noise and vibration. In order to diminish cavitation, adding some nanomaterials seem to be applicable in different ways. This research aims at assessing the effects of CMC (Carboxy methyl cellulose) additives on incipient cavitation by analyzing the resultant change in low frequency acceleration. Furthermore, this study attempts to examine the accuracy of low frequency acceleration for detecting incipient cavitation.  相似文献

The Eliashberg integral equations are investigated to determine the effect of low frequency phonons on the superconducting transition temperature Tc. It is found that phonons of frequency less than Tc are repulsive (diminish Tc) while phonons of higher frequency have a diminished attraction unless the frequency is substantially above Tc. Various implications are discussed concerning observed values of Tc and predicted mechanisms for raising Tc.  相似文献

The ballistic propagation of phonons in diamond and Nb3Sn at 40 and at 4.2 K is examined. The nature of variation of the phonon magnification factor has been analysed both in the wave vector as well as group velocity spaces. Using the Polar Schmidt-net with Pole at (π/2,π/2), the mappings of phonon focussing and defocussing are made. It is shown that the mapping for theFTA mode for Nb3Sn exhibits islands acting as impenetrable barriers for phonon propagation.  相似文献

A comprehensive study on Raman spectroscopy with different excitation wavelengths, sample sizes, and sample shapes for optic phonons (OPs) and acoustic phonons (APs) in polar and non-polar nano-semiconductors has been performed. The study affirms that the finite size effect does not appear in the OPs of polar nano-semiconductors, while it exists in all other types of phonons. The absence of the FSE is confirmed to originate from the long-range Fr¨ohlich interaction and the breaking of translation symmetry. The result indicates that the Raman spectra of OPs cannot be used as a method to characterize the scale and crystalline property of polar nano-semiconductors.  相似文献
