Adsorption kinetics on energetically heterogeneous surfaces under isothermal conditions is analyzed using the uniform energy distribution model. Considering the quasi-equilibrium of surface diffusion between the adsorption sites with different energy, the kinetic equations dΘ/dt=(kapAdKdiff)(1−Θ) for first-order adsorption and dΘ/dt=kap(1−Θ)2AdKdiffΘ(1−Θ) for dissociative adsorption are obtained, where Kdiff is a coefficient describing the surface diffusion equilibrium, which depends on the coverage and the energy distribution. Under isochoric conditions with p decreasing due to adsorption, surface diffusion accelerates the rate towards equilibrium significantly, as observed in static calorimetric adsorption experiments. An approximate solution in Lagergren form is derived for this condition.  相似文献

Energies for low number Miller index surfaces of β-Sn (b.c.t. structure) were computed and the (1 0 0) plane was found to have the lowest un-relaxed energy of 0.0497 eV/Å2. We then used the Dimer method to find mechanisms and corresponding activation energies, EA, for a Sn adatom moving on a β-Sn (1 0 0) surface. After extensive dimer searches and comparison to long molecular dynamics simulations, we conclude that two simple hopping mechanisms dominate transitions on this surface. For each, we determined hopping rates of the adatom using transition state theory and computed its tracer diffusivity. A hop of the adatom in the lattice c-direction gives D300 K = 1.893 × 10−06 cm2/s (EA = 0.1493 eV), while in the lattice a-direction D300 K = 3.994 × 10−06 cm2/s (EA = 0.1138 eV). When compared to studies on the existence of low energy multi-atom adatom diffusion on Cu and Al (1 0 0), we assert that β-Sn's successive (2 0 0) plane layering in the [1 0 0] direction provides for significantly lower activation energies and may contribute to the inability to locate any concerted atomic motion mechanisms.  相似文献

Methyl bromide is a ubiquitous component of the atmosphere, but has yet to be remotely detected in the upper atmosphere. Due to the strong ozone depletion capability of the activated bromine species, the total atmospheric bromine load needs to be carefully monitored. Combined analysis of precise measurements and cataloging of the rotational spectrum of methyl bromide may enable its concentration to be monitored with future remote sensing instrumentation. In an effort to extend and improve previous work for this molecule, the spectrum of CH3Br has been measured at JPL. Using an isotopically enriched 13CH3Br (90%) sample, spectra have been recorded from 750 to 1200 GHz. Quantum number assignments cover the CH379Br, CH381Br, 13CH379Br and 13CH381Br isotopologues with J < 66 and K < 17 for the ground and ν3 vibrational states. The dataset for the 12C isotopologues is more precise than previous THz measurements resulting in reductions of rotational and distortion parameter uncertainties by factors of 2-15. Parameters of the ν3 state of the 12C isotopologues are improved by 2-105. The spectra of the 13C isotopologues are the first reported beyond J = 2.  相似文献

The enantioselective surface chemistry of two chiral alkyl halides, S-1-bromo-2-methylbutane and R-2-bromobutane, have been compared on the naturally chiral Cu(6 4 3)R&S surfaces. Temperature programmed reaction spectroscopy was used to quantify the yields of the various decomposition products during heating. A fraction of the adsorbed alkyl bromides desorb intact while the remainder decomposes by debromination to form either S-2-methyl-1-butyl or R-2-butyl groups on the surfaces. The S-2-methyl-1-butyl group then reacts by β-hydride elimination to form 2-methyl-1-butene or by hydrogenation to form 2-methylbutane. The R-2-butyl group reacts by β-hydride elimination to form butene or by hydrogenation to form butane. This surface chemistry on Cu(6 4 3)R&S is not enantioselective at low coverages but is enantioselective at high coverages. In R-2-bromobutane the chiral carbon atom coincides with the debromination reaction center while the β-hydride elimination centers are achiral. In S-1-bromo-2-methylbutane the chiral carbon atom coincides with the β-hydride elimination reaction center while the center for debromination is achiral. Results show that the enantioselectivities are influenced by the surface structure to a greater extent than they are by the adsorbate structure.  相似文献

Density functional and periodic slab model calculations are performed to study adsorption of water on various Cu surfaces, focusing on monomers and dimers at the planar Cu surfaces and monomers at stepped ones. Single water molecules tend to weakly bind to atop positions with the molecular plane basically parallel to the substrate surface on the planar surfaces or the step plane on the stepped surfaces with negligible structural deformation of water. The experimental adsorption energies of water on the (1 1 1) and (1 0 0) surfaces are about twice as large as the theoretical values of monomerically adsorbed water. This phenomenon is demonstrated to be due to formation of water clusters and/or existence of surface defects. It is revealed that the most favorable hexagonal ring superstructure on Cu(1 1 0) is a four-layer structure, not the commonly accepted bi-layer configuration. We found that the adsorption energy of monomeric water correlates linearly with following quantities, respectively: the bond length and the stretching frequency of the Cu-O bond, the coordination number of the surface Cu atom, the surface work function of the clean surface and the 1b1 MO energy shift with respect to the value in the gas phase.  相似文献

Thin films of eight metals with a thickness of 150 nm were deposited on mica substrates by thermal evaporation at various temperatures in a high vacuum. The surface morphology of the metal films was observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and the images were characterized quantitatively by a roughness analysis and a bearing analysis (surface height analysis). The films of Au, Ag, Cu, and Al with the high melting points were prepared at homologous temperatures T/Tm = 0.22-0.32, 0.40, and 0.56. The films of In, Sn, Bi, and Pb with the low melting points were prepared at T/Tm = 0.55-0.70, where T and Tm are the absolute temperatures of the mica substrate and the melting point of the metal, respectively. The surface morphology of these metal films was studied based on a structure zone model. The film surfaces of Au, Ag, and Cu prepared at the low temperatures (T/Tm = 0.22-0.24) consist of small round grains with diameters of 30-60 nm and heights of 2-7 nm. The surface heights of these metal films distribute randomly around the surface height at 0 nm and the morphology is caused by self-shadowing during the deposition. The grain size becomes large due to surface diffusion of adatoms and the film surfaces have individual characteristic morphology and roughnesses as T increases. The surface of the Al film becomes very smooth as T increases and the atomically smooth surface is obtained at T/Tm = 0.56-0.67 (250-350 °C). On the other hand, the atomically smooth surface of the Au film is obtained at T/Tm = 0.56 (473 ± 3 °C). The films of In, Sn, Bi, and Pb prepared at T/Tm = 0.55-0.70 also show the individual characteristic surface morphology.  相似文献

Diffusion and desorption of platinum on the tungsten micro-crystal in the form of the W(1 1 1) oriented emitter tip has been studied using the field electron microscopy (FEM) technique. Diffusion of small dose of platinum (average thickness about 0.18 geometrical ML after spreading) on the thermally clean W emitter tip was studied at temperatures 648-742 K. Average activation energy for diffusion Ediff was found to lie between 1.16 ± 0.08 eVand 1.30 ± 0.16 eV. During annealing at the diffusion temperatures Pt-induced faceting of the emitter surface was visible in the neighbourhood of the {1 1 1} pole. The layer equilibrated in the diffusion process was stable at temperatures up to 1100 K where reduction of the high voltage at a fixed emission current, characteristic of alloying of Pt with W, was detected. Submonolayer of platinum (ΘPt = 0.18 ML) started to desorb at tip temperature ≥1780 K. The measurements of average activation energy for desorption of ‘zero coverage’ Pt (0.03 ML ≤ ΘPt ≤ 0.06 ML) from the entire W emitter surface were carried out at temperatures 1990-2170 K and yield the value of Edes = 5.19 ± 0.22 eV to 5.33 ± 0.19 eV. The results are compared with data for diffusion of individual Pt atoms and small clusters and with data for adsorption of Pt atoms on a planar W(1 1 0) surface. In discussion the atomic surface structure of the substrate, modified by the strong interaction of Pt with the W micro-crystal, is also taken into account.  相似文献

Results of step fluctuation experiments for Mo(0 1 1), using low-energy electron microscopy, are re-examined using recently developed procedures that offer accurate coefficients of surface mass diffusion. By these means, surface diffusion Ds is documented at T/Tm ∼ 0.5, while the crossover to relaxation driven by bulk vacancy diffusion is inferred for T/Tm ∼ 0.6. Here, Tm is the melting temperature Tm = 2896 K. We obtain Ds = 4 × 10−4 exp(−1.13 eV/kBT) cm2/s for the temperature interval 1080-1680 K. Possible indications of diffusion along step edges appear for T/Tm ∼ 0.4. The same measurements of step fluctuation amplitudes determine also the step stiffness, which by symmetry is anisotropic on Mo(0 1 1). It is shown that three independent procedures yield mutually consistent step stiffness anisotropies. These are (1) step fluctuation amplitudes; (2) step relaxation rate anisotropies; and (3) the observed anisotropies of islands in equilibrium on the Mo(0 1 1) surface. The magnitude of the step stiffness obtained from step edge relaxation is consistent with earlier measurements that determine diffusion from grain boundary grooving.  相似文献

Nanosized gold particles supported on reducible metal oxides have been reported to show high catalytic activity toward CO oxidation at low temperature. This has generated great scientific and technological interest, and there have been many proposals to explain this unusual activity. One intriguing explanation that can be tested is that of Nørskov and coworkers [Catal. Lett. 64 (2000) 101] who suggested that the “unusually large catalytic activity of highly-dispersed Au particles may in part be due to high step densities on the small particles and/or strain effects due to the mismatch at the Au-support interface”. In particular, their calculations indicated that the Au(2 1 1) stepped surface would be much more reactive towards O2 dissociative adsorption and CO adsorption than the Au(1 1 1) surface. We have now studied the adsorption of O2 and O3 (ozone) on an Au(2 1 1) stepped surface. We find that molecular oxygen (O2) was not activated to dissociate and produce oxygen adatoms on the stepped Au(2 1 1) surface even under high-pressure (700 Torr) conditions with the sample at 300-450 K. Step sites do bind oxygen adatoms more tightly than do terrace sites, and this was probed by using temperature programmed desorption (TPD) of O2 following ozone (O3) exposures to produce oxygen adatoms up to a saturation coverage of θO = 0.90 ML. In the low-coverage regime (θO ? 0.15 ML), the O2 TPD peak at 540 K, which does not shift with coverage, is attributed to oxygen adatoms that are bound at the steps on the Au(2 1 1) surface. At higher coverages, an additional lower temperature desorption peak that shifts from 515 to 530 K at saturation coverage is attributed to oxygen adsorbed on the (1 1 1) terrace sites of the Au(2 1 1) surface. Although the desorption kinetics are likely to be quite complex, a simple Redhead analysis gives an estimate of the desorption activation energy, Ed, for the step-adsorbed oxygen of 34 kcal/mol and that for oxygen at the terraces near saturation coverage of 33 kcal/mol, values that are similar to others reported on Au surfaces. Low Energy Electron Diffraction (LEED) indicates an oxygen-induced step doubling on the Au(2 1 1) surface at low-coverages (θO = 0.08-0.17 ML) and extensive disruption of the 2D ordering at the surface for saturation coverages of oxygen (θO ? 0.9 ML). Overall, our results indicate that unstrained step sites on Au(2 1 1) surfaces of dispersed Au nanoparticles do not account for the novel reactivity of supported Au catalysts for CO oxidation.  相似文献

We have calculated the three-dimensional potential energy surfaces for the 1 2A′ and 1 2A″ states of BrCN+ at the MR-SDCI_DK+Q/[QZP-ANO-RCC (Br, C, N)] level of theory, where MR-SDCI_DK means ‘multi-reference single and double excitation configuration interaction calculation with Douglas-Kroll Hamiltonian.’ These ab initio potential energy surfaces have a common minimum (corresponding to the state) at a linear equilibrium structure with re(Br-C) = 1.735 Å and re(C-N) = 1.199 Å. Variational RENNER calculations yield a zero-point averaged structure (with the structural parameters calculated as expectation values over rovibrational wavefunctions) with 〈r(Br-C)〉0 = 1.739 Å, 〈r(C-N)〉0 = 1.204 Å, and 〈∠(Br-C-N)〉0 = 172(4)°. A severe Fermi resonance between 2ν2 and ν3 has been found theoretically for the 2A″ potential energy surface. Comparing the ab initio zero-point averaged structure with a recent, experimentally derived r0 structure, it is concluded that the effects of large-amplitude bending motion should be taken into account explicitly in the process of deriving the r0 structure from the experimental values of the rotational constants. The electronic structure of BrCN+ has also been discussed.  相似文献

We report on the process of low energy N2+ implantation and annealing of a Cu(0 0 1) surface. Through AES we study the N diffusion process as a function of the substrate temperature. With STM and LEIS we characterize the surface morphology and the electronic structure is analyzed with ARUPS. Under annealing (500 < T < 700 K) N migrates to the surface and reacts forming a CuxN compound that decomposes at temperatures above 700 K. LEIS measurements show that N locates on the four-fold hollow sites of the Cu(0 0 1) surface in a c(2 × 2) arrangement. Finally, a gap along the [0 0 1] azimuthal direction is determined by ARUPS. DFT calculations provide support to our conclusions.  相似文献

The enriched 81Br isotopic species of bromofluoromethane has been investigated in the infrared and microwave regions. The rovibrational spectrum of the ν5 fundamental has been studied by high resolution FTIR spectroscopy, while the rotational spectra of the ground and v6 = 1 states have been observed by means of microwave spectroscopy. More than 2700 transitions have been assigned in the ν5 band and the analysis of the rovibrational structure reveals a first-order c-type Coriolis resonance with the v6 = 2 state. The present study improves the ground state constants available in the literature and enables the determination of further centrifugal distortion parameters together with the full bromine quadrupole coupling tensor. A set of spectroscopic parameters up to the sextic distortion terms for the vibrational excited states has been accurately evaluated for the first time.  相似文献

Surface segregation studies of Sn and Sb in Cu(1 0 0)-0.14 at.% Sn-0.12 at.% Sb ternary alloy, have been done by making use of Auger Electron Spectroscopy. The method of Linear Temperature Ramp (LTR) was employed, whereby the sample was heated and cooled linearly at a constant rate. The positive heating rate showed both a kinetic segregation profile, as well as a narrow equilibrium segregation region, at higher temperatures. The equilibrium segregation profile was extended by cooling the sample. Sn was first to segregate to the surface due to its higher diffusion coefficient, mainly from a smaller activation energy ESn. Sb, due to its higher segregation energy, eventually replaced Sn from the surface. The modified Darken model was used to simulate the profile yielding the following segregation parameters: Do(Sn) = 6.3 × 10−6 m2/s, Do(Sb) = 2.8 × 10−5 m2/s; ESn = 175.4 kJ/mol, ESb = 186.3 kJ/mol; , ; ΩCu-Sn = 3.4 kJ/mol, ΩCu-Sb = 15.9 kJ/mol and ΩSn-Sb = −5.4 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Lithium ion conducting solid-state composites consisting of lithium ion conducting ionic liquid, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide (Li-TFSA) dissolved 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide (EMI-TFSA), denoted by [yMLi+][EMI+][TFSA] in this study, and various oxide particles such as SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2 (anatase and rutile) and 3YSZ are synthesized via a liquid route for the molar concentration of lithium, y, to be 1. The composite consists of SiO2 and the ionic liquid with y = 0.2 was also prepared. The ionic liquid are quasi-solidified at the above oxide particle surfaces when x is below 40 for y = 1 and x is below 30 for y = 0.2, corresponding to the confinable thickness of the ionic liquid at the oxides' surfaces to be approximately 5-10 nm regardless of the oxide compositions. The electrical conductivities of x vol.%[yMLi+][EMI+][TFSA-]-SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2s or 3YSZ composites are evaluated by ac impedance measurements. The quasi-solid-state composites exhibited liquid-like high apparent conductivity, e.g. 10− 3.3-10− 2.0 S cm− 1 in the temperature range of 323-538 K for SiO2-ionic liquid composites with y = 1. The self-diffusion coefficients of the constituent species of x vol.% [yMLi+][EMI+][TFSA] (x is below 40, y = 0.2 and 1) − SiO2 are evaluated by the Pulse Gradient Spin Echo (PGSE)-NMR technique in the temperature range of 298-348 K. By the quasi-solidification of the ionic liquid at SiO2 particle surfaces, the absolute values of the diffusion coefficients of all constituent species decreased. The SiO2 surfaces work to promote ionization of ion pair, [EMI+][TFSA], while significant influence on the solvation coordination, [Li(TFSA)n + 1]n, was not observed. The apparent transport numbers of Li-containing species both in the bulk and the quasi-solidified ionic liquid showed similar values with each other, which was evaluated to be in the range of 0.010-0.017 for y = 0.2 and 0.051-0.093 for y = 1 in the abovementioned temperature range.  相似文献

The adsorption and dissociation of dioxygen on Cu steps are studied using periodic self-consistent density functional theory (PW91-GGA) calculations. Cu steps are modeled with a Cu(2 1 1) surface. The results are compared with those on the flat Cu(1 1 1) surface. The adsorption of both atomic and molecular oxygen is enhanced on the stepped surface: the binding energy of atomic oxygen is −4.5 eV at its preferred site on the relaxed Cu(2 1 1) surface vs. −4.3 eV at its preferred site on the relaxed Cu(1 1 1) surface, and the binding energy of the molecular oxygen precursor is increased from ∼−0.6 to ∼−1.0 eV. Several possible O2 dissociation paths at the edge of the Cu(2 1 1) step have been investigated. The activation energies range from 0.09 to 0.24 eV, comparable to a minimum activation energy of 0.20 eV found on Cu(1 1 1). However, compared to Cu(1 1 1) the paths on Cu(2 1 1) are stabilized in their entirety by the step by ∼0.5 eV in terms of initial state, transition state, and final state energies. The dissociation of O2 precursors at the foot of the step is close to being barrier-less. Because of the small dissociation barrier on Cu(1 1 1), the effect of steps on O2 dissociation is nevertheless not expected to be as pronounced as in other gas/metal systems.  相似文献

Using temperature-variable scanning tunneling microscopy, we studied the coalescence of vacancy islands on Cu(0 0 1) in ultra-high vacuum. From the temperature dependence of the relaxation of merged vacancy islands to the equilibrium shape we obtain an activation energy of the island coalescence process of 0.76 eV. From that value we deduce an activation energy for the atomic hopping coefficient of EΓh=0.89 eV. Comparing our result with previous STM data on step fluctuations with dominant diffusion along straight step segments (EΓh=0.68 eV; [M. Giesen, S. Dieluweit, J. Mol. Catal. A: Chem. 216 (2004) 263]) and step fluctuations with kink crossing (EΓh=0.9 eV; [M. Giesen-Seibert, F. Schmitz, R. Jentjens, H. Ibach, Surf. Sci. 329 (1995) 47]), we conclude that there is a large extra barrier for diffusion of atoms across kinks on Cu(0 0 1) of the order of 0.23 eV. This is the first direct experimental evidence for the existence of a large kink Ehrlich-Schwoebel barrier on Cu(0 0 1).  相似文献

Using infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRRAS) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD), we investigated carbon monoxide (CO) adsorption and desorption behaviors on atomic checkerboard structures of Cu and Pd formed by Pd vacuum deposition at various temperatures of Cu(1 0 0). The 0.15-nm-thick Pd deposition onto a clean Cu(1 0 0) surface at room temperature (RT) showed a clear c(2 × 2) low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) pattern, i.e. Cu(1 0 0)-c(2 × 2)-Pd. The RT-CO exposure to the c(2 × 2) surfaces resulted in IRRAS absorption caused by CO adsorbed on the on-top sites of Pd. The LEED patterns of the Pd-deposited Cu(1 0 0) at higher substrate temperatures revealed less-contrasted c(2 × 2) patterns. The IRRAS intensities of the linearly bonded CO bands on 373-K-, 473-K-, and 673-K-deposited c(2 × 2) surfaces are, respectively, 25%, 22%, and 10% less intense than those on the RT-deposited surface, indicating that Pd coverages at the outermost c(2 × 2) surfaces decrease with increasing deposition temperature. In the initial stage of the 90-K-CO exposure to the RT surface, the band attributable to CO bonded to the Pd emerged at 2067 cm−1 and shifted to higher frequencies with increasing CO exposure. At saturation coverage, the band was located at 2093 cm−1. In contrast, two distinct bands around 2090 cm−1 were apparent on the spectrum of the 473-K-deposited surface: the CO saturation spectrum was dominated by an apparent single absorption at 2090 cm−1 for the 673-K-deposited surface. The TPD spectra of the surfaces showed peaks at around 200 and 300 K, which were ascribable respectively to Cu-CO and Pd-CO. Taking into account the TPD and IRRAS results, we discuss the adsorption-desorption behaviors of CO on the ordered checkerboard structures.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) combined with conductor-like solvent model (COSMO) have been performed to study the solvent effects of H2 adsorption on Cu(h k l) surface. The result shows H2 can not be parallel adsorbed on Cu(h k l) surface in gas phase and only vertical adsorbed. At this moment, the binding energies are small and H2 orientation with respect to Cu(h k l) surfaces is not a determining parameter. In liquid paraffin, when H2 adsorbs vertically on Cu(h k l) surface, solvent effects not only influences the adsorptive stability, but also improves the ability of H2 activation; When H2 vertical adsorption on Cu(h k l) surface at 1/4 and 1/2 coverage, H-H bond is broken by solvent effects. However, no stable structures at 3/4 and 1 ML coverage are found, indicating that it is impossible to get H2 parallel adsorption on Cu(h k l) surfaces at 3/4 and 1 ML coverages due to the repulsion between adsorbed H2 molecules.  相似文献

An ultra-thin Co or CoFe diffusion barrier inserted at the NiFe/Cu interfaces was revealed to effectively control the electrical and magnetic stability of NiFe/Cu/NiFe-based giant magnetoresistance (GMR) spin-valve spintronics devices (SVSDs) operating at high current density. It was found that the activation energy, Ea, related to the electromigration (EM)-induced inter-diffusion process for the patterned NiFe(3)/Cu(2)/NiFe(3 nm) magnetic multi-layered devices (MMLD) was remarkably increased from 0.52±0.2 eV to 1.17±0.16 eV after the insertion of an ultra-thin Co diffusion barrier at the NiFe/Cu interfaces. The dramatically reduced “current shunting paths” from the Cu spacer to the NiFe thin films and the development of “self-healing process” resulted from the effectively restrained Cu inter-diffusion (intermixing with Ni atoms) due to the diffusion barriers were found to be primarily responsible for the improvement of electrical and magnetic stability. The further investigation on the effects of controlling Cu spacer inter-diffusion by diffusion barriers on the EM and thermomigration (TM)-induced magnetic degradation was carried out for the NiFe/(Co or Co90Fe10)/Cu/(Co or Co90Fe10)/NiFe/FeMn top exchange-biased GMR (EBGMR) SVSDs electrically stressed under the applied DC current density of J=2.5×107 A/cm2 (I=16.5∼17.25 mA). It was clearly confirmed that the Co and the CoFe diffusion barriers effectively control the Cu spacer inter-diffusion resulting in a smaller reduction in both GMR ratio and exchange bias field of the EBGMR SVSDs. Furthermore, it was obviously observed that the effects of CoFe diffusion barrier on controlling the Cu spacer inter-diffusion are more significant than that of Co. The effectively reduced Mn atomic inter-diffusion at the NiFe/FeMn interface and the well-maintained interfacial spin-dependent scattering resulted from the control of EM and TM-induced Cu spacer inter-diffusion were the main physical reasons for the significant improvement of magnetic and electrical degradation of top EBGMR SVSDs.  相似文献

This work deals, for the first time, with the modeling of absolute line intensities in the fundamental ν2 and ν5 bands of CH379Br and CH381Br at 7 μm. For that, four unapodized absorption spectra of CH3Br (natural abundance, 99% purity, P × L = 0.082 − 0.165 atm × cm, room temperature) were measured in the range 1260-1560 cm−1, at a resolution of 0.002 cm−1 using a Fourier transform spectrometer Bruker IFS 120 HR. For both isotopomers, 313 line intensities were analyzed within the dyad system required to account properly for the strong Coriolis coupling between ν2 and ν5. The intensity fit of experimental data led to the determination of the dipole moment derivatives d2 = ∂μ/∂q2 and d5 = ∂μ/∂q5 relative to the ν2 and ν5 bands, as well as the first-order Herman-Wallis correction in K to d5. The observed line intensities are fitted to 3.0% (3.3%) for ν2 at 1309.9 cm−1 and 2.6% (3.0%) for ν5 at 1442.9 cm−1, respectively for CH379Br and CH381Br. The values derived for the vibrational band strengths of ν2 and ν5 are 55.7(0.6) and 39.2(0.3) cm−2 atm−1 at 296 K, respectively. The corresponding assignments and line positions of the dyad from previous work [F. Kwabia Tchana, I. Kleiner, J. Orphal, N. Lacome, O. Bouba, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 228 (2004) 441] are combined with the present intensity study to provide an improved CH3Br database for atmospheric applications.  相似文献
