In the structural motifs of two isomorphous triclinic salts, (C5H6Br2N3)2[MBr4] (M = CdII and MnII), each [MBr4]2− anion interacts with eight surrounding 2,6‐diamino‐3,5‐dibromopyridinium cations through intermolecular C/N—H...Br and Br...Br interactions, leading to a three‐dimensional framework structure. The cations show a minor degree of π–π stacking, adding extra stability to the three‐dimensional architecture.  相似文献

The title complexes, hexaaquacobalt(II) bis(μ‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bismuthate(III)] dihydrate, [Co(H2O)6][Bi2(C7H4NO4)4]·2H2O, (I), and hexaaquanickel(II) bis(μ‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bismuthate(III)] dihydrate, [Ni(H2O)6][Bi2(C7H4NO4)4]·2H2O, (II), are isomorphous and crystallize in the triclinic space group P. The transition metal ions are located on the inversion centre and adopt slightly distorted MO6 (M = Co or Ni) octahedral geometries. Two [Bi(pydc)2] units (pydc is pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate) are linked via bridging carboxylate groups into centrosymmetric [Bi2(pydc)4]2− dianions. The crystal packing reveals that the [M(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Bi2(pydc)4]2− anions and solvent water molecules form multiple hydrogen bonds to generate a supramolecular three‐dimensional network. The formation of secondary Bi...O bonds between adjacent [Bi2(pydc)4]2− dimers provides an additional supramolecular synthon that directs and facilitates the crystal packing of both (I) and (II).  相似文献

The structures of seven A2Cu4X10 compounds containing quasi‐planar oligomers are reported: bis(1,2,4‐trimethylpyridinium) hexa‐μ‐chlorido‐tetrachloridotetracuprate(II), (C8H12N)2[Cu4Cl10], (I), and the hexa‐μ‐bromido‐tetrabromidotetracuprate(II) salts of 1,2,4‐trimethylpyridinium, (C8H12N)2[Cu4Br10], (II), 3,4‐dimethylpyridinium, (C7H10N)2[Cu4Br10], (III), 2,3‐dimethylpyridinium, (C7H10N)2[Cu4Br10], (IV), 1‐methylpyridinium, (C6H8N)2[Cu4Br10], (V), trimethylphenylammonium, (C9H14N)2[Cu4Br10], (VI), and 2,4‐dimethylpyridinium, (C7H10N)2[Cu4Br10], (VII). The first four are isomorphous and contain stacks of tetracopper oligomers aggregated through semicoordinate Cu...X bond formation in a 4(,) stacking pattern. The 1‐methylpyridinium salt also contains oligomers stacked in a 4(,) pattern, but is isomorphous with the known chloride analog instead. The trimethylphenylammonium salt contains stacks of oligomers arranged in a 4(,) stacking pattern similar to the tetramethylphosphonium analog. These six structures feature inversion‐related organic cation pairs and hybrid oligomer/organic cation layers derived from the parent CuX2 structure. The 2,4‐dimethylpyridinium salt is isomorphous with the known (2‐amino‐4‐methylpyridinium)2Cu4Cl10 structure, in which isolated stacks of organic cations and of oligomers in a 4(,) pattern are found. In bis(3‐chloro‐1‐methylpyridinium) octa‐μ‐bromido‐tetrabromidopentacuprate(II), (C6H7ClN)[Cu5Br12], (VIII), containing the first reported fully halogenated quasi‐planar pentacopper oligomer, the oligomers stack in a 5(,) stacking pattern as the highest nuclearity [CunX2n+2]2− oligomer compound known with isolated stacking. Bis(2‐chloro‐1‐methylpyridinium) dodeca‐μ‐bromido‐tetrabromidoheptacuprate(II), (C6H7ClN)2[Cu7Br16], (IX), contains the second heptacopper oligomer reported and consists of layers of interleaved oligomer stacks with a 7[(,)][(−,−)] pattern isomorphous with that of the known 1,2‐dimethylpyridinium analog. All the oligomers reported here are inversion symmetric.  相似文献

In bis(2‐carboxypyridinium) hexafluorosilicate, 2C6H6NO2+·SiF62−, (I), and bis(2‐carboxyquinolinium) hexafluorosilicate dihydrate, 2C10H8NO2+·SiF62−·2H2O, (II), the Si atoms of the anions reside on crystallographic centres of inversion. Primary inter‐ion interactions in (I) occur via strong N—H...F and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, generating corrugated layers incorporating [SiF6]2− anions as four‐connected net nodes and organic cations as simple links in between. In (II), a set of strong N—H...F, O—H...O and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, involving water molecules, gives a three‐dimensional heterocoordinated rutile‐like framework that integrates [SiF6]2− anions as six‐connected and water molecules as three‐connected nodes. The carboxyl groups of the cation are hydrogen bonded to the water molecule [O...O = 2.5533 (13) Å], while the N—H group supports direct bonding to the anion [N...F = 2.7061 (12) Å].  相似文献

Four complexes containing the [UO2(oda)2]2− anion (oda is oxydiacetate) are reported, namely dipyridinium dioxidobis(oxydiacetato)uranate(VI), (C5H6N)2[U(C4H4O5)2O2], (I), bis(2‐methylpyridinium) dioxidobis(oxydiacetato)uranate(VI), (C8H8N)2[U(C4H4O5)2O2], (II), bis(3‐methylpyridinium) dioxidobis(oxydiacetato)uranate(VI), (C8H8N)2[U(C4H4O5)2O2], (III), and bis(4‐methylpyridinium) dioxidobis(oxydiacetato)uranate(VI), (C8H8N)2[U(C4H4O5)2O2], (IV). The anions are achiral and are located on a mirror plane in (I) and on inversion centres in (II)–(IV). The four complexes are assembled into three‐dimensional structures via N—H...O and C—H...O interactions. Compounds (III) and (IV) are isomorphous; the [UO2(oda)2]2− anions form a porous matrix which is nearly identical in the two structures, and the cations are located in channels formed in this matrix. Compounds (I) and (II) are very different from (III) and (IV): (I) forms a layered structure, while (II) forms ribbons.  相似文献

Tetraaqua(18‐crown‐6)cerium(III) hexacyanoferrate(III) dihydrate, [Ce(C12H24O6)(H2O)4][Fe(CN)6]·2H2O, and tetraaqua(18‐crown‐6)neodymium(III) hexacyanoferrate(III) dihydrate, [Nd(C12H24O6)(H2O)4][Fe(CN)6]·2H2O, are isomorphous and isostructural in the C2/c space group, where the cations, which contain ten‐coordinate lanthanoid centres, lie across twofold rotation axes and the anions lie across inversion centres. In these compounds, an extensive series of O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds links the components into a continuous three‐dimensional framework. Triaqua(18‐crown‐6)lanthanoid(III) hexacyanoferrate(III) dihydrate, [Ln(C12H24O6)(H2O)3][Fe(CN)6]·2H2O, where Ln = Sm, Eu, Gd or Tb, are all isomorphous and isostructural in the P space group, as are triaqua(18‐crown‐6)gadolinium(III) hexacyanochromate(III) dihydrate, [Gd(C12H24O6)(H2O)3][Cr(CN)6]·2H2O, and triaqua(18‐crown‐6)gadolinium(III) hexacyanocobaltate(III) dihydrate, [Gd(C12H24O6)(H2O)3][Co(CN)6]·2H2O. In these compounds, there are two independent anions, both lying across inversion centres, and the lanthanoid centres exhibit nine‐coordination; in the crystal structures, an extensive series of hydrogen bonds links the components into a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The title isomorphous compounds, tetra‐μ‐but‐2‐enoato‐bis[diaqua(but‐2‐enoato)dysprosium(III)]–2,6‐diaminopurine (1/2), [Dy2(C4H5O2)6(H2O)4]·2C5H6N6, and tetra‐μ‐but‐2‐enoato‐bis[diaqua(but‐2‐enoato)holmium(III)]–2,6‐diaminopurine (1/2), [Ho2(C4H5O2)6(H2O)4]·2C5H6N6, consist of [Ln(crot)3(H2O)2]2 dimers (crot is crotonate or but‐2‐enoate; Ln is the lanthanide cation), built up around inversion centres and completed by 2,6‐diaminopurine molecules. The lanthanide cation is coordinated by three chelating crotonate units and two water molecules. One of the chelating carboxylate groups acts also in a bridging mode sharing one O atom with both cations and the final result is a pair of DyO9 tricapped prismatic polyhedra linked to each other through a central (Dy—O)2 loop. A feature of the structures is the existence of a complex intermolecular interaction scheme involving two sets of tightly interlinked non‐intersecting one‐dimensional structures, one of them formed by the [Dy(crot)3(H2O)2]2 dimers (running along [100] and linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds) and the second formed by 2,6‐diaminopurine molecules (evolving along [010] linked by N—H...N hydrogen bonds).  相似文献

The reaction of aminophosphinic acid with CdCl2·2.5H2O or CoCl2·6H2O in concentrated hydrochloric acid yielded the isostructural compounds 1,4‐bis{[hydroxy(phenyl)phosphoryl]methyl}piperazine‐1,4‐diium tetrachloridocadmate(II) dihydrate, (C18H26N2O4P2)[CdCl4]·2H2O, (I), and 1,4‐bis{[hydroxy(phenyl)phosphoryl]methyl}piperazine‐1,4‐diium tetrachloridocobaltate(II) dihydrate, (C18H26N2O4P2)[CoCl4]·2H2O, (II). The asymmetric unit of each contains two half dications, both located on crystallographic centres of inversion, a tetrachloridometallate(II) dianion and two solvent water molecules. The residues are linked into two‐dimensional layers in the ab plane by O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title salt, bis[2,3‐bis(aminocarbonyl)‐8,9‐bis(methylsulfanyl)tetrathiafulvalenium] di‐μ‐bromido‐bis[bromidocopper(II)], (C10H10N2O2S6)2[Cu2Br4], contains 2,3‐bis(aminocarbonyl)‐8,9‐bis(methylsulfanyl)tetrathiafulvalenium radical cations, [DMT‐TTF(CONH2)2]·+, and [Cu2Br4]2− anions. The cations are associated across centres of inversion in a head‐to‐tail fashion via short face‐to‐face S...S stacking (TTF moiety). These dimers are further assembled into a one‐dimensional chain structure via interdimer double S...S contacts involving the methylsulfanyl groups. The one‐dimensional chains give rise to a two‐dimensional structure through intermolecular double N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group. The [Cu2Br4]2− anions, which straddle centres of inversion, are located between the cation layers. Electron paramagnetic resonance measurements show a radical signal, indicating that the two TTF·+ radicals are not completely coupled in the dimer.  相似文献

Structures having the unusual protonated 4‐arsonoanilinium species, namely in the hydrochloride salt, C6H9AsNO3+·Cl, (I), and the complex salts formed from the reaction of (4‐aminophenyl)arsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid) with copper(II) sulfate, i.e. hexaaquacopper(II) bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) disulfate dihydrate, (C6H9AsNO3)2[Cu(H2O)6](SO4)2·2H2O, (II), with copper(II) chloride, i.e. poly[bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) [tetra‐μ‐chlorido‐cuprate(II)]], {(C6H9AsNO3)2[CuCl4]}n , (III), and with cadmium chloride, i.e. poly[bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) [tetra‐μ‐chlorido‐cadmate(II)]], {(C6H9AsNO3)2[CdCl4]}n , (IV), have been determined. In (II), the two 4‐arsonoanilinium cations are accompanied by [Cu(H2O)6]2+ cations with sulfate anions. In the isotypic complex salts (III) and (IV), they act as counter‐cations to the {[CuCl4]2−}n or {[CdCl4]2−}n anionic polymer sheets, respectively. In (II), the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ ion sits on a crystallographic centre of symmetry and displays a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The asymmetric unit for (II) contains, in addition to half the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ ion, one 4‐arsonoanilinium cation, a sulfate dianion and a solvent water molecule. Extensive O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds link all the species, giving an overall three‐dimensional structure. In (III), four of the chloride ligands are related by inversion [Cu—Cl = 2.2826 (8) and 2.2990 (9) Å], with the other two sites of the tetragonally distorted octahedral CuCl6 unit occupied by symmetry‐generated Cl‐atom donors [Cu—Cl = 2.9833 (9) Å], forming a two‐dimensional coordination polymer network substructure lying parallel to (001). In the crystal, the polymer layers are linked across [001] by a number of bridging hydrogen bonds involving N—H…Cl interactions from head‐to‐head‐linked As—O—H…O 4‐arsonoanilinium cations. A three‐dimensional network structure is formed. CdII compound (IV) is isotypic with CuII complex (III), but with the central CdCl6 complex repeat unit having a more regular M —Cl bond‐length range [2.5232 (12)–2.6931 (10) Å] compared to that in (III). This series of compounds represents the first reported crystal structures having the protonated 4‐arsonoanilinium species.  相似文献

The structures of five metal complexes containing the 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylate dianion illustrate the remarkable coordinating versatility of this ligand and the great structural diversity of its complexes. In tetraaquaberyllium 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylate, [Be(H2O)4](C7H2O6), (I), the ions are linked by eight independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded framework structure. Each of the ions in hydrazinium(2+) diaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)calcate, (N2H6)[Ca(C7H2O6)2(H2O)2], (II), lies on a twofold rotation axis in the space group P2/c; the anions form hydrogen‐bonded sheets which are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by the cations. In bis(μ‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[tetraaquamanganese(II)] tetrahydrate, [Mn2(C7H2O6)2(H2O)8]·4H2O, (III), the metal ions and the organic ligands form a cyclic centrosymmetric Mn2(C7H2O6)2 unit, and these units are linked into a complex three‐dimensional framework structure containing 12 independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds. There are two independent CuII ions in tetraaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)copper(II), [Cu(C7H2O6)(H2O)4], (IV), and both lie on centres of inversion in the space group P; the metal ions and the organic ligands form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, and the polymer chains are linked into a three‐dimensional framework containing eight independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Diaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)cadmium monohydrate, [Cd(C7H2O6)(H2O)2]·H2O, (V), forms a three‐dimensional coordination polymer in which the organic ligand is coordinated to four different Cd sites, and this polymer is interwoven with a complex three‐dimensional framework built from O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compounds, di‐μ‐bromido‐bis[bromido(1‐carboxymethyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐κN4)(nitrito‐κ2O,O′)cadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2Br4(C8H15N2O2)2(NO2)2]·2H2O, (I), and aquabromido(1‐cyanomethyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐κN4)bis(nitrito‐κ2O,O′)cadmium(II) monohydrate, [CdBr(C8H14N3)(NO2)2(H2O)]·H2O, (II), are two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded metal–organic hybrid complexes. In (I), the complex is situated on a centre of inversion so that each symmetry‐related CdII atom is coordinated by two bridging Br atoms, one monodentate Br atom, one chelating nitrite ligand and one organic ligand, yielding a significantly distorted octahedral geometry. The combination of O—H...O and O—H...Br hydrogen bonds produces centrosymmetric R66(16) ring motifs, resulting in two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ab plane. In contrast, the complex molecule in (II) is mononuclear, with the CdII atom seven‐coordinated by two bidentate nitrite groups, one N atom from the organic ligand, one monodentate Br atom and a water O atom in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal environment. The combination of O—H...O and O—H...Br hydrogen bonds produces R54(14) and R33(8) rings which lead to two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ac plane.  相似文献

The structures of two salts of flunarizine, namely 1‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine, C26H26F2N2, are reported. In flunarizinium nicotinate {systematic name: 4‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐1‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazin‐1‐ium pyridine‐3‐carboxylate}, C26H27F2N2+·C6H4NO2, (I), the two ionic components are linked by a short charge‐assisted N—H...O hydrogen bond. The ion pairs are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. In flunarizinediium bis(4‐toluenesulfonate) dihydrate {systematic name: 1‐[bis(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine‐1,4‐diium bis(4‐methylbenzenesulfonate) dihydrate}, C26H28F2N22+·2C7H7O3S·2H2O, (II), one of the anions is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.832 (6) and 0.168 (6). The five independent components are linked into ribbons by two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and four independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and these ribbons are linked to form a three‐dimensional framework by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, but C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions are absent from the structure of (II). Comparisons are made with some related structures.  相似文献

The title compound, bis[diaquabis(ethylenediamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)] hexacyanoiron(II) tetrahydrate, [Cu(C2H8N2)2(H2O)1.935]2[Fe(CN)6]·4H2O, was crystallized from an aqueous reaction mixture initially containing CuSO4, K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethylenediamine (en) in a 3:2:6 molar ratio. Its structure is ionic and is built up of two crystallographically different cations, viz. [Cu(en)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Cu(en)2(H2O)1.87]2+, there being a deficiency of aqua ligands in the latter, [Fe(CN)6]4− anions and disordered solvent water molecules. All the metal atoms lie on centres of inversion. The Cu atom is octahedrally coordinated by two chelate‐bonded en molecules [mean Cu—N = 2.016 (2) Å] in the equatorial plane, and by axial aqua ligands, showing very long distances due to the Jahn–Teller effect [mean Cu—O = 2.611 (2) Å]. In one of the cations, significant underoccupation of the O‐atom site is observed, correlated with the appearance of a non‐coordinated water molecule. This is interpreted as the partial contribution of a hydrate isomer. The [Fe(CN)6]4− anions form quite regular octahedra, with a mean Fe—C distance of 1.913 (2) Å. The dominant intermolecular interactions are cation–anion O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and these interactions form layers parallel to (001).  相似文献

Three potassium edta (edta is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, H4Y) salts which have different degrees of ionization of the edta anion, namely dipotassium 2‐({2‐[bis(carboxylatomethyl)azaniumyl]ethyl}(carboxylatomethyl)azaniumyl)acetate dihydrate, 2K+·C10H14N2O82−·2H2O, (I), tripotassium 2,2′‐({2‐[bis(carboxylatomethyl)amino]ethyl}ammonio)diacetate dihydrate, 3K+·C10H13N2O83−·2H2O, (II), and tetrapotassium 2,2′,2′′,2′′′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyldinitrilo)tetraacetate 3.92‐hydrate, 4K+·C10H12N2O84−·3.92H2O, (III), were obtained in crystalline form from water solutions after mixing edta with potassium hydroxide in different molar ratios. In (II), a new mode of coordination of the edta anion to the metal is observed. The HY3− anion contains one deprotonated N atom coordinated to K+ and the second N atom is involved in intramolecular bifurcated N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds. The overall conformation of the HY3− anions is very similar to that of the Y4− anions in (III), although a slightly different spatial arrangement of the –CH2COO groups in relation to (III) is observed, whereas the H2Y2− anions in (I) adopt a distinctly different geometry. The preferred synclinal conformation of the –NCH2CH2N– moiety was found for all edta anions. In all three crystals, the anions and water molecules are arranged in three‐dimensional networks linked via O—H...O and C—H...O [and N—H...O in (I) and (II)] hydrogen bonds. K...O interactions also contribute to the three‐dimensional polymeric architecture of the salts.  相似文献

In poly[[bis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐κ2N2:N2′)bis(3‐carboxyadamantane‐1‐carboxylato‐κO1)cobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (I), the Co2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and the 4,4′‐bipyrazole (4,4′‐bpz) ligands are also situated across centres of inversion. In its non‐isomorphous cadmium analogue, {[Cd(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (II), the Cd2+ cation lies on a twofold axis. In both compounds, the metal cations adopt an octahedral coordination, with four pyrazole N atoms in the equatorial plane [Co—N = 2.156 (2) and 2.162 (2) Å; Cd—N = 2.298 (2) and 2.321 (2) Å] and two axial carboxylate O atoms [Co—O = 2.1547 (18) Å and Cd—O = 2.347 (2) Å]. In both structures, interligand hydrogen bonding [N...O = 2.682 (3)–2.819 (3) Å] is essential for stabilization of the MN4O2 environment with its unusually high (for bulky adamantanecarboxylates) number of coordinated N‐donor co‐ligands. The compounds adopt two‐dimensional coordination connectivities and exist as square‐grid [M(4,4′‐bpz)2]n networks accommodating monodentate carboxylate ligands. The interlayer linkage is provided by hydrogen bonds from the carboxylic acid groups via the solvent water molecules [O...O = 2.565 (3) and 2.616 (3) Å] to the carboxylate groups in the next layer [O...O = 2.717 (3)–2.841 (3) Å], thereby extending the structures in the third dimension.  相似文献

Assemblies of pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid and CdII in the presence of bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane or bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane under ambient conditions yielded two new coordination polymers, namely poly[[tetraaqua[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane‐κ2N4:N4′]bis(μ2‐pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3N1,O2:O3)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C6H2N2O4)2(C8H12N6)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n, (I), and poly[[diaqua[μ2‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane‐κ2N4:N4′]bis(μ3‐pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ4N1,O2:O3:O3′)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C6H2N2O4)2(C6H8N6)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, (II). Complex (I) displays an interesting two‐dimensional wave‐like structure and forms a distinct extended three‐dimensional supramolecular structure with the help of O—H...N and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Complex (II) has a three‐dimensional framework structure in which hydrogen bonds of the O—H...N and O—H...O types are found.  相似文献

The title complex, trans‐bis(dimethylformamide‐κO)bis{N,N′‐N′′,N′′′‐tetra‐tert‐butyl[oxybis(phosphonic diamide‐κO)]}manganese(II) dichloride dihydrate, [Mn(C16H40N4O3P2)2(C3H7NO)2]Cl2·2H2O, is the first example of a bis‐chelate amido–pyrophosphate (pyrophosphoramide) complex containing an O[P(O)(NH)2]2 fragment. Its asymmetric unit contains half of the complex dication, one chloride anion and one water molecule. The MnII atom, located on an inversion centre, is octahedrally coordinated, with a slight elongation towards the monodentate dimethylformamide ligand. Structural features of the title complex, such as the P=O bond lengths and the planarity of the chelate ring, are compared with those of previously reported complexes with six‐membered chelates involving the fragments C(O)NHP(O), (X)NP(O) [X = C(O), C(S), S(O)2 and P(O)] and O[P(O)(N)2]2. This analysis shows that the six‐membered chelate rings are less puckered in pyrophosphoramide complexes containing a P(O)OP(O) skeleton, such as the title compound. The extended structure of the title complex involves a linear aggregate mediated by N—H...O and N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, in which the chloride anion is an acceptor in two additional O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Rubidium chromium(III) dioxalate dihydrate [diaquabis(μ‐oxalato)chromium(III)rubidium(I)], [RbCr(C2O4)2(H2O)2], (I), and dicaesium magnesium dioxalate tetrahydrate [tetraaquabis(μ‐oxalato)magnesium(II)dicaesium(I)], [Cs2Mg(C2O4)2(H2O)4], (II), have layered structures which are new among double‐metal oxalates. In (I), the Rb and Cr atoms lie on sites with imposed 2/m symmetry and the unique water molecule lies on a mirror plane; in (II), the Mg atom lies on a twofold axis. The two non‐equivalent Cr and Mg atoms both show octahedral coordination, with a mean Cr—O distance of 1.966 Å and a mean Mg—O distance of 2.066 Å. Dirubidium copper(II) dioxalate dihydrate [diaquabis(μ‐oxalato)copper(II)dirubidium(I)], [Rb2Cu(C2O4)2(H2O)2], (III), is also layered and is isotypic with the previously described K2‐ and (NH4)2CuII(C2O4)2·2H2O compounds. The two non‐equivalent Cu atoms lie on inversion centres and are both (4+2)‐coordinated. Hydrogen bonds are medium‐strong to weak in the three compounds. The oxalate groups are slightly non‐planar only in the Cs–Mg compound, (II), and are more distinctly non‐planar in the K–Cu compound, (III).  相似文献

The title compound, tetrakis(tetraethylammonium) cyclo‐tetra‐μ‐oxo‐tetrakis[dioxovanadium(V)] dihydrate, (C8H20N)4[V4O12]·2H2O, was obtained by reacting V2O5 with (C2H5)4NOH. It consists of a discrete centrosymmetric molecular anion, [V4O12]4?, where four tetrahedral VO4 units share two vertices with each other to form a ring. A water molecule is attached on each side of the ring through hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
