The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

Two novel cocrystals of the N(7)—H tautomeric form of N6‐benzoyladenine (BA), namely N6‐benzoyladenine–3‐hydroxypyridinium‐2‐carboxylate (3HPA) (1/1), C12H9N5O·C6H5NO3, (I), and N6‐benzoyladenine–DL‐tartaric acid (TA) (1/1), C12H9N5O·C4H6O6, (II), are reported. In both cocrystals, the N6‐benzoyladenine molecule exists as the N(7)—H tautomer, and this tautomeric form is stabilized by intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonding between the benzoyl C=O group and the N(7)—H hydrogen on the Hoogsteen site of the purine ring, forming an S(7) motif. The dihedral angle between the adenine and phenyl planes is 0.94 (8)° in (I) and 9.77 (8)° in (II). In (I), the Watson–Crick face of BA (N6—H and N1; purine numbering) interacts with the carboxylate and phenol groups of 3HPA through N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, generating a ring‐motif heterosynthon [graph set R22(6)]. However, in (II), the Hoogsteen face of BA (benzoyl O atom and N7; purine numbering) interacts with TA (hydroxy and carbonyl O atoms) through N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating a different heterosynthon [graph set R22(4)]. Both crystal structures are further stabilized by π–π stacking interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐iodoanilinium 2‐carboxy‐6‐nitrobenzoate, C6H7IN+·C8H4NO6−, the anions are linked by an O—H...O hydrogen bond [H...O = 1.78 Å, O...O = 2.614 (3) Å and O—H...O = 171°] into C(7) chains, and these chains are linked by two two‐centre N—H...O hydrogen bonds [H...O = 1.86 and 1.92 Å, N...O = 2.700 (3) and 2.786 (3) Å, and N—H...O = 153 and 158°] and one three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond [H...O = 2.02 and 2.41 Å, N...O = 2.896 (3) and 2.789 (3) Å, N—H...O = 162 and 105°, and O...H...O = 92°], thus forming sheets containing R(6), R(8), R(13) and R(18) rings. 相似文献

In the title compounds, C10H8N2O2, (I), and C12H12N2O2, (II), the two carbonyl groups are oriented with torsion angles of −149.3 (3) and −88.55 (15)°, respectively. The single‐bond distances linking the two carbonyl groups are 1.528 (4) and 1.5298 (17) Å, respectively. In (I), the molecules are linked by an elaborate system of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, which form adjacent R22(8) and R42(8) ring motifs to generate a ladder‐like construct. Adjacent ladders are further linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds to build a three‐dimensional network. The hydrogen bonding in (II) is far simpler, consisting of helical chains of N—H...O‐linked molecules that follow the 21 screw of the b axis. It is the presence of an elaborate hydrogen‐bonding system in the crystal structure of (I) that leads to the different torsion angle for the orientation of the two adjacent carbonyl groups from that in (II). 相似文献

The mixed organic–inorganic title salt, C7H18N2O2+·C2HO4−·Cl−, forms an assembly of ionic components which are stabilized through a series of hydrogen bonds and charge‐assisted intermolecular interactions. The title assembly crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group with Z = 8. The asymmetric unit consists of a 4‐(3‐azaniumylpropyl)morpholin‐4‐ium dication, a hydrogen oxalate counter‐anion and an inorganic chloride counter‐anion. The organic cations and anions are connected through a network of N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming several intermolecular rings that can be described by the graph‐set notations R33(13), R21(5), R12(5), R21(6), R23(6), R22(8) and R33(9). The 4‐(3‐azaniumylpropyl)morpholin‐4‐ium dications are interconnected through N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming C(9) chains that run diagonally along the ab face. Furthermore, the hydrogen oxalate anions are interconnected via O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming head‐to‐tail C(5) chains along the crystallographic b axis. The two types of chains are linked through additional N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and the hydrogen oxalate chains are sandwiched by the 4‐(3‐azaniumylpropyl)morpholin‐4‐ium chains, forming organic layers that are separated by the chloride anions. Finally, the layered three‐dimensional structure is stabilized via intermolecular N—H...Cl and C—H...Cl interactions. 相似文献

In 2,4‐diamino‐6‐methyl‐1,3,5‐triazin‐1‐ium (acetoguanaminium) hydrogen phthalate, C4H8N5+·C8H5O4−, (I), acetoguanaminium hydrogen maleate, C4H8N5+·C4H3O4−, (II), and acetoguanaminium 3‐hydroxypicolinate monohydrate, C4H8N5+·C6H4NO3−·H2O, (III), the acetoguanaminium cations interact with the carboxylate groups of the corresponding anions via a pair of nearly parallel N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming R22(8) ring motifs. In (II) and (III), N—H...N base‐pairing is observed, while there is none in (I). In (II), a series of fused R32(8), R22(8) and R32(8) hydrogen‐bonded rings plus fused R22(8), R62(12) and R22(8) ring motifs occur alternately, aggregating into a supramolecular ladder‐like arrangement. In (III), R22(8) motifs occur on either side of a further ring formed by pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming an array of three fused hydrogen‐bonded rings. In (I) and (II), the anions form a typical intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond with graph set S(7), whereas in (III) an intramolecular hydrogen bond with graph set S(6) is formed. 相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis. 相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C7H4FO2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CoII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R32(6), R22(12) and R22(16) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional network of C—H...F, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization. 相似文献

The structures of two ammonium salts of 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid (5‐sulfosalicylic acid, 5‐SSA) have been determined at 200 K. In the 1:1 hydrated salt, ammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, NH4+·C7H5O6S−·H2O, (I), the 5‐SSA− monoanions give two types of head‐to‐tail laterally linked cyclic hydrogen‐bonding associations, both with graph‐set R44(20). The first involves both carboxylic acid O—H...Owater and water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds at one end, and ammonium N—H...Osulfonate and N—H...Ocarboxy hydrogen bonds at the other. The second association is centrosymmetric, with end linkages through water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds. These conjoined units form stacks down c and are extended into a three‐dimensional framework structure through N—H...O and water O—H...O hydrogen bonds to sulfonate O‐atom acceptors. Anhydrous triammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate 3‐carboxylato‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate, 3NH4+·C7H4O6S2−·C7H5O6S−, (II), is unusual, having both dianionic 5‐SSA2− and monoanionic 5‐SSA− species. These are linked by a carboxylic acid O—H...O hydrogen bond and, together with the three ammonium cations (two on general sites and the third comprising two independent half‐cations lying on crystallographic twofold rotation axes), give a pseudo‐centrosymmetric asymmetric unit. Cation–anion hydrogen bonding within this layered unit involves a cyclic R33(8) association which, together with extensive peripheral N—H...O hydrogen bonding involving both sulfonate and carboxy/carboxylate acceptors, gives a three‐dimensional framework structure. This work further demonstrates the utility of the 5‐SSA− monoanion for the generation of stable hydrogen‐bonded crystalline materials, and provides the structure of a dianionic 5‐SSA2− species of which there are only a few examples in the crystallographic literature. 相似文献

In the title compound, C24H36N6O6·C2H6OS, the carbonyl groups are in an antiperiplanar conformation, with O=C—C=O torsion angles of 178.59 (15) and −172.08 (16)°. An intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding pattern is depicted by four N—H...O interactions, which form two adjacent S(5)S(5) motifs, and an N—H...N interaction, which forms an S(6) ring motif. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonding and C—H...O soft interactions allow the formation of a meso‐helix. The title compound is the first example of a helical 1,2‐phenylenedioxalamide. The oxalamide traps one molecule of dimethyl sulfoxide through N—H...O hydrogen bonding. C—H...O soft interactions give rise to the two‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

Aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically important as they are components of nucleic acids and drugs. The crystals of two new salts, namely cytosinium 6‐chloronicotinate monohydrate, C4H6N3O+·C6H3ClNO2−·H2O, ( I ), and 5‐bromo‐6‐methylisocytosinium hydrogen sulfate (or 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐4‐oxo‐6‐methylpyrimidinium hydrogen sulfate), C5H7BrN3O+·HSO4−, ( II ), have been prepared and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The pyrimidine ring of both compounds is protonated at the imine N atom. In hydrated salt ( I ), the primary R22(8) ring motif (supramolecular heterosynthon) is formed via a pair of N—H…O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds. The cations, anions and water molecule are hydrogen bonded through N—H…O, N—H…N, O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming R22(8), R32(7) and R55(21) motifs, leading to a hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular sheet structure. The supramolecular double sheet structure is formed via water–carboxylate O—H…O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the anions and the cations. In salt ( II ), the hydrogen sulfate ions are linked via O—H…O hydrogen bonds to generate zigzag chains. The aminopyrimidinium cations are embedded between these zigzag chains. Each hydrogen sulfate ion bridges two cations via pairs of N—H…O hydrogen bonds and vice versa, generating two R22(8) ring motifs (supramolecular heterosynthon). The cations also interact with one another via halogen–halogen (Br…Br) and halogen–oxygen (Br…O) interactions. 相似文献

The molecules of racemic 3‐benzoylmethyl‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H13NO3, (I), are linked by a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(10) and R44(12) rings. Five monosubstituted analogues of (I), namely racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐methylbenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C17H15NO3, (II), racemic 3‐[(4‐fluorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12FNO3, (III), racemic 3‐[(4‐chlorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12ClNO3, (IV), racemic 3‐[(4‐bromobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12BrNO3, (V), and racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐nitrobenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C16H12N2O5, (VI), are isomorphous in space group P. In each of compounds (II)–(VI), a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds generates a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(10) rings, and these chains are linked into sheets by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. No two of the structures of (II)–(VI) exhibit the same combination of weak hydrogen bonds of C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) types. The molecules of racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐(2‐thienylcarbonylmethyl)indolin‐2‐one, C14H11NO3S, (VII), form hydrogen‐bonded chains very similar to those in (II)–(VI), but here the sheet formation depends upon a weak π–π stacking interaction between thienyl rings. Comparisons are drawn between the crystal structures of compounds (I)–(VII) and those of some recently reported analogues having no aromatic group in the side chain. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound [systematic name: bis(adamantan‐1‐aminium) tetrachloridozincate(II)–1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane–water (1/1/1)], (C10H18N)2[ZnCl4]·C12H24O6·H2O, consists of supramolecular rotator–stator assemblies and ribbons of hydrogen bonds parallel to [010]. The assemblies are composed of one protonated adamantan‐1‐aminium cation and one crown ether molecule (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane) to give an overall [(C10H18N)(18‐crown‐6)]+ cation. The –NH3+ group of the cation nests in the crown and links to the crown‐ether O atoms through N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The 18‐crown‐6 ring adopts a pseudo‐C3v conformation. The second adamantan‐1‐aminium forms part of ribbons of adamantan‐1‐aminium–water–tetrachloridozincate units which are interconnected by O—H...Cl, N—H...O and N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds via three different continuous rings with R54(12), R43(10) and R33(8) motifs. 相似文献

The pyrimidine rings in ethyl (E)‐3‐[2‐amino‐4,6‐bis(dimethylamino)pyrimidin‐5‐yl]‐2‐cyanoacrylate, C14H20N6O2, (I), and 2‐[(2‐amino‐4,6‐di‐1‐piperidylpyrimidin‐5‐yl)methylene]malononitrile, C18H23N7, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group, are both nonplanar with boat conformations. The molecules of (I) are linked by a combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R22(8) and R44(20) rings, while the two independent molecules in (II) are linked by four N—H...N hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(20) rings. This study illustrates both the readiness with which highly‐substituted pyrimidine rings can be distorted from planarity and the significant differences between the supramolecular aggregation in two rather similar compounds. 相似文献

Details of the structures of two conformational polymorphs of the title compound, C12H17N2OS+·Cl−, are reported. In form (I) (space group P), the two N—H groups of the cation are in a trans conformation, while in form (II) (space group P21/c), they are in a cis arrangement. This results in different packing and hydrogen‐bond arrangements in the two forms, both of which have extended chains lying along the a direction. In form (I), these chains are composed of centrosymmetric R42(18) (N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings and R22(18) (N—H...O) hydrogen‐bonded rings. In form (II), the chains are formed by centrosymmetric R42(18) (N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings and by R42(12) (N—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings. 相似文献

The geometric features of 1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐amine, C7H6N6O2, correspond to the presence of the essential interaction of the 5‐amino group lone pair with the π system of the tetrazole ring. Intermolecular N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds result in the formation of infinite chains running along the [110] direction and involve centrosymmetric ring structures with motifs R22(8) and R22(20). Molecules of {(E)‐[1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl]iminomethyl}dimethylamine, C12H16N6O, are essentially flattened, which facilitates the formation of a conjugated system spanning the whole molecule. Conjugation in the azomethine N=C—N fragment results in practically the same length for the formal double and single bonds. 相似文献

The molecules of both methyl 4‐[2‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)hydrazinyl]‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C15H12ClN3O5, (I), and methyl 4‐[2‐(2‐fluorobenzoyl)hydrazinyl]‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C15H12FN3O5, (II), contain an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond, and both show electronic polarization in the nitrated aryl ring. In both compounds, molecules are linked by a combination of N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets, which are built from R43(18) rings in (I) and from R44(28) rings in (II). In each of methyl 3‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐benzotriazine‐6‐carboxylate, C15H11N3O2, (III), and methyl 3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1,2,4‐benzotriazine‐6‐carboxylate, C16H13N3O2, (IV), the benzotriazine unit shows naphthalene‐type delocalization. There are no hydrogen bonds in the structures of compounds (III) and (IV), but in both compounds, the molecules are linked into chains by π–π stacking interactions involving the benzotriazine units. The mechanism of chain formation is the same in both (III) and (IV), and the different orientations of the two chains can be related to the approximate relationship between the unit‐cell metrics for (III) and (IV). 相似文献
