The title compound, C18H18Cl4N2O2, crystallizes as monoclinic and orthorhombic polymorphs from CHCl3–CH3OH solution. In both polymorphic forms, the molecule lies on a crystallographic centre of inversion (at the piperazine ring centroid) and exhibits an intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bond. In the monoclinic polymorph (space group P21/c), the molecules are linked by intermolecular C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds into a ribbon sheet built from R88(34) rings. In the orthorhombic polymorph (space group Pbcn), the molecules are linked by intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a ribbon sheet of R66(34) rings. The sheets in the orthorhombic polymorph are crosslinked into a three‐dimensional framework by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

A novel centrosymmetric chair‐like dimer, bis(2,2′‐bi­pyridine)‐1κ2N,N′;3κ2N,N′‐tetra‐μ‐chloro‐1:2κ2Cl;­2:3κ2Cl;­3:4κ2Cl;1:4κ2Cl‐tetra­copper(I), [Cu4Cl4­(C10­H8­N2)2], has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex self‐assembles into a three‐dimensional network via C—H?Cl hydrogen bonds, π–π stacking and weak Cu?Cl electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

The structure of trans‐3‐(3‐pyridyl)acrylic acid, C8H7NO2, (I), possesses a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded array of supramolecular ribbons assembled via heterodimeric synthons between the pyridine and carboxyl groups. This compound is photoreactive in the solid state as a result of close contacts between the double bonds of neighbouring molecules [3.821 (1) Å] along the a axis. The crystal structure of the photoproduct, rctt‐3,3′‐(3,4‐dicarboxycyclobutane‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridinium dichloride, C16H16N2O42+·2Cl, (II), consists of a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network built from crosslinking of helical chains integrated by self‐assembly of dipyridinium cations and Cl anions via different O—H...Cl, C—H...Cl and N+—H...Cl hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C39H30O6·CDCl3, has a chemical threefold axis and an approximately planar structure, with an ethoxycarbonyl substituent on each of the terminal benzenes oriented in the same direction, thus forming a propeller‐shaped molecule. This molecule is of particular interest in the field of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), where its hydrolyzed analogue forms MOF structures with high surface areas. The benzene ring which occupies the centre of the molecule forms π–π interactions to the equivalent benzene ring at a perpendicular distance of 3.32 (1) Å. Centrosymmetric dimers formed in this way are interconnected by intermolecular C—H...π interactions with a rather short H...CgA distance of 2.51 Å (CgA is the centroid of the central benzene ring). The molecules are arranged in regular parallel sheets. Within a sheet, molecules are interconnected via C—H...O interactions where all carbonyl O atoms participate in weak hydrogen bonds as hydrogen‐bond acceptors. Neighbouring sheets are connected through the above‐mentioned π–π and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

Structure analyses of 4,4′‐bis(4‐hydroxy­butyl)‐2,2′‐bi­pyridine, C18H24N2O2, (I), and 4,4′‐bis(4‐bromo­butyl)‐2,2′‐bi­pyridine, C18H22Br2N2, (II), reveal intermolecular hydrogen bonding in both compounds. For (I), O—H·N intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to the formation of an infinite two‐dimensional polymer, and π stacking interactions are also observed. For (II), C—H·N intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to the formation of a zigzag polymer. The two compounds crystallize in different crystal systems, but both mol­ecules possess Ci symmetry, with one half mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit.  相似文献

The polyfluorinated title compounds, [M Cl2(C16H16F4N2O2)] or [4,4′‐(HCF2CH2OCH2)2‐2,2′‐bpy]M Cl2 [M = Pd, ( 1 ), and M = Pt, ( 2 )], have –C(Hα)2OC(Hβ)2CF2H side chains with H‐atom donors at the α and β sites. The structures of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) are isomorphous, with the nearly planar (bpy)M Cl2 molecules stacked in columns. Within one column, π‐dimer pairs alternate between a π‐dimer pair reinforced with C—H…Cl hydrogen bonds (α,α) and a π‐dimer pair reinforced with C—Hβ…F(—C) interactions (abbreviated as C—Hβ…F—C,C—Hβ…F—C). The compounds [4,4′‐(CF3CH2OCH2)2‐2,2′‐bpy]M Cl2 [M = Pd, ( 3 ), and M = Pt, ( 4 )] have been reported to be isomorphous [Lu et al. (2012). J. Fluorine Chem. 137 , 54–56], yet with disorder in the fluorous regions. The molecules of ( 3 ) [or ( 4 )] also form similar stacks, but with alternating π‐dimer pairs between the (α,β; α,β) and (β,β) forms. Through (C—)H…Cl hydrogen‐bond interactions, one molecule of ( 1 ) [or ( 2 )] is expanded into an aggregate of two inversion‐related π‐dimer pairs, one pair in the (α,α) form and the other pair in the (C—Hβ…F—C,C—Hβ…F—C) form, with the plane normals making an interplanar angle of 58.24 (3)°. Due to the demands of maintaining a high coordination number around the metal‐bound Cl atoms in molecule ( 1 ) [or ( 2 )], the ponytails of molecule ( 1 ) [or ( 2 )] bend outward; in contrast, the ponytails of molecule ( 3 ) [or ( 4 )] bend inward.  相似文献

The 2,8‐di­hydroxy‐1,3,7,9‐tetra­methyl‐6,12‐di­hydro­di­pyrido[1,2‐a:1′,2′‐d]pyrazine­diyl­ium dication possesses 2/m symmetry and lies in the mirror plane together with a chloride anion and the water O atom. The dication also lies on an inversion centre, i.e. C16H20N2O22+·2Cl?·2H2O. Due to these symmetry constrictions the dication adopts an unexpected planar conformation. Molecules are linked by O—H?O and O—H?Cl hydrogen bonds to form chains, which are cross‐connected by C—H?Cl attractive interactions forming a complex three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network.  相似文献

In the nearly planar title compound, C15H10IN3, the three pyridine rings exhibit transoid conformations about the interannular C—C bonds. Very weak C—H...N and C—H...I interactions link the molecules into ribbons. Significant π–π stacking between molecules from different ribbons completes a three‐dimensional framework of intermolecular interactions. N,N′‐Diethyl‐4‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐diamine, C10H15N3O2, (I), crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, both of which are nearly planar. The molecules differ in the conformation of the ethylamine group trans to the nitro group. Both molecules contain intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the adjacent amine and nitro groups and are linked into one‐dimensional chains by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The chains are organized in layers parallel to (101) with separations of ca 3.4 Å between adjacent sheets. The packing is quite different from what was observed in isomeric 1,3‐bis(ethylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene. 2,6‐Bis(ethylamino)‐3‐nitrobenzonitrile, C11H14N4O2, (II), differs from (I) only in the presence of the nitrile functionality between the two ethylamine groups. Compound (II) crystallizes with one unique molecule in the asymmetric unit. In contrast with (I), one of the ethylamine groups, which is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.75 and 0.25, is positioned so that the methyl group is directed out of the plane of the ring by approximately 85°. This ethylamine group forms an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond with the adjacent nitro group. The packing in (II) is very different from that in (I). Molecules of (II) are linked by both intermolecular amine–nitro N—H...O and amine–nitrile N—H...N hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional network in the (10) plane. Alternating molecules are approximately orthogonal to one another, indicating that π–π interactions are not a significant factor in the packing. Bis(4‐ethylamino‐3‐nitrophenyl) sulfone, C16H18N4O6S, (III), contains the same ortho nitro/ethylamine pairing as in (I), with the position para to the nitro group occupied by the sulfone instead of a second ethylamine group. Each 4‐ethylamino‐3‐nitrobenzene moiety is nearly planar and contains the typical intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond. Due to the tetrahedral geometry about the S atom, the molecules of (III) adopt an overall V shape. There are no intermolecular amine–nitro hydrogen bonds. Rather, each amine H atom has a long (H...O ca 2.8 Å) interaction with one of the sulfone O atoms. Molecules of (III) are thus linked by amine–sulfone N—H...O hydrogen bonds into zigzag double chains running along [001]. Taken together, these structures demonstrate that small changes in the functionalization of ethylamine–nitroarenes cause significant differences in the intermolecular interactions and packing.  相似文献

In the polymeric title compound, [CuCl2(C6H6N4)]n, each CuII ion is five‐coordinated by four basal atoms (two N atoms from a 2,2′‐biimidazole mol­ecule and two Cl anions) and one axial Cl anion, in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. Cl anions bridge the {Cu(C6H6N4)Cl} units into one‐dimensional linear chains, which are reinforced by π–π inter­actions. Adjacent linear chains are linked by N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, resulting in a grid layer. The hydrogen‐bonding pattern can be described in graph‐set notation as C(9)R(9)R(14). This study extends our knowledge of the multifunctional properties of the 2,2′‐biimidazole ligand and of the coordination stereochemistry of copper(II).  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐D‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐4‐nitro‐1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridine], C12H13N3O5, forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the pyridine N atom as acceptor and the 5′‐hydroxy group of the sugar residue as donor. Consequently, the N‐glycosylic bond exhibits a syn conformation, with a χ torsion angle of 61.6 (2)°, and the pentofuranosyl residue adopts a C2′‐endo envelope conformation (2E, S‐type), with P = 162.1 (1)° and τm = 36.2 (1)°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche, gauche), with a torsion angle γ = 49.1 (2)°. The title nucleoside forms an ordered and stacked three‐dimensional network. The pyrrole ring of one layer faces the pyridine ring of an adjacent layer. Additionally, intermolecular O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

Additional intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains, double chains or sheets in all cases except for compound (V). In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis­[2‐(dimethyl­amino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octa­hedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands inter­act with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The molecule has crystallographically imposed twofold symmetry with the MnII atom on the twofold axis. In the 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐diol ligand, each H atom of the two hydroxy groups is oriented towards the other hydroxy O atom. Both hydroxy groups form intermolecular O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds with a single Cl atom of an adjacent molecule. These hydrogen bonds connect the molecules via operation of the molecular twofold axis and the centre of inversion of the crystal lattice, forming a doubly‐bridged one‐dimensional structure with Mn atoms as the nodes.
