The title compound, C21H26FN3O7, is assembled by N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into well‐separated two‐dimensional layers of about 15 Å thickness. The crescent conformation of the molecules is stabilized by weak intramolecular C—H...O and C—H...F hydrogen bonds. The uridine moiety adopts an anti conformation. The ribofuranose ring exists in an envelope conformation. All the endocyclic uracil bonds are shorter than normal single C—N and C—C bonds, and five of them have comparable lengths, which implies a considerable degree of delocalization of the electron density within this ring.  相似文献

In the structures of the two enantiopure diastereoisomers of the title compound, C20H18ClN3O, which crystallize in different space groups, the molecules are very similar as far as bond distances and angles are concerned, but more substantial differences are observed in some torsion angles. The crystal structures of both molecules can be described as zigzag layers along the c axis. The packing is stabilized by hydrogen‐bond interactions of N—H...O, C—H...Cl and C—H...π types for 2‐[(R)‐2‐chloro‐3‐quinolyl]‐2‐[(R)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)ethylamino]acetonitrile, and of N—H...N, C—H...O and C—H...π types for 2‐[(S)‐2‐chloro‐3‐quinolyl]‐2‐[(R)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)ethylamino]acetonitrile, resulting in the formation of two‐ and three‐dimensional networks.  相似文献

The title salt, C16H21NOPS+·C12H10OPS, was synthesized from the reaction between 3‐(methylamino)propan‐1‐ol and PPh2(S)Cl in the presence of Et3N. Its structure has been identified using spectroscopic methods and X‐ray analysis. Single crystals were obtained from ethanol by slow evaporation. In the asymmetric unit, a cation–anion pair is formed through an intermolecular N—H...O [N...O = 2.6974 (18) Å] hydrogen bond. The molecules are packed through N—H...O and N—H...S hydrogen bonds in the crystal and these hydrogen bonds are responsible for the high melting point. The P atoms of the anion and cation both have distorted tetrahedral environments.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of the title compounds, C11H9FN2O, (I), and C13H12FNO4, (II), the molecules are joined pairwise via different hydrogen bonds and the constituent pairs are crosslinked by weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The basic structural motif in (I), which is partially disordered, comprises pairs of molecules arranged in an antiparallel fashion which enables C—H...N[triple‐bond]C interactions. The pairs of molecules are crosslinked by two weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The constituent pair in (II) is formed by intramolecular bifurcated C—H...O/O′ and combined inter‐ and intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In both structures, F atoms form weak C—F...H—C interactions with the H atoms of the two neighbouring methyl groups, the H...F separations being 2.59/2.80 and 2.63/2.71 Å in (I) and (II), respectively. The bond orders in the molecules, estimated using the natural bond orbitals (NBO) formalism, correlate with the changes in bond lengths. Deviations from the ideal molecular geometry are explained by the concept of non‐equivalent hybrid orbitals. The existence of possible conformers of (I) and (II) is analysed by molecular calculations at the B3LYP/6–31+G** level of theory.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of the title compounds, C20H23N3OS, (II), and C20H21N3OS, (III), significant differences occur in the conformation of, respectively, the phenylpiperidine and phenyltetrahydropyridine substituents at the 2‐position of the isothiazolopyridine system. The piperidine ring adopts a chair conformation, while the tetrahydropyridine ring assumes a half‐chair form. The phenylpiperidine and phenyltetrahydropyridine fragments exhibit different conformations resulting from the steric and conjugation effects in the phenyl ring, respectively. Theoretical calculations show that both conformations are energetically stable and correspond to a minimum of energy for the analyzed systems. The molecular packing in (II) is influenced by π–π interactions of the isothiazolopyridine systems, with a shortest centroid‐to‐centroid separation of 3.5843 (11) Å between pyridine rings. In the crystal structure of (III), the molecules are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

In connection with a research program involving the synthesis, structure determination, reactivity and ability to coordinate to metal centres of chiral bisphosphine ligands, we have synthesized and structurally characterized, by means of single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, the title compound {systematic name: (S,S)‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[(2‐methylphenyl)phenylphosphane], abbreviated as o‐tolyl‐DiPAMP}, C28H28P2. So far, neither the free bisphosphine (DiPAMP) nor analogues that incorporate the ethylenebisphosphine frame have had their crystal structures reported. The investigated compound forms crystals which are isostructural with the bisphosphine dioxide analogue [King et al. (2007). Acta Cryst. E 63 , o3278], despite the involvement of the dioxide in C—H...O(=P) hydrogen bonds and the lack of similar hydrogen bonds in the investigated crystal structure. In both molecules, the P—C—C—P chain is in a trans conformation, extended further at both ends by one of the two P—Cipso bonds. The planes of the phenyl and o‐tolyl rings attached to the same P atom are nearly perpendicular to one another. Both crystal structures are mainly stabilized by dispersive interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C19H21N3O4S, crystallizes in the space group P2/c with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The conformation of both molecules is very similar and is mainly determined by an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond between a urea N atom and a sulfonyl O atom. The O and second N atom of the urea groups are involved in dimer formation via N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding motif and conformation of the C—SO2—NH(C=O)—NH—C fragment are explored and compared using the Cambridge Structural Database and theoretical calculations. The crystal packing is characterized by π–π stacking between the 5‐cyanobenzene rings.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H26N2S22+·2I·2C3H6O, is an intermediate in the design of the zwitterionic thiolate 4‐(trimethylammonio)benzenethiolate (Tab), in which a pair of aryl‐substituted S atoms are linked by a covalent bond. The central S—S bond length is 2.020 (3) Å and the Car—S—S—Car torsion angle is −84.1 (2)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by nonclassical hydrogen bonds which occur as intramolecular C—H...I interactions and intermolecular C—H...S and C—H...O contacts. In the crystal structure, both the dication and the two symmetrically independent iodide counter‐anions are located on twofold crystallographic axes, whereas the acetone solvent molecule occupies a general position.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of (R)‐N,N‐diisopropyl‐3‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylphenyl)‐3‐phenylpropylaminium (2R,3R)‐hydrogen tartrate, C22H32NO+·C4H5O6, the hydrogen tartrate anions are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form helical chains built from (9) rings. These chains are linked by the tolterodine molecules via N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form separate sheets parallel to the (101) plane.  相似文献

In the title compound, C24H20Br2N2O4S, the indole ring system is planar and the S atom has a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The sulfonyl‐bound phenyl ring is orthogonal to the indole ring system and the conformation of the phenylsulfonyl substituent with respect to the indole moiety is influenced by intramolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds involving the two sulfonyl O atoms. The mean plane through the acetylamido group makes a dihedral angle of 57.0 (1)° with the phenyl ring of the benzyl moiety. In the crystal, glide‐related molecules are linked together by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds and C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular chains, which extend through the crystal. Inversion‐related chains are interlinked by C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular layers parallel to the bc plane. These layers are interconnected through π–π interactions involving the five‐ and six‐membered rings of the indole moiety.  相似文献

In the title compound, C21H18N2OS2, a strong intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.642 (3) Å] between the amide N atom and the benzoyl O atom forms an almost planar six‐membered ring in the central part of the molecule. In the crystal, molecules are packed through weak N—H...S interactions. Intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions are the stabilizing forces for the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, C24H24N2O3S, exhibits antifungal and antibacterial properties. The compound crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit, with one molecule exhibiting `orientational disorder' in the crystal structure with respect to the cyclohexene ring. The o‐toluidine groups in both molecules are noncoplanar with the respective cyclohexene‐fused thiophene ring. In both molecules, there is an intramolecular N—H...N hydrogen bond forming a pseudo‐six‐membered ring which locks the molecular conformation and eliminates conformational flexibility. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H...O hydrogen bonds; both molecules in the asymmetric unit form independent chains, each such chain consisting of alternating `ordered' and `disordered' molecules in the crystal lattice.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H17N3O4S, crystallizes with Z′ = 3 in the space group P. Two of the three independent molecules are broadly similar in terms of both their molecular conformations and their participation in hydrogen bonds, but the third molecule differs from the other two in both of these respects. The molecules are linked by a combination of N—H...O, N—H...N, C—H...O, C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework structure within which a centrosymmetric six‐molecule aggregate can be identified as a key structural element.  相似文献

Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of (III) are linked into simple C(12) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, and these chains are weakly linked into pairs by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

Crystal structures are reported for three fluoro‐ or chloro‐substituted 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐phenyl‐β‐D‐ribofuranoses, namely 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (I), 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,6‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (II), and 1′‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1′‐deoxy‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H13ClO4, (III). The five‐membered furanose ring of the three compounds has a conformation between a C2′‐endo,C3′‐exo twist and a C2′‐endo envelope. The ribofuranose groups of (I) and (III) are connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds to six symmetry‐related molecules to form double layers, while the ribofuranose group of (II) is connected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds to four symmetry‐related molecules to form single layers. The O...O contact distance of the O—H...O hydrogen bonds ranges from 2.7172 (15) to 2.8895 (19) Å. Neighbouring double layers of (I) are connected by a very weak intermolecular C—F...π contact. The layers of (II) are connected by one C—H...O and two C—H...F contacts, while the double layers of (III) are connected by a C—H...Cl contact. The conformations of the molecules are compared with those of seven related molecules. The orientation of the benzene ring is coplanar with the H—C1′ bond or bisecting the H—C1′—C2′ angle, or intermediate between these positions. The orientation of the benzene ring is independent of the substitution pattern of the ring and depends mainly on crystal‐packing effects.  相似文献

The title compound, C20H25N3O, an important precursor for the preparation of benzovesamicol analogues for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, has been synthesized and characterized by FT–IR, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic analyses. The crystal structure was analysed using powder diffraction as no suitable single crystal was obtained. The piperazine ring has a chair conformation, while the cyclohexene ring assumes a half‐chair conformation. The crystal packing is mediated by weak contacts, principally by complementary intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds that connect successive molecules into a chain. Further stabilization is provided by weak C—H...N contacts and by a weak intermolecular C—H...π interaction.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the racemic form of the title compound, C12H15NOS, contains four crystallographically independent molecules. The olefinic bond connecting the 2‐thienyl and 1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ol moieties has Z geometry. Strong hydrogen bonding occurs in a directed co‐operative O—H...O—H...O—H...O—H R44(8) pattern that influences the conformation of the molecules. Co‐operative C—H...π interactions between thienyl rings are also present. The average dihedral angle between adjacent thienyl rings is 87.09 (4)°.  相似文献

In the molecules of both methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)‐1‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4,6‐dioxo‐5‐phenyloctahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1‐carboxylate, C25H24N4O4, (I), and methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4,6‐dioxooctahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1‐carboxylate, C25H23ClN4O4, (II), the two rings of the pyrrolopyrrole fragment are both nonplanar, with conformations close to half‐chair forms. The overall conformations of the molecules of (I) and (II) are very similar, apart from the orientation of the ester function. The molecules of (I) are linked into sheets by a combination of an N—H...π(pyrrole) hydrogen bond and three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules of (II) are also linked into sheets, which are generated by a combination of an N—H...N hydrogen bond and two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, weakly augmented by a C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The novel tetraphenylethylene derivative 4‐methyl‐N‐[3‐(1,2,2‐triphenylethenyl)phenyl]benzenesulfonamide (abbreviated as MTBF), C33H27NO2S, was synthesized successfully and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, high‐resolution mass spectroscopy and 1H NMR spectroscopy. MTBF crystallizes in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure, the MTBF molecules are connected into a one‐dimensional band and then a two‐dimensional sheet by hydrogen bonds of the N—H…O and C—H…O types. The sheets are further linked to produce a three‐dimensional network via C—H…π interactions. The molecules aggregate via these intermolecular forces, which restrain the intramolecular motions (RIM) and decrease the energy loss in the aggregation state, so as to open the radiative channels, and thus MTBF exhibits excellent fluorescence by aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) enhancement.  相似文献

In the title compound, C26H22N2O2S, the tetrahydropyridine ring has a conformation intermediate between half‐chair and sofa. The tetrahydroquinoline mean plane makes a dihedral angle of 73.3 (1)° with the cyclopentene ring, which adopts an envelope conformation, and an angle of 45.45 (4)° with the indole best plane. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyrrole rings is 2.6 (1)°. The orientations of the phenyl ring on the sulfonyl group and of the indole are governed by weak C—H?O interactions. The packing of the molecule in the solid state is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
