In the title complex, {[Ba(C5H6O4)(H2O)]·C5H8O4}n, the neutral dimethylmalonic acid molecules and the dianionic (dimethylmalonato)barium metal–organic framework are linked by cocrystallization. The Ba atom, in a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic geometry, is nine‐coordinated by seven O atoms of four different dimethylmalonate groups and by two water molecules. This arrangement generates a two‐dimensional layer parallel to the bc plane. Two such layers sandwich another layer composed of neutral dimethylmalonic acid molecules that are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonds within this layer and to neighboring layers. This complex is different from the dimethylmalonate–Ba complex reported previously. The title compound displays a novel structure type and represents a new member of the substituted malonate series of alkaline earth complexes.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd2(C10H12N2O8)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, one ethylenediaminetetraacetate (edta) tetraanion, one coordinated water molecule and one solvent water molecule. The coordination of one of the Cd atoms, Cd1, is composed of five O atoms and two N atoms from two tetraanionic edta ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The other Cd atom, Cd2, is six‐coordinated by five carboxylate O atoms from five edta ligands and one water molecule in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two neighbouring Cd1 atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylate O atoms to form a centrosymmetric [Cd2(edta)2]4− unit located on the inversion centre, which is further extended into a two‐dimensional layered structure through Cd2—O bonds. There are hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and carboxylate O atoms within the layer. The solvent water molecules occupy the space between the layers and interact with the host layers through O—H...O and C—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The title 3‐nitrophthalate–calcium coordination polymer, {[Ca(C8H3NO6)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, crystallizes as a one‐dimensional framework. The CaII centre has a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, being seven‐coordinated by five O atoms from three different 3‐nitrophthalate groups and by two water molecules, resulting in a one‐dimensional zigzag chain along the a‐axis direction by the interconnection of the four O atoms from the two carboxylate groups. There is a D3 water cluster composed of the coordinated and the solvent water molecules within such chains. Adjacent chains are aggregated into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds in the c‐axis direction. The whole three‐dimensional structure is further stabilized by weak O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the O atoms of the nitro group and the water molecules.  相似文献

The title complex, [Zn(C5H6O4)(H2O)]n, has a two‐dimensional layer structure. The Zn atoms, in a geometry that is closer to trigonal bipyramidal than square pyramidal, are coordinated by two O atoms of a bidentate dimethylmalonate ligand, two O atoms of monodentate dimethylmalonate ligands and one O atom from the aqua ligand. The crystal structure is characterized by the intralayer motif of a hydrogen‐bonded network. Neighboring layers are linked together to build up a three‐dimensional network via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

In the title cadmium(II) complex, [Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H14N4)(H2O)]n, the 5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (5‐OH‐1,3‐bdc) and 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (1,4,‐bix) ligands bridge water‐coordinated CdII atoms to generate a three‐dimensional network. Two carboxylate groups from different ligands function as O,O′‐chelates, while two imidazole N atoms from different ligands coordinate in a monodentate fashion, and one water molecule completes the seven‐coordinate pentagonal bipyramid around the CdII atom, in which the N atoms occupy the axial sites and the O atoms occupy the equatorial sites. The overall architecture is a twofold interpenetrated CdSO4‐type framework. The two crystallographically equivalent frameworks are linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the water, hydroxy and carboxylate groups.  相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2]n, possesses a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built from CdII centers bridged sequentially by pairs of O and N atoms of the 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligand. The CdII center is in a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules [Cd—O = 2.322 (7) and 2.364 (7) Å], and by two N atoms [Cd—N = 2.222 (6) and 2.232 (6) Å] and two carboxyl O atoms [Cd—O = 2.383 (6) and 2.414 (6) Å] from two 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligands.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C5H6O4)2(H2O)2]n, is the first heterobimetallic complex based on a substituted malonate dianion. The CuII cation and two independent 2,2‐dimethylmalonate (or 2,2‐dimethylpropanedioate) dianions build up a robust dianionic [Cu(C5H6O4)2]2− complex, which acts as a building block to coordinate to four Ca2+ cations. Each CuII centre is in a four‐coordinate square plane of dimethylmalonate O atoms, while each CaII atom is in an eight‐coordinate distorted bicapped trigonal–prismatic environment of six O atoms from four different dimethylmalonate groups and two water molecules. This arrangement creates a two‐dimensional layer connectivity of the structure. The dianionic [Cu(C5H6O4)2]2− units are involved in different intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions with water molecules via the formation of hydrogen‐bonded rings of graph sets R12(8) and R(6) within this layer. The crystal was nonmerohedrally twinned by rotation about [011] with a major twin volume fraction of 0.513 (3).  相似文献

The coordination mode of the dimethylmalonate ligand in the two title CuII complexes, {[Cu(C5H3O4)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (I), and [Cu(C5H3O4)(H2O)]n, (II), is the same, with chelated six‐membered, bis‐monodentate and bridging bonding modes. However, the coordination environment of the CuII atoms, the connectivity of their metal–organic frameworks and their hydrogen‐bonding interactions are different. Complex (I) has a perfect square‐pyramidal CuII environment with the aqua ligand in the apical position, and only one type of square grid consisting of CuII atoms linked via carboxylate bridges to three dimethylmalonate ligands, with weak hydrogen‐bond interactions within and between its two‐dimensional layers. Complex (II) has a coordination geometry that is closer to square pyramidal than trigonal bipyramidal for its CuII atoms with the aqua ligand now in the basal plane. Its two‐dimensional layer structure comprises two alternating grids, which involve two and four different dimethylmalonate anions, respectively. There are strong hydrogen bonds only within its layers.  相似文献

The CoII atom in bis(5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato)tetraaquacobalt(II), [Co(C3H4N5O2)2(H2O)4], (I), is octahedrally coordinated by six O atoms from two 5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetate (atza) ligands and four water molecules. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the CoII atom. The molecules of (I) are interlinked by hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a two‐dimensional supramolecular network structure in the ac plane. The CdII atom in catena‐poly[[cadmium(II)]‐bis(μ‐5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato], [Cd(C3H4N5O2)2]n, (II), lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by two N atoms and four O atoms from four atza ligands to form a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The CdII centres are connected through tridentate atza bridging ligands to form a two‐dimensional layered structure extending along the ab plane, which is further linked into a three‐dimensional structure through hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd2(C9HNO8)(H2O)4]·H2O}n, consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, one tetrabasic pyridine‐2,3,5,6‐tetracarboxylate (pdtc) anion, four coordinated water molecules and one solvent water molecule. The CdII cations have distorted square‐antiprismatic (one pyridine N, six carboxylate O and one water O atom) and octahedral (three carboxylate O and three water O atoms) coordination environments. Each pdtc ligand employs its pyridine and carboxylate groups to chelate and bridge seven CdII cations. The square‐antiprismatic coordinated CdII cations are linked by pdtc ligands into a lamellar framework structure, while the octahedral coordinated CdII cations are bridged by the μ2‐carboxylate O atoms and the pdtc ligands into a chain network that further joins neighbouring lamellae into a three‐dimensional porous network. The cavities are filled with solvent water molecules that are linked to the host through complex hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ni(C9H4O6)(C14H14N4)]·0.41H2O}n, exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular framework. The NiII cation is six‐coordinated in a distorted triangular prism defined by two N atoms from two 1,3‐bis(imidazol‐l‐ylmethyl)benzene (bix) ligands and four O atoms from two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (HBTC) dianions. The bix molecules and HBTC dianions both act as bidentate ligands, linking the NiII cations to form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. A two‐dimensional wave‐like net is constructed by O—H...O hydrogen bonds linking adjacent chains. Partially occupied solvent water molecules fill the cavities and link these layers to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The title compound was also characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

Imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3IDC) and its derivatives are widely used in the preparation of new coordination polymers owing to their versatile bridging coordination modes and potential hydrogen‐bonding donors and acceptors. A new one‐dimensional coordination polymer, namely catena‐poly[[diaquacadmium(II)]‐μ3‐2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylato)], [Cd(C16H6N4O8)0.5(H2O)2]n or [Cd(H2Phbidc)1/2(H2O)2]n, has been synthesized by the reaction of Cd(OAc)2·2H2O (OAc is acetate) with 2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid) (H6Phbidc) under solvothermal conditions. In the polymer, one type of Cd ion (Cd1) is six‐coordinated by two N atoms and two O atoms from one H2Phbidc4− ligand and by two O atoms from two water molecules, forming a significantly distorted octahedral CdN2O4 coordination geometry. In contrast, the other type of Cd ion (Cd2) is six‐coordinated by two N atoms and two O atoms from two symmetry‐related H2Phbidc4− ligands and by two O atoms from two symmetry‐related water molecules, leading to a more regular octahedral coordination geometry. The Cd1 and Cd2 ions are linked by H2Phbidc4− ligands into a one‐dimensional chain which runs parallel to the b axis. In the crystal, the one‐dimensional chains are connected through hydrogen bonds, generating a two‐dimensional layered structure parallel to the ab plane. Adjacent layers are further linked by hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state.  相似文献

The title compound, [Nd2(C5H6O4)2(C8H4O4)(H2O)4]·17H2O, obtained via hydrothermal reaction of Nd2O3 with glutaric acid and terephthalic acid, assembles as a three‐dimensional open framework with ten‐coordinate Nd–O polyhedra. The asymmetric part of the unit cell contains half a glutarate anion, a quarter of a terephthalate dianion, half an NdIII cation, one coordinated water molecule and 4.25 solvent water molecules. Each [NdO10] coordination polyhedron is comprised of six O atoms originating from four glutarate anions, two others from a terephthalate carboxylate group, which coordinates in a bidentate fashion, and two from water molecules. The Nd—O distances range from 2.4184 (18) to 2.7463 (18) Å. The coordination polyhedra are interconnected by the glutarate anions, extending as a two‐dimensional layer throughout the bc plane. Individual two‐dimensional layers are interlinked via terephthalate anions along the a axis. This arrangement results in rectangular‐shaped cavities with interstices of approximately 3.5 × 6 × 6.5 Å (approximately 140 Å3), which are occupied by water molecules. The NdIII cations, terephthalate anions, glutarate anions and one of the interstitial water molecules are located on special crystallographic positions. The Nd–terephthalate–Nd units are located across twofold rotation axes parallel to [100], with the NdIII cations located directly on these axes. In addition, the terephthalate anion is bisected by a crystallographic mirror plane perpendicular to that axis, thus creating an inversion centre in the middle of the aromatic ring. The glutarate ligand is bisected by a crystallographic mirror plane perpendicular to (001). One of the solvent water molecules lies on a site of 2/m symmetry, and the symmetry‐imposed disorder of its H atoms extends to the H atoms of the other four solvent water molecules, which are disordered over two equally occupied and mutually exclusive sets of positions.  相似文献

The title complex, [CdNi(CN)4(C6H7N)2]n, adopts a slightly distorted octahedral geometry around the Cd centre. Four cyanide N atoms occupy the equatorial coordination sites around the Cd centre. The structure consists of corrugated and cyanide‐bridged polymeric networks made up of tetracyanonickelate ions coordinated to cadmium, with the Ni ion coordinated by four cyanide ligands in a square‐planar arrangement. The Cd and Ni atoms occupy special positions of 2/m site symmetry. The 3‐methylpyridine group, except for two methyl H atoms, lies on a crystallographic mirror plane. The 3‐methylpyridine molecules, bound to cadmium in trans positions, are located on both sides of the network. The bonding in the networks occurs because of a departure of the Ni—C—N—Cd sequence of atoms from linearity at the C and N atoms.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title two‐dimensional coordination polymer, {[Cd(C14H8O4)(C14H14N4)]·0.15H2O}n, is composed of one CdII cation, one biphenyl‐2,4′‐dicarboxylate (bpdc) anion, one 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bix) ligand and 0.15 solvent water molecules. The coordination environment of the CdII cation is defined by four carboxylate O atoms from two different bpdc anions in a chelating mode and two N atoms from two distinct bix ligands, constructing a distorted trigonal prism polyhedron. Two inversion‐related CdII cations are bridged together by two positionally disordered bpdc anions, forming a 22‐membered ring with a Cd...Cd distance of 9.1966 (9) Å. These rings are then further linked by two bix ligands, extending into a two‐dimensional layer along (102) with 63 topology.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[La2(C5H6O4)3(H2O)4]·H2O}n, the La atoms are connected by bridging O atoms from carboxylate groups to build, through centres of inversion, two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ac plane containing decanuclear 20‐membered rings. The coordinated water molecules are involved in intralayer hydrogen‐bond interactions. Adjacent layers are linked via hydrogen bonding to the solvent water molecules. This work represents the first example of a new substituted malonate–lanthanide complex.  相似文献

The title organic–inorganic hybrid compound, [Co(C10H8N2O2)2(H2O)2]2[Mo8O26]·2H2O, consists of [Co(bpdo)2(H2O)2]2+ (bpdo is 2,2‐bipyridine N,N′‐dioxide) and ξ‐[Mo8O26]4− groups in a 2:1 ratio, plus two water solvent molecules. The independent Co atom in the cation is coordinated by four O atoms from two bpdo ligands and two water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The counter‐anions, built up around a symmetry center, are linked by solvent water molecules through O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate two‐dimensional layers, which are in turn linked by coordinated water molecules from the cationic units through further O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric complex [Cd(C14H8O6S)(C16H16N2)(H2O)]n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically unique CdII atom, one doubly deprotonated 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid ligand (H2SDBA), one 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (TMPHEN) molecule and one water molecule. Each CdII centre is coordinated by two N atoms from the chelating TMPHEN ligand, three O atoms from monodentate carboxylate groups of three different SDBA2− ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule, giving a distorted CdN2O4 octahedral geometry. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound is a one‐dimensional double‐chain polymer containing 28‐membered rings based on Cd2O2 clusters, with a Cd...Cd separation of 3.6889 (4) Å. These chains are linked by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. The framework is reinforced by π–π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C10H8N2O2)(H2O)]n, (I), each CdII atom is seven‐coordinated in a distorted monocapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometry, surrounded by four carboxylate O atoms from two different benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) anions, two O atoms from two distinct 4,4′‐bipyridine N,N′‐dioxide (bpdo) ligands and one water O atom. The CdII atom and the water O atom are on a twofold rotation axis. The bpdo and 1,4‐bdc ligands are on centers of inversion. Each crystallographically unique CdII center is bridged by the 1,4‐bdc dianions and bpdo ligands to give a three‐dimensional diamond framework containing large adamantanoid cages. Three identical such nets are interlocked with each other, thus directly leading to the formation of a threefold interpenetrated three‐dimensional diamond architecture. To the best of our knowledge, (I) is the first example of a threefold interpenetrating diamond net based on both bpdo and carboxylate ligands. There are strong linear O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and carboxylate O atoms within different diamond nets. Each diamond net is hydrogen bonded to its two neighbors through these hydrogen bonds, which further consolidates the threefold interpenetrating diamond framework.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit in the title compound, {[Cd2(C4H4O6)(SO4)(H2O)5]·3H2O}n, is composed of two cadmium cations, one (R,R)‐tartrate and one sulfate anion, five aqua ligands and three solvent water molecules. One of the cadmium ions is coordinated in an octahedral environment, whereas the second is surrounded by seven O atoms in a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. Both types of coordination polyhedra form two sets of perpendicular non‐intersecting polymeric chains. CdO6 octahedra share two corners, while CdO7 units are joined by a bridging carboxylate group. An extensive hydrogen‐bond pattern involving all of the OH groups contributes to the stabilization of the structure.  相似文献
