In the structure of the title complex salt, [Fe(C5H5)(C12H8O3S)]PF6, the coordinated cyclopentadienyl (Cp) and benzene ring planes are almost parallel, with a hinge angle between the planes of 0.8 (2)°. The hinge angle between the planes of the peripheral (coordinated and uncoordinated) benzene rings in the coordinated phenoxathiin 10,10‐dioxide molecule is 169.9 (2)°, and the FeCp moiety is located inside the shallow fold of the heterocycle. The hinge angle between the benzene ring planes in the free heterocycle, C12H8O3S, is 171.49 (6)°.  相似文献

In the complex salt [η6‐1‐chloro‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)benzene](η5‐cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C10H12ClN)]PF6, (I), the complexed cyclopentadienyl and benzene rings are almost parallel, with a dihedral angle between their planes of 2.3 (3)°. In a related complex salt, (η5‐cyclopentadienyl){2‐[η6‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)phenyl]phenol}iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C16H17NO)]PF6, (II), the analogous angle is 5.4 (1)°. In both complexes, the aromatic C atom bound to the pyrrolidine N atom is located out of the plane defined by the remaining five ring C atoms. The dihedral angles between the plane of these five ring atoms and a plane defined by the N‐bound aromatic C atom and two neighboring C atoms are 9.7 (8) and 5.6 (2)° for (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

In the structures of each of the title compounds, [CrBr(C6H5O2)(NO)2], (I), and [CrBr(C12H9O)(NO)2], (II), one of the nitrosyl groups is located at a site away from the exocyclic carbonyl C atom of the cyclopentadienyl (Cp) ring, with twist angles of 174.5 (3) and 172.5 (1)°. The observed orientation is surprising, since the NO group is expected to be situated trans to an electron‐rich C atom in the ring. The organic carbonyl plane is turned away from the Cp ring plane by 5.6 (8) and 15.2 (3)°in (I) and (II), respectively. The exocyclic C—C bond in (I) is bent out of the Cp ring plane towards the Cr atom by 2.8 (3)°, but is coplanar with the Cp ring in (II); the angle is 0.1 (1)°.  相似文献

The molecule of the title silepine compound, C28H24Si, lies on a crystallographic general position but has almost exact mirror symmetry. The seven‐membered silepine ring has a boat conformation, with a fold angle of 99.99 (9)° between the C—C=C—C stern and the C—Si—C prow. The planes of the phenyl substituents are rotated by 32.23 (6) and 31.80 (7)° out of the planes of the respective fused benzene rings. Similar folded conformations are found for other dibenzo[b,f]silepines, while analogous dibenzo[b,f]borepines, in which the B atom can participate in conjugation, have a more flattened heterocyclic ring.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H17NO3S, (I), and C19H15NO2S, (II), were prepared by the reaction of benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbaldehyde with (3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, respectively, in the presence of methanolic potassium hydroxide. In (I), the C=C bond linking the benzo[b]thiophene and the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl units has E geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the two adjacent ring systems of 5.2 (3) and 13.1 (2)°, respectively. However, in (II), the C=C bond has Z geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the adjacent benzo[b]thiophene and 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl units of 4.84 (17) and 76.09 (7)°, respectively. There are no significant intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the packing of (I) and (II). The packing is essentially stabilized via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

In the title potential O,N,N′,O′‐tetradentate Schiff base ligand {systematic name: 2,2′‐[pentane‐1,5‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol}, C19H22N2O2, the mutual orientation of the three planar fragments determines the conformation of the molecule. The dihedral angles between the planes of the two salicylidene groups and the plane of the central extended pentane chain are 78.4 (2) and 62.0 (3)°, and the angle between the terminal ring planes is 55.4 (1)°. Strong intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds close almost‐planar six‐membered rings, and the O—H bonds are elongated as a result of hydrogen‐bond formation.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni2(C5H5)(C10H15)(C12H8)] or [Ni(C10H15){Ni(C5H5)(C12H8)}], is a rare example (and the first obtained from nickelafluorenyllithium) of an analogue of nickelocene in which the central Ni atom is coordinated to one pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ring and one nickelafluorenyl ring. Both rings lie almost parallel to one another: the dihedral angle between the planes which include these rings is 4.4 (1)°. Slip parameter analysis indicates that the bonding mode of the central Ni atom to the nickelacyclic ring is between η3 and η5. Two‐dimensional layers of molecules are formed by C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

13‐cis‐β,β‐Carotene, C40H56, crystallizes with a complete molecule in the asymmetric unit, whereas 15‐cis‐β,β‐carotene, also C40H56, has twofold symmetry about an axis through the central bond of the polyene chain. The polyene methyl groups are arranged on one side of the polyene chains for each molecule and the 6‐scisβ end groups, with the cyclohexene rings in half‐chair conformations, are twisted out of the planes of the polyene chains by angles ranging from 41.37 (17) to 52.2 (4)°. The molecules in each structure pack so that the arms of one occupy the cleft of the next, and there is significant π–π stacking of the almost‐parallel polyene chains of the 15‐cis isomer, which approach at distances of 3.319 (1)–3.591 (1) Å.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C12H12N2O2, (I), and C17H14N2O2, (II), respectively, the indole rings are planar and the vinyl groups lie out of the indole planes, making dihedral angles of 33.48 (5) and 41.31 (8)°, respectively. In (II), the dihedral angle between the phenyl and indole ring planes is 32.06 (6)°. In both molecules, the double bond connecting the methylnitrovinyl group and the indole nucleus adopts an E configuration. Notwithstanding the differences in space group [C2/c for (I) and P212121 for (II)], the mode of packing of compounds (I) and (II) is determined by similar intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions, forming chains that run parallel to [101] in (I) and [001] in (II).  相似文献

The title compound, [PdPtCl(C3H5)(C6H10N2S2)(C17H14NP)]·CHCl3, was obtained by deprotonation of the initial platinum(II) complex of the dithioxamide and subsequent reaction with [Pd(η3‐C3H5)(μ‐Cl)]2. Both metal atoms exhibit a square‐planar coordination geometry, with the two planes forming a dihedral angle of 21.7 (2)°. The dithioxamide bis‐chelating bridge is flat.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐(3β‐hydroxy‐17‐oxoandrost‐5‐en‐16‐ylidenemethyl)benzonitrile, C27H31NO2, rings A and C of the steroid nucleus are in chair conformations. The central six‐membered ring B is in an 8β,9α‐half‐chair conformation, while the five‐membered ring D adopts a 13β,14α‐half‐chair conformation. The cyanobenzylidene moiety has an E configuration with respect to the carbonyl group at position C17. The dihedral angle between the planes of the steroid nucleus and the cyanobenzylidene moiety is 22.61 (15)°. Intermolecular O—H⃛N hydrogen bonds formed between the hydroxyl group of the steroid and the N atom of the cyanobenzylidene moiety of symmetry‐related molecules link the steroid molecules into chains which run parallel to the b axis.  相似文献

The title compound, C10H9NO, contains an acetyl group that is nearly coplanar with the indole ring system, with an angle between the planes of the heterocyclic ring and the acetyl group of 1.75 (17)°. The planes of the benzene and pyrrole rings in the indole system make a dihedral angle of 2.05 (11)°. Each molecule in the unit cell is linked through N—H...O hydrogen bonds to two other molecules, forming hydrogen‐bonded chains in the [101] direction with graph set C(6). The significance of this study lies in the analysis of the interactions occurring via hydrogen bonds in this structure, as well as in the comparison drawn between the molecular structure of the title compound and those of several other indole derivatives possessing a 3‐carbonyl group. The correlation between the IR spectrum of this compound and the structural data is also discussed.  相似文献

The title compounds, [Cr(C12H10)(CO)3] and [Cr2(C12H10)(CO)6], serve as a fundamental standard of comparison for other mono‐ and polysubstituted (η6‐biphenyl)tricarbonylchromium compounds. (η6‐Biphenyl)tricarbonylchromium has a typical piano‐stool coordination about the Cr center, and the dihedral angle between the planes of the phenyl rings is 23.55 (5)°. The corresponding angle in μ‐(η66)‐biphenyl‐bis(tricarbonylchromium) is 0° because the molecule occupies a crystallographic inversion center; the Cr atoms reside on opposite sides of the biphenyl ligand. Density functional theory and natural bonding orbital theory analyses were used to scrutinize the geometry of these and closely related compounds to explain important structural features.  相似文献

The title 4,4′‐disubstituted diphenyl‐1,3‐triazines, C14H15N3, (I), C12H9ClFN3, (II), and C13H12FN3, (III), each contain a triazene group (–N=N—NH–) having an extended conformation. The dihedral angles between the two benzene rings in (I), (II) and (III) are 4.3, 3.4 and 6.5°, respectively. The molecules are almost entirely planar, with maximum deviations from the mean planes of 0.1087 (2), −0.1072 (7) and 0.1401 (3) Å, respectively. In each compound, the molecules are linked by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds to form chains and pack similarly in the crystal structures.  相似文献

The title dimer, bis[1‐cyclopentadienyl‐2‐methyl‐1‐titana‐3‐trimethylsilyl‐2,3‐dicarba‐closo‐hexaborane(6)], [Ti(C5H5)(C6H16B4Si)]2, reveals that the centrosymmetric molecule consists of two bent‐sandwich titanacarboranes bridged by the B—H—Ti bonds. The average bond distances are Ti—B 2.445 (3), Ti—C(cage) 2.334 (2) and Ti—C(Cp) 2.376 (3) Å, and the corresponding bond angles are Cp—Ti—Cp 163.2 (1) and Cp—Ti—Cb (Cb = C2B3 face) 139.9 (1)°; the Ti—H separations are 2.10 (2) and 2.19 (2) Å.  相似文献

The title compounds, C22H22N4 and C24H26N4O2 [alternative names: 2,6‐dibenzyl‐2,3,6,7‐tetrahydro‐1H,5H‐dipyrrolo[3,4‐b; 3′,4′‐e]pyrazine and 2,6‐bis(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐2,3,6,7‐tetrahydro‐1H,5H‐dipyrolo[3,4‐b;3′,4′‐e]pyrazine], two 1,2,3,5,6,7‐hexahydro‐2,4,6,8‐tetraaza‐s‐indacene derivatives, are both centrosymmetric and have similar S‐shaped structures. In the former, there are two independent molecules (A and B), both of which possess Ci symmetry. These two molecules are arranged such that the benzene ring substituent of molecule B is directed towards the plane of the benzene ring substituent of molecule A, with a dihedral angle of 55.4 (2)° between their planes. The shortest C—H⋯C distance is, however, only 3.21 (1) Å. In both compounds, the benzene ring substituents are almost perpendicular to the plane of the central pyrazine ring, and the pyrrolidine rings have perfect envelope conformations. In the crystal structures of both compounds, the molecules pack in a herring‐bone arrangement.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three products of the reaction of 2‐phenylphenol and BCl3 have been determined. The structures show intriguing packing patterns and an interesting case of pseudosymmetry. In addition, one of the two polymorphs has a primitive monoclinic crystal system, but it is twinned and emulates an orthorhombic C‐centred structure. Tris(biphenyl‐2‐yl) borate, C36H27BO3, ( III ), crystallizes with only one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The dihedral angles between the planes of the aromatic rings in the biphenyl moieties are 50.47 (13), 44.95 (13) and 42.60 (13)°. The boron centre is in a trigonal planar coordination with two of the biphenyl residues on one side of the BO3 plane and the remaining biphenyl residue on the other side. One polymorph of 10‐oxa‐9‐boraphenanthren‐9‐ol, C12H9BO2, ( V a ), crystallizes with two almost identical molecules (r.m.s. deviation of all non‐H atoms = 0.039 Å) in the asymmetric unit. All non‐H atoms lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviation = 0.015 Å for both molecules in the asymmetric unit). The two molecules in the asymmetric unit are connected into dimers via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. A second polymorph of 10‐oxa‐9‐boraphenanthren‐9‐ol, ( V b ), crystallizes as a pseudo‐merohedral twin with two almost identical molecules (r.m.s. deviation of all non‐H atoms = 0.035 Å) in the asymmetric unit. All non‐H atoms lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 Å for molecule 1 and 0.014 Å for molecule A). Each of the two molecules in the asymmetric unit is connected into a centrosymmetric dimer via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The main difference between the two polymorphic structures is that in ( V a ) the two molecules in the asymmetric unit are hydrogen bonded to each other, whereas in ( V b ), each molecule in the asymmetric unit forms a hydrogen‐bonded dimer with its centrosymmetric equivalent. 9‐[(Biphenyl‐2‐yl)oxy]‐10‐oxa‐9‐boraphenanthrene, C24H17BO2, ( VI ), crystallizes with four molecules in the asymmetric unit. The main differences between them are the dihedral angles between the ring planes. Apart from the biphenyl moiety, all non‐H atoms lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviations = 0.026, 0.0231, 0.019 and 0.033 Å for molecules 1, A, B and C, respectively). This structure shows pseudosymmetry; molecules 1 and A, as well as molecules B and C, are related by a pseudo‐translation of about in the direction of the b axis. Molecules 1 and B, as well as molecules A and C, are related by a pseudo‐inversion centre at ,,. Neither between molecules 1 and C nor between molecules A and B can pseudosymmetry be found.  相似文献

The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

In the square‐planar title complex, [PtI2(C7H7NO)2], the Pt atom lies on a crystallographic inversion center, coinciding with an anti arrangement of the 3‐acetylpyridine ligands. The dihedral angles between the pyridine rings and the Pt coordination plane are 67.5 (2)°, while those between the pyridine rings and the acetyl planes are 20.8 (5)°. The 195Pt NMR resonance of the title complex (CD2Cl2) was observed at −3224 p.p.m. The major structural parameters are compared with those from previously reported related structures.  相似文献
