The title compound [systematic name: 5‐hydroxy‐2‐(3‐hydroxy‐4,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐3,6,7‐trimethoxy‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one], C20H20O9, was isolated from the seeds of Cleom viscosa Linn. Two independent molecules (A and B) are present in the asymmetric unit with almost similar conformations. The dihedral angles between the fused chromene ring system and the benzene ring bonded to it in molecules A and B are 4.2 (1) and 12.7 (1)°, respectively. The hydroxy O atoms are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The molecules are linked by C—H⋯O and O—H⋯O interactions into chains of edge‐fused R33(22) rings. Aromatic π–π and weak C—H⋯π(arene) interactions are also observed. 相似文献

The title compound, C18H14N2O2, crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin, but the structure can be satisfactorily refined as a merohedral twin, in which a monoclinic unit cell with a cell angle β close to 90° emulates a metrically orthorhombic cell. The two molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar in structure and they are related by an approximate pseudo‐screw axis. The molecules are linked into complex sheets by a combination of two O—H...N hydrogen bonds and four C—H...O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title compound, C16H9FN2S, crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin with twin rotation about the reciprocal‐lattice vector [10]*. The molecules are nearly planar and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two aryl rings is only 4.4 (2)°. The molecules are linked by pairs of C—H...N hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric R22(18) dimers, which are linked into chains by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. 2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazole crystallizes from solution in ethanol as a monosolvate, C3H3N3O2S·C2H6O, in which the thiazole component has a strongly polarized molecular–electronic structure. The thiazole molecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by paired N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds [H⋯N = 2.09 Å, N⋯N = 2.960 (6) Å and N—H⋯N = 169°], and these dimers are linked by the ethanol molecules, via a two‐centred N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, N⋯O = 2.838 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 164°] and a planar asymmetric three‐centred O—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.07 and 2.53 Å, O⋯O = 2.900 (5) and 3.188 (5) Å, O—H⋯O = 169 and 136°, and O⋯H⋯O = 55°], into sheets built from alternating (8) and (38) rings. The reactions of nine N‐(pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐yl)amidines ( 3 ) with hydroxylamine hydrochloride produced new cyclization products. These were formed via ring cleavage of the pyrimidine component followed by a 1,2,4‐oxadiazole‐forming ring closure to give N‐[2‐([1,2,4]oxadiazol‐5‐yl)thieno[2,3‐b]pyridin‐3‐yl]formamide oximes ( 11 ). Reaction of six N‐(pyrido[2′,3′:4,5]furo[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐yl)amidines ( 12 ) with hydroxylamine hydrochloride gave similar results. Effects of the newly synthesized compounds on pentosidine formation were also evaluated. 相似文献

The molecules are linked into sheets by two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.03 and 2.02 Å, N⋯O = 2.836 (2) and 2.887 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 153 and 168°], augmented by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.47 Å, C⋯O = 3.403 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 166°]. The title compound, C36H16O6, (I), was obtained as a new and unexpected oxidation product of 1,2′‐biindene‐1′,3,3′(2H)‐trione. The molecules of (I) exhibit approximate, but noncrystallographic, twofold rotation symmetry and the central ring of the fused pentacyclic portion is distinctly puckered, with a conformation intermediate between half‐chair and screw‐boat. Six independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a three‐dimensional framework structure of considerable complexity. Comparisons are drawn between the crystal structure of (I) and those of several simpler analogues, which show wide variation in their patterns of supramolecular aggregation. 相似文献

The title methanol solvate, C24H22N4O5·CH3OH, forms an extended three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structure, assisted by the presence of several good donor and acceptor sites. It shows none of the crystal packing features typically expected of piperazinediones, such as amide‐to‐amide R22(8) hydrogen bonding. In this structure the methanol solvent appears to play only a space‐filling role; it is not involved in any hydrogen bonding and instead is disordered over several sites. This study reports, to the best of our knowledge, the first crystal structure of an indane‐containing piperazinedione compound which exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structure formed by classical (N—H...O and N—H...N) hydrogen‐bonding interactions. 相似文献

In the molecules of both methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)‐1‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4,6‐dioxo‐5‐phenyloctahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1‐carboxylate, C25H24N4O4, (I), and methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4,6‐dioxooctahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1‐carboxylate, C25H23ClN4O4, (II), the two rings of the pyrrolopyrrole fragment are both nonplanar, with conformations close to half‐chair forms. The overall conformations of the molecules of (I) and (II) are very similar, apart from the orientation of the ester function. The molecules of (I) are linked into sheets by a combination of an N—H...π(pyrrole) hydrogen bond and three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The title compound, C14H12O4, forms crystals which appear monoclinic but are actually twinned triclinic. The asymmetric unit consists of two similar molecules, which differ only in the conformation of the 3‐oxobutyl side chain. The molecular conformation is characterized by an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond between the hydroxy group and the adjacent carbonyl O atom. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds connecting the molecules into zigzag chains running along the b axis. 相似文献

1H, 13C and two‐dimensional NMR analyses were applied to determine the NMR parameters of 6‐(2′,3′‐dihydro‐1′H‐inden‐1′‐yl)‐1H‐indene. The measurements were accomplished with 0.5 mg of the substance, this quantity being sufficient to determine the chemical shifts of all the H and C atoms, and also the appropriate coupling constants and to give the complete NMR resonance assignments of the molecule. The predicted patterns of the four different H atoms of the methylene groups of the indane structural element coincided completely with the complex patterns in the NMR spectra. An efficient and green reactions of isatins, 3‐amine‐1H‐pyrazole (5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐amine) and 1,3‐diketone in aqueous medium for the synthesis of novel 1′,7′,8′,9′‐tetrahydrospiro[indoline‐3,4′‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinoline]‐2,5′(6′H)‐dione derivatives were reported in this research. The advantages of this reaction are simple operation, mild‐reaction conditions, wide scope substrate, high yields, and friendly environment. In 2′,5′‐dimethyl‐p‐terphenyl, C20H18, which displays pseudosymmetry (the true space group is Pna21, but less satisfactory refinement can also be achieved in Pbcn), the molecules are linked into chains by two short C—H⋯π interactions to the centroid of the central ring. One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results. 相似文献
