This study presents new coordinating modes of a Schiff base with three coordinating groups and an interesting two‐dimensional framework based on two types of constructing units. In the title compound, {[Ag(C14H10N4O)]ClO4}n, the AgI ion is coordinated by three N atoms and one O atom from three different N′‐(4‐cyanobenzylidene)isonicotinohydrazide (L) ligands, forming a primary distorted square‐planar coordination geometry. Two ligands each bridge two metal centres through one carbonitrile N atom in a monodentate mode and the hydrazide N and O atoms in a bidentate mode to form a small centrosymmetric (2+2)‐Ag2L2 ring as a principal constructing unit. The pyridyl N atoms from four ligands in four of these small rings coordinate to Ag atoms in adjacent rings to form a large hexanuclear silver grid. A two‐dimensional framework of rectangular grids is constructed from these small rings and large grids. Two perchlorate anions are located in each large grid and are bound to the grid by N—H...O hydrogen bonding. Crosslinking between the layers is achieved through long Ag...O interactions between the perchlorate anions and Ag atoms in adjacent layers.  相似文献

In poly[[μ3‐2,2′‐(disulfanediyl)dibenzoato‐κ5O:O,O′:O′′,O′′′](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)cadmium(II)], [Cd(C14H8O4S2)(C12H8N2)]n, the asymmetric unit contains one CdII cation, one 2,2′‐(disulfanediyl)dibenzoate anion (denoted dtdb2−) and one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand (denoted phen). Each CdII centre is seven‐coordinated by five O atoms of bridging/chelating carboxylate groups from three dtdb2− ligands and by two N atoms from one phen ligand, forming a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The CdII cations are bridged by dtdb2− anions to give a two‐dimensional (4,4) layer. The layers are stacked to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via a combination of aromatic C—H...π and π–π interactions. The thermogravimetric and luminescence properties of this compound were also investigated.  相似文献

The reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) and 4,4′‐bipyridine under hydrothermal conditions produced a new mixed‐ligand two‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer, namely poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N ,N ′)[μ‐2,4′‐oxybis(benzoato)‐κ4O 2,O 2′:O 4,O 4′]copper(II)] monohydrate], {[Cu(C14H8O5)(C10H8N2)]·H2O}n , which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the CuII ions are connected to form a two‐dimensional wave‐like network through 4,4′‐bipyridine and 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoate) ligands. The two‐dimensional layers are expanded into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through intermolecular O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the complex shows weak antiferromagnetic interactions between adjacent CuII ions.  相似文献

Reaction of biotin {C10H16N2O3S, HL; systematic name: 5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoic acid} with silver acetate and a few drops of aqueous ammonia leads to the deprotonation of the carboxylic acid group and the formation of a neutral chiral two‐dimensional polymer network, poly[[{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)] trihydrate], {[Ag(C10H15N2O3S)]·3H2O}n or {[Ag(L)]·3H2O}n, (I). Here, the AgI cations are pentacoordinate, coordinated by four biotin anions via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two carboxylate O atoms of the same molecule. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of potentially coordinating anions, viz. nitrate and perchlorate, leads to the formation of the chiral one‐dimensional coordination polymers catena‐poly[[bis[nitratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] monohydrate], {[Ag2(NO3)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]·H2O}n or {[Ag2(NO3)2(HL)2]·H2O}n, (II), and catena‐poly[bis[perchloratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}], [Ag2(ClO4)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]n or [Ag2(ClO4)2(HL)2]n, (III), respectively. In (II), the AgI cations are again pentacoordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two O atoms of a nitrate anion. In (I), (II) and (III), the AgI cations are bridged by an S atom and are coordinated by the ureido O atom and the O atoms of the anions. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of noncoordinating anions, viz. hexafluoridophosphate (PF6) and hexafluoridoantimonate (SbF6), gave the chiral double‐stranded helical structures catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐bis{μ2‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridophosphate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](PF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](PF6)}n, (IV), and catena‐poly[[[{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)]‐μ2‐{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridoantimonate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](SbF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](SbF6)}n, (V), respectively. In (IV), the AgI cations have a tetrahedral coordination environment, coordinated by four biotin molecules via two S atoms, and by two carboxy O atoms of two different molecules. In (V), however, the AgI cations have a trigonal coordination environment, coordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and one carboxy O atom. In (IV) and (V), neither the ureido O atom nor the F atoms of the anion are involved in coordination. Hence, the coordination environment of the AgI cations varies from AgS2O trigonal to AgS2O2 tetrahedral to AgS2O3 square‐pyramidal. The conformation of the valeric acid side chain varies from extended to twisted and this, together with the various anions present, has an influence on the solid‐state structures of the resulting compounds. The various O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds present result in the formation of chiral two‐ and three‐dimensional networks, which are further stabilized by C—H...X (X = O, F, S) interactions, and by N—H...F interactions for (IV) and (V). Biotin itself has a twisted valeric acid side chain which is involved in an intramolecular C—H...S hydrogen bond. The tetrahydrothiophene ring has an envelope conformation with the S atom as the flap. It is displaced from the mean plane of the four C atoms (plane B) by 0.8789 (6) Å, towards the ureido ring (plane A). Planes A and B are inclined to one another by 58.89 (14)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked via O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, enclosing R22(8) loops, forming zigzag chains propagating along [001]. These chains are linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds, and C—H...S and C—H...O interactions forming a three‐dimensional network. The absolute configurations of biotin and complexes (I), (II), (IV) and (V) were confirmed crystallographically by resonant scattering.  相似文献

The title compound, [MnCl2(C10H8N2)]n, crystallizes with a two‐dimensional network constructed from linear chains of edge‐sharing MnCl4 square‐planar units cross‐linked by bidentate 4,4′‐bipyridine bridges. The Mn atom and the bipyridine moieties lie on sites with 222 crystallographic symmetry; the Cl atom lies on a twofold axis. The bipyridine molecule is twisted about the central C—C bond by 33.5 (3)°.  相似文献

In recent years, N‐heterocyclic carboxylate ligands have attracted much interest in the preparation of new coordination polymers since they contain N‐atom donors, as well as O‐atom donors, and have a rich variety of coordination modes which can lead to polymers with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new two‐dimensional coordination polymer, namely poly[[μ3‐2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(4‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylato)‐κ6O4,N3,N3′,O4′:O5:O5′]manganese(II)], [Mn(C16H8N4O8)]n or [Mn(H4Phbidc)]n, has been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OAc)2·4H2O (OAc is acetate) with 2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid) (H6Phbidc) under solvothermal conditions. In the polymer, each MnII ion is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one H4Phbidc2− ligand and by four O atoms from three H4Phbidc2− ligands, forming a significantly distorted octahedral MnN2O4 coordination geometry. The MnII ions are linked by hexadentate H4Phbidc2− ligands, leading to a two‐dimensional structure parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by N—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, poly[[diazidomanganese(II)]‐di‐μ‐1,2‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)ethane‐κ4N3:N3′], [Mn(N3)2(C8H10N4)2]n or [Mn(N3)2(bim)2]n, where bim is 1,2‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)ethane, each MnII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral coordination environment to four N atoms from four bim ligands and two N atoms from two azide ligands. The MnII atoms, which lie on inversion centres, are bridged by four bim ligands to form a two‐dimensional (4,4)‐network. The azide ligands are monodentate (terminal).  相似文献

The novel title ZnII coordination polymer, poly[bis(μ‐6‐thioxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridine‐3‐carboxylato‐κ2S:O)zinc(II)], [Zn(C6H4NO2S)2]n, consists of two crystallographically independent zinc centers and two 6‐mercaptonicotinate (Hmna) ligands. Each ZnII atom is four‐coordinated and lies at the center of a distorted tetrahedral ZnS2O2 coordination polyhedron, bridged by four Hmna ligands to form a two‐dimensional (4,4)‐network. Each Hmna ion acts as a bridging bidentate ligand, coordinating to two ZnII atoms through the S atom and a carboxyl O atom. The metal centers reside on twofold rotation axes. The coordination mode of the S atoms and N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the protonated N atoms and the uncoordinated carboxyl O atoms give the extended structure a wavelike form.  相似文献

The synthesis is reported of the tricarboxylic acid 3‐(3,5‐dicarboxybenzyloxy)benzoic acid (H3L) and the product of its reaction under solvothermal conditions with ZnII cations, namely poly[[μ6‐3‐(3,5‐dicarboxylatobenzyloxy)benzoato](dimethylformamide)‐μ3‐hydroxido‐dizinc(II)], [Zn2(C16H9O7)(OH)(C3H7NO)]n, the formation of which is associated with complete deprotonation of H3L. Its crystal structure consists of a single‐framework coordination polymer of the organic L3− ligand with ZnII cations in a 1:2 ratio, with additional hydroxide and dimethylformamide (DMF) ligands coordinated to the ZnII centres. The ZnII cations are characterized by coordination numbers of 5 and 6, being bridged to each other by hydroxide ligands. In the polymeric framework, the carboxylate‐ and hydroxy‐bridged ZnII cations are arranged in coordination‐tessellated columns, which propagate along the a axis of the crystal structure, and each L3− ligand links to seven different ZnII centres via Zn—O bonds of two different columns. The coordination framework, composed of [Zn2(L)(OH)(DMF)]n units, forms an open architecture, the channel voids within it being filled by the zinc‐coordinating DMF ligands. This report provides the first structural evidence for the formation of coordination polymers with H3L via multiple metal–ligand bonds through its carboxylate groups.<!?tpb=21.5pt>  相似文献

In a new two‐dimensional coordination polymer, [Pb(C14H8O5)(H2O)]n, the asymmetric unit consists of a PbII cation, two halves of two crystallographically distinct fully deprotonated 4,4′‐oxydibenzoate ligands and one aqua ligand. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound is a coordination polymer with the point symbol {53}2{54.82}. In addition, it exhibits a strong fluorescence emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The novel title CdII coordination polymer, poly[[dichlorocadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐1,1′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)diimidazole], [CdCl2(C10H14N4)2]n, (I), was obtained by reaction of CdCl2·2.5H2O and 1,1′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)diimidazole (hereafter L). In (I), each L molecule coordinates to two CdII cations through its two aromatic N atoms, thus acting as a bridging bidentate ligand. The CdII cations, which lie on the inversion centre, are bridged by four L molecules to form a two‐dimensional (4,4)‐network. The two‐dimensional square‐grid sheets are superimposed in an offset fashion.  相似文献

The crystal engineering of coordination polymers has aroused interest due to their structural versatility, unique properties and applications in different areas of science. The selection of appropriate ligands as building blocks is critical in order to afford a range of topologies. Alkali metal cations are known for their mainly ionic chemistry in aqueous media. Their coordination number varies depending on the size of the binding partners, and on the electrostatic interaction between the ligands and the metal ions. The two‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[tetra‐μ‐aqua‐[μ4‐4,4′‐(diazenediyl)bis(5‐oxo‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolido)]disodium(I)], [Na2(C4H2N8O2)(H2O)4]n, (I), was synthesized from 4‐amino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5(4H)‐one (ATO) and its single‐crystal structure determined. The mid‐point of the imino N=N bond of the 4,4′‐(diazenediyl)bis(5‐oxo‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolide) (ZTO2−) ligand is located on an inversion centre. The asymmetric unit consists of one Na+ cation, half a bridging ZTO2− ligand and two bridging water ligands. Each Na+ cation is coordinated in a trigonal antiprismatic fashion by six O atoms, i.e. two from two ZTO2− ligands and the remaining four from bridging water ligands. The Na+ cation is located near a glide plane, thus the two bridging O atoms from the two coordinating ZTO2− ligands are on adjacent apices of the trigonal antiprism, rather than being in an anti configuration. All water and ZTO2− ligands act as bridging ligands between metal centres. Each Na+ metal centre is bridged to a neigbouring Na+ cation by two water molecules to give a one‐dimensional [Na(H2O)2]n chain. The organic ZTO2− ligand, an O atom of which also bridges the same pair of Na+ cations, then crosslinks these [Na(H2O)2]n chains to form two‐dimensional sheets. The two‐dimensional sheets are further connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, giving rise to a stabile hydrogen‐bonded network.  相似文献

In both title compounds, C18H24N2O2, (Ia), and C18H26N2O22+·2ClO4, (II), respectively, the two aryl rings are strictly parallel, with an inversion centre lying at the mid‐point of each central CH2—CH2 bond. Molecules in (Ia) are linked into two‐dimensional layers by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The component ions in (II) are joined together by a combination of N/O/C—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π and anion...π interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. A structural understanding of (Ia) and (II) may provide some useful information about how and why their metal–organic complexes display various biological activities and function in catalytic processes.  相似文献

A three‐dimensional supramolecular structure involving hydrogen bonding and aromatic stacking is observed.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C12H6N2O4)(H2O)2]n, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. It consists of polymeric chains of [Co{μ‐(2,2′‐bipyridyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4N,N′:O,O′)}(H2O)2] units, in which each CoII cation is octahedrally coordinated by two chelating pyridyl N atoms, two chelating carboxyl O atoms from different carboxylate groups of another bipyridyl ligand, and two water molecules as terminal ligands. A crystallographic twofold axis parallel to the chain axis, passes through the Co atom.  相似文献

The 1:1 adduct of N,N′‐bis(2‐chlorobenzylidene)ethylenediamine (cb2en) with copper(I) chloride proves to be an ionic compound with CuI‐centred cations and anions, [Cu(C16H14Cl2N2)2][CuCl2]·CH3CN. In the cation, the CuI atom has a flattened tetrahedral coordination geometry, with a small bite angle for the chelating ligands, which form a double‐helical arrangement around the metal centre. The anion is almost linear, as expected. The packing of the cations involves intermolecular π–π interactions, which lead to columns of translationally related cations along the shortest unit‐cell axis, with anions and solvent molecules in channels between them.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag(C6H7AsNO3)(C18H15P)]·H2O}n, has been synthesized from the reaction of 4‐aminophenylarsonic acid with silver nitrate, in aqueous ammonia, with the addition of triphenylphosphane (PPh3). The AgI centre is four‐coordinated by one amino N atom, one PPh3 P atom and two arsonate O atoms, forming a severely distorted [AgNPO2] tetrahedron. Two AgI‐centred tetrahedra are held together to produce a dinuclear [Ag2O2N2P2] unit by sharing an O–O edge. 4‐Aminophenylarsonate (Hapa) adopts a μ3‐κ3N:O:O‐tridentate coordination mode connecting two dinuclear units, resulting in a neutral [Ag(Hapa)(PPh3)]n layer lying parallel to the (10) plane. The PPh3 ligands are suspended on both sides of the [Ag(Hapa)(PPh3)]n layer, displaying up and down orientations. There is an R22(8) hydrogen‐bonded dimer involving two arsonate groups from two Hapa ligands related by a centre of inversion. Additionally, there are hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the solvent water molecules and the arsonate and amine groups of the Hapa ligands, and weak π–π stacking interactions within the [Ag(Hapa)(PPh3)]n layer. These two‐dimensional layers are further assembled by weak van der Waals interactions to form the final architecture.  相似文献

The 4‐chloro‐ [C14H11ClN2O2, (I)], 4‐bromo‐ [C14H10BrN2O2, (II)] and 4‐diethylamino‐ [C18H21N3O2, (III)] derivatives of benzylidene‐4‐hydroxybenzohydrazide, all crystallize in the same space group (P21/c), (I) and (II) also being isomorphous. In all three compounds, the conformation about the C=N bond is E. The molecules of (I) and (II) are relatively planar, with dihedral angles between the two benzene rings of 5.75 (12) and 9.81 (17)°, respectively. In (III), however, the same angle is 77.27 (9)°. In the crystal structures of (I) and (II), two‐dimensional slab‐like networks extending in the a and c directions are formed via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules stack head‐to‐tail viaπ–π interactions involving the aromatic rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.7622 (14) Å in (I) and 3.8021 (19) Å in (II)]. In (III), undulating two‐dimensional networks extending in the b and c directions are formed via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules stack head‐to‐head viaπ–π interactions involving inversion‐related benzene rings [centroid–centroid distances = 3.6977 (12) and 3.8368 (11) Å].  相似文献
