The crystal structures of 8‐phenoxycarbonyl‐1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐enium chloride, C16H21N2O2+·Cl, (I), and 8‐methoxycarbonyl‐1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐enium chloride monohydrate, C11H19N2O2+·Cl·H2O, (II), recently reported by Carafa, Mesto & Quaranta [Eur. J. Org. Chem. (2011), pp. 2458–2465], are analysed and discussed with a focus on crystal interaction assembly. Both compounds crystallize in the space group P21/c. The crystal packings are characterized by dimers linked through π–π stacking interactions and intermolecular nonclassical hydrogen bonds, respectively. Additional intermolecular C—H...Cl interactions [in (I) and (II)] and classical O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds [in (II)] are also evident and contribute to generating three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks.  相似文献

The structures of the 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid with 8‐hydroxyquinoline, 8‐aminoquinoline and quinoline‐2‐carboxylic acid (quinaldic acid), namely anhydrous 8‐hydroxyquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C9H8NO+·C8H3Cl2O4, (I), 8‐aminoquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C9H9N2+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), and the adduct hydrate 2‐carboxyquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate quinolinium‐2‐carboxylate monohydrate, C10H8NO2+·C8H3Cl2O4·C10H7NO2·H2O, (III), have been determined at 130 K. Compounds (I) and (II) are isomorphous and all three compounds have one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded chain structures, formed in (I) through O—H...Ocarboxyl extensions and in (II) through N+—H...Ocarboxyl extensions of cation–anion pairs. In (III), a hydrogen‐bonded cyclic R22(10) pseudo‐dimer unit comprising a protonated quinaldic acid cation and a zwitterionic quinaldic acid adduct molecule is found and is propagated through carboxylic acid O—H...Ocarboxyl and water O—H...Ocarboxyl interactions. In both (I) and (II), there are also cation–anion aromatic ring π–π associations. This work further illustrates the utility of both hydrogen phthalate anions and interactive‐group‐substituted quinoline cations in the formation of low‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structures.  相似文献

5‐Sulfosalicylic acid (5‐SSA) and 3‐aminopyridine (3‐APy) crystallize in the same solvent system, resulting in two kinds of 1:1 proton‐transfer organic adduct, namely 3‐aminopyridinium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, C5H7N2+·C7H5O6S·H2O or 3‐APy·5‐SSA·H2O, (I), and the anhydrous adduct, C5H7N2+·C7H5O6S or 3‐APy·5‐SSA, (II). Both compounds have extensively hydrogen‐bonded three‐dimensional layered polymer structures, with interlayer homo‐ and heterogeneous π–π interactions in (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

Crystals of 5‐chloropyridin‐2‐amine–(2E)‐but‐2‐enedioate (2/1), 2C5H5ClN2·C4H4O4, (I), and 2‐aminopyridinium dl ‐3‐carboxy‐2‐hydroxypropanoate, C5H7N2+·C4H5O5, (II), are built from the neutral 5‐chloropyridin‐2‐amine molecule and fumaric acid in the case of (I) and from ring‐N‐protonated 2‐aminopyridinium cations and malate anions in (II). The fumaric acid molecule lies on an inversion centre. In (I), the neutral 5‐chloropyridin‐2‐amine and fumaric acid molecules interact via hydrogen bonds, forming two‐dimensional layers parallel to the (100) plane, whereas in (II), oppositely charged units interact via ionic and hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Crystals of bis(2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium) succinate–succinic acid (1/1), C8H12NO+·0.5C4H4O42−·0.5C4H6O4, (I), and 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium hydrogen succinate, C8H12NO+·C4H5O4, (II), were obtained by reaction of 2‐ethyl‐6‐methylpyridin‐3‐ol with succinic acid. The succinate anion and succinic acid molecule in (I) are located about centres of inversion. Intermolecular O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the formation of a three‐dimensional network in the crystal structure of (I) and a two‐dimensional network in the crystal structure of (II). Both structures are additionally stabilized by π–π interactions between symmetry‐related pyridine rings, forming a rod‐like cationic arrangement for (I) and cationic dimers for (II).  相似文献

The structures of 4‐nitrobenzene‐1,2‐diamine [C6H7N3O2, (I)], 2‐amino‐5‐nitroanilinium chloride [C6H8N3O2+·Cl, (II)] and 2‐amino‐5‐nitroanilinium bromide monohydrate [C6H8N3O2+·Br·H2O, (III)] are reported and their hydrogen‐bonded structures described. The amine group para to the nitro group in (I) adopts an approximately planar geometry, whereas the meta amine group is decidedly pyramidal. In the hydrogen halide salts (II) and (III), the amine group meta to the nitro group is protonated. Compound (I) displays a pleated‐sheet hydrogen‐bonded two‐dimensional structure with R22(14) and R44(20) rings. The sheets are joined by additional hydrogen bonds, resulting in a three‐dimensional extended structure. Hydrohalide salt (II) has two formula units in the asymmetric unit that are related by a pseudo‐inversion center. The dominant hydrogen‐bonding interactions involve the chloride ion and result in R42(8) rings linked to form a ladder‐chain structure. The chains are joined by N—H...Cl and N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets parallel to (010). In hydrated hydrohalide salt (III), bromide ions are hydrogen bonded to amine and ammonium groups to form R42(8) rings. The water behaves as a double donor/single acceptor and, along with the bromide anions, forms hydrogen bonds involving the nitro, amine, and ammonium groups. The result is sheets parallel to (001) composed of alternating R55(15) and R64(24) rings. Ammonium N—H...Br interactions join the sheets to form a three‐dimensional extended structure. Energy‐minimized structures obtained using DFT and MP2 calculations are consistent with the solid‐state structures. Consistent with (II) and (III), calculations show that protonation of the amine group meta to the nitro group results in a structure that is about 1.5 kJ mol−1 more stable than that obtained by protonation of the para‐amine group. DFT calculations on single molecules and hydrogen‐bonded pairs of molecules based on structural results obtained for (I) and for 3‐nitrobenzene‐1,2‐diamine, (IV) [Betz & Gerber (2011). Acta Cryst. E 67 , o1359] were used to estimate the strength of the N—H...O(nitro) interactions for three observed motifs. The hydrogen‐bonding interaction between the pairs of molecules examined was found to correspond to 20–30 kJ mol−1.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three proton‐transfer compounds of 5‐sulfosalicylic acid (3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid) with 4‐X‐substituted anilines (X = F, Cl and Br), namely 4‐fluoroanilinium 5‐sulfosalicylate (3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate) monohydrate, C6H7FN+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (I), 4‐chloroanilinium 5‐sulfosalicylate hemihydrate, C6H7ClN+·C7H5O6S·0.5H2O, (II), and 4‐bromoanilinium 5‐sulfosalicylate monohydrate, C6H7BrN+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (III), have been determined. The asymmetric unit in (II) contains two formula units. All three compounds have three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded polymeric structures in which both the water molecule and the carboxylic acid group are involved in structure extension. With both (II) and (III), which are structurally similar, the common cyclic (8) dimeric carboxylic acid association is present, whereas in (I), an unusual cyclic (8) association involving all three hetero‐species is found.  相似文献

The structures of the anhydrous 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid (DCPA) with the monocyclic heteroaromatic Lewis bases 2‐aminopyrimidine, 3‐(aminocarbonyl)pyridine (nicotinamide) and 4‐(aminocarbonyl)pyridine (isonicotinamide), namely 2‐aminopyrimidinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C4H6N3+·C8H3Cl2O4, (I), 3‐(aminocarbonyl)pyridinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C6H7N2O+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), and the unusual salt adduct 4‐(aminocarbonyl)pyridinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate–methyl 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate (1/1), C6H7N2O+·C8H3Cl2O4·C9H6Cl2O4, (III), have been determined at 130 K. Compound (I) forms discrete centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded cyclic bis(cation–anion) units having both R22(8) and R12(4) N—H...O interactions. In (II), the primary N—H...O‐linked cation–anion units are extended into a two‐dimensional sheet structure via amide–carboxyl and amide–carbonyl N—H...O interactions. The structure of (III) reveals the presence of an unusual and unexpected self‐synthesized methyl monoester of the acid as an adduct molecule, giving one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded chains. In all three structures, the hydrogen phthalate anions are essentially planar with short intramolecular carboxyl–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O = 2.393 (8)–2.410 (2) Å]. This work provides examples of low‐dimensional 1:1 hydrogen‐bonded DCPA structure types, and includes the first example of a discrete cyclic `heterotetramer.' This low dimensionality in the structures of the 1:1 aromatic Lewis base salts of the parent acid is generally associated with the planar DCPA anion species.  相似文献

The crystal structures of four substituted‐ammonium dichloride dodecachlorohexasilanes are presented. Each is crystallized with a different cation and one of the structures contains a benzene solvent molecule: bis(tetraethylammonium) dichloride dodecachlorohexasilane, 2C8H20N+·2Cl·Cl12Si6, (I), tetrabutylammonium tributylmethylammonium dichloride dodecachlorohexasilane, C16H36N+·C13H30N+·2Cl·Cl12Si6, (II), bis(tetrabutylammonium) dichloride dodecachlorohexasilane benzene disolvate, 2C16H36N+·2Cl·Cl12Si6·2C6H6, (III), and bis(benzyltriphenylphosphonium) dichloride dodecachlorohexasilane, 2C25H22P+·2Cl·Cl12Si6, (IV). In all four structures, the dodecachlorohexasilane ring is located on a crystallographic centre of inversion. The geometry of the dichloride dodecachlorohexasilanes in the different structures is almost the same, irrespective of the cocrystallized cation and solvent. However, the crystal structure of the parent dodecachlorohexasilane molecule shows that this molecule adopts a chair conformation. In (IV), the P atom and the benzyl group of the cation are disordered over two sites, with a site‐occupation factor of 0.560 (5) for the major‐occupied site.  相似文献

The two title proton‐transfer compounds, 5‐methylimidazolium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate, C4H7N2+·C7H5O6S, (I), and bis(5‐methylimidazolium) 3‐carboxylato‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate, 2C4H7N2+·C7H5O6S2−, (II), are each organized into a three‐dimensional network by a combination of X—H...O (X = O, N or C) hydrogen bonds, and π–π and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

Both the title molecular adducts of 2‐methylaniline or 2,5‐dichloroaniline with picric acid are 1:1 organic salts, namely 2‐methylanilinium picrate, C7H10N+·C6H2N3O7, (I), and 2,5‐dichloroanilinium picrate, C6H6Cl2N+·C6H2N3O7, (II). In both structures, the phenoxide O atoms accept two N—H hydrogen bonds in a bifurcated acceptor fashion, which link the component ions by N—H...O hydrogen bonds into continuous two‐dimensional zigzag layers, running parallel to the (100) plane in (I) and the (010) plane in (II). A π–π interaction is observed between symmetry‐related anilinium cations in (I), while in (II), Cl...Onitro and Cl...Cl interactions are observed. This study indicates that a substitution on aniline can exert a pivotal influence on the construction of its supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal structures of triethylammonium adenosine cyclic 2′,3′‐phosphate {systematic name: triethylammonium 4‐(6‐aminopurin‐9‐yl)‐6‐hydroxymethyl‐2‐oxido‐2‐oxoperhydrofurano[3,4‐c][1,3,2]dioxaphosphole}, Et3NH(2′,3′‐cAMP) or C6H16N+·C10H11N5O6P, (I), and guanosine cyclic 2′,3′‐phosphate monohydrate {systematic name: triethylammonium 6‐hydroxymethyl‐2‐oxido‐2‐oxo‐4‐(6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropurin‐9‐yl)perhydrofurano[3,4‐c][1,3,2]dioxaphosphole monohydrate}, [Et3NH(2′,3′‐cGMP)]·H2O or C6H16N+·C10H11N5O7P·H2O, (II), reveal different nucleobase orientations, viz. anti in (I) and syn in (II). These are stabilized by different inter‐ and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The structures also exhibit different ribose ring puckering [4E in (I) and 3T2 in (II)] and slightly different 1,3,2‐dioxaphospholane ring conformations, viz. envelope in (I) and puckered in (II). Infinite ribbons of 2′,3′‐cAMP and helical chains of 2′,3′‐cGMP ions, both formed by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯X and C—H⋯X (X = O or N) hydrogen‐bond contacts, characterize (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid with the three isomeric monoaminobenzoic acids, namely the hydrate 2‐carboxyanilinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate dihydrate, C7H8NO2+·C8H3Cl2O4·2H2O, (I), and the anhydrous salts 3‐carboxyanilinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C7H8NO2+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), and 4‐carboxyanilinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C7H8NO2+·C8H3Cl2O4, (III), have been determined at 130 K. Compound (I) has a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded sheet structure, while (II) and (III) are three‐dimensional. All three compounds feature sheet substructures formed through anilinium N+—H...Ocarboxyl and anion carboxylic acid O—H...Ocarboxyl interactions and, in the case of (I), additionally linked through the donor and acceptor associations of the solvent water molecules. However, (II) and (III) have additional lateral extensions of these substructures though cyclic R22(8) associations involving the carboxylic acid groups of the cations. Also, (II) and (III) have cation–anion π–π aromatic ring interactions. This work provides further examples illustrating the regular formation of network substructures in the 1:1 proton‐transfer salts of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid with the bifunctional aromatic amines.  相似文献

The structures of the proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid (DCPA) with the aliphatic Lewis bases triethylamine, diethylamine, n‐butylamine and piperidine, namely triethylaminium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C6H16N+·C8H3Cl2O4, (I), diethylaminium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C4H12N+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), bis(butanaminium) 4,5‐dichlorobenzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate monohydrate, 2C4H12N+·C8H2Cl2O42−·H2O, (III), and bis(piperidinium) 4,5‐dichlorobenzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate monohydrate, 2C5H12N+·C8H2Cl2O42−·H2O, (IV), have been determined at 200 K. All compounds have hydrogen‐bonding associations, giving discrete cation–anion units in (I) and linear chains in (II), while (III) and (IV) both have two‐dimensional structures. In (I), a discrete cation–anion unit is formed through an asymmetric R12(4) N+—H...O2 hydrogen‐bonding association, whereas in (II), chains are formed through linear N—H...O associations involving both aminium H‐atom donors. In compounds (III) and (IV), the primary N—H...O‐linked cation–anion units are extended into a two‐dimensional sheet structure via amide–carboxyl N—H...O and amide–carbonyl N—H...O interactions. In the 1:1 salts (I) and (II), the hydrogen 4,5‐dichlorophthalate anions are essentially planar with short intramolecular carboxyl–carboxyl O—H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O = 2.4223 (14) and 2.388 (2) Å, respectively]. This work provides a further example of the uncommon zero‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded DCPA–Lewis base salt and the one‐dimensional chain structure type, while even with the hydrate structures of the 1:2 salts with the primary and secondary amines, the low dimensionality generally associated with 1:1 DCPA salts is also found.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [LiPd2Cl4(C12H12N2)2](C24F20B)·1.196CD2Cl2 or [{(Me2bipy)PdCl2}2(μ‐Li)]+·B(C6F5)4·1.196CD2Cl2 (Me2bipy is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine), an Li+ cation is stabilized by complexation with two (Me2bipy)PdCl2 units through weak Li—Cl interactions. This compound is thus a rare example of a complex that exhibits an arrested Cl abstraction.  相似文献

Both 7‐carboxylato‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium monohydrate, C11H9NO3·H2O, (I), and 7‐carboxy‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium chloride monohydrate, C11H10NO3+·Cl·H2O, (II), crystallize in the centrosymmetric P space group. Both compounds display an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond involving the hydroxy group; this hydrogen bond is stronger in (I) due to its zwitterionic character [O⋯O = 2.4449 (11) Å in (I) and 2.5881 (12) Å in (II)]. In both crystal structures, the HN+ group participates in the stabilization of the structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds with water molecules [N⋯O = 2.7450 (12) Å in (I) and 2.8025 (14) Å in (II)]. In compound (II), a hydrogen‐bond network connects the Cl anion to the carboxylic acid group [Cl⋯O = 2.9641 (11) Å] and to two water molecules [Cl⋯O = 3.1485 (10) and 3.2744 (10) Å].  相似文献

The design of new organic–inorganic hybrid ionic materials is of interest for various applications, particularly in the areas of crystal engineering, supramolecular chemistry and materials science. The monohalogenated intermediates 1‐(2‐chloroethyl)pyridinium chloride, C5H5NCH2CH2Cl+·Cl, (I′), and 1‐(2‐bromoethyl)pyridinium bromide, C5H5NCH2CH2Br+·Br, (II′), and the ionic disubstituted products 1,1′‐(ethylene‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridinium dichloride dihydrate, C12H14N22+·2Cl·2H2O, (I), and 1,1′‐(ethylene‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridinium dibromide, C12H14N22+·2Br, (II), have been isolated as powders from the reactions of pyridine with the appropriate 1,2‐dihaloethanes. The monohalogenated intermediates (I′) and (II′) were characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, while (I) and (II) were structurally characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction. Both (I) and (II) crystallize with half the empirical formula in the asymmetric unit in the triclinic space group P. The organic 1,1′‐(ethylene‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridinium dications, which display approximate C2h symmetry in both structures, are situated on inversion centres. The components in (I) are linked via intermolecular O—H…Cl, C—H…Cl and C—H…O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional framework, while for (II), they are connected via weak intermolecular C—H…Br hydrogen bonds into one‐dimensional chains in the [110] direction. The nucleophilic substitution reactions of 1,2‐dichloroethane and 1,2‐dibromoethane with pyridine have been investigated by ab initio quantum chemical calculations using the 6–31G** basis. In both cases, the reactions occur in two exothermic stages involving consecutive SN2 nucleophilic substitutions. The isolation of the monosubstituted intermediate in each case is strong evidence that the second step is not fast relative to the first.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, ammonium risedronate dihydrate, NH4+·C7H10NO7P2·2H2O, (I), and potassium risedronate dihydrate, K+·C7H10NO7P2·2H2O, (II), have been determined from single‐crystal X‐ray data collected at 120 K. Compound (I) forms a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network which connects the ammonium and risedronate ions and the water molecules. In compound (II), the K+ ions are seven‐coordinated in a capped distorted trigonal prism. The coordination polyhedra form chains by corner‐sharing, and these chains are connected by phosphonate groups into layers in the ac plane. The layers are stacked and connected by hydrogen bonds in the b direction. The risedronate conformation is determined by intramolecular interactions fine‐tuned by crystal packing effects. All H‐atom donors in both structures are involved in hydrogen bonding, with DA distances between 2.510 (2) and 3.009 (2) Å.  相似文献

Two salts of acyclic Schiff base cationic ligands, namely N,N′‐bis(2‐nitrobenzyl)propane‐1,3‐diammonium dichloride monohydrate, C17H22N4O42+·2Cl·H2O, (I), and 2‐hydroxy‐N,N′‐bis(2‐nitrobenzyl)propane‐1,3‐diammonium dichloride, C17H22N4O52+·2Cl, (II), were synthesized as precursors in order to obtain new acyclic and macrocyclic multidentate ligands and complexes. The cation conformations in compounds (I) and (II) are different in the solid state, although the cations are closely related chemically. Similarly, the hydrogen‐bonding networks involving ammonium cations, hydroxyl groups and chloride anions are also different. In the cation of compound (II), the hydroxyl group is disordered over two sets of sites, with occupancies of 0.785 (8) and 0.215 (8).  相似文献

The crystal structures of two salts, products of the reactions between [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)aminomethylene]bis(phosphonic acid) and 4‐aminopyridine or ammonia, namely bis(4‐aminopyridinium) hydrogen [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridinio)aminomethylene]diphosphonate 2.4‐hydrate, 2C5H7N2+·C7H10N2O6P22−·2.4H2O, (I), and triammonium hydrogen [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)aminomethylene]diphosphonate monohydrate, 3NH4+·C7H9N2O6P23−·H2O, (II), have been determined. In (I), the Z configuration of the ring N—C and amino N—H bonds of the bisphosphonate dianion with respect to the Cring—Namino bond is consistent with that of the parent zwitterion. Removing the H atom from the pyridyl N atom results in the opposite E configuration of the bisphosphonate trianion in (II). Compound (I) exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network, in which 4‐aminopyridinium cations and water molecules are joined to ribbons composed of anionic dimers linked by O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The supramolecular motif resulting from a combination of these three interactions is a common phenomenon in crystals of all of the Z‐isomeric zwitterions of 4‐ and 5‐substituted (2‐pyridylaminomethylene)bis(phosphonic acid)s studied to date. In (II), ammonium cations and water molecules are linked to chains of trianions, resulting in the formation of double layers.  相似文献
