New graphene oxide (GO)‐based hydrogels that contain vitamin B2/B12 and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) have been synthesized in water (at neutral pH value). These gel‐based soft materials have been used to synthesize various metal nanoparticles, including Au, Ag, and Pd nanoparticles, as well as nanoparticle‐containing reduced graphene oxide (RGO)‐based nanohybrid systems. This result indicates that GO‐based gels can be used as versatile reactors for the synthesis of different nanomaterials and hybrid systems on the nanoscale. Moreover, the RGO‐based nanohybrid hydrogel with Pd nanoparticles was used as an efficient catalyst for C? C bond‐formation reactions with good yields and showed high recyclability in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions.  相似文献

A novel nanocatalyst was designed and prepared. Initially, the surface of magnetic graphene oxide (M‐GO) was modified using thionyl chloride, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and acryloyl chloride as linkers which provide reactive C═C bonds for the polymerization of vinylic monomers. Separately, β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) was treated with acryloyl chloride to provide a modified β‐CD. Then, in the presence methylenebisacrylamide as a cross‐linker, monomers of modified β‐CD and acrylamide were polymerized on the surface of the pre‐prepared M‐GO. Finally, palladium acetate and sodium borohydride were added to this composite to afford supported palladium nanoparticles. This fabricated nanocomposite was fully characterized using various techniques. The efficiency of this easily separable and reusable heterogeneous catalyst was successfully examined in Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions of aryl halides and boronic acid as well as in modified Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions of N‐acylsuccinimides and boronic acid in green media. The results showed that the nanocatalyst was efficient in coupling reactions for direct formation of the corresponding biphenyl as well as benzophenone derivatives in green media based on bio‐based solvents. In addition, the nanocatalyst was easily separable, using an external magnet, and could be reused several times without significant loss of activity under the optimum reaction conditions.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to synthesize and characterize a new magnetic polymer nanosphere‐supported palladium(II) acetate catalyst for reactions requiring harsh conditions. In this regard, an air‐stable, moisture‐stable and highly efficient heterogenized palladium was synthesized by the coordination of palladium(II) acetate with poly(2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propanesulfonic acid)‐grafted modified magnetic nanoparticles with a core–shell structure. The structure of the newly developed catalyst was characterized using various techniques. The catalytic activity of the resultant nano‐organometallic catalyst was evaluated in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions to afford the corresponding coupling products in good to excellent yields. High selectivity as well as outstanding turnover number (14 143, 4900) and turnover frequency (28 296, 7424) values were recorded for the catalyst in Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck reactions, respectively. Magnetic separation and recycling of the catalyst for at least six runs became possible without any significant loss of efficiency or any detectable palladium leaching.  相似文献

In this work, graphene oxide was functionalized with chitosan (GO‐Chit) followed by a simple approach for immobilization of palladium nanoparticles onto a chitosan grafted graphene oxide surface. The Pd‐nanocomposite (GO‐Chit‐Pd) was characterized using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) measurements. The catalytic activity of the prepared heterogeneous graphene oxide functionalized chitosan‐palladium (GO‐Chit‐Pd) was investigated in term of C‐N coupling reaction (Buchwald‐Hartwig amination reaction of aryl halides) yielding products of N‐arylamines. The easy purification, convenient operation, and environmental friendliness, combined with a high yield, render this method viable for use in both laboratory research and larger industrial scales. Studying the reusability of the catalyst in this work showed that it could be reused for five times without obvious loss in catalytic activity.  相似文献

The palladium(II)‐coordinated 5,10,15,20‐tetrakis‐(4‐hexyloxyphenyl)‐porphyrin as a macrocyclic palladium complex was covalently grafted to the surface of graphene oxide (denoted as GO‐CPTMS@Pd‐TKHPP). GO‐CPTMS@Pd‐TKHPP was characterized using microscopic and spectroscopic techniques for confirmation of functionalization. The synthesized catalyst was checked in the Suzuki‐Miyaura and the Mizoroki‐Heck coupling reactions. The catalyst is very easy to handle, environmentally safe and economical. Also, this catalytic system shows high catalytic activity and the yields of the products are excellent. Moreover, the suggested catalyst was reusable for five runs with no significant decrease in catalytic activity.  相似文献

A stable and powerful heterogeneous palladium catalyst was synthesized using immobilized palladium on (S)‐methyl histidinate bonded onto the surface of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes. The catalyst was characterized using a combination of Fourier transform infrared and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies, transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction and inductively coupled plasma, thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. This new air‐ and moisture‐stable phosphine‐free palladium catalyst was found to be highly active and reusable in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions in poly(ethylene glycol) and aqueous ethanol as green solvents using an extremely small amount of palladium under mild conditions. A fast and efficient eco‐friendly two‐step preparation of a palladium‐containing mesoporous carbon catalyst ( C1 ) from green and readily available carbon precursors (phloroglucinol and glyoxal), a porogen template (pluronic F‐127) and PdCl2 is described. Catalyst C1 contains ultra‐small Pd nanoparticles (1.2 nm) uniformly dispersed in the carbon network and shows an outstanding activity for Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions in pure water: extremely low amounts of palladium (10 μequiv. in most cases) are sufficient to afford almost palladium‐free products (containing <0.25 ppm of precious metal without further purification steps).  相似文献

Graphene oxide was functionalized with benzimidazole for palladium immobilization. The resultant graphene–benzimidazole‐supported palladium composite (G‐BI‐Pd) was characterized using infrared and Raman spectroscopies, transmission electron microscopy and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. G‐BI‐Pd showed excellent catalytic activity and fast reaction kinetics in the aqueous‐phase Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl iodides and bromides with phenylboronic acid under relatively mild conditions (5–25 min, 80 °C). The catalyst can be used several times without any significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Developing polymer catalytic membrane reactors is an aim due to its outstanding advantages. In this paper, a novel catalytic membrane containing palladium‐supported magnetic nanoparticles is introduced. Silica‐iron oxide core shell nanoparticles were first prepared and functionalized by phosphine ionic liquid functionalized poly(ethylene glycol). The modified magnetic nanoparticles were used as support for immobilization of palladium. The final palladium‐immobilized nanoparticles were used as active filler for the preparation of membrane reactor. The prepared membranes were characterized, and their activities were tested in carbon‐carbon bond formation and catalytic reduction. The catalytic membrane showed good performance in the mentioned reactions.  相似文献

We report on the application of biodegradable cyclic poly(L ‐lactide) (PLLA) as new stabilizer; synthesis and application of a cyclic PLLA‐clay hybrid material as recyclable catalyst support. Cyclic PLLAs were used to stabilize palladium nanoparticles synthesized by a wet chemical method. It was found that the palladium particles were smaller with cyclic PLLA stabilizer (~5–10 nm) than the particles obtained from linear PLLA. The cyclic PLLA‐clay hybrid was prepared by a zwitterionic ring‐opening polymerization catalyzed by in situ‐generated N‐heterocyclic carbene catalyst. Palladium (0) nanoparticles were supported and well dispersed on the cyclic PLLA‐clay hybrid to form a new nanocomposite. The nanocomposite was found to be a highly efficient and recyclable catalyst for the aminocarbonylation reactions of aryl halides with various amines. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. We have demonstrated a direct arylation polycondensation of 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene using palladium on carbon (Pd/C) as a catalyst. Pd/C is a low‐cost solid‐supported palladium catalyst, giving one of the effective catalytic systems for direct arylation. The Pd/C‐catalyzed direct arylation polycondensation with acetic acid/potassium carbonate in N,N‐dimethylacetamide furnished a high molecular weight π‐conjugated alternating copolymer of EDOT‐fluorene (Mn = 89,300, Mw/Mn = 3.27) in high yield. The polycondensation of EDOT with various dibromoarenes was also achieved, giving EDOT‐carbazole, EDOT‐dialylamine, and EDOT‐bithiophene polymers. Optical and electrochemical properties of the polymers were also discussed. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2016 , 55, 1183–1188  相似文献

Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) has been employed as a modifying material for the development of new functional materials; then, the functionalized graphene was employed as a support for Pd nanoparticles through a facile method. The structures and morphologies of the as‐synthesized Pd/PDDA–graphene composites were extensively characterized by Raman spectroscopy, XRD, XPS, and TEM. Morphological observation showed that Pd NPs with average diameters of 4.4 nm were evenly deposited over the functionalized graphene sheets. Moreover, the electrochemical experiments indicated that the Pd/PDDA–graphene catalyst showed improved electrocatalytic activity toward alcohol‐oxidation reactions compared to the Pd/graphene and commercial Pd/C systems, as well as previously reported Pd‐based catalysts. This study demonstrates the great potential of PDDA‐functionalized graphene as a support for the development of metal–graphene nanocomposites for important applications in fuel cells.  相似文献

An efficient and general method is reported for the synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H ‐tetrazole derivatives in the presence of S ‐methylisothiourea complex of palladium immobilized on boehmite nanoparticles (Pd‐SMTU@boehmite) as an efficient and recyclable nanocatalyst. Boehmite nanoparticles were not sensitive to air or moisture and were prepared without inert atmosphere in water at room temperature. Then a novel type of phosphine‐free palladium complex was immobilized on these nanoparticles. This catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared, thermogravimetric, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, transmission and scanning electron microscopic, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopic, X‐ray diffraction and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopic techniques. The catalyst was reused several times without palladium leaching or change in its structure.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel catalyst is introduced based on the immobilization of palladium on modified magnetic graphene oxide nanoparticles. The catalyst is characterized by several methods, including transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray fluorescence, vibrating‐sample magnetometer, Fourier transform‐infrared and dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis. The activity of the catalyst was investigated in the synthesis of 4(3H)‐quinazolinones via Pd‐catalyzed carbonylation‐cyclization of N‐(2‐bromoaryl) benzimidamides by Mo (CO)6. The Mo (CO)6 is used as a carbon monoxide source for performing the reaction under mild conditions. The catalyst showed good reusability, and no change in activity was observed after 10 cycles of recovery.  相似文献

Biguanidine‐functionalized chitosan was synthesized and combined with palladium nanoparticles to yield a recyclable, environmentally benign, heterogeneous catalytic system for the Suzuki–Miyaura C–C coupling reaction. The catalyst was characterized using various techniques. The catalyst was used in Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions of various aryl halides, including less reactive chlorobenzenes, with phenylboronic acid to give biaryls without any additive or ligand. A reusability test demonstrated that the catalyst was highly efficient even after six runs. Solid‐phase poisoning and leaching tests indicated that the catalyst has a heterogeneous nature. In this paper, a highly active, air‐ and moisture‐stable and easily recoverable magnetic nanoparticles tethered mesoionic carbene palladium (II) complex (MNPs‐MIC‐Pd) as nanomagnetic catalyst was successfully synthesized by a simplistic multistep synthesis under aerobic conditions using commercially available inexpensive chemicals for the first time. The synthesized MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst was in‐depth characterized by numerous physicochemical techniques such as FT‐IR, ICP‐AES, FESEM, EDS, TEM, p‐XRD, XPS, TGA and BET surface area analysis. The prepared MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst was used to catalyze the Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions and exhibited excellent catalytic activity for various substrates under mild reaction conditions. Moreover, MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst could be easily and rapidly recovered by applying an external magnet. The recovered MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst exhibited very good catalytic activity up to ten times in Suzuki–Miyaura and five times in Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions without considerable loss of its catalytic activity. However, MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst shows notable advantages such as heterogeneous nature, efficient catalytic activity, mild reaction conditions, easy magnetic work up and recyclability.  相似文献

In this article, palladium nanoparticles supported on agarose were used as an efficient catalyst for Heck–Matsuda and Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of structurally different aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborate substrates in aqueous media. Heck–Matsuda reactions proceeded at 40°C whereas Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions were carried out at room temperature. Both reactions required low catalyst loading. The catalyst was also recycled for the model reaction for three runs. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

To address the obstacles facing the use of palladium‐based homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts in C─C cross‐coupling reactions, a novel semi‐heterogeneous support was developed based on hyperbranched poly(ethylene glycol)‐block ‐poly(citric acid)‐functionalized Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@PCA‐b ‐PEG). Because of the surface modification of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with amphiphilic and hyperbranched polymers (PCA‐b ‐PEG), these hybrid materials are not only soluble in a wide range of solvents (e.g. water, ethanol and dimethylformamide) but also are able to trap Pd2+ ions via complex formation of free carboxyl groups of the PCA dendrimer with metal ions. The reduction of trapped palladium ions in the dendritic shell of Fe3O4@PCA‐b ‐PEG leads to immobilized palladium nanoparticles. The morphology and structural features of the catalyst were characterized using various microscopic and spectroscopic techniques. The catalyst was effectively used in the palladium‐catalysed Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction in water as a green solvent. In addition, the catalyst can be easily recovered from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnetic field and reused for more than ten consecutive cycles without much loss in activity, exhibiting an example of a sustainable and green methodology.  相似文献

A novel magnetic SrFeGO nanocatalyst (NC) was synthesized through a simple sol–gel technique by introducing strontium and iron oxide nanoparticles onto graphene. The synthesized NC was characterized using FT‐IR and FE‐SEM. Subsequently, the catalytic activity of SrFeGO was tested in a reaction between β‐dicarbonyl compounds and aniline derivatives to gain β‐enamino ketone derivatives under solvent‐free conditions. It was found that SrFeGO NC is a potential catalyst for the synthesis of β‐enamino ketones. The β‐enamino ketone produced by such reactions could be isolated in high purity without the need for chromatographic purifications. The newly prepared magnetic graphene oxide nanocomposite could be recovered and reused for numerous times with no significant decrease in efficiency. Moreover, the protocol has the advantages of excellent yielding (up to 98%) in short a reaction time, benefitting an easy workup procedure and being environmentally friendly.  相似文献

Pramipexole drug was attached to the surface of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by reaction of acylated carbon nanotubes with pramipexole for the first time. The modified MWCNTs were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopies and CHNS analysis. The prepared pramipexole–MWCNTs were used for immobilization of palladium nanoparticles as a novel nanocatalyst. After characterization of the final nanocomposite, the pramipexole–MWCNTs/Pd was applied as a novel phosphine‐free recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for Sonogashira reactions. Interestingly, the novel catalyst could be recovered and recycled five times without any significant loss in activity.  相似文献
