Nanomagnetic bisethylferrocene‐containing ionic liquid supported on silica‐coated iron oxide (Fe3O4@SiO2@Im‐bisethylFc [HC2O4]) as a novel catalyst was designed and synthesized. The described catalyst was recycled and used without change in the time and efficiency of the condensation reaction. The Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), scanning electron microscopy images, X‐ray diffraction patterns, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope and vibrating‐sample magnetometer results confirmed the formation of Fe3O4@SiO2@Im‐bisethylFc [HC2O4] magnetic nanoparticle. The novel bis‐coumarin derivatives were identified by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, FT‐IR and CHNS analysis.  相似文献

Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were functionalized by aminopropylsilane and reacted with aromatic aldehyde, and Fe3O4‐Si‐[CH2]3‐N=CH‐Aryl and Fe3O4‐Si‐(CH2)3‐NH‐CH2‐Aryl MNPs were prepared as novel magnetic nanocatalysts. Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM) were used to identify the MNPs. The catalytic activity of the MNPs was evaluated in the one‐pot synthesis of some novel poly‐substituted pyridine derivatives.  相似文献

A green synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives using recyclable magnetic 4,5‐imidazoledicarboxylic is described. The magnetic 4,5‐imidazoledicarboxylic (Fe3O4@ImDCA) nanocatalyst was characterized completely by infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and benzimidazoles were characterized by their melting points, FT‐IR, and 1H NMR. The current approach provides a number of advantages in terms of high yields, low reaction times, the use of green media, and easy work‐up.  相似文献

In this study, dendrimer‐encapsulated Cu(Π) nanoparticles immobilized on superparamagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via a multistep‐synthesis. Then, the synthesized composite was fully characterized by various techniques such as fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS), UV‐vis spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and vibration sample magnetometer (VSM). From the information gained by FE‐SEM and TEM studies it can be inferred that the particles are mostly spherical in shape and have an average size of 50 nm. Also, the amount of Cu is determined to be 0.51 mmol/g in the catalyst by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analyzer. This magnetic nano‐compound has been successfully applied as a highly efficient, magnetically recoverable and stable catalyst for N‐arylation of nitrogen heterocycles with aryl halides (I, Br) and arylboronic acids without using external ligands or additives. The catalyst was also employed in a one‐pot, three‐component reaction for the efficient and green synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles using various aldehydes, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium azide in water. The magnetic catalyst can be easily separated by an external magnet bar and is recycled seven times without significant loss of its activity.  相似文献

Au‐Fe3O4 nanoparticles were widely used as nanoplatforms for biologic applications through readily further functionalization. Dopamine (DA)‐coated superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles (DA@Fe3O4) have been successfully synthesized using a one‐step process by modified coprecipitation method. Then 2–3 nm gold nanoparticles were easily conjugated to DA@Fe3O4 nanoparticles by the electrostatic force between gold nanoparticles and amino groups of dopamine to afford water‐soluble Au‐Fe3O4 hybrid nanoparticles. A detailed investigation by dynamic light scatting (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) were performed in order to characterize the physicochemical properties of the hybrid nanoparticles. The hybrid nanoparticles were easily functionalized with a targeted small peptide A54 (AGKGTPSLETTP) and fluorescence probe fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) for liver cancer cell BEL‐7402 imaging. This simple approach to prepare hybrid nanoparticles provides a facile nanoplatform for muti‐functional derivations and may be extended to the immobilization of other metals or bimolecular on SPIO surface.  相似文献

Urea was successfully immobilized on the surface of chloropropyl‐modified Fe3O4@SiO2 core–shell magnetic nanoparticles, then supported by MgBr2 and acts as a unique catalyst for oxidation of benzylic alcohols to aldehydes and ketones, and ortho‐formylation of phenols to salicylaldehydes. The prepared catalyst was characterized by FT‐IR, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, CHN and TGA. It was found that Fe3O4@SiO2 ~ urea/MgBr2 showed higher catalytic activity than homogenous MgBr2, and could be reused several times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

In this study, 2‐aminopyridine functionalized magnetite nanoparticles were chemically synthesized and used for removing Cd2+ ions from aqueous solutions. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive analysis of X‐rays (EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The SEM results showed the synthesized magnetite nanoparticles have particle size around 26 nm. The effects of several variables including solution pH and volume, adsorbent mass, ionic strength and contact time on the Cd2+ adsorption were studied in batch experiments and finally the optimum conditions for adsorption were obtained. The kinetic data were investigated by pseudo‐ first‐order, pseudo‐ second‐order, intraparticle diffusion and Elovich kinetic models and data were described reasonably by pseudo‐ second‐order model (R2 = 0.9996) with qe = 2.31 mg g?1. Adsorption data were analyzed using Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin isotherm models. The results indicated that the data were well fitted to the Freundlich isotherm model (R2 = 0.9907). After study the possible interference effect of foreign ions on Cd2+ removal, the applicability of the proposed nanoparticles for adsorption from real samples confirmed the successfully removal of Cd2+ ions with removal efficiency higher than 92%. The obtained results showed that the synthesized nanoparticles as a reusable adsorbent can act as a good choice for Cd2+ removal with an easy procedure.  相似文献

In the current study, a novel and reusable biological urea based nano magnetic catalyst namely Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3‐urea‐benzimidazole sulfonic acid was designed and synthesized. The structure of the titled catalyst was fully characterized using several skills including Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) analysis, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermo gravimetric analysis/differential thermal analysis (TG/DTG) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Then, the catalytic performance of Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3‐urea‐benzimidazole sulfonic acid was successfully inspected towards the multicomponent synthesis of 2‐amino‐3‐cyano pyridine derivatives through a vinylogous anomeric based oxidation pathway.  相似文献

A simple and practical strategy for the synthesis of a novel nano‐Fe3O4‐supported organocatalyst system based on 3,4‐dihydroxypyridine (Fe3O4/Py) has been developed. The prepared catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopies, X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis. Accordingly, the Fe3O4/Py nanoparticles show a superparamagnetic property with a saturation magnetization of 61 emu g?1, indicating potential application in magnetic separation technology. Our experimental results reveal that the pyridine‐functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles are an efficient base catalyst for the domino condensation of various aromatic aldehydes, Meldrum's acid and 5‐methylpyrazol‐3‐amine under very mild reaction condition and in the presence of ethanol solvent. Moreover, the synthesized catalyst was used for one‐pot, three‐component condensation of aromatic aldehydes with barbituric acid and malononitrile to produce 7‐amino‐2,4‐dioxo‐5‐phenyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐6‐carbonitriles. All reactions are completed in short times and all products are obtained in good to excellent yields. Also, notably, the catalyst was reused five times without significant degradation in catalytic activity and performance. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new ionic pentanuclear FeIII cluster, namely, triethylazanium tetrakis(μ2‐5‐amino‐1,2,3,4‐tetrazolido)tetrakis(μ3‐4‐chloro‐2‐{[(1H‐tetrazol‐1‐id‐5‐yl)imino]methyl}phenolato)di‐μ3‐oxido‐pentairon(III) acetonitrile monosolvate monohydrate, (C6H16N)[Fe5(C8H4ClN5O)4(CH2N5)4O2]·CH3CN·H2O, was synthesized using microvial synthesis methods and characterized by elemental analysis, FT–IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. Magnetic studies reveal that the complex displays dominant antiferromagnetic intracluster interactions between the FeIII ions through the μ3‐oxide bridges.  相似文献

Sulfamic acid immobilized on diethylenetriamine functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles (SA‐DETA‐Fe3O4) was successfully prepared and characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The sulfamic acid was found as a magnetically separable and highly active catalyst for the oxidative coupling thiols, oxidation of sulfides. Furthermore, the SA‐DETA‐Fe3O4 showed the high catalytic activity in Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes with active methylene compounds (malononitrile and ethyl cynoacetate). The nanosolid catalyst could be easily recovered by a simple magnetic separation and reused for many cycles without deterioration in catalytic activity.  相似文献

Bacitracin‐conjugated superparamagnetic iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles were prepared by click chemistry and their antibacterial activity was investigated. After functionalization with hydrophilic and biocompatible poly(acrylic acid), water‐soluble Fe3O4 nanoparticles were obtained. Propargylated Fe3O4 nanoparticles were then synthesized by carbodiimide reaction of propargylamine with the carboxyl groups on the surface of the iron oxide nanoparticles. By further reaction with N3‐bacitracin in a CuI‐catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition, the magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were modified with the peptide bacitracin. The functionalized magnetic nanoparticles were characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, TEM, zeta‐potential analysis, FTIR spectroscopy and vibrating‐sample magnetometry. Cell cytotoxicity tests indicate that bacitracin‐conjugated Fe3O4 nanoparticles show very low cytotoxicity to human fibroblast cells, even at relatively high concentrations. In view of the antibacterial activity of bacitracin, the biofunctionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles exhibit an antibacterial effect against both Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative organisms, which is even higher than that of bacitracin itself. The enhanced antibacterial activity of the magnetic nanocomposites allows the dosage and the side effects of the antibiotic to be reduced. Due to the antibacterial effect and magnetism, the bacitracin‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles have potential application in magnetic‐targeting biomedical applications.  相似文献

In this study, an efficient and green procedure is explained for the preparation of 1‐amidoalkyl‐2‐naphthols applying one‐pot condensation reaction of 2‐naphthol, amide and aromatic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2@IL‐PVP) as a novel solid acid catalyst under solvent‐free conditions. The remarkable features of this method are short reaction time, high conversions, and high yield of product, easy workup procedures and solvent‐free conditions. The Fe3O4@SiO2@IL‐PVP catalyst was characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction patterns (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS). Also, nanocatalysts could be easily recovered by a simple magnet and reused for the next reactions without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Eggshell is a hazardous waste by European Union regulations, so that discarded thousands of tons per year. To convert waste (eggshell) to wealth (catalyst), nano‐magnetic eggshell was prepared based on the nano‐Fe3O4, and then the eggshell was converted to Ca(HSO4)2 with organic acid, namely, chlorosulfonic acid. Based on the back titration, 5.18 mmol SO4H group was loaded per gram of the nano‐structure. Using this method eggshell was converted to cheap, green and environment‐friendly solid acid catalyst. The prepared catalyst (nano‐ Fe3O4@Ca(HSO4)2) was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The activity of eggshell waste‐derived catalysts was successfully evaluated in the synthesis of value‐added products, namely indazolo[1,2‐b]‐phthalazinetrione derivatives as a benchmark multicomponent reaction. In addition, design of experiments shows that increase in amount of catalyst (and temperature), boost the reaction yield, especially with steeper slope at higher temperature.  相似文献

The preparation of Ni@Pd core–shell nanoparticles immobilized on yolk–shell Fe3O4@polyaniline composites is reported. Fe3O4 nanoclusters were first synthesized through the solvothermal method and then the SiO2 shell was coated on the Fe3O4 surface via a sol–gel process. To prepare Fe3O4@SiO2@polyaniline composites, polyvinylpyrrolidone was first grafted on to the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 composites and subsequently polymerization of aniline was carried out via an ultrasound‐assisted in situ surface polymerization method. Selective etching of the middle SiO2 layer was then accomplished to obtain the yolk–shell Fe3O4@polyaniline composites. The approach uses polyaniline (PANI) conductive polymer as a template for the synthesis of Ni@Pd core–shell nanoparticles. The catalytic activity of the synthesized yolk–shell Fe3O4@PANI/Ni@Pd composite was investigated in the reduction of o‐nitroaniline to benzenediamine by NaBH4, which exhibited conversion of 99% in 3 min with a very low content of the catalyst. Transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, TGA, X‐ray diffraction, UV–visible, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray energy dispersion spectroscopy and FT‐IR were employed to characterize the synthesized nanocatalyst. Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are of great interest owing to their numerous existing and potential biomedical applications. To further explore the potential of MNPs in biomedical and other fields, we have designed and synthesized polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polymer grafted Fe3O4 MNPs through glutaraldehyde (GLA) link. The success of this process has been ascertained using Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The FT‐IR analysis of resultant MNPs show infrared peak characteristics of PVA. TGA analysis clearly shows two major stages of thermal degradation, one corresponding to organic phase of PVA and GLA and another corresponding to Fe3O4 nanoparticles. XRD results and SEM images further support the FT‐IR and TGA results and confirm the presence of PVA layer surrounding Fe3O4 MNP surface. Under SEM examination, the magnetic cores exhibit somewhat irregular shapes varying from spherical, to oval to cubic. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Two new one‐dimensional (1D) organically templated iron(III) sulfates [C2NH8]3 [Fe33‐O)2(SO4)4] ( 1 ) and [C2N2H10][C2NH7]0.5[FeF(SO4)2] ( 2 ) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD), FT‐IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, ICP analyses, and thermogravimetric analyses. Single‐crystal structure analysis reveals that both compounds show linear‐chain structures, involving FeO6 (FeF2O4) octahedra and SO4 tetrahedra. The magnetic properties of the two compounds have also been investigated.  相似文献

In the present work, an innovative leach proof nanocatalyst based on dendritic fibrous nanosilica (DFNS) modified with ionic liquid loaded Fe3O4 NPs and CuI salts was designed and applied for the rapid synthesis of imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridines from the reaction of phenyl acetylene, 2‐aminopyridine, and aldehydes in aqueous medium. The structure of the synthesized nanocatalyst was studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS), energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD), vapor–liquid–solid (VLS), and adsorption/desorption analysis (Brunauer–Emmett–Teller [BET] equation) instrumental techniques. CuI/Fe3O4NPs@IL‐KCC‐1 with high surface area (225 m2 g?1) and porous structure not only exhibited excellent catalytic activity in aqueous media but also, with its good stability, simply recovered by an external magnet and recycled for eight cycles without significant loss in its intrinsic activity. Higher catalytic activity of CuI/Fe3O4NPs@IL‐KCC‐1 is due to exceptional dendritic fibrous structure of KCC‐1 and the ionic liquid groups that perform as strong anchors to the loaded magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and avoid leaching them from the pore of the nanocatalyst. Green reaction media, shorter reaction times, higher yields (71–97%), easy workup, and no need to use the chromatographic column are the advantages of the reported synthetic method.  相似文献
