Two poly(aryl ether)s containing naphthyl moieties were prepared from bis(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)naphthyl methane (monomer 1) via nucleophilic aromatic substitution polycondensation with bis(4-fluorophenyl) ketone and bis(4-fluorophenyl) sulfone.The structures of these polymers were confirmed by ~1H NMR.The M_n values of the two polymers were 96,200 and 88,600, respectively.The polymers exhibited good thermal stabilities with 5%mass loss at T>400℃and high glass-transition temperature(T_g) of T>250℃...  相似文献

A series of novel poly(aryl ether nitrile)s containing phthalazinone moiety were synthesized by the nucleophilic displacement reaction of bisphenol-like monomers (I) with 2,6-difluorobenzonitrile. The inherent viscosities ranged from 0.46 to 1.07 dL g^-1. The glass transition temperatures were in the range of 277-295℃, and the temperatures for 10% weight loss in nitrogen atmosphere were found between 495 and 527 ℃. The structures of these resultant polymers were confirmed by FT-IR and 1^H NMR. Moreover, the properties of poly(aryl ether nitrile)s including solubility and crystallinity were also studied.  相似文献

A series of poly(aryl ether sulfone ketone)s containing phthalazinone and biphenyl moieties were synthesized by aromatic nucleophilic displacement polycondensation of 4-(4-hydroxylphenyl)(2H)-phthalazin-1-one (DHPZ), 4,4′-dichlorobenzophenone (DCB), 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone (DCS) and 4,4′-biphenol (BP) in different molar ratios. The obtained copolymers were characterized by different instrumental techniques (FTIR, TGA, DSC, WAXD, etc.). The inherent viscosities of these polymers were in the range of 0.43–0.56 dL g−1. They were amorphous and had good solubility in polar aprotic organic solvents. The copolymers exhibited high glass transition temperatures (T gs) between 225°C and 256°C and excellent thermal stability up to 517–526°C (thermal decomposition temperatures for 5% weight loss, T d, 5%) in nitrogen. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the polymers ranged from 63 MPa to 71 MPa and from 18% to 21%, respectively. The processability of the material was effectively improved by the introduction of biphenyl group into polymer backbone.  相似文献

Chloromethylated poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (CMPPESK) was prepared from poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) using chloromethyl octyl ethers (CMOE) with lower toxicity as chloromethylated regent.CMPPESK was soluble in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP),N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and chloroform.Quatemized poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (QAPPESK) was prepared from CMPPESK by quaternization.QAPPESK had excellent solvent resistance, which was only partly soluble in sulfuric acid (98%) and swollen in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF).The vanadium redox flow battery (V-RFB) using QAPPESK anion-exchange membrane had better performance with 88.3% of overall energy efficiency.  相似文献

A novel alkoxysilyl-functionalized poly(phthalazinone ether ketone)(PPEK)was prepared for the boundary lubricant application in micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS).The synthesis of functionalized PPEK was started from the hydro- xylation of PPEK,then following with the corresponding ring-opening reaction of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTMS). A novel sulfonated diamine monomer,1,2-dihydro-2-(3-sulfonic-4-aminophenyl)-4-[4-(4-aminophenoxy)-phenyl]phthalazin- 1-one(S-DHPZDA),was successfully synthesized by direct sulfonation of diamine 1,2-dihydro-2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[4-(4- aminophenoxy)-phenyl]-phthalazin-1-one(DHPZDA).A series of sulfonated polyimides(SPIs),which can be used as the material of the proton exchange membrane(PEM)for the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),were prepared from 1,4,5,8- naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(NTDA),S-DHPZDA,and nonsulfonated diamines DHPZDA.The structure of the monomer and polymers were characterized by FT-IR and~1H NMR.The solubility of the S-DHPZDA-based SPIs has been improved due to the induction of the phthalazione moiety.The SPIs membranes have high thermo-stability,predominant swelling resistance with high ion exchange capacity.  相似文献

Block copolymers with different backbone compositions have been prepared by the condensation of dimethylamino terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) and hydroquinone terminated poly(phthalazinone ether nitrile) (PPEN) in the presence of chlorobenzcne/N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) as solvents. The products were characterized by FTIR, ^1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis indicated that the block copolymers showed separated microphase.  相似文献

A new monomer, 1,4-bis(4-fluorobenzoyl) naphthalene (compound 2) was synthesized via a two-step reaction. 1,4-Naphthalenedicarboxylic acid chloride (compound 1) was prepared by using the acyl chlorization reaction of 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid with thionyl chloride. The Friedel-Crafts acylation of compound 1 with fluorobenzene afforded compound 2 in a 80% yield. The polycondensation of compound 2 with various bisphenols in tetramethylene sulfone(TMS) in the presence of excess potassium carbonate as a condensation reagent was carried out at 210℃ to quantitatively afford the corresponding poly(aryl ether ketone)s (compounds 3-8) containing 1,4-naphthalene moieties. Thermal analyses showed that the polymers have Tg values ranging from 496 to 500 K and are thermally stable in air with initial mass loss above 500℃. These novel polymers exhibited an excellent solubility in organic solvents including NMP, DMAc, and chloroform, etc. In addition, the glass transition temperatures of these polymers increased and the polymers became insoluble in chloroform after treated at 260℃, indicating the occurrence of a thermal crosslinking reaction.  相似文献

A novel lyotropic liquid crystalline material poly(aryl ether ketone) copolymer containing phthalazinone moiety and biphenyl mesogen named P-8515 was developed by a mild solution polycondensation method. The molecular weight (Mn) was 53,000 and the value of molecular weight distribution index (MDI) was 2.49 detected by GPC. The critical concentration (C) of P-8515 was 36 wt% and P-8515 exhibited characteristic nematic lyotropic liquid crystalline phases in NMP solution at different concentrations and the phase morphology changed to a typical threaded texture when shear forces were induced from PLM observations. The Tg value was 238 °C and the value for 5% weight loss temperature was 515 °C in nitrogen from DSC and TGA determinations, respectively.  相似文献

以4,4′-二羟基二苯砜和4,4′-二氟二苯酮为单体, 通过溶液缩聚合成了聚醚砜醚酮(PESEK), 其分子结构相当于聚醚砜(PES)与聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的交替共聚物. 在共聚物分子中, 存在砜基、醚基和酮基, 整个结构单元形成了大共轭体系, 聚合物属无定形聚合物, 玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为198 ℃, 介于PEEK和PES的Tg之间, 其热稳定性和加工性能优于PES, 而力学性能与PES接近.  相似文献

The new monomer 2,2-bis[4-(4-{4-fluorobenzoyl}-1-naphthoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane ( 2 ) was synthesized in a two-step reaction sequence. 2,2-his[4-(1-naphthoxy)phenyl]-hexafluoropropane ( 1 ) was prepared using the Ullmann ether synthesis reaction of 4,4-(hex-afluoroisopropylidiene)diphenol with 1-bromonaphthalene. Friedel-Crafts acylation of 1 with 4-fluorobenzoyl chloride in methylene chloride containing dimethylsulfone selectively afforded 2 in 82% yield. The polycondensation of 2 with various bisphenols in DMAc in the presence of an excess of potassium carbonate as a condensation reagent was carried out at 165°C to quantitatively afford the corresponding fluorinated poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing 1,4-naphthalene moieties. Thermal analysis of the polymers showed them to have Tgs ranging from 194 to 230°C and to be thermally stable in air up with initial weight losses at about 500°C. In addition, these novel polymers exhibited excellent solubility in organic solvents including NMP, DMAc, and chloroform. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

以4-(3-苯基-4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮(DHPZ-P)、 4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮(DHPZ)和1,4-二(4'-氟苯甲酰基)苯(BFBB)为原料, 经溶液亲核取代缩聚反应, 通过调节DHPZ-P和DHPZ的比例, 合成了一系列侧苯基杂萘联苯聚醚酮酮(PPEKK-P), 然后以浓硫酸为磺化剂, 制备出一系列磺化侧苯基杂萘联苯聚醚酮酮(SPPEKK-P). 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和氢核磁共振谱(1H NMR)对聚合物结构进行表征, 结果表明, 磺酸基团引入到聚合物链的侧苯基上. 采用溶液浇铸法制备SPPEKK-P质子交换膜. SPPEKK-P膜的吸水率、 溶胀率和质子传导率均随离子交换容量(IEC)的增加而增加, 且具有较好的耐氧化性. IEC最高的SPPEKK-P-100膜的质子传导率在95℃能达到7.44×10-2 S/cm, 且甲醇渗透系数为5.57×10-8 cm2/s, 阻醇性能优于Nafion117膜.  相似文献
