The treatment of 2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) acetic acid (Htza) with AgClO4 resulted in [Ag3(tza)2(ClO4)] n . Its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray crystallography. Each pair of adjacent Ag1 atoms, separated at 2.954 Å, is bridged by the bidentate carboxylate. Each Ag2 is coordinated in an exactly linear geometry by two triazole nitrogens from two tza? ligands. Solid state fluorescent measurements have a ligand-based emission at 415 nm. Thermal properties were also investigated. 相似文献

A series of 3-(3-alkyl-5-thioxo-1H-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)aminocarbonylchromones has been prepared by oxidation of 3-formylchromone with Jones' reagent followed by reaction with 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5(1H)-thione in the presence of POCl3. Alkylation of 1-aryl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ols with ethyl 2-bromopropionate under basic conditions resulted in the formation of 2-[(1-aryl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)oxy]propionic acid, ethyl esters. No N-alkylated products were detected. Similar alkylation of 2-oxo-5-phenyl-1,3,4-thiazole and the corresponding 1,3,4-oxadiazole gave only N-alkylated derivatives. With 4-hydroxy-6-phenylpyrimidine and 2-oxo-4-phenylthiazole, both O- and N-alkylation occurred. Structure assignments were based on ir and 13C nmr spectral data. 相似文献

Four compounds have been synthesized and characterized by1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses, among which 1-(4,5-dihydro-3-phenyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethanone 3a was further confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The biological activities of these compounds were tested, with the result that they displayed moderate fungicidal activities. In addition, a MO calculations using density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP/6-31G* level have also been carried out, and the structure–activity relationships for these compounds are discussed. 相似文献

Two complexes formulated as {[Cd(btec)0.5(tmb)H2O]·4H2O}n (1) and {[Cd(H2btec)(tmb)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (2) (H4btec?=?1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, tmb?=?2-((1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-1H-benzimidazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 has a 2-D layer structure in which tmb bridges and all of the carboxylates from 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate chelate. In 2 Cd(II) ions are bridged by monodentate carboxylates leading to a 2-D layer structure with all tmb ligands coordinated monodentate to Cd(II), hanging at two sides of the layers. Complexes 1 and 2 are further extended to 3-D supramolecular structures by hydrogen bonding interactions. Luminescent properties have been investigated in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

The title compound,(E)-1-(7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-3-(2-methoxyphenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propenol(3a), was synthesized by the Aldol condensation reaction of 1-(7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethanone with 2-methoxybenzaldehyde and then reduced with NaBH_4, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction: monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 6.2002(3), b = 12.8452(7), c = 13.2257(7) ?, Z = 2, V = 1031.23(9) ?~3, M_r = 407.46, Dc = 1.312 Mg/m~3, S = 1.054, μ = 0.091 mm-1, F(000) = 432, the final R = 0.0353 and w R = 0.0769 for 3161 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis displays that the title compound adopts an E configuration for the C(7)=C(8) double bond and S configuration for the chirality center with the specific rotation of –63.75°. Furthermore, the stability of the crystal was maintained through the intermolecular hydrogen bond O(1)–H···N(3). The antitumor assay exhibits that the title compound 3a(E configuration) has a good antitumor activity against the Hela cell line with the IC50 value of 36.9 μM, which is better than that of 3b(Z configuration). 相似文献

A method of 3-amino-4-[5-aryl(heteroaryl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)]furazan synthesis was optimized. Condensation of these compounds with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran resulted in a series of previously unknown 4-[5-aryl(heteroaryl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)]-3-(pyrrol-1-yl)furazans. All target compounds were evaluated for both antimitotic microtubule destabilizing effect in a phenotypic sea urchin embryo assay and cytotoxicity in a panel of 60 human cancer cell lines. Pyrrolyl derivatives of triazolylfurazans were determined as antiproliferative compounds. The most potent microtubule targeting compounds 7a and 7e are of interest for further trials as antineoplastic agents. 相似文献

X-ray crystal structure presents the intramolecular N-H…N hydrogen bond, which plays an important role in stabilizing the crystal structure. In addition, the preliminary biological test on the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.122 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line. 相似文献
