The dinucleating macrocyclic ligands (L(2;2))(2-) and (L(2;3))(2-), comprised of two 2-[(N-methylamino)methyl]-6-(iminomethyl)-4-bromophenolate entities combined by the -(CH(2))(2)- chain between the two aminic nitrogen atoms and by the -(CH(2))(2)- or -(CH(2))(3)- chain between the two iminic nitrogen atoms, have afforded the following M(II)Cu(II) complexes: [CoCu(L(2;2))](ClO(4))(2).MeCN (1A), [NiCu(L(2;2))](ClO(4))(2) (2A), [ZnCu(L(2;2))](ClO(4))(2).0.5MeCN.EtOH (3A), [CoCu(L(2;3))(MeCN)(2-PrOH)](ClO(4))(2) (4A), [NiCu(L(2;3))](ClO(4))(2) (5A), and [ZnCu(L(2;3))](ClO(4))(2).1.5DMF (6A). [CoCu(L(2;2))(MeCN)(3)](ClO(4))(2) (1A') crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, a = 11.691(2) A, b = 18.572(3) A, c = 17.058(3) A, beta= 91.18(2) degrees, V = 3703(1) A(3), and Z = 4. [NiCu(L(2;2))(DMF)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (2A') crystallizes in the triclinic space group P(-)1, a = 11.260(2) A, b = 16.359(6) A, c = 10.853(4) A, alpha= 96.98(3) degrees, beta= 91.18(2) degrees, gamma= 75.20(2) degrees, V = 1917(1) A(3), and Z = 2. 4A crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, a = 15.064(8) A, b = 11.434(5) A, c = 21.352(5) A, beta= 95.83(2)degrees, V = 3659(2) A(3), and Z = 4. The X-ray crystallographic results demonstrate the M(II) to reside in the N(amine)(2)O(2) site and the Cu(II) in the N(imine)(2)O(2) site. The complexes 1-6 are regarded to be isomeric with [CuCo(L(2;2)))](ClO(4))(2).DMF (1B), [CuNi(L(2;2)))](ClO(4))(2).DMF.MeOH (2B), [CuZn(L(2;2)))](ClO(4))(2).H(2)O (3B)), [CuCo(L(2;3)))](ClO(4))(2).2H(2)O (4B), [CuNi(L(2;3)))](ClO(4))(2) (5B), and [CuZn(L(2;3)))](ClO(4))(2).H(2)O (6B) reported previously, when we ignore exogenous donating and solvating molecules. The isomeric M(II)Cu(II) and Cu(II)M(II) complexes are differentiated by X-ray structural, magnetic, visible spectroscopic, and electrochemical studies. The two isomeric forms are significantly stabilized by the "macrocyclic effect" of the ligands, but 1A is converted into 1B on an electrode, and 2A is converted into 2B at elevated temperature.  相似文献

Three octahedral complexes containing a (cis-cyclam)iron(III) moiety and an O,N-coordinated o-iminobenzosemiquinonate pi radical anion have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography at 100 K: [Fe(cis-cyclam)(L(1-3)(ISQ))](PF(6))(2) (1-3), where (L(1-3)(ISQ)) represents the monoanionic pi radicals derived from one-electron oxidations of the respective dianion of o-imidophenolate(2-), L(1), 2-imido-4,6-di-tert-butylphenolate(2-), L(2), and N-phenyl-2-imido-4,6-di-tert-butylphenolate(2-), L(3). Compounds 1-3 possess an S(t) = 0 ground state, which is attained via strong intramolecular antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between a low-spin central ferric ion (S(Fe) = 1/2) and an o-imino-benzosemiquinonate(1-) pi radical (S(rad) = 1/2). Zero-field M?ssbauer spectra of 1-3 at 80 K confirm the low-spin ferric electron configuration: isomer shift delta = 0.26 mm s(-1) and quadrupole splitting DeltaE(Q) = 1.96 mm s(-1) for 1, 0.28 and 1.93 for 2, and 0.33 and 1.88 for 3. All three complexes undergo a reversible, one-electron reduction of the coordinated o-imino-benzosemiquinonate ligand, yielding an [Fe(III)(cis-cyclam)(L(1-3)(IP))](+) monocation. The monocations of 1 and 2 display very similar rhombic signals in the X-band EPR spectra (g = 2.15, 2.12, and 1.97), indicative of low-spin ferric species. In contast, the monocation of 3 contains a high-spin ferric center (S(Fe) = 5/2) as is deduced from its M?ssbauer and EPR spectra.  相似文献

Treatment of the bridging bidentate 1,Z-bis(aminopropyl)-1,Z-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane(12)(1,Z-bis(aminopropyl)-1,Z-carborane) ligands of the type 1,Z-[H(2)N(CH(2))(3)](2)-1,Z-C(2)B(10)H(10)(L(1), Z= 7, 5) or (L(2), Z= 12, 6) with two equivalents of trans-[PtClI(2)(NH(3))](-), followed by halogen ligand metathesis with AgOTf and HCl((aq)) afforded the novel diplatinum(II)-amine species cis-[[PtCl(2)(NH(3))](2)L(n)](7(n= 1) or 8(n= 2), respectively). Similarly, the reaction of L(1) or L(2) with the labile trans-[PtCl(dmf)(NH(3))(2)](+) afforded trans-[[PtCl(NH(3))(2)](2)L(n)](OTf)(2)(9(n= 1) or 10(n= 2), respectively) in good yield and purity. However, isolation of the analogous 1,2-carborane complexes was not possible owing to decomposition reactions that led to extensive degradation of the carborane cage and reduction of the metal centre. The mixed dinuclear complex [cis-[PtCl(2)(NH(3))]-L(1)-trans-[PtCl(NH(3))(2)]]OTf (19) was prepared by treatment of the Boc-protected amine ligand 1-[(Boc)(2)N(CH(2))(3)]-7-[H(2)N(CH(2))(3)]-1,7-C(2)B(10)H(10)(L(3), 15) with trans-[PtCl(dmf)(NH(3))(2)](+) to yield trans-[PtCl(NH(3))(2)L(3)]OTf (16), followed by acid deprotection of the pendant amine group, complexation with trans-[PtClI(2)(NH(3))](-), and halogen ligand metathesis using AgOTf and HCl((aq)). A novel trinuclear species containing 5 was prepared by the addition of two equivalents of 15 to the labile precursor cis-[Pt(dmf)(2)(NH(3))(2)](2+) followed by acid deprotection of the pendant amine groups. Further complexation with two equivalents of trans-[PtClI(2)(NH(3))](-) followed by halogen ligand metathesis using AgOTf and HCl((aq)) afforded the triplatinum(II)-amine species [cis-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(L(1))(2)]-cis-[PtCl(2)(NH(3))](2)](OTf)(2)(23). Complexes 7-10, 19 and 23 represent the first examples of multinuclear platinum(ii)-amine derivatives containing carborane cages. Preliminary in vitro cytotoxicity studies for selected complexes are also reported.  相似文献

The ligands 2-(allyl)pyridine(APy), and 2-(1-methallyl)pyridine (1-MAPy) react with [Pt2X4(PEt3)2] (X = Cl or Br), in acetone solution to give complexes of the type [PtX(PEt3)L] [PtX3(PEt3)], (L = APy or 1-MAPy), which contain a bidentate 2-(alkenyl)pyridine, whereas the same reaction in benzene solution gives trans-[PtBr2(PEt3)L], (L = APy or 1-MAPy), which contains a monodentate 2-(alkenyl)pyridine; 1H NMR spectra indicate that both types of product undergo olefin exchange in solution. The same reaction with 2-(3-methallyl)-pyridine [2-(2-butenyl)pyridine] (3-MAPy), 2-(3,3-dimethylallyl)pyridine [2-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)pyridine] (3,3-DMAPy), and 2-(3-butenyl)pyridine (BPy), in either acetone or benzene solution, gives only trans-[PtBr2(PEt3)L]. The reaction of trans-[PtBr2(PEt3)L] (L = APy or 3-MAPy) with AgClO4 gives [PtBr(PEt3)L]ClO4. Complexes of the type [PtCl2L], which contain bidentate 2-(alkenyl)pyridines, result on reaction of L = APy, 3-MAPy, 3,3-DMAPy, BPy, MBPy with [Pt2Cl4(C2H4)2].  相似文献

Reaction of [Ru (VI)(N)(L (1))(MeOH)] (+) (L (1) = N, N'-bis(salicylidene)- o-cyclohexylenediamine dianion) with excess pyridine in CH 3CN produces [Ru (III)(L (1))(py) 2] (+) and N 2. The proposed mechanism involves initial equilibrium formation of [Ru (VI)(N)(L (1))(py)] (+), which undergoes rapid N...N coupling to produce [(py)(L (1))Ru (III) N N-Ru (III)(L (1))(py)] (2+); this is followed by pyridine substituion to give the final product. This ligand-induced N...N coupling of Ru (VI)N is utilized in the preparation of a series of new ruthenium(III) salen complexes, [Ru (III)(L)(X) 2] (+/-) (L = salen ligand; X = H 2O, 1-MeIm, py, Me 2SO, PhNH 2, ( t )BuNH 2, Cl (-) or CN (-)). The structures of [Ru (III)(L (1))(NH 2Ph) 2](PF 6) ( 6), K[Ru (III)(L (1))(CN) 2] ( 9), [Ru (III)(L (2))(NCCH 3) 2][Au (I)(CN) 2] ( 11) (L (2) = N, N'-bis(salicylidene)- o-phenylenediamine dianion) and [N ( n )Bu 4][Ru (III)(L (3))Cl 2] ( 12) (L (3) = N, N'-bis(salicylidene)ethylenediamine dianion) have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Tppz [2,3,5,6-tetrakis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine]-bridged complexes [((L)ClRu)(2)(mu-tppz)]n+ with structurally similar but electronically different ancillary ligands, 2-(2-pyridyl)azoles (L), were synthesized as diruthenium(II) species. Cyclic voltammetry, EPR of paramagnetic states, and UV-vis-NIR spectroelectrochemistry show that the first two reduction processes occur at the tppz bridge and that oxidation involves mainly the metal centers. The mixed valent intermediates from one-electron oxidation exhibit moderate comproportionation constants 10(4) < K(c) < 10(5) but appear to be valence-averaged according to the Hush criterion. Redox potentials, EPR, and UV-vis-NIR results show the effect of increasing donor strength of the ancillary ligands along the sequence L(1) < L(2) < L(4) < L(3), L(1) = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzoxazole, L(2) = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzthiazole, L(3) = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazolate, L(4) = 1-methyl-2-(2-pyridyl)-1H-benzimidazole. Whereas the mixed valent complexes with L(1) and L(2) remain EPR silent at 4 K, the analogues with L(4) and L(3) exhibit typical ruthenium(III) EPR signals, albeit with some noticeable ligand contribution in the case of the L(3)-containing complex. Intervalence charge transfer (IVCT) bands were found in the visible spectrum for the complex with L(3) but in the near-infrared range (at ca. 1500 nm) for the other systems.  相似文献

The coordination chemistries of the potential tetradentate ligands N,N'-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)ethylenediamine, H4[L1], the unsaturated analogue glyoxal-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylanil), H2[L2], and N,N'-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)-2,2-dimethylpropylenediamine, H4[L3], have been investigated with nickel(II), palladium(II), and copper(II). The complexes prepared and characterized are [Ni(II)(H3L1)2] (1), [Ni(II)(HL2)2].5/8CH2Cl2 (2), [Ni(II)(L3**)] (3), [Pd(II)(L3**)][Pd(II)(H2L3) (4), and [Cu(II)(H2O)(L4)] (5), where (L4)2- is the oxidized diimine form of (L3)4- and (L3**)2- is the bis(o-iminosemiquinonate) diradical form of (L3)4-. The structures of compounds 1-5 have been determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. In complexes 1 and 2, the ligands (H3L1)- and (HL2)- are tridentate and the nickel ions are in an octahedral ligand environment. The oxidation level of the ligands is that of an aromatic o-aminophenol. 1 and 2 are paramagnetic (mu(eff) approximately 3.2 mu(B) at 300 K), indicating an S = 1 ground state. The diamagnetic, square planar, four-coordinate complexes 3 and [Pd(II)(L3**)] in 4 each contain two antiferromagnetically coupled o-iminobenzosemiquinonate(1-) pi radicals. Diamagnetic [Pd(II)(H2L3)] in 4 forms an eclipsed dimer via four N-H.O hydrogen bonding contacts which yields a nonbonding Pd.Pd contact of 3.0846(4) A. Complex 5 contains a five-coordinate Cu(II) ion and two o-aminophenolate(1-) halves in (L4)2-. The electrochemistries of complexes 3 and 4a ([Pd(II)(L3**)] of 4) have been investigated, and the EPR spectra of the monocations and -anions are reported.  相似文献

A new 2-(9-anthrylmethylamino)ethyl-appended cyclen, L(3) (1-(2-(9-anthrylmethylamino)ethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane) (cyclen = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane), was synthesized and characterized for a new Zn(2+) chelation-enhanced fluorophore, in comparison with previously reported 9-anthrylmethylcyclen L(1) (1-(9-anthrylmethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane) and dansylamide cyclen L(2). L(3) showed protonation constants log K(a)(i)() of 10.57 +/- 0.02, 9.10 +/- 0.02, 7.15 +/- 0.02, <2, and <2. The log K(a3) value of 7.15 was assigned to the pendant 2-(9-anthrylmethylamino)ethyl on the basis of the pH-dependent (1)H NMR and fluorescence spectroscopic measurements. The potentiometric pH titration study indicated extremely stable 1:1 Zn(2+)-L(3) complexation with a stability constant log K(s)(ZnL(3)) (where K(s)(ZnL(3)) = [ZnL(3)]/[Zn(2+)][L(3)] (M(-)(1))) of 17.6 at 25 degrees C with I = 0.1 (NaNO(3)), which is translated into the much smaller apparent dissociation constant K(d) (=[Zn(2+)](free)[L(3)](free)/[ZnL(3)]) of 2 x 10(-)(11) M with respect to 5 x 10(-)(8) M for L(1) at pH 7.4. The quantum yield (Phi = 0.14) in the fluorescent emission of L(3) increased to Phi = 0.44 upon complexation with zinc(II) ion at pH 7.4 (excitation at 368 nm). The fluorescence of 5 microM L(3) at pH 7.4 linearly increased with a 0.1-5 microM concentration of zinc(II). By comparison, the fluorescent emission of the free ligand L(1) decreased upon binding to Zn(2+) (from Phi = 0.27 to Phi = 0.19) at pH 7.4 (excitation at 368 nm). The Zn(2+) complexation with L(3) occurred more rapidly (the second-order rate constant k(2) is 4.6 x 10(2) M(-)(1) s(-)(1)) at pH 7.4 than that with L(1) (k(2) = 5.6 x 10 M(-)(1) s(-)(1)) and L(2) (k(2) = 1.4 x 10(2) M(-)(1) s(-)(1)). With an additionally inserted ethylamine in the pendant group, the macrocyclic ligand L(3) is a more effective and practical zinc(II) fluorophore than L(1).  相似文献

The cyclophosphazene tetrahydrazide spiro-N(3)P(3)[O(2)C(12)H(8)][N(Me)NH(2)](4) (L) functions as a multisite coordination ligand and affords L(2)CoCl(3).2CH(3)OH (4), L(2)Ni(NO(3))(2).2CHCl(3).2.5H(2)O (5), L(2)Zn(NO(3))(2).2CH(3)CN.2H(2)O (6), and L(2)Cd(NO(3))(2) (7). Each of the cyclophosphazene ligands that is involved in coordination to the metal functions as a non-geminal-N(3) donor coordinating through one ring nitrogen atom and two non-geminal-NH(2) nitrogen atoms. The coordination geometry around the metal ion in 4-6 is approximately octahedral while it is severely distorted in the case of 7.  相似文献

The reaction of fac-[NEt(4)](2)[Re(CO)(3)Br(3)] with (S)-(2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl)cysteamine, L(1), in methanol leads to the formation of the cationic fac-[Re(CO)(3)(NSN)][Br] complex, 1, with coordination of the nitrogen of the pyridine, the sulfur of the thioether, and the nitrogen of the primary amine. When fac-[NEt(4)](2)[Re(CO)(3)Br(3)] reacts with the homocysteine derivative (S)-(2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl)-d,l-homocysteine, L(2), the neutral fac-Re(CO)(3)(NSO) complex, 2, is produced with coordination of the nitrogen of the primary amine, the sulfur of the thioether, and the oxygen of the carboxylate group, while the pyridine ring remains uncoordinated. The analogous technetium-99m complexes, 1' and 2', were also prepared quantitatively by the reaction of L(1) and L(2) with the fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3)(H(2)O)(3)](+) precursor at 70 degrees C in water. Given that both (S)-(2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl)cysteamine and homocysteine can be easily N- or S-derivatized by a bioactive molecule of interest, both the NSN or NSO ligand systems could be used to develop target-specific radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosis and therapy.  相似文献

From the reaction of [Mn(III)(3)(micro-O)(micro-CH(3)CO(2))(6)]CH(3)CO(2) (manganese(III) acetate) and 2-anilino-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol (1:3) in methanol under anaerobic conditions, dark brown-black crystals of [Mn(III)(L(ISQ))(2)(L(AP))] (1) were obtained in approximately 30% yield. (L(AP))(-) represents the closed-shell o-aminophenolate(-) form of the above ligand, and (L(ISQ))(-) is the monoanionic pi radical form o-iminobenzosemiquinonate(-) (S(rad) = 1/2). Complex 1 can be deprotonated at the (L(AP))(-) ligand and one-electron-oxidized by air, yielding crystals of [Mn(IV)(L(ISQ))(2)(L(AP)-H)] (2), where (L(AP)-H)(2-) represents the closed-shell, dianionic o-amidophenolate(2-) form of the above ligand. The structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray crystallography at 100 K. The protonation and oxidation levels of the ligands and of the metal ions have been unequivocally established: both complexes contain two pi radical ligands, 1 contains a Mn(III) ion, and 2 contains a Mn(IV) ion. The spins of the radicals (S(rad) = 1/2) couple strongly antiferromagnetically with the d(4) and d(3) configuration of the Mn ions in 1 and 2, respectively, yielding the observed ground states of S = 1 for 1 and S = (1)/(2) for 2. This has been established by temperature-dependent susceptibility measurements (2-300 K) and S- and X-band EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Crystalline purple [PPh4][FeIIIL2] (1), where L2- represents the closed-shell dianion of 4,6-di-tert-butyl-2-[(pentafluorophenyl)amino]benzenethiol, has been synthesized from the reaction of H2L and FeBr2 (2:1) in acetonitrile with excess NEt3, careful, brief exposure of the solution to air, and addition of [PPh4]Br. The monoanion has been shown by X-ray crystallography to be square planar. The oxidation of 1 with 1 equiv of iodine produces the neutral species [FeI(L*)2]0 (2) where (L*)1- represents the one-electron oxidized pi radical anion of L2-. The reaction of H2Land PtCl2 (2:1) and NEt3 in CH3CN in the presence of air produced green, crystalline [PtII(L*)2] (3). From temperature dependent(2-300 K) magnetic susceptibility measurements, it was established that 1 possesses a central intermediate spin ferric ion (SFe ) 3/2), whereas neutral 2 has a doublet ground state (St ) 1/2) comprising an intermediate spin ferric ion coupled antiferromagnetically to two ligand pi radicals (L*)1- (Srad ) 1/2). Complex 3 is diamagnetic. Almeida et al.'s complexes in ref 1, [N(n-Bu)4][FeIII(qdt)2] (A), and [PPh4]2[FeIII2(qdt)4] (B), have been revisited. It is shown here that the square planar anion in mononuclear [FeIII(qdt)2]- also possesses an SFe ) 3/2 ground state. The zero-field M?ssbauer spectra of 1, 2, A, and B have been recorded and the molecular and electronic structures of all mononuclear iron species have been calculated by density functional theoretical methods. It is shown that the S ) 3/2 ground state in 1 and A is lower in energy by 8.5 and 16.6 kcal mol(-1), respectively, than the S ) 1/2 state.  相似文献

From the reaction mixture of [M(II)(bpy)Cl(2)], the ligand 2-anilino-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol, H[L(AP)], and 2 equiv of a base (NaOCH(3)) in CH(3)CN under anaerobic conditions were obtained the blue-green neutral complexes [M(II)(L(AP)-H)(bpy)] (M = Pd (1), Pt (2)). (L(AP)-H)(2)(-) represents the o-amidophenolato dianion, (L(AP))(1)(-) is the o-aminophenolate(1-), (L(ISQ))(1)(-) is its one-electron-oxidized, pi-radical o-iminobenzosemiquinonate(1-), and (L(IBQ))(0) is the neutral quinone. Complexes 1 and 2 can be oxidized by ferrocenium hexafluorophosphate, yielding the paramagnetic salts [M(II)(L(ISQ))(bpy)]PF(6) (S = (1)/(2)) (M = Pd (1a), Pt (2a)). The reaction of PtCl(2), 2 equiv of H[L(AP)], and 4 equiv of base in CH(3)CN in the presence of air yields diamagnetic [Pt(L(ISQ))(2)] (3), which is shown to possess an electronic structure that is best described as a singlet diradical. Complexes 1, 1a, 2, 2a, and 3 have been structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography at 100 K. It is clearly established that O,N-coordinated (L(AP)-H)(2)(-) ligands have a distinctly different structure than the corresponding O,N-coordinated (L(ISQ))(1)(-) radicals. It is therefore possible to unambiguously assign the protonation and oxidation level of o-aminophenol derived ligands in coordination compounds. All complexes have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry, spectroelectrochemistry, EPR, and UV-vis spectroscopy. Complexes 1 and 2 can be reversibly oxidized to the [M(II)(L(ISQ))(bpy)](+) and [M(II)(L(IBQ))(pby)](2+) mono- and dications, respectively, and reduced to the [M(L(AP)-H)(bpy(*))](-) anion, where (bpy(*))(1)(-) is the radical anion of 2,2'-bipyridine. Complex 3 exhibits four reversible one-electron-transfer waves (two oxidations and two reductions) which are all shown to be ligand centered. The EPR spectra of the one-electron-reduced species [Pt(L(AP)-H)(L(ISQ))](-) (S = (1)/(2)) and of the one-electron-oxidized species [Pt(L(ISQ))(L(IBQ))](+) (S = (1)/(2)) in CH(2)Cl(2) solutions have been recorded. To gain a better understanding of the electronic structure of 3 and its monooxidized and reduced forms, relativistic DFT calculations have been carried out. Magnetic coupling parameters and hyperfine couplings were calculated and found to be in very good agreement with experiment. It is shown that both the one-electron oxidation and reduction of 3 are ligand centered. A simple MO model is developed in order to understand the EPR properties of the monocation and monoanion of 3.  相似文献

Five new Zn(II)/Cd(II) coordination polymers constructed from di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)methane (L) mixed with different auxiliary carboxylic acid ligands formulated as [Zn(L)(H(2)L(1))(2)·(H(2)O)(0.2)](n) (1), {[Zn(L)(L(2))]·H(2)O}(n) (2), {[Cd(2)(L)(2)(L(2))(2)]·2H(2)O}(n) (3), {[Cd(L)(L(3))]·H(2)O}(n) (4) and [Cd(L)(L(4))](n) (5) (H(3)L(1) = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, H(2)L(2) = 4,4'-oxybis(benzoic acid), H(2)L(3) = m-phthalic acid and H(2)L(4) = p-phthalic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized. Four related auxiliary carboxylic acids were chosen to examine the influences on the construction of these coordination frameworks with distinct dimensionality and connectivity. The coordination arrays of 1-5 vary from 1D zigzag chain for 1, 2D (4,4) layer for 2-4, to 2-fold interpenetrated 3D coordination network with the α-Po topology for 5. The thermal and photoluminescence properties of complexes 1-5 in the solid state have also been investigated.  相似文献

Mononuclear ruthenium complexes [RuCl(L1)(CH(3)CN)(2)](PF(6)) (2a), [RuCl(L2)(CH(3)CN)(2)](PF(6)) (2b), [Ru(L1)(CH(3)CN)(3)](PF(6))(2) (4a), [Ru(L2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](PF(6))(2) (4b), [Ru(L2)(2)](PF(6))(2) (5), [RuCl(L1)(CH(3)CN)(PPh(3))](PF(6)) (6), [RuCl(L1)(CO)(2)](PF(6)) (7), and [RuCl(L1)(CO)(PPh(3))](PF(6)) (8), and a tetranuclear complex [Ru(2)Ag(2)Cl(2)(L1)(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](PF(6))(4) (3) containing 3-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)-1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)imidazolylidene (L1) and 3-butyl-1-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)imidazolylidene (L2) have been prepared and fully characterized by NMR, ESI-MS, UV-vis spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. Both L1 and L2 act as pincer NNC donors coordinated to ruthenium (II) ion. In 3, the Ru(II) and Ag(I) ions are linked by two bridging Cl(-) through a rhomboid Ag(2)Cl(2) ring with two Ru(II) extending to above and down the plane. Complexes 2-8 show absorption maximum over the 354-428 nm blueshifted compared to Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) due to strong σ-donating and weak π-acceptor properties of NHC ligands. Electrochemical studies show Ru(II)/Ru(III) couples over 0.578-1.274 V.  相似文献

The aquachromyl ion, Cr(IV)aqO2+, reacts with the hydrides L(H2O)RhH2+ (L = L1 = [14]aneN4 and L2 = meso-Me6-[14]aneN4) in aqueous solutions in the presence of molecular oxygen to yield Cr(aq)3+ and the superoxo complexes L(H2O)RhOO2+. At 25 degrees C, the rate constants are approximately 10(4) M(-1) s(-1) (L = L1) and 1.12 x 10(3) M(-1) s(-1) (L = L2). Both reactions exhibit a moderate deuterium isotope effect, kRhH/kRhD = approximately 3 (L1) and 3.3 (L2), but no solvent isotope effect, kH2O/kD2O = 1. The proposed mechanism involves hydrogen atom abstraction followed by the capture of LRh(H2O)2+ with molecular oxygen. There is no evidence for the formation of L(H2O)Rh2+ in the reaction between L(H2O)RhH2+ and (salen)CrVO+. The proposed hydride transfer is supported by the magnitude of the rate constants (L = L1, k = 8,800 M(-1) s(-1); (NH3)4, 2,500; L2, 1,000) and isotope effects (L = L1, kie = 5.4; L2, 6.2). The superoxo complex [L1(CH3CN)RhOO](CF3SO3)2.H2O crystallizes with discrete anions, cations, and solvate water molecules in the lattice. All moieties are linked by a network of hydrogen bonds of nine different types. The complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.4257(5) A, b = 13.4119(7) A, c = 13.6140(7) A, alpha = 72.842(1)degrees, beta = 82.082(1) degrees, gamma = 75.414(1) degrees, V = 1587.69(14) A3, and Z = 2.  相似文献

The following crystalline, X-ray-characterised heterometallic oligomeric diamides have been prepared in good yield under mild conditions in diethyl ether from the dilithio or disodio derivative of the N,N'-dineopentyl-1,2-diaminobenzene [{N(H)(CH2Bu(t))}2C6H4-1,2] (abbreviated as H2L):[Y(L)(mu-Cl)2Li(OEt2)2]2 (1), [Li(OEt2)2Li(mu2-Cl)4(mu3-Cl)2{Zr(L)}2]2 (2), [Zr(L)2(mu-Cl){Li(OEt2)2}(mu2-Cl)2Zr(L)] (3), [Ce{(mu-L)M}3(OEt2)(1/2)] (3M = Li(1.82)Na(1.18)) (4), [Ce{(mu-L)Na}3(OEt2)] (5) and [Ce{(mu-L)Na}3] (6). Compounds 1-3 were obtained from Li2(L) and YCl3 (the colourless 1) or ZrCl4 (the red 2 and 3), while the red 4 and 5 were isolated from CeCl3 and M2(L) (3M = Li(1.82)Na(1.18)) (4) or Na2(L) (5). Attempted oxidation of 5 with Br2 in hexane yielded the black 6. The ligand is N,N'-chelating to each of the d- or f-block metals in 1-6; and in 4-6 L is also acting as a bridge between Ce and the alkali metal, to which L is thus also chelating.  相似文献

Neutral trinuclear (triangular) copper(II) complexes of type [Cu3L3] incorporating the 1,4-aryl linked bis-beta-diketonato bridging ligands, 1,1-(1,4-phenylene)-bis(butane-1,3-dione) (H2L2), 1,1-(1,4-phenylene)-bis(pentane-1,3-dione) (H2L3) and 1,1-(1,4-phenylene)-bis(4,4-dimethylpentane-1,3-dione) (H2L4) have been demonstrated to react with selected heterocyclic nitrogen donor bases to generate extended supramolecular architectures whose structures have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Thus on reaction with 4,4'-bipyridine (bipy), [Cu3(L2)3] yields polymeric structures of type {[Cu3(L2)3(bipy)(THF)] x 2.75THF}n and {[Cu3(L2)3(bipy)(THF)] x bipy x 0.75THF}(n) while with pyrazine (pyz), {[Cu3(L2)3(pyz)] x 0.5THF}n was obtained. Each of these extended structures contain alternating triangle/linker units in a one-dimensional polymeric chain arrangement in which two of the three copper sites in each triangular 'platform' are formally five-coordinate through binding to a heterocyclic nitrogen atom. Interaction of the multifunctional linker unit hexamethylenetetramine (hmt) with [Cu3(L3)3] afforded an unusual, chiral, three-dimensional molecular framework of stoichiometry [Cu3(L3)3(hmt)]n. The latter incorporates the trinuclear units coordinated to three triply bridging hmt units. In marked contrast to the formation of the above structures incorporating bifunctional linker units and five-coordinate metal centres, the trinuclear platform [Cu3(L2)3] reacts with the stronger difunctional base 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]-octane (dabco) to yield a highly symmetric trigonal columnar species of type {[Cu3(L4)3(dabco)3] x 3H2O}n in which each copper centre is octahedrally coordinated.  相似文献
