Three new complexes, {[Mn(dtb)(bpe)·2H2O]·H2O} n (1), {[Mn(dtb)(bpa)·2H2O]·H2O} n (2), and {[Mn(dtb)(phen)]} n (3) [H2dtb?=?5,5′-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid), bpe?=?1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene, bpa?=?1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline], have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, dtb, and different N-donor ligands. X-ray structure analyses of 1 and 2 reveal analogous structures with 1D helical chains and 2D 44 chiral layers. The structure of 3 shows a 1D chain which is outwardly decorated with phen ligands. These neutral polymeric complexes exhibit structural diversity due to the different coordination modes of the flexible dtb ligand and the N-donor ligands. The thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray powder diffractions of 1–3 are also presented.  相似文献

在甲醇溶液中,将K2NiL·H2O和M(OAC)2(M = Co,Zn)按1:1的摩尔比进行组装反应,得到了镍、钴和镍、锌两种异金属一维链状配位聚合物,其化学组成分别为{[Ni2Co2L2(H2O)2]·CH3OH·3H2O}n(1)和{[Ni2Zn2L2 (H2O)2]·2CH3OH·H2O}n(2),(H4L=2-羟基-3-[(E)-({2-(2-羟基苯甲酰胺基)乙基}亚氨基)甲基]苯甲酸,OAC- = CH3COO-)。通过IR谱,元素分析的方法对其进行了表征,利用X-射线单晶衍射方法对其晶体结构进行了测定,结构分析表明:它们都是由不对称四核单元组成链状配位聚合物。  相似文献

以7-甲基-2-丙基-3H-苯并[d]咪唑-5-羧酸甲酯为原料,经还原反应和水解反应两步制得配体3-(羧甲基)-7-甲基-2-丙基-3H-苯并咪唑-5-羧酸(MZ);以Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O为锌源,MZ经配位反应合成一个新型的锌(Ⅱ)配合物{[Zn(MZ)_2]·2H_2O}_n(3),其结构经~1H NMR,FT-IR,X-射线单晶衍射和元素分析表征。3属单斜晶系,P2/c空间群,晶胞参数a=0.786 42(16)nm,b=1.072 1(2)nm,c=1.725 9(3)nm,α=γ=90°,β=93.63(3)°,V=1.452 2(5)nm3,D_c=1.482 g·cm~(-3),Z=2,R1=0.059 3,wR_2=0.141 5。  相似文献

Room temperature reactions of the ternary adducts of AgNO3, bipodal ligand [4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bpy) or trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (tbpe) or 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (bpe)] and organic ligand [4-aminobenzoic acid (4-aba) or 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4-hba) or terephthalate ion (tph)] afford new 3-D supramolecular coordination polymers (SCPs), namely, {[Ag(4,4′-bpy) · H2O](4-ab) · 2H2O} (1), {[Ag(tbpe)]0.5(4-hb) · 3H2O} (2), [Ag2(L)2 · (tph)] (L = 4,4′-bpy, tbpe) (3,4) and {[Ag2(bpe)2 · (tph)] · 2H2O} (5). The bipodal ligand coordinates to silver forming a 1-D cationic chain (A), while the organic ligand and solvent form a 1-D anionic chain (B) via hydrogen bonds. The chains construct layers which are connected via hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking forming a 3-D network structure. The presence of the carboxylate, amino and hydroxyl groups in the organic ligands significantly extend the dimensionality via hydrogen bonds. All the SCPs 1–5 exhibit strong luminescence.  相似文献

Four new nickel(II), zinc(II), and cobalt(II) complexes, [Zn(L1)2]?·?H2O (1), [Ni(L1)2]?·?H2O (2), [Ni(L2)2] (3), and [Co(L3)2]?·?H2O (4), derived from hydroxy-rich Schiff bases 2-{[1-(5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]amino}-2-methylpropane-1,3-diol (HL1), 2-{[1-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)methylidene]amino}-2-ethylpropane-1,3-diol (HL2), and 2-{[1-(5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]amino}-2-methylpropane-1,3-diol (HL3) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray determination. Each metal in the complexes is six-coordinate in a distorted octahedral coordination. The Schiff bases coordinate to the metal atoms through the imino N, phenolate O, and one hydroxyl O. In the crystal structures of HL1 and the complexes, molecules are linked through intermolecular O–H···O hydrogen bonds, forming 1-D chains. The urease inhibitory activities of the compounds were evaluated and molecular docking study of the compounds with the Helicobacter pylori urease was performed.  相似文献

A series of guest-binding Cu(II) coordination polymers, {[Cu(bpetha)2(acetone)2].2PF6}n (bpetha = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane) (1), {[Cu(bpetha)2(DMF)2].2PF6}n (2), {[Cu(bpetha)(2)(MeCN)(2)].2PF6.2MeCN}n (3), {[Cu(bpetha)2(H2O)2].2PF6.3THF.2H2O}n (4), {[Cu(bpetha)2(H2O)2].2PF6.3dioxane}n (5), and {[Cu(bpetha)2(H2O)2].2PF6.2-PrOH.2H2O}n (6), have been synthesized and crystallographically characterized. Their framework stabilities and guest-exchange properties have also been investigated. All compounds form a similar framework motif, a "double chain", in which the bpetha ligands bridge Cu(II) centers to form 1-D [Cu(bpetha)2]n double chains. A variety of Lewis base guest molecules, such as H2O, acetone, DMF, MeCN, THF, dioxane, and 2-PrOH, are incorporated into the assembly of the 1-D double chains. These chains flexibly change their forms of assembly in a guest-dependent manner. Interestingly, acetone, DMF, and MeCN guests with a carbonyl or cyanide group coordinate directly to the axial sites of the Cu(II) centers; in contrast, THF, dioxane, and 2-PrOH guests with an ether or alcohol group are incorporated into the frameworks not via coordination bonds but via weak interactions (hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces). This selectivity is probably due to steric effects at coordinated oxygen or nitrogen atoms of the guests. Crystal-to-crystal transformations triggered by guests are observed, during which guests coordinated to the Cu(II) axial sites are readily removed and replaced by other guests.  相似文献
