Two new vanadates, Ba(2.5)(VO2)3(SeO3)4.H2O and La(VO2)3(TeO6).3H2O, have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods using BaCO3, Ba(OH)2.H2O, La(NO3)3.6H2O, V2O5, TeO2, and H2SeO3 as reagents. The structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Ba(2.5)(VO2)3(SeO3)4.H2O exhibits a two-dimensional layered structure consisting of VO(5) square pyramids and SeO3 polyhedra, whereas La(VO2)3(TeO6).3H2O has a three-dimensional framework structure composed of VO(4) tetrahedra and TeO6 octahedra. Infrared and Raman spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis are also presented. Crystal data: Ba(2.5)(VO2)3(SeO3)4.H2O, trigonal, space group P (No. 147) with a = b = 12.8279(15) A, c = 7.2631(9) A, V = 1035.1(2) A(3), and Z = 2; La(VO2)3(TeO6).3H2O, trigonal, space group R3c (No. 161) with a = b = 9.4577(16) A, c = 23.455(7) A, V = 1816.9(7) A3, and Z = 6.  相似文献

The reactions of UO(2)(C(2)H(3)O(2))(2).2H(2)O with K(2)TeO(3).H(2)O, Na(2)TeO(3) and TlCl, or Na(2)TeO(3) and Sr(OH)(2).8H(2)O under mild hydrothermal conditions yield K[UO(2)Te(2)O(5)(OH)] (1), Tl(3)[(UO(2))(2)[Te(2)O(5)(OH)](Te(2)O(6))].2H(2)O (2) and beta-Tl(2)[UO(2)(TeO(3))(2)] (3), or Sr(3)[UO(2)(TeO(3))(2)](TeO(3))(2) (4), respectively. The structure of 1 consists of tetragonal bipyramidal U(VI) centers that are bound by terminal oxo groups and tellurite anions. These UO(6) units span between one-dimensional chains of corner-sharing, square pyramidal TeO(4) polyhedra to create two-dimensional layers. Alternating corner-shared oxygen atoms in the tellurium oxide chains are protonated to create short/long bonding patterns. The one-dimensional chains of corner-sharing TeO(4) units found in 1 are also present in 2. However, in 2 there are two distinct chains present, one where alternating corner-shared oxygen atoms are protonated, and one where the chains are unprotonated. The uranyl moieties in 2 are bound by five oxygen atoms from the tellurite chains to create seven-coordinate pentagonal bipyramidal U(VI). The structures of 3 and 4 both contain one-dimensional [UO(2)(TeO(3))(2)](2-) chains constructed from tetragonal bipyramidal U(VI) centers that are bridged by tellurite anions. The chains differ between 3 and 4 in that all of the pyramidal tellurite anions in 3 have the same orientation, whereas the tellurite anions in 4 have opposite orientations on each side of the chain. In 4, there are also additional isolated TeO(3)(2-) anions present. Crystallographic data: 1, orthorhombic, space group Cmcm, a = 7.9993(5) A, b = 8.7416(6) A, c = 11.4413(8) A, Z = 4; 2, orthorhombic, space group Pbam, a = 10.0623(8) A, b = 23.024(2) A, c = 7.9389(6) A, Z = 4; 3, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 5.4766(4) A, b = 8.2348(6) A, c = 20.849(3) A, beta = 92.329(1) degrees, Z = 4; 4, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 20.546(1) A, b = 5.6571(3) A, c = 13.0979(8) A, beta = 94.416(1) degrees, Z = 4.  相似文献

Six new novel alkaline-earth metal vanadium(V) or vanadium(IV) selenites and tellurites, namely, Sr(2)(VO)(3)(SeO(3))(5), Sr(V(2)O(5))(TeO(3)), Sr(2)(V(2)O(5))(2)(TeO(3))(2)(H(2)O), Ba(3)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4), Ba(2)(VO(3))Te(4)O(9)(OH), and Ba(2)V(2)O(5)(Te(2)O(6)), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. These compounds exhibit six different anionic structures ranging from zero-dimensional (0D) cluster to three-dimensional (3D) network. Sr(2)(VO)(3)(SeO(3))(5) features a 3D anionic framework composed of VO(6) octahedra that are bridged by SeO(3) polyhedra. The oxidation state of the vanadium cation is +4 because of the partial reduction of V(2)O(5) by SeO(2) at high temperature. Ba(3)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4) features a 0D [(VO(2))(SeO(3))(2)](3-) anion. Sr(V(2)O(5))(TeO(3)) displays a unique 1D vanadium(V) tellurite chain composed of V(2)O(8) and V(2)O(7) units connected by tellurite groups, forming 4- and 10-MRs, whereas Sr(2)(V(2)O(5))(2)(TeO(3))(2)(H(2)O) exhibits a 2D layer consisting of [V(4)O(14)] tetramers interconnected by bridging TeO(3)(2-) anions with the Sr(2+) and water molecules located at the interlayer space. Ba(2)(VO(3))Te(4)O(9)(OH) exhibits a one-dimensional (1D) vanadium tellurite chain composed of a novel 1D [Te(4)O(9)(OH)](3-) chain further decorated by VO(4) tetrahedra. Ba(2)V(2)O(5)(Te(2)O(6)) also features a 1D vanadium(V) tellurites chain in which neighboring VO(4) tetrahedra are bridged by [Te(2)O(6)](4-) dimers. The existence of V(4+) ions in Sr(2)(VO)(3)(SeO(3))(5) is also confirmed by magnetic measurements. The results of optical diffuse-reflectance spectrum measurements and electronic structure calculations based on density functional theory (DFT) methods indicate that all six compounds are wide-band gap semiconductors.  相似文献

Red and yellow dichroistic crystals of a vanadium(V) compound, potassium (mu-oxo, di-mu-sulfato)bis(oxodisulfatovanadate), K(8)(VO)(2)O(SO(4))(6), have been obtained from the ternary catalytic model melt system K(2)S(2)O(7)[bond]K(2)SO(4)[bond]V(2)O(5). By slow cooling of the melt from 420 to 355 degrees C, crystal growth occurred, using solid V(2)O(5) crystals present in the melt as nucleation promoter. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(l) with a = 13.60(9) A, b = 13.93(9) A, c = 14.05(9) A, beta = 90.286(10) degrees, and Z = 2. It contains two VO(6) octahedra linked together by a mu-oxo and two mu-sulfato bridges. Furthermore, each octahedron has two monodentate sulfate ligands, making the dimeric entity coordinatively saturated. IR spectroscopy shows bands arising from V[bond]O[bond]V and V[double bond]O stretches as well as splitting of sulfate bands due to the different degrees of freedom present for different conformations of sulfate ligands. The coordination of vanadium in K(8)(VO)(2)O(SO(4))(6) is discussed in relation to the reaction mechanism of SO(2) oxidation catalysis.  相似文献

Red-brown crystals of a new mixed alkali oxo sulfato vanadium(V) compound Na(2)K(6)(VO)(2)(SO(4))(7), suitable for X-ray determination, have been obtained from the catalytically important binary molten salt system M(2)S(2)O(7)-V(2)O(5) (M = 80% K and 20% Na). By slow cooling of a mixture with the mole fraction X(V(2)O(5)) = 0.24 from 325 degrees C, i.e., just below the liquidus temperature, to the solidus temperature of around 300 degrees C, a dark reddish amorphous phase was obtained containing crystals of the earlier described V(V)-V(IV) mixed valence compound K(6)(VO)(4)(SO(4))(8) and Na(2)K(6)(VO)(2)(SO(4))(7) described here. This compound crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4(3)2(1)2 (No. 96) with a = 9.540(3) A, c = 29.551(5) A at 20 degrees C and Z = 4. It contains a distorted VO(6) octahedron with a short V-O bond of 1.552(6) A, a long one of 2.276(5) A trans to this, and four equatorial V-O bonds in the range 1.881(6)-1.960(6) A. The deformation of the VO(6) octahedron is less pronounced compared to that of the known oxo sulfato V(V) compounds. Each VO(3+) group is coordinated to five sulfate groups of which two are unidentately coordinated and three are bidentate bridging to neighboring VO(3+) groups. The length of the S-O bonds in the S-O-V bridges of the two unidentately coordinated sulfato groups are 1.551(6) A and 1.568(6) A, respectively, which are unusually long compared to our earlier measurements of sulfate groups in other V(III), V(IV), and V(V) compounds.  相似文献

Two new mixed-valent tellurium oxides with vanadium(V), A(4)V(6)[Te(2)(4+)Te(6+)]O(24) (A = K and Rb), have been synthesized by hydrothermal and conventional solid state techniques. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. These two iso-structural compounds exhibit layered structural topologies consisting of [V(6)Te(3)O(24)](4-) anionic units. In these anionic structural units, a Te(6+)O(6) octahedron is connected to six VO(4) tetrahedra by corner-sharing to generate a [V(6)TeO(24)] unit, and each of these [V(6)TeO(24)] units are interconnected by sharing two Te(4+)O(3) polyhedra to complete the infinite [V(6)Te(3)O(24)](4-) sheets. Infrared spectroscopy, UV-Visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis were also performed on these two compounds. Crystal data: K(4)V(6)Te(3)O(24), trigonal, space group R ?3c (No. 167) with a = b = 9.7075(6) ?, c = 42.701(3) ?, V = 3484.9(4) ?(3), and Z = 6; Rb(4)V(6)Te(3)O(24), trigonal, space group R ?3c (No. 167) with a = b = 9.8399(9) ?, c = 43.012(4) ?, V = 3606.6(6) ?(3), and Z = 6.  相似文献

Five new vanadium selenites, Ca(2)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(3)(H(2)O)(2), Sr(2)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(3), Ba(V(2)O(5))(SeO(3)), Sr(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)), and Pb(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)), have been synthesized and characterized. Their crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds exhibit one- or two-dimensional structures consisting of corner- and edge-shared VO(4), VO(5), VO(6), and SeO(3) polyhedra. Of the reported materials, A(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)) (A = Sr(2+) or Pb(2+)) are noncentrosymmetric (NCS) and polar. Powder second-harmonic generation (SHG) measurements revealed SHG efficiencies of approximately 130 and 150 × α-SiO(2) for Sr(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)) and Pb(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)), respectively. Piezoelectric charge constants of 43 and 53 pm/V, and pyroelectric coefficients of -27 and -42 μC/m(2)·K at 70 °C were obtained for Sr(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)) and Pb(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)), respectively. Frequency dependent polarization measurements confirmed that the materials are not ferroelectric, that is, the observed polarization cannot be reversed. In addition, the lone-pair on the Se(4+) cation may be considered as stereo-active consistent with calculations. For all of the reported materials, infrared, UV-vis, thermogravimetric, and differential thermal analysis measurements were performed. Crystal data: Ca(2)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(3)(H(2)O)(2), orthorhombic, space group Pnma (No. 62), a = 7.827(4) ?, b = 16.764(5) ?, c = 9.679(5) ?, V = 1270.1(9) ?(3), and Z = 4; Sr(2)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(3), monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c (No. 12), a = 14.739(13) ?, b = 9.788(8) ?, c = 8.440(7) ?, β = 96.881(11)°, V = 1208.8(18) ?(3), and Z = 4; Ba(V(2)O(5))(SeO(3)), orthorhombic, space group Pnma (No. 62), a = 13.9287(7) ?, b = 5.3787(3) ?, c = 8.9853(5) ?, V = 673.16(6) ?(3), and Z = 4; Sr(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)), orthorhombic, space group Fdd2 (No. 43), a = 25.161(3) ?, b = 12.1579(15) ?, c = 12.8592(16) ?, V = 3933.7(8) ?(3), and Z = 8; Pb(4)(VO(2))(2)(SeO(3))(4)(Se(2)O(5)), orthorhombic, space group Fdd2 (No. 43), a = 25.029(2) ?, b = 12.2147(10) ?, c = 13.0154(10) ?, V = 3979.1(6) ?(3), and Z = 8.  相似文献

Two inorganic-organic hybrid compounds with the formula M(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)V(2)Se(2)O(10) (M = Co, Ni) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)V(2)Se(2)O(10) (1) and Ni(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)V(2)Se(2)O(10) (2), which are structural analogues, crystallize in the triclinic space group Ponemacr; with crystal data a = 7.9665(3) A, b = 8.1974(3) A, c = 13.8096(4) A, alpha = 85.704(2) degrees, beta = 73.5180(10) degrees, gamma = 75.645(2) degrees, V = 837.76(5) A(3), and Z = 2 and a = 7.9489(19) A, b = 8.128(2) A, c = 13.709 A, alpha = 85.838(6) degrees, beta = 73.736(8) degrees, gamma = 75.594(9) degrees, V = 823.5(4) A(3), and Z = 2, respectively. [M(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)V(2)Se(2)O(10)] (M = Co, Ni) have a three-dimensional structure and consist of two subunits, [(VO(2))(SeO(3))](-) infinite chains and [M(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)](2+) fragments. The [(VO(2))(SeO(3))](-) chains are composed of [V(2)Se(4)O(14)](4)(-) clusters linked by VO(4)N triangular bipyramids. The 4,4'-bipy molecule as a bifunctional organic ligand is directly linked to Co or Ni and V atoms, affording the three-dimensionality. The compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and differential thermal and thermogravimetric analyses.  相似文献

The reaction of UO(3) with V(2)O(5) and KIO(4) under mild hydrothermal conditions produces K(2)[(UO(2))(2)(VO)(2)(IO(6))(2)O].H(2)O (1) in the form of orange acicular crystals. The structure of 1 consists of UO(6), VO(6), and IO(6) distorted octahedra that are assembled into a polar, open-framework structure. The distorted VO(6) and IO(6) octahedra edge-share to form chains that run down the c-axis. Each VO(6) octahedron also shares a vertex with an adjacent vanadium atom to link the chains together into a ribbon. The IO(6) units also partake in corner-sharing with the UO(6) units to create interconnected elliptical tubes. The major channels in 1 are filled with K(+) cations and water molecules. The polarity of this compound is caused by alignment of distorted vanadyl hexaoxoiodate ribbons and UO(6) trapezoidal bipyramids resulting in a large second-harmonic generation response of 300 times that of alpha-quartz. Crystallographic data: 1, orthorhombic, space group Pba2, a = 9.984(2) A, b = 16.763(3) A, c = 4.977(1) A, Z = 4 (T = 193 K).  相似文献

The charge-neutral antimonatopolyoxovanadium(IV) cluster [V(IV)16Sb(III)4O42(H2O){V(IV)O(C6H14N2)2}4].10H2O.C6H14N2 was obtained under solvothermal conditions. The central cluster fragment, [V(IV) 16Sb(III)4O42], is a derivative of the [V18O42] archetype and is formed by replacing two VO5 polyhedra by two Sb2O5 units. The {V20Sb4} structure expands the {V16Sb4} motif by the addition of four square-pyramidal, terminal VO(1,2-diaminocyclohexane)2 groups. At low temperatures, the magnetic ground state is characterized by four independent S = 1/2 sites.  相似文献

Two new isostructural mixed-metal phosphates, BaTeMO(4)(PO(4)) (M = Nb(5+) or Ta(5+)), have been synthesized as bulk phase powders and single crystals by standard solid-state techniques using BaCO(3), TeO(2), Nb(2)O(5) (or Ta(2)O(5)), and NH(4)H(2)PO(4) as reagents. The materials have novel layered crystal structures consisting of [M(5+)O(6/2)](-) corner-sharing octahedral chains that are connected to [Te(4+)O(4/2)](0) polyhedra and [P(5+)O(2/1)O(2/2)](-) tetrahedra. The Ba(2+) cations reside between the layers and maintain charge balance. The Te(4+) cations are in asymmetric coordination environments attributable to their lone pairs. The Nb(5+) distorts along the local C(4) direction of its octahedron resulting in a "short-long-short-long" Nb-O-Nb bond motif. The Nb(5+) cation displaces away from the oxide ligands that are bonded to Te(4+) or P(5+) cations, attributable to the structural rigidity of the TeO(4) and PO(4) polyhedra. Thus, the TeO(4) and PO(4) polyhedra support and reinforce the intraoctahedral distortion observed within the NbO(6) octahedra. Infrared and Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and ion-exchange experiments are also presented. Crystal data: BaTeNbO(4)(PO(4)), orthorhombic, space group Pbca (No. 61), with a = 6.7351(9) A, b = 7.5540(10) A, c = 27.455(4) A, V = 1396.8(3) A(3), and Z = 8; BaTeTaO(4)(PO(4)), orthorhombic, space group Pbca (No. 61), with a = 6.734(2) A, b = 7.565(3) A, c = 27.435(9) A, V = 1372.6(8) A(3), and Z = 8.  相似文献

Pleochroistic crystals (dark green to colorless) of a mixed-valence V(IV)-V(V) compound, K(6)(VO)(4)(SO(4))(8), suitable for X-ray determination have been obtained from the catalytically important K(2)S(2)O(7)-V(2)O(5)/SO(2)-O(2)-SO(3)-N(2) molten salt-gas system, at approximately 400 degrees C. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1) (No. 4) with a = 8.931(2) ?, b = 18.303 (3) ?, c = 9.971(2) ?, beta = 90.11(2) degrees, and Z = 2. It contains two rather similar V(IV)-V(V) pairs of VO(6) octahedra distorted as usual having a short V-O bond of around 1.57 ?, a long bond of around 2.40 ? trans to this, and four equatorial bonds around 2.00 ?. The bond lengths of the V(V)O(6) octahedra are significantly shorter than those found for the V(IV)O(6) octahedra. The eight different SO(4)(2)(-) groups are all bridging bidentate between the V(IV) and V(V) atoms; a third oxygen is coordinated to a vanadium atom of a neighboring chain trans to the short V=O bond, and the fourth oxygen remains uncoordinated. The measured bond distances and angles show a considerable distortion of the SO(4) tetrahedra. This is confirmed by the IR spectra of the compound, where large shift and splitting of the sulfate nu(3) bands up to wave numbers of around 1300 cm(-)(1) is observed. The ESR spectra of the compound exhibit weak anisotropy with g(iso) = 1.972 +/- 0.002 and DeltaB(pp) = 65 +/- 2 G. The compound may cause the deactivation for industrial sulfuric acid catalysts observed around 400 degrees C in highly converted SO(2)-O(2)-N(2) gas mixtures.  相似文献

Two new isostructural tellurites, Pb(4)Te(6)M(10)O(41) (M = Nb(5+) or Ta(5+)), have been synthesized by standard solid-state techniques using PbO, Nb(2)O(5) (or Ta(2)O(5)), and TeO(2) as reagents. The structures of Pb(4)Te(6)Nb(10)O(41) and Pb(4)Te(6)Ta(10)O(41) were determined by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction. The materials exhibit a three-dimensional framework consisting of layers of corner-shared NbO(6) octahedra connected by TeO(3) and PbO(6) polyhedra. The Nb(5+), Te(4+), and Pb(2+) cations are in asymmetric coordination environments attributable to second-order Jahn-Teller effects. The Nb(5+) cations undergo an intraoctahedral distortion either toward a face or a corner, whereas the Te(4+) and Pb(2+) cations are in distorted environments attributable to their lone pair. In addition, the TeO(3) polyhedra strongly influence the direction of the Nb(5+) intraoctahedral distortion. Infrared and Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and dielectric measurements are also presented. Crystal data: Pb(4)Te(6)Nb(10)O(41), monoclinic, space group C2/m (No. 12), with a = 23.412(3) A, b = 20.114(3) A, c = 7.5008(10) A, beta = 99.630(4) degrees, V = 3482.4(8) A(3), and Z = 4; Pb(4)Te(6)Ta(10)O(41), monoclinic, space group C2/m (No. 12), with a = 23.340(8) A, b = 20.068(5) A, c = 7.472(2) A, beta = 99.27(3) degrees, V = 3453.8(2) A(3), and Z = 4.  相似文献

Several new hydrated rare earth vanadates and rare earth oxy-vanadates have been synthesized using hydrothermal techniques and characterized using single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction and infrared and UV-vis absorption spectroscopies. The hydrated rare earth vanadates adopt the space group P2(1)/m with general formula A(3)VO(5)(OH)(3) (A = Y (1), Dy (2), or La (3)) and contain anionic distorted square pyramidal [VO(5)](-6) units and AO(7) and AO(8) polyhedra. The oxy-vanadates with the general formula A(2)O(VO(4)) (A = Y (4), Dy (5; 6), or Yb (7)) form two polymorphs in either P2(1)/c or C2/c space groups and contain anionic tetrahedral [VO(4)](-4) units and nonvanadium bonded O(2-) anions in distorted [OA(4)] tetrahedra. In all cases, the vanadium ion is in the tetravalent oxidation state, and its original source was the trace V(4+) impurities in YVO(4). The observed vanadyl and equatorial vanadium-oxygen bond lengths about the square pyramid in compounds 1-3 and the tetrahedral vanadium coordination found in compounds 4-7 are unusual for V(4+). The electronic and vibrational spectra are also reported and correlated with the appropriate coordination environment.  相似文献

Reaction of VO(acac)(2) with 2-mercaptophenol (mpH(2)) in the presence of triethylamine gives the mononuclear tris complex (Et(3)NH)(2)[V(mp)(3)] (1), in which the vanadyl oxygen has been displaced. An analogous reaction using 2-mercapto-4-methylphenol (mmpH(2)) afforded (Et(3)NH)(PNP)[V(mmp)(3)] (2), which was structurally characterized. 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna2(1 )with unit cell parameters (at -163 degrees C) a = 23.974(7) ?, b = 9.569(4) ?, c = 25.101(6) ?, and Z = 4. The coordination geometry around the vanadium is between octahedral and trigonal prismatic. Reaction of VO(acac)(2 )with the sodium salt of 2-mercaptophenol produces the vanadyl(IV) complex Na(Ph(4)P)[VO(mp)(2)].Et(2)O (3), which crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with unit cell parameters (at -135 degrees C) a = 12.185(4) ?, b = 12.658(4) ?, c = 14.244(4) ?, alpha = 103.19(2) degrees, beta = 100.84(2) degrees, and gamma = 114.17(2) degrees. The unit cell of 3 contains a pair of symmetry-related [VO(mp)(2)](2)(-) units bridged through vanadyl and ligand oxygen atoms by a pair of sodium ions, in addition to two PPh(4)(+) ions. The coordination geometry around the vanadium is square pyramidal, with a V=O bond length of 1.611(5) ?. 1, 2, and 3 are characterized by IR and UV-vis spectroscopies, magnetic susceptibility, EPR spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. 1 and 2 can be oxidized by I(2, )Cp(2)Fe(+), or O(2) to [V(mp)(3)](-) and [V(mmp)(3)](-), respectively, which in turn can be reduced back to the dianions by oxalate ion. A series of new silver(I)-containing MOFs [Ag(2)(tr(2)ad)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (1), [Ag(2)(VO(2)F(2))(2)(tr(2)ad)(2)]·H(2)O (2), [Ag(2)(VO(2)F(2))(2)(tr(2)eth)(2)(H(2)O)(2)] (3), and [Ag(2)(VO(2)F(2))(2)(tr(2)cy)(2)]·4H(2)O (4) supported by 4-substituted bifunctional 1,2,4-triazole ligands (tr(2)ad = 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)adamantane, tr(2)eth = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)ethane, tr(2)cy = trans-1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)cyclohexane) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. In these complexes, the triazole heterocycle as an N(1),N(2)-bridge links either two adjacent Ag-Ag or Ag-V centers at short distances forming polynuclear clusters. The crystal structure of compound 1 is based on cationic {Ag(2)(tr)(4)}(2+) fragments connected in a 2D rhombohedral grid network with (4,4) topology. The neighboring layers are tightly packed into a 3D array by means of argentophilic interactions (Ag···Ag 3.28 ?). Bridging between different metal atoms through the triazole groups assists formation of heterobimetallic Ag(I)/V(V) secondary building blocks in a linear V-Ag-Ag-V sequence that is observed in complexes 2-4. These unprecedented tetranuclear {Ag(2)(VO(2)F(2))(2)(tr)(4)} units (the intermetal Ag-Ag and Ag-V distances are 4.24-4.36 and 3.74-3.81 ?, respectively), in which vanadium(V) oxofluoride units possess distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment {VO(2)F(2)N}ˉ, are incorporated into 1D ribbon (2) or 2D square nets (3, 4) using bitopic μ(4)-triazole ligands. The valence bond calculation for vanadium atoms shows +V oxidation state in the corresponding compounds. Thermal stability and photoluminescence properties were studied for all reported coordination polymers.  相似文献

Four compounds containing tri- and diperoxodioxouranium(VI) complexes have been synthesized under ambient conditions and structurally characterized. The crystal structures of Na4(UO2)(O2)3(H2O)12 (monoclinic, P21/c, a=6.7883(6) A, b=16.001(2) A, c=16.562(2) A, beta=91.917(2) degrees, V=1797.9(3) A3, Z=4) and Ca2(UO2)(O2)3(H2O)9 (orthorhombic, Pbcn, a=9.576(3) A, b=12.172(3) A, c=12.314(2) A, V=1435.4(6) A3, Z=4) contain clusters of triperoxodioxouranium(VI). These clusters are bonded through a network of H bonding to H2O groups and in the Ca compound by bonds to Ca2+ cations. In the crystal structure of Na2Rb4(UO2)2(O2)5(H2O)14 (orthorhombic, Pbcm, a=6.808(2) A, b=16.888(6) A, c=23.286(8) A, V=2677.5(16) A3, Z=4), triperoxodioxouranium(VI) polyhedra share a peroxide edge, forming dimers of polyhedra of composition (UO2)2(O2)5(6-). Adjacent dimers are linked through bonding to Rb+ cations and by H bonds to H2O groups. The crystal structure of K6[(UO2)(O2)2(OH)]2(H2O)7 (orthorhombic, Pcca, a=15.078(8) A, b=6.669(4) A, c=23.526(13) A, V=2366(2) A3, Z=4) contains diperoxodioxouranium(VI) polyhedra that include two OH groups. These polyhedra share an OH-OH edge, forming dimers of composition (UO2)2(O2)4(OH)2(6-). The dimers are linked by bonds to K+ cations and by H bonding to H2O groups.  相似文献

Two new quaternary mixed metal oxide materials--InVTe(2)O(8) and InVSe(2)O(8)--have been synthesized, as crystals and pure bulk powders by standard solid-state reactions using In(2)O(3), V(2)O(5), and TeO(2) (or SeO(2)) as reagents. The crystal structures of the reported materials were determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. InVTe(2)O(8) crystallizes in the monoclinic centrosymmetric space group P2(1)/n (No. 14), with unit-cell parameters of a = 7.8967(16) ?, b = 5.1388(10) ?, c = 16.711(3) ?, β = 94.22(3)°, and Z = 4, and InVSe(2)O(8) crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric space group Pm (No. 6) with unit-cell parameters of a = 4.6348(9) ?, b = 6.9111(14) ?, c = 10.507(2) ?, β = 97.77(3)°, and Z = 2. While the centrosymmetric InVTe(2)O(8) shows a two-dimensional (2D) layered structure composed of InO(6) octahedra, VO(4) tetrahedra, and TeO(4) polyhedra, the noncentrosymmetric InVSe(2)O(8) exhibits a three-dimensional (3D) framework structure with distorted InO(6) octahedra, VO(5) square pyramids, and SeO(3) polyhedra. Powder second-harmonic generation (SHG) measurements on InVSe(2)O(8), using 1064-nm radiation, indicate that the material has a SHG efficiency ~30 times that of α-SiO(2). Additional SHG measurements reveal that the material is not phase-matchable (Type 1). Infrared, ultraviolet-visible light (UV-vis) diffuse reflectance, and thermogravimetric analyses for the two compounds are also presented, as are dipole moment calculations.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of the V2O5/2,2':6':2"-terpyridine/ZnO/H2O system under a variety of conditions yielded the organic-inorganic hybrid materials [V2O4(terpy)2]3[V10O28].2H2O (VOXI-10), [VO2(terpy)][V4O10] (VOXI-11), and [V9O22(terpy)3] (VOXI-12). The structure of VOXI-10 consists of discrete binuclear cations [V2O4(terpy)2]2+ and one-dimensional chains [V10O28]6-, constructed of cyclic [V4O12]4- clusters linked through (VO4) tetrahedra. In contrast, the structure of VOXI-11 exhibits discrete mononuclear cations [VO2(terpy)]1+ and a two-dimensional vanadium oxide network, [V4O10]1-. The structure of the oxide layer is constructed from ribbons of edge-sharing square pyramids; adjacent ribbons are connected through corner-sharing interactions into the two-dimensional architecture. VOXI-12 is also a network structure; however, in this case the terpy ligand is incorporated into the two-dimensional oxide network whose unique structure is constructed from cyclic [V6O18]6- clusters and linear (V3O5(terpy)3) moieties of corner-sharing vanadium octahedra. The rings form chains through corner-sharing linkages; adjacent chains are connected through the trinuclear units. Crystal data: VOXI-10, C90H70N18O42V16, triclinic P1, a = 12.2071(7) A, b = 13.8855(8) A, 16.9832(10) A, alpha = 69.584(1) degrees, beta = 71.204(1) degrees, gamma = 84.640(1) degrees, Z = 1; VOXI-11, C15H11N3O12V5, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 7.7771(1) A, b = 10.3595(2) A, c = 25.715(4) A, beta = 92.286(1) degrees, Z = 4; VOXI-12, C45H33N9O22V9, monoclinic C2/c, a = 23.774(2) A, b = 9.4309(6) A, c = 25.380(2) A, beta = 112.047(1) degrees, Z = 4.  相似文献
