In this Letter, the function projective synchronization in the drive-response dynamical network is investigated, where the response dynamical network is affected not only by the drive system, but also coupled via a linearly feedback scheme. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is shown that the function projective synchronization with desired scaling function can be realized in the drive-response dynamical network by a simple control law. Moreover it is no need for the scaling function to be differentiable, bounded and nonzero all the time. The numerical simulations are provided to verify the theoretical result. 相似文献

Based on high gain feedback control theory, robust adaptive synchronization of dynamical network is investigated in this paper. When the non-linear coupling functions are unknown but with unknown bounded, some fairly simple robust adaptive scalar feedback controllers are derived. The key idea is that a time-varying gain parameter is introduced in designing controllers which can guarantee that the states of uncertain coupled dynamical networks robust adaptive asymptotically synchronize with each other. In this paper, we study the projective cluster synchronization in a drive-response dynamical network with 1+N coupled partially linear chaotic systems. Because the scaling factors characterizing the dynamics of projective synchronization remain unpredictable, pinning control ideas are adopted to direct the different scaling factors onto the desired values. It is also shown that the projection cluster synchronization can be realized by controlling only one node in each cluster. Numerical simulations on the chaotic Lorenz system are illustrated to verify the theoretical results. 相似文献

This paper investigates generalized synchronization of three typical classes of complex dynamical networks: scale-free networks, small-world networks, and interpolating networks. The proposed synchronization strategy is to adjust adaptively a node’s coupling strength based on the node’s local generalized synchronization information. By taking the auxiliary-system approach and using the Lyapunov function method, we prove that for any given initial coupling strengths, the generalized synchronization can take place in complex networks consisting of nonidentical dynamical systems. It is demonstrated that the coupling strengths are affected by topologies of the networks. Furthermore, it is found that there are hierarchical features in the processes of generalized synchronization in scale-free networks because of their highly heterogeneous distributions of connection degree. Finally, we discuss in detail how a network’s degree of heterogeneity affects its generalization synchronization behavior. 相似文献

In this paper, a learning control approach is applied to
the generalized projective synchronisation (GPS) of different
chaotic systems with unknown periodically time-varying parameters.
Using the Lyapunov--Krasovskii functional stability theory, a
differential-difference mixed parametric learning law and an
adaptive learning control law are constructed to make the states of
two different chaotic systems asymptotically synchronised. The
scheme is successfully applied to the generalized projective
synchronisation between the Lorenz system and Chen system. Moreover,
numerical simulations results are used to verify the effectiveness

Robust adaptive synchronization of general dynamical networks with multiple delays and uncertainties
In this article, a general complex dynamical network which contains multiple delays and uncertainties is introduced, which contains time-varying coupling delays, time-varying node delay, and uncertainties of both the inner- and outer-coupling matrices. A robust adaptive synchronization scheme for these general complex networks with multiple delays and uncertainties is established and raised by employing the robust adaptive control principle and the Lyapunov stability theory. We choose some suitable adaptive synchronization controllers to ensure the robust synchronization of this dynamical network. The numerical simulations of the time-delay Lorenz chaotic system as local dynamical node are provided to observe and verify the viability and productivity of the theoretical research in this paper. This Letter investigates cluster synchronization in the adaptive complex dynamical networks with nonidentical nodes by a local control method and a novel adaptive strategy for the coupling strengths of the networks. In this approach, the coupling strength of each node adjusts adaptively only based on the state information of its neighborhood. By means of the proposed scheme, the sufficient conditions for achieving cluster synchronization are derived analytically by utilizing Lyapunov stability theory. It is demonstrated that the synchronization performance is sensitively affected by the control gain, the inner-coupling matrix and the network topological structure. 时滞和噪声在复杂网络中普遍存在,而含有耦合时滞和噪声摄动的耦合网络同步的研究工作却极其稀少. 本文针对噪声环境下具有不同节点动力学、不同拓扑结构及不同节点数目的耦合时滞网络,提出了两个网络之间的广义投影滞后同步. 首先,构建了更加贴近现实的驱动-响应网络同步的理论框架;其次,基于随机时滞微分方程LaSalle不变性原理,严格证明了在合理的控制器作用下,驱动网络和响应网络在几乎必然渐近稳定性意义下能够取得广义投影滞后同步;最后,借助于计算机仿真,通过具体的网络模型验证了理论推理的有效性. 数值模拟结果表明,驱动网络与响应网络不但能够达到广义投影滞后同步,而且同步效果不依赖于耦合时滞和比例因子的选取,同时也揭示了更新增益和耦合时滞对同步收敛速度的显著性影响.

In this paper, successive lag synchronization(SLS) on a dynamical network with communication delay is investigated.In order to achieve SLS on the dynamical network with communication delay, we design linear feedback control and adaptive control, respectively. By using the Lyapunov function method, we obtain some sufficient conditions for global stability of SLS. To verify these results, some numerical examples are further presented. <正>This paper presents a new robust adaptive synchronization method for a class of uncertain dynamical complex networks with network failures and coupling time-varying delays.Adaptive schemes are proposed to adjust controller parameters for the faulty network compensations,as well as to estimate the upper and lower bounds of delayed state errors and perturbations to compensate the effects of delay and perturbation on-line without assuming symmetry or irreducibility of networks.It is shown that,through Lyapunov stability theory,distributed adaptive controllers constructed by the adaptive schemes are successful in ensuring the achievement of asymptotic synchronization of networks in the present of faulty and delayed networks,and perturbation inputs.A Chua's circuit network example is finally given to show the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization criteria. 相似文献

In this paper, an improved impulsive lag synchronization scheme for
different chaotic systems with parametric uncertainties is proposed.
Based on the new definition of synchronization with error bound and
a novel impulsive control scheme (the so-called dual-stage impulsive
control), some new and less conservative sufficient conditions are
established to guarantee that the error dynamics can converge to a
predetermined level, which is more reasonable and rigorous than the
existing results. In particular, some simpler and more convenient
conditions are derived by taking the same impulsive distances and
control gains. Finally, some numerical simulations for the Lorenz system
and the Chen system are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and

This Letter investigates the synchronization problem for a general class of chaotic systems. Using the sliding mode control technique, an adaptive control law is established to guarantee synchronization of the master and slave systems even when unknown parameters and external disturbances are present. In contrast to the previous works, the structure of slave system is simple and need not be identical to the master system. Furthermore, a novel proportional-integral (PI) switching surface is proposed to simplify the task of assigning the performance of the closed-loop error system in sliding mode. This Letter investigates robust impulsive synchronization of complex delayed dynamical networks with nonsymmetrical coupling from the view of dynamics and control. Based on impulsive control theory on delayed dynamical systems, some simple yet generic criteria for robust impulsive synchronization are established. It is shown that these criteria can provide a novel and effective control approach to synchronize an arbitrary given delayed dynamical network to a desired synchronization state. Comparing with existing results, the advantage of the control scheme is that synchronization state can be selected as a weighted average of all the states in the network for the purpose of practical control strategy. In this paper, we introduce a model of an adaptive dynamical network by integrating the complex network model and adaptive technique. In this model, the adaptive updating laws for each vertex in the network depend only on the state information of its neighborhood, besides itself and external controllers. This suggests that an adaptive technique be added to a complex network without breaking its intrinsic existing network topology. The core of adaptive dynamical networks is to design suitable adaptive updating laws to attain certain aims. Here, we propose two series of adaptive laws to synchronize and pin a complex network, respectively. Based on the Lyapunov function method, we can prove that under several mild conditions, with the adaptive technique, a connected network topology is sufficient to synchronize or stabilize any chaotic dynamics of the uncoupled system. This implies that these adaptive updating laws actually enhance synchronizability and stabilizability, respectively. We find out that even though these adaptive methods can succeed for all networks with connectivity, the underlying network topology can affect the convergent rate and the terminal average coupling and pinning strength. In addition, this influence can be measured by the smallest nonzero eigenvalue of the corresponding Laplacian. Moreover, we provide a detailed study of the influence of the prior parameters in this adaptive laws and present several numerical examples to verify our theoretical results and further discussion. 相似文献

In this paper, based on the invaxiance principle of differential equations, we propose a simple adaptive control method to synchronize the network with coupling of the general form. Comparing with other control approaches, this scheme only depends on each node's state output. So we need not to know the concrete network structure and the solutions of the isolate nodes of the network in advance. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method, a special example is provided and numerical simulations are performed.
