The total phospholipids of kenaf of variety Opytnyi-1847 and homogeneous fractions of them have been studied. A known law has been confirmed — positions 2 of the main fractions of phospholipids are esterified predominantly with unsaturated fatty acids and in N-aceylated phospholipids the amide-bound acids are more saturated than the O-acyls.  相似文献

Summary The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the combined phospholipids of the seeds of kenaf of the variety "Uzbekskii-1503" have been determined for the first time. The fatty-acid composition of the combined phospholipids and triglycerides and also of the main and two minor components of the phospholipids have been studied. On the basis of the results of acid hydrolysis and of IR spectroscopy, the glycerophospholipid structures of the main and minor components of the total material have been confirmed. The enzymatic hydrolysis of the main fractions of the total material has been performed: the position distribution of the fatty acids has been determined and from this the possible molecular compositions of the phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidy lethanolamines, and phosphatidy linositols have been calculated. The change in the fractional and fatty-acid compositions of the total phospholipids in various organs of kenaf during its growth has been studied. It has been found that phospholipids are synthesized in all stages of the development of kenaf, but most intensively during its ripening.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Phospholipids of the seeds of kenaf of the variety Opytnyi-1931 are similar with respect to their set of components and the qualitative composition of the fatty acids of homogeneous classes to the phospholipids of the variety Opytnyi-1972, but differ with respect to the amounts of individual acids. The fatty-acid composition of the lysophosphatidylcholines and lysophosphatidylinositols of experimental varieties of kenaf seeds have been studied for the first time.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbekh SSR, Tashkent. Summary 1. The decomposition of sphagnum moss and of an isolated preparation of lignin (DLA) by means of metallic sodium in liquid ammonia has been performed, and a phenolic fraction has been isolated with a yield of 0.89% from the moss and 10.2% from the lignin.2. The following phenols were isolated from the phenolic fraction and their yields were determined by paper and gas-liquid chromatography: 4-hydroxyphenylpropane, 1-and 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propan-1-ols, 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propane, 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-ol, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, vanillin, and p-hydroxybenzyl and vanillyl alcohols.3. The quantitative figures on the composition of the phenolic fraction of the decomposition products give grounds for assuming that the uncondensed structural fragments of sphagnum moss lignin are composed to the extent of two thirds of structural units of the p-hydroxyphenyl type joined to one another by -alkyl aryl ether bonds.4. Weighty evidence is given in favor of the assumption that sphagnum moss lignin contains as monomeric structural fragments vanillin and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, these being attached to the polymer chain by alkyl-aryl or aryl-aryl ether bonds.S. Summary 1. The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the PLs of an industrial medium-fiber cotton plant of variety 159-F (1972 and 1974 harvests) have been considered. It has been shown that the total PL amounted to 1.76 and 1.85% and consisted of 60–65% PC, 16–18% PI, 6–8% PE, and 10–14% of combined minor components, respectively.2. The distribution of the lipid phosphorus has been studied during the isolation of PLs by selective solvents. The lipid phosphorus amounted to 5.5% of the total phosphorus in the seed kernels.3. The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the fatty acids of the individual lipid fractions and of the individual PCs, PIs, and PEs have been determined. The position distribution of the fatty acids of the main groups of PLs has been established and a possible molecular composition has been given.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. 1. Individual fractions of phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidylethanolamines, phosphatidylinositols, and the X2 and X3 phospholipids have been obtained from the combined phospholipids, freed from carbohydrates, of the seed kernels of the cotton plant of variety Tashkent-3. 2. The compositions and position distributions of the fatty acids in the main fractions of phospholipids have been studied.  相似文献
