By using the quantum magnetohydrodynamic model, the electrostatic waves in weakly magnetized quantum plasmas are investigated. The electrons are treated as a quantum and magnetized species, while the ions are classical unmagnetized ones. The general dispersion relations are derived. It is shown that, both the high frequency electron waves (Langmuire wave and upper-hybrid wave) and the low frequency ion acoustic wave can propagate when the plasmas are cold.  相似文献

In the up-to-date ray tracing study of electron cyclotron resonance heating (ECRH) of fusion plasmas, energy absorption effect has never been considered into the wave trajectory computation. Thus all the work has been done in real space so far. In this paper we consider coupling of energy absorption to wave trajectory for the first time, and numerically solve the formal complex Hamilton equations in complex space, then take the real-space-projected wave trajectories and group velocities to be the corresponding concrete ones. It is shown that both ordinary wave and extraordinary wave injected from the inner side of the tokamak plasmas approach the electron cyclotron resonance surface step by step and their group velocities become exceedingly small as they move toward this surface. Those clearly show that the resonance between the electron cyclotron waves and the fusion plasmas takes place in the electron cyclotron resonance region, which is just the case the ECRH experimental results and the plasma kinetic theory of waves demonstrate.  相似文献

Recently, Niikura et al. [Nature (London) 421, 826 (2003)] have applied the entanglement approach to exploit the correlation between the electronic and nuclear wave packets. Here, we use the time-dependent-wave-packet method to calculate the kinetic energy distribution of the D+ ion resulting from the recollision between an electron and its parent ion D+2(X2Sigma+g) within the attoseconds time scale. Our theoretical results of the D+ ion kinetic energy spectra accord well with the experimental ones, and the recollision probabilities between the electron and the D+2 molecule have been calculated.  相似文献

Extended fine structure (EFS) of secondary electron (SE) spectra has been detected beyond the high-energy (∼720 and ∼840 eV) LVV Auger lines in iron and nickel. Two mechanisms of its formation are considered: 1) direct transitions of electrons to the final state p according to Fermi’s “golden rule” and 2) second-order processes of auto-ionization type, passing through excitation of a core electron to an intermediate state q of the continuum with subsequent filling of the hole formed during this process by a valence electron and transition of the electron from the intermediate state q to the final state p. Interference of the direct wave with the wave reflected from neighboring atoms generates the EFS both in the final (p) and in the intermediate (q) state with two different periods determined by the wave numbers p and q. Comparison of calculated extended fine structures with the experimentally observed ones leads to the conclusion that the structure is formed by second-order auto-ionization processes. Fiz. Tverd. We present a full-quantum nonperturbative method to study the electron rescattering process in the intense laser-atom interactions. We separate the ionized wave function from the background by solving the time-integral equation. Imposing the incoming boundary condition on the wave function, we reproduce the motion of the rescattering wave packet predicted by the rescattering theory. Our calculated rescattering energies differ significantly from the semiclassical ones. The difference would be substantial for the evaluation of the rescattering induced dynamics such as the molecular dissociation.  相似文献

Single crystals of different compositions in shape memory alloys Ni-Mn-Ga have been studied by electron and low temperature X-ray diffraction as well as by differential scanning calorimetry. It is shown that the cooling-induced martensitic phases are long-periodic ones modulated along the (110) directions by a transverse wave of atomic shifts with 5 and 7 atomic layers periodicity for the alloys studied exhibiting a martensitic transformation at 180 K and 446 K, respectively. The transformation heats appeared to be about 10 times different for both alloys.  相似文献

利用傅里叶红外光谱对正常人,食管癌患者,食管癌术后5个月者的指甲进行了研究。发现他们指甲的红外光谱在频率,强度,峰形等方面均有差异。主要表现在:食管癌患者νs(PO2-)和νas(PO2-)的振动峰均向高波数偏移,术后者回落;癌患者蛋白质C—O基团峰强度增强,术后者峰强度有所减弱,但仍比正常人强;癌患者角蛋白脂质CH2和CH3伸缩振动峰波数有所下降。术后者介于癌患者与正常人之间;食管癌患者角蛋白脂质CH2和CH3弯曲振动峰稍向高波数偏移,术后者恢复至正常人水平;癌患者酰氨Ⅰ带和Ⅱ带都向低波数偏移,术后者介于两者之间。这些差异是应用红外光谱诊断食管癌的基础,表明FTIR光谱在食管癌的早期诊断和快速诊断方面有着十分美好的前景。  相似文献

High energy (8̃.5 keV) asymmetric coplanar (e, 2e) experiments are reported for the ionization of the 2s orbital of neon and 4s orbital of krypton. Corresponding electron momentum distributions are measured, with special emphasis being placed on the high momentum range where nodes and secondary maxima are predicted by Hartree-Fock wave functions. The present experimental results are compared with earlier ones at lower impact energy and with the factorized plane wave impulse approximation (PWIA) prediction. They give further evidence for the adequacy of this approximation at small electron momentum values. At high momenta, considerable improvement of the validity of the PWIA is observed with respect to the lower incident energy results, although ejection energy is smaller. Best agreement between experimental data and PWIA prediction is achieved when the scattering angle matches the Bethe ridge of the Bethe surface. The first minimum and secondary maximum of the electron momentum distribution are then experimentally observed for the first time. Trends are discussed in the measured momentum densities with reference to the scattering parameters.  相似文献

The semimetallic ErSi2 layer grown on Si(111) substrates provides an ideally confined 2D electron and hole gas that reflects in complex standing wave pattern at 77 K. The quasiparticles exist in a wide energy range from -800 to 300 meV without mixing with silicon bulk excitations. By comparing high resolution Fourier transform of dI/dV maps, with joint density of states calculations, we are able to determine the 2D band structure. We also clearly demonstrate that hole-hole and hole-electron quantum interferences dominate over electron-electron ones.  相似文献

We have developed a simple model potential with a hard core and the correct large-r Coulombic behaviour, to describe the interaction of an electron with a closed shell. One has an exact, analytic ground state wave function for this potential. This potential is used to develop two-electron perturbed and unperturbed wave functions, with the correct asymptotic behaviour and cusp conditions. These wave functions allow us to obtain accurate values for the two-electron energies, polarisabilities, hyperpolarisabilities, and dispersion coefficients of alkaline earth sequences. Linear analysis of low frequency obliquely propagating electrostatic waves in a partially spin polarized degenerate magnetized plasma is presented. Using Fourier analysis, a general linear dispersion relation is derived for low frequency electrostatic lower hybrid(LH) wave, ion acoustic(IA) wave and ion cyclotron(IC) wave in the presence of electron spin polarization. It is found that the electron spin polarization gives birth to a new spin-dependent wave(spin electron acoustic wave) in the spectrum of these waves. Further, the electron spin polarization also causes drastic shifts in the frequency spectrum of these waves. These effects would have a strong bearing on wave phenomena in degenerate astrophysical plasmas.  相似文献

The hyperspherical partial wave method (Das [7]) has been presented here in a symmetric form so that effects of coupling among different partial waves may be included in a systematic way. It is also outlined here how to solve the relevant coupled set of radial wave equations numerically. Some preliminary results are presented forS, P andD waves in the low energy domain of 30–50 eV for the incident electron. In this calculation only two important partial waves are included in each channel. The results are compared with experimental ones and appear very encouraging.  相似文献

Scattering factors for ionic crystals with complete electron shells were considered by employing radially deformed atomic wave functions for “crystal ions”. The deformation was taken into account by the scaling method introduced by Mansikka in his earlier work. The correction due to the overlap between the deformed ions in crystals were evaluated by means of the formulae presented in our previous papers. Scattering factors for LiF and NaF crystals were computed and compared with experimental data. The effect of deformation is comparable in magnitude with the overlap ones.  相似文献

针对等离子体隐身技术在航空航天领域的良好应用前景, 开展垂直入射到具有金属衬底的非磁化等离子体中电磁波衰减特性的理论与实验研究. 利用WKB方法对电磁波衰减随等离子体参数的变化规律进行了理论分析. 利用射频电感耦合放电方式产生稳定的大面积等离子体层, 搭建了等离子体反射率弓形测试系统, 进行了电磁波在非磁化等离子体中衰减效应的实验研究. 利用微波相位法和光谱诊断法, 得到不同放电功率下的等离子体电子密度, 其范围为8.17×109–7.61× 1010 cm-3. 本实验获得的等离子体可以使2.7 GHz 和10.1 GHz电磁波分别得到一定的衰减, 且电磁波衰减的理论与实验结果符合较好. 结果表明, 提高等离子体电子密度和覆盖均匀性有利于增强等离子体对电磁波的衰减效果.  相似文献

针对黑障区高速飞行器测控通信研究需求,在激波管设备上开展了Ka波段毫米波与太赫兹波在等离子体中传输特性的实验研究,获得了不同电子密度和碰撞频率的等离子体中传输衰减特性实验数据。采用辅助差分方程的时域有限差分(ADE-FDTD)方法对实验进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果和实验结果有很好的一致性。实验结果和数值模拟结果均表明:太赫兹波信号在相同的实验等离子体中传输衰减比毫米波信号小得多,具有更强的穿透等离子体能力;毫米波与太赫兹波信号在等离子体中传输衰减量随着等离子体电子密度的增加而增加,二者的差值也增加;太赫兹波能够作为解决高密度等离子体中电磁波传输的有效技术手段。  相似文献

Based on the quantum Magnetohydrodynamic (QMHD) model, the obliquely propagation of electrostatic waves in degenerate magnetized quantum plasmas with electron exchange-correlation effects are theoretically investigated. The modified linear dispersion relations of electrostatic waves are obtained and discussed in some specific cases. The analytical results clearly show that the dispersion properties of the high frequency electron waves (including the Langmuir wave and upper-hybrid wave) and the low frequency ion acoustic wave are modified by the quantum effects together with the electron exchange-correlation effects. The numerical results depict that the Langmuir wave and upper-hybrid wave can be unstable in the presence of the electron exchange-correlation effects, and it is also evidently indicated that the electron exchange-correlation effects can reduce the phase velocity of the waves, especially in the high wave number region. The corresponding results should be of relevance for identifying electrostatic fluctuations which transport in an inhomogeneous and magnetized quantum plasmas.  相似文献

We consider a thought experiment, in which a neutrino is produced by an electron on a nucleus in a crystal. The wave function of the oscillating neutrino is calculated assuming that the electron is described by a wave packet. If the electron is relativistic and the spatial size of its wave packet is much larger than the size of the crystal cell, then the wave packet of the produced neutrino has essentially the same size as the wave packet of the electron. We investigate the suppression of neutrino oscillations at large distances caused by two mechanisms: (1) spatial separation of wave packets corresponding to different neutrino masses; (2) neutrino energy dispersion for given neutrino mass eigenstates.
