Abstract  

Using pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (2,5-pdcH2) and Gd2O3, a new three-dimensional (3D) polymeric complex, [Gd(2,5-pdc)(nic)·H2O] n (1) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, in which nic (nicotinate; also named as pyridine-2-carboxylic acid) might have been formed from the 2,5-pdc ligands through the C–C bond cleavage and release of CO2 molecules. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 9.221(9) Å, b = 14.179(14) Å, c = 10.516(10) Å, β = 95.658(14)°, V = 1,368(2) Å3 and Z = 2. 2,5-pdc ligands bridge gadolinium centers to form the three-dimensional framework featuring hexagonal channels along the axis a which are occupied by bridging nic anions and mono-coordinated water molecules. Magnetic properties have been investigated in the range of 2–300 K reveal that t there is very weak antiferromagnetic exchange between the Gd(III) ions (J = −0.017 cm−1).  相似文献

Abstract  

A new Ag(I) complex [AgL]n (HL = 1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-methylene-1H-benzimidazole-1-acetic acid) was synthesized, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra. The X-ray crystal structure of the complex was determined. The complex crystallizes in the Monoclinic system, space group p2(1)/n with a = 10.418(4) ?, b = 8.526(3) ?, c = 14.319(5) ?, β = 105.700(5)°, V = 1224.3(8) ?3, Z = 4. The complex has two-dimensional motif. The complex and free ligand display photoluminescence at room temperature. A quasi-reversible redox couple for the complex is observed.  相似文献

Abstract  

The reaction of [Ni(L)]Cl2·2H2O (L = 3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[14,4,01.18,07.12] docosane) with succinic acid (C4H6O4) yields a 2D hydrogen-bonded polymer with formula [Ni(L)(C4H5O4)2] (1). This polymer complex has been characterized by X-ray crystallography, spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The complex has a center of symmetry. The crystal structure of 1 exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about Ni atom with four nitrogen atoms of the macrocycle and two oxygen atoms of the succinate ligand at the trans position. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system C2/c with a = 14.8203(11), b = 12.3070(8), c = 17.4164(12) ?, β = 107.356(6)°, V = 3032.1(4) ?3, Z = 4. Electronic spectrum of 1 reveals a high-spin octahedral environment. Cyclic voltammetry of 1 undergoes two waves of a one-electron transfer corresponding to NiII/NiIII and NiII/NiI processes.  相似文献

Abstract  

A new heterocyclic carboxylate ligand, 5-(4′-pyridyl)-3-methyl-benzoic acid (Hpmba), was synthesized to construct a Mn(II) coordination polymer, namely [Mn(pmba)2] n (1). Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 17.44(2), b = 17.040(12), c = 8.680(15) ?, β = 111.258(13), V = 2404(5) ?3, and Z = 4. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that complex 1 has a 3D metal-organic supramolecular framework consisting of double helical chains. Magnetic studies for complex 1 show antiferromagnetic coupling between the nearest Mn(II) ions, with g = 2.11 and J = −10.1 cm−1.  相似文献

Abstract  

The reaction of [Ni(L)]Cl2·2H2O (L = 3.14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[14,4,01.18,07.12]docosane) with malonic (H2mal) acid yields a one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ni(L)(mal)2]n (1). The structure was characterized by X-ray crystallography, spectroscopic and magnetic susceptibility. Each nickel(II) ion has a distorted octahedral coordination environment with the four secondary amines of the macrocycle in which two carboxylate anions of the malonate ligand have assembled around each nickel center. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system C2/c with a = 19.487(4), b = 8.4143(12), c = 14.6036(18) ?, β = 102.232(11)°, V = 2340.2(6) ?3, Z = 4. Electronic spectrum of 1 exhibits a high-spin octahedral environment. The magnetic behavior of 1 reveals a weak intramolecular antiferromagnetic interaction with J values of −1.91(1) cm−1.  相似文献

Abstract  The new coordination polymer, [Cd(BIM)2(NO3)2]n, has been prepared from the reaction of bis(imidazol-1-yl) methane (BIM) with Cd(NO3)2 in methanol and water. The compound were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy, it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 14.400(3) ?, b = 9.3894(18) ?, c = 8.6926(17) ?, β = 123.499(2)°, V = 980.1(3) ?3, Z = 2. The Cd atoms are coordinated to four nitrogen atoms from four different BIM ligands and two nitrates to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Further, the BIM ligands act as a bridged ligand to form 1D infinite cationic double chain with a 16-membered macrometallacyclic tetragonal box structure. The new complex with flexible heterocyclic carboxylate ligand, [Ba(HL)2(H2O)3]·H2O (H2L = 1-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-5-thioacetatetetrazole), were synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c. The center Ba(II) is nine-coordinated by six carboxylate oxygen atoms from four HL-ligands and three water molecules in a distorted monocapped square trans-prism geometry. The ligand serves as a bridge to link two adjacent Ba(II) atoms into a chain structure which are further assembled into the final three-dimensional supramolecular architecture with microporous open channel via hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Complex crystallizes in triclinic sp. gr.\(P\bar 1\) with Z = 2. Two carboxylate oxygen atoms in the central phenyl rings from two μ\({u_{{6^ - }}}\)L4– ligands doubly-bridge two Mn(II) ions to form the dinuclear \(M{n_2}{({O_{CO{O^ - }}})_2}\) unit. Each dinuclear \(M{n_2}{({O_{CO{O^ - }}})_2}\) unit links four L4– ligands and each L4–ligand bridges four dinuclear \(M{n_2}{({O_{CO{O^ - }}})_2}\) units to generate a 2D coordination network, which can be rationalized as a binodal (4,4) topological network by considering the dinuclear \(M{n_2}{({O_{CO{O^ - }}})_2}\) units and L4– ligands as 4-connected nodes.  相似文献

用Cu(NO3)2·3H2O和phth(邻苯二甲酸)混合反应得到了配合物Cu(phth)2(H2O)2(1).通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了配合物的晶体结构.配合物为单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群.晶胞参数a=0.83895(17)nm,b=1.4441(3)nm,c=0.70992(14)nm,β=112.14(3)°,V=0.7967(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.792 g/cm3,F(000)=438.0,S=1.100,R1=0.0376,wR2=0.0998.铜原子为四配位,呈畸变正方形构型,通过邻苯二甲酸根的π-π堆积作用形成了一维之字型链,相邻的链之间靠氢键和π-π堆积作用形成三维分子结构.  相似文献
