The reaction of 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-iminocoumarins with aromatic aldehydes has been studied. The condensation products 7-aryl-7H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines or 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)coumarins are formed depending on the nature of the substituent in the starting 2-iminocoumarin and aldehyde. In DMF medium, 7-aryl-7H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines isomerize to the corresponding 7-aryl-14H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines. The effect of the substituent on the isomerization process has been studied and the reaction mechanisms are discussed. 相似文献

We have established that when 5-chloro-6-[cyano(2,3-dihydro-1-R-benzo[d]azol-2-yl)methyl]-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles are reacted with nucleophilic reagents (aliphatic and aromatic amines, hydrogen sulfide), annelation of the five-membered ring occurs on the [b] face of the pyrazine with formation of 6-amino-7-hetaryl-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles and 6-amino-7-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile respectively. Further heating with excess of acylating reagent leads to formation of a novel heterocyclic system 1H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrazino[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrimidine. Reaction of vicinal dinitriles with hydrazine hydrate leads to the novel system 1H-pyrrolo[2',3':5,6]pyrazino[2,3-d]pyridazine. 相似文献

By reaction of 6-dimethylamino-5-oxo-2-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinazoline with hydrazine, phenylhydrazine, 4-bromo-, 4-chlorophenylhydrazines, and also reaction of 6-dimethylaminomethylene-5-oxo-2-(4-pyridyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinazoline with hydrazine, 4-methoxy- and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazines, we have obtained the corresponding 7-phenyl(4-pyridyl)-substituted 1H(2H)- or 1-aryl-4,5-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-f]quinazolines. Methylation of 7-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1(2H)-pyrazolo[3,4-f]quinazoline by methyl iodide led to its 2-methyl derivative. 相似文献

Bromination of 1-oxo(imino, amino)benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines gave the corresponding 2-bromo derivatives. Acylation using the Vilsmeier complex in acetic anhydride gave the N-formyl and N-acetyl derivatives. The reaction of the amine with the Vilsmeier complex, acetyl acetone, ethyl acetoacetate, and 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran occurs at the amino group. 相似文献

Derivatives of a new heterocyclic system - benz[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrido[3',2';4,5]thieno[2,3-e]pyrimidine have been obtained by successive reactions in three stages - alkylation of 3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones with 2-chloromethylbenzylimidazole to give 2-benzimidazolylmethylthio-3-cyanopyridines, closing the thiophene ring in the latter to form 3-amino-2-(benzimidazolyl-2)thieno[2,3-b]pyridines, and cyclization of the pyrimidine ring by acylation with carboxylic acid anhydrides or chlorides. 相似文献

Reaction of 2-alkylthio-6-aminopyrimidin-4(3H)-ones with ethyl bromopyruvate to give ethyl 2-alkyl-thio-4-aminofuro[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylates has been shown to proceed under neutral or acidic conditions. The obtained furo[2,3-d]pyrimidines underwent further cyclocondensation reaction with ethyl bromopyruvate to afford diethyl 5-alkylthiofuro[3,2-e]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine-2,9-dicarboxy-lates.

1-[4-Aminoarylpyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-5-yl]pyridinium chlorides undergo cyclization under reflux in tert-butanol in the presence of an excess of potassium tert-butoxide to form tetracyclic derivatives of pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrido[1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[4,5-d]pyridine. Abstract New imidazo[4,5-a]acridone derivatives were synthesized from the rearrangement of 3H-imidazo[4′,5′:3,4]benzo[c]isoxazoles. New imidazo[4,5-a]acridines were obtained from the reaction of imidazo[4,5-a]acridones in boiling POCl3. All of these compounds exhibited antimicrobial activities comparable to streptomycin as reference drug.

Methods for the synthesis of substituted pyrimido [4,5-a]- and pyrido[4,3-a]carbazoles were proposed. Condensation of 2-(dimethylaminomethylene)-6-methyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-carbazol-1-one with guanidine and thiourea afforded 2-amino-8-methyl-6,11-dihydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-a]carbazole and 8-methyl-3,5,6,11-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[4,5-a]carbazole-2-thione, respectively. The reaction of cyano(6-methyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ylidene)acetamide with dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal gave N-(dimethylamino-methylene)cyano(6-methyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ylidene)acetamide. The reaction of 3,7-dichlorobisisothiazolo[4,5-b:4",5"-e]pyrazine with MeONa in MeOH afforded 3-chloro-5,6-dimethoxyisothiazolo[4,5-b]pyrazine. The reactions of the former with benzylamine, morpholine, and aniline gave rise to the corresponding N,N"-bis(5-amino-3-chloroisothiazol-4-yl)diazenes. In the case of benzylamine, 3,7-bis(benzylamino)bisisothiazolo[4,5-b:4",5"-e]pyrazine was isolated as a by-product. The crystal structure of N,N"-bis(5-benzylamino-3-chloroisothiazol-4-yl)diazene was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. 相似文献

On chlorination of 4,11-dimethoxynaphtho[2,3-f]indole-5,10-dione with sulfuryl chloride in chloroform, its mono-, di-, and trichloro derivatives are formed depending on
the conditions. Hydrolysis of the di- and trichloro derivatives gives a new polycondensed derivative of isatin, 4,11-dimethoxynaphtho-[2,3-f]isatin-5,10-dione. Its demethylation occurs effectively on extended heating with HBr in acetic acid and leads to 4,11-dihydroxynaphtho[2,3-f]isatin-5,10-dione (4,11-di-hydroxynaphtho[2,3-f]indole-2,3,5,10-tetraone).

Summary The treatment of a mixture of linearly and angularly annelated 2-substituted oxazolo[4,5-f]quinolones (5a–c) and oxazolo[5,4-g]quinolones (6a–c) and similarly the treatment of 2-substituted oxazolo[5,4-f]quinolones (7a–c) and oxazolo[4,5-g]quinolones (8b,c) with POCl3 afforded substituted 4-chlorooxazolo[4,5-f]quinolines (9a–c) and 2-substituted 4-chlorooxazolo[5,4-f]quinolines (10b,c), respectively. The reactions of β-naphthol with 5-diazoimidazoles and imidazolyl-5-diazonium salts containing chemically different carboxamide
groups in position 4 were studied. Heterocyclization of 4-arylcarbamoyl-5-(2-hydroxynaphthylazo)imidazoles formed in these
reactions was investigated. The presence of the NH fragment in the amide group prevents this process, the reaction giving
instead 3-substituted 3,7-dihydroimidazo[4,5-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-ones, which is due to reversibility of C-azo coupling. Methods for modification of 1-ethoxycarbonyl group in the naphtho[2,1-e]imidazo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine system were developed and used to prepare substituted carboxamides inaccessible by other routes.
