The (p, p′) reaction on 89Y at incident energies of 20.51 MeV and 14.33 MeV and on 87Rb at 20.89 MeV has been studied. In 89Y 28 levels with Eex between 2 and 4.2 MeV and 79 levels with Eex between 4.2 and 6 MeV have been identified. In 87Rb 45 levels with Eex up to 4.2 MeV have been found. Transferred orbital angular momenta and deformation parameters have been deduced from a macroscopic DWBA analysis of the differential cross sections. The experimental results are not consistent with the interpretation of states in 89Y and 87Rb as resulting from the weak-coupling of a proton or proton-hole to excited states of the 88Sr core. Simple shell model arguments are able to yield at least a qualitative agreement with the level scheme as found for 89Y.  相似文献

Absolute strength measurements have been performed for the Ep = 580 and 588 keV 32S(p,γ)33Cl, Ep = 1214keV34S(p,γ)35Cl and Ep = 633 and 744 keV27Al(p,γ)28Si resonances with a Ge(Li) detector. Results are discussed with regard to the decay of isobaric analog resonances in 35Cl and 37Cl.  相似文献

The 86Kr(t, p)88Kr has been used to measure the previously unknown 88Kr level spectrum. Comparison of the proton angular distributions to DWBA predictions leads to Jπ assignments for many observed levels.  相似文献

The reaction 86Kr(α, n) with Eα = 12?16 MeV was used to populate excited states in 89Sr. The de-excitation of these states was studied by in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy. DSA lifetime measurements were performed using a solid gas target. A number of new high-spin states was found, and lifetimes of ten states were obtained. Some of the states are discussed within the framework of a particle-anharmonic vibrator model.  相似文献

The cross section for the reaction 84Sr(p, p0)84Sr has been measured for proton energies in the range Ep = 4.18?6.73 MeV. Resonance parameters were determined for 15 isobaric analogue resonances. Spectroscopic factors calculated for the analogues by means of the R-matrix theory and the Green function method are compared with Spectroscopic factors determined from the 84Sr(d, p)85Sr reaction. Angular distributions were measured at Ep = 7 and 12 MeV in order to obtain optical model parameters.  相似文献

The excited states of 142Nd were studied by means of the decay of 40 sec 142Pm and the 142Nd(p, p') reaction via isobaric analog resonances. Approximately sixty levels of 142Nd were observed below 5.3 MeV excitation, including several neutron particle-hole states excited strongly in (p, p') at f72, p32, p12 and f52 analog resonances. We have collected together all known energy levels in 142Nd and have proposed Jπ assignments for 22 excited states. We have also compared the experimental level spectrum (positive-parity states only) with a calculated one based on the shell model.  相似文献

The low cross sections in the diffraction minima of elastic proton scattering at 12.5 MeV incident energy and far backward scattering angles for target nuclei with mass numbers A of about 90 were used to investigate compound nucleus effects in the framework of the statistical model. In the case of 90Zr(p, p′) energy averaged T< fluctuations are observed, while in the case of 88Sr(p, p0) resolved structures with a coherence width of Γ = 22 keV are found, which is assumed to be the coherence width Γ> of overlapping T> states.  相似文献

The 112Sn(p, p') reaction was studied at proton energies of 20.51 and 25.0 MeV. The outgoing protons were momentum analysed with an Enge split-pole spectrograph and recorded with position-sensitive solid-state detectors with a total resolution between 10 and 15 keV. Excitation energies and angular distributions for states below 5.5 MeV excitation energy were obtained. The angular distributions were compared with macroscopic DWBA calculations in order to extract L-values and deformation parameters. Coupled-channels calculations were performed to investigate two-phonon excitations and the mixing between one- and two-phonon states. The results of the present experiment are compared with previous experimental results and with number-projected BCS calculations. The results for some of the excited states were compared with similar results for the other even Sn isotopes.  相似文献

Resonances in the 50Cr(p, p′γ) reaction were investigated with the TUNL high resolution system. All previously observed p-wave resonances between Ep = 2.00 and 3.03 MeV were studied. Measurement of the p' and the γ-ray angular distributions provides sufficient information to determine unambiguously the J-value of the resonance and the magnitude and relative phase of the inelastic decay amplitudes. Expressions are given for the appropriate angular distributions and for the transformation between the channel spin and the total angular momentum representation. Experimental results are presented for 24 p-wave resonances in 51Mn including decay amplitudes and relative phases for 1632? resonances. Six resonances formerly assigned 12? are reassigned 32?. Inelastic spectroscopic factors were determined for two analogue states. Proton strength functions were evaluated from both the elastic and inelastic data.  相似文献

Low-lying states in 83Se have been studied through proton-induced isobaric analog resonance (IAR) reactions. Excitation functions for elastic and inelastic proton scattering were measured in the bombarding energy range 4.5– to 7.7 MeV. Angular distributions of proton inelastic scattering cross sections for the reaction 82Se(p, p')82Se(0.655 MeV 2+) and angular correlations of the inelastic protons and the associated 2+-0+ de-excitation γ-rays were measured on observed resonance peaks. In the analysis for the inelastic scattering, direct reaction contributions to the IAR were taken into account. Correlations between the low-lying states in 83Se and the excited 2+ core state are discussed.  相似文献

The88Sr(d, n~p)88Sr cross section has been measured at 170 ° for deuteron energies from 7.5 to 10.0 MeV, and the total88Sr(d, n~p) cross section obtained. The total cross section is compared with results of coupled-channel Born approximation calculations using both empirical and shell-model-reaction-theory form factors to describe the decaying isobaric analog state. It is shown also that the new data and calculations are consistent with earlier88Sr(d, p)89Sr data.  相似文献

Angular distributions from the (p, π±) reactions have been measured at 200 MeV on 12C and 13C leading to discrete final states in the residual nuclei. A comparison of the cross sections is made between transitions to isobaric analog and non analog final states. Differences between the (p, π+) and (p, π?) reactions are found in the shape and magnitude of the differential cross section as well as in the energy variation.  相似文献

Eight resonances have been observed in the 52Cr(p, γ)53Mn reaction between Ep = 0.90 and 1.03 MeV. Gamma-ray spectra have been accumulated at four of the resonances. Spin assignments have been made to the resonant states on the basis of the measured angular distributions of primary γ-rays. Excitation energies and γ-ray branching ratios have been determined for 36 levels between 2.0 and 5.6 MeV. Mean lives for nine of the states have been extracted by the Doppler shift attenuation method.  相似文献

The yield of γ-rays from the reaction 46Ti(p, γ)47V has been measured as a function of bombarding energy over the range 0.72–3.00 MeV, from 47Ti(p, γ)48V over the range 0.74–3.50 MeV, and from 48Ti(p, γ)49V over the range 0.72–4.40 MeV. The yields of γ-rays following (p, p') reactions on all three targets were also measured and (p, p') cross sections were deduced for the first excited state proton groups for 46Ti and 48Ti and for the first ten proton groups for 47Ti. The yield of neutrons from the reaction 47Ti(p, n)47V has been measured over the range from threshold to 4.40 MeV. All these data are compared with statistical-model calculations, and good agreement is achieved. Thermonuclear reaction rates for the (p, γ) and (p, n) reactions are calculated for the temperature range 5 × 108–1010 K which includes the range of temperatures of interest in nucleosysnthesis calculations.  相似文献

Resonances in the reaction 56Fe(p, γ)57Co have been surveyed over the energy range 1.2 ? Ep ? 1.5 MeV wherein the analogues of the ground state (Jπ = 12?, 0.014 MeV state (Jπ = 32?) and 0.136 MeV state (Jπ = 52?) of 57Fe are expected to occur. Gamma-ray angular distributions have been used to establish resonance and bound-state spins, and decay schemes have been determined. The analogue resonances appear to be severely fragmented, however the density of resonances of a given spin correlates quite well with (3He, d) results and with the expected analogue-state positions.  相似文献

35Cl states at excitation energies between 9.9 and 11.8 MeV have been identified through sharp resonances in the 31P(α, po)34S excitation functions at 25°, 105° and 155° for Eα = 3.25–5.50 MeV. Forty-eight on-resonance angular distributions, normalized to an absolute cross section scale, have been subjected to single-level and two-level analyses resulting in spin and parity assignments for each resonance. Approximately half the resonances were of the pure single-state type, having unique angular distribution shapes. Data from 12 resonances of an earlier experiment 1) were analyzed with the same theory, extending the diagnostics down to a 35Cl excitation energy of 9.1 MeV. A set of optical potentials consistent in all four reactions that this experimental program encompasses has been incorporated in the present analysis. Validity of the optical potential is demonstrated for α-particles elastically scattered by 31P.  相似文献

The angular distributions for the 89Y(p, t), (p, τ), and (d, α) reactions are compared to DWBA predictions and to the data for the 90Zr(p, t) and (d, α) reactions. Several new spins are assigned to levels of 87Y. A weak coupling model is tested by the comparison between the reactions on 89Y and 90Zr, and found to fail. The (d, α) reaction is found to populate strongly levels at excitation energies of 2.70 MeV and 3.07 MeV in 87Sr, corresponding roughly in Q-value and strength to states formed in ths 88Sr(d, α)86Rb reaction.  相似文献

The resonant scattering of bremsstrahlung γ-rays by a SrCO3 target has been studied for γ-ray energies of 5–11 MeV. Six γ-transitions of energies between 6–8 MeV, which indicate six resonant states in 88Sr, were observed. The relative intensities of the resonantly scattered γ-rays at 125 and 150° were found to be compatible only with the assignment of spin 1 to the six states. Radiative widths of the resonant states were deduced. The possibility that these states are components of the giant M1 resonance in 88Sr is discussed.  相似文献

The 51V(p, n)51Cr reaction has been studied at Ep = 160 MeV using the Indiana University beam-swinger facility. Data have been obtained at several angles up to θL = 20°. The 0° spectrum is used to obtain a ΔL = 0 response function from which Gamow-Teller strength is derived. A shell-model calculation of the GT strength distribution is presented and compared with the experimental results. The M1 strength is also calculated and compared with available results from (e, e') and (p, p') experiments. A comparison is made with other N = 28 nuclei. Effects of a truncated shell-model space are presented.  相似文献
