3,4-Diaryl-2,5-dihydropyrrole with multiphotochromophore units la was synthesized and its photochromic properties were investigated. It showed that all photochromophore units underwent reversible ring-opening (1a) and ring-closing (1b) photoisomerization reactions in both solution and polymer film with UV/Vis light irradiation, and photochromic properties of la were similar to those of photochromic diarylethene with monophotochromophore 2a. It was found that the optical density of lb was increased linearly with increase of the photochromophore units by comparison with that of 2b in the same condition. It was also found that no significant changes in absorption band and response time between diarylethenes with multiphotochromophores and monophotochromophore were detected in the same condition. 相似文献

Crystals of a diarylethene with a perfluorocyclohexene ring exhibit a remarkable photosalient effect upon UV light irradiation that is attributed to the structural changes that occur when going from open‐ to closed‐ring isomers in the crystalline state, together with the existence of two conformers with different photoconversions compared with those of a perfluorocyclopentene derivative. Our current results give a design principle for molecular structures so as to achieve the photosalient effect for photochromic crystals. 相似文献

Nucleoside-based diarylethenes are emerging as an especial class of photochromic compounds that have potential applications in regulating biological systems using noninvasive light with high spatio-temporal resolution. However, relevant microscopic photochromic mechanisms at atomic level of these novel diarylethenes remain to be explored. Herein, we have employed static electronic structure calculations (MS-CASPT2//M06-2X, MS-CASPT2//SA-CASSCF) in combination with non-adiabatic dynamics simulations to explore the related photoinduced ring-closing reaction of a typical nucleoside-based diarylethene photoswitch, namely, PS-IV. Upon excitation with UV light, the open form PS-IV can be excited to a spectroscopically bright S1 state. After that, the molecule relaxes to the conical intersection region within 150 fs according to the barrierless relaxed scan of the C1–C6 bond, which is followed by an immediate deactivation to the ground state. The conical intersection structure is very similar to the ground state transition state structure which connects the open and closed forms of PS-IV, and therefore plays a crucial role in the photochromism of PS-IV. Besides, after analyzing the hopping structures, we conclude that the ring closing reaction cannot complete in the S1 state alone since all the C1–C6 distances of the hopping structures are larger than 2.00 Å. Once hopping to the ground state, the molecules either return to the original open form of PS-IV or produce the closed form of PS-IV within 100 fs, and the ring closing quantum yield is estimated to be 56%. Our present work not only elucidates the ultrafast photoinduced pericyclic reaction of the nucleoside-based diarylethene PS-IV, but can also be helpful for the future design of novel nucleoside-based diarylethenes with better performance. 相似文献

Control of surface wettability is very important, and can be realized by controlling surface chemistry or microstructures. Compared with surface chemistry, smart control of surface microstructure is more difficult. Recently, shape memory polymers (SMPs) have advanced to allow control of the surface microstructure and wettability, and thus, demonstrate excellent controllability and many novel functions. In this Minireview, recent achievements in wetting control on SMP surfaces with general hydrophobic, superhydrophobic, superomniphobic and superslippery properties are presented. Particular attention is paid to superhydrophobic surfaces, which display many novel functions, such as switchable isotropic/anisotropic wetting and reprogrammable gradient wetting. Furthermore, a new strategy that combines responsive molecules with the SMP microstructure is also described; this can be used to realize precise wetting control based on coordinated regulation of both surface microstructure and chemistry. 相似文献

采用St(o)ber方法,通过调节反应温度及乙醇和水的体积,合成了不同粒径的二氧化硅纳米粒子.以合成的粒径为20nm的二氧化硅纳米粒子为原料,采用简单、方便的喷涂方法在玻璃片上构筑了纳米粒子涂层.在550℃煅烧二氧化硅纳米粒子涂层,增强了二氧化硅纳米粒子在玻璃片上的附着力.用1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷修饰之后,二氧化硅纳米粒子涂层的表面润湿性由亲水性转变为疏水性.通过喷涂法制备的二氧化硅纳米粒子涂层具有减反增透效果,当二氧化硅纳米粒子质量分数为0.48%、循环喷涂沉积数为3时,涂层在可见光范围内的最大透光率可达95.5%.用扫描电子显微镜观测涂层表面形貌发现,喷涂法制备的涂层是均匀的、可控的.喷涂技术构筑纳米粒子涂层具有简单快速、可大面积应用等优点. 相似文献

Summary: With the proper selection of shear and thermal conditions, super‐hydrophobic polymeric surfaces (contact angle > 150°) with tunable sliding angles (from less than 1° to higher than 90°) can be prepared from pure isotactic poly(propylene) (iPP) without any further modification with low‐surface‐energy components under ambient atmosphere. The formed surfaces have naturally good thermal properties, chemical and moisture resistance, low density, and potentially low manufacturing cost.

以铝片为基底, 经电化学腐蚀和沸水处理制备了多级微纳米结构; 通过气相沉积和涂油分别制备了超疏水表面、 疏水超润滑(slippery)表面和亲水slippery表面; 探究了表面不同的特殊浸润性(超亲水、 超疏水、 疏水slippery和亲水slippery)对液滴凝结的影响. 结果表明, 超亲水表面的液滴凝结属于膜状冷凝, 超疏水表面和slippery表面的液滴凝结均属于滴状冷凝. 超疏水表面液滴合并时, 合并的液滴会不定向弹离表面. 疏水slippery表面和亲水slippery表面由于表面浸润性的不同导致液滴成核密度和液滴合并的差异, 亲水slippery表面凝结液滴的最大体积远大于疏水slippery表面凝结液滴的最大体积. 4种表面的雾气收集效率由大到小依次为亲水slippery表面>疏水slippery表面>超亲水表面>超疏水表面. 相似文献

Synthetic substrates with defined chemical and structural characteristics may potentially be prepared to mimic the living ECM to regulate cell adhesion and growth. Hydrogels with cell‐adhesive peptides (0.28 ± 0.03 nmol peptide · cm?2, TTA‐R‐0.5; and 0.91 ± 0.12 nmol peptide · cm?2, TTA‐R‐2.0) and/or micro‐scaled topographical patterns (10, 25, and 80 µm grooves) are prepared using enzymatic polymerization. The adherent morphology and proliferation of C2C12 skeletal myoblasts and human aortic smooth muscle cells (hAoSM) on the hydrogels are studied. The newly developed hydrogels may be useful in investigating the roles of cell adhesion and substrate surface properties in the communication of adherent cells with the ECM.

The bioinspired leaf‐like super‐hydrophobic surfaces on aluminum alloy were fabricated by means of a facile method using anodic oxidation. The surface morphologies, compositions, and wettability were investigated with SEM, XPS, and contact angle measurement, respectively. The SEM showed hierarchical microstructures and nanostructures, the static contact angle was about 167.7 ± 1.2°, and sliding angle was 5°. The super‐hydrophobic phenomenon of the prepared surface was analyzed with Cassie theory, and it is found that only about 3% of the water surface is contacted with the metal substrate and the remaining 97% is contacted with the air cushion. Reported here is a protocol to fabricate a biocatalyst with high enzyme loading and activity retention, from the conjugation of electrospun nanofibrous membrane having biomimetic phospholipid moiety and lipase. To improve the catalytic efficiency and activity of the immobilized enzyme, poly(acrylonitrile-co-2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine)s(PANCMPCs) were, respectively, electrospun into nanofibrous membranes with a mean diameter of 90 nm, as a support for enzyme immobilization. Lipase from Candida rugosa was immobilized on these nanofibrous membranes by adsorption. Properties of immobilized lipase on PANCMPC nanofibrous membranes were compared with those of the lipase immobilized on the polyacrylonitrile(PAN) nanofibrous and sheet membranes, respectively. Effective enzyme loading on the nanofibrous membranes was achieved up to 22.0 mg/g, which was over 10 times that on the sheet membrane. The activity retention of immobilized lipase increased from 56.4% to 76.8% with an increase in phospholipid moiety from 0 to 9.6%(molar fraction) in the nanofibrous membrane. Kinetic parameter Km was also determined for free and immobilized lipase. The Km value of the immobilized lipase on the nanofibrous membrane was obviously lower than that on the sheet membrane. The optimum pH was 7.7 for free lipase, but shifted to 8.3-8.5 for immobilized lipases. The optimum temperature was determined to be 35 ℃ for the free enzyme, but 42-44℃ for the immobilized ones, respectively. In addition, the thermal stability, reusability, and storage stability of the immobilized lipase were obviously improved compared to the free one. 相似文献

选择不同生长期小麦叶片,利用座滴法研究了非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100在小麦叶片表面接触角,考察浓度对接触角、粘附张力、固-液界面张力及润湿状态的影响。研究表明,在低浓度下,表面活性剂分子在气-液界面吸附量(ΓLV)和固-液界面吸附量(Γ'SL)相似,但吸附量较少形成了不饱和吸附层,接触角保持不变,其润湿状态为Cassie-Baxter状态;当浓度进一步增加,液滴突破叶片表面三维立体结构中存在的钉扎效应,取代空气层而处于Wenzel状态,接触角陡降,同时Γ'SL/ΓLV远大于1;当浓度超过临界胶束浓度(CMC)时,表面活性剂分子在气-液界面和固-液界面形成饱和吸附层,并产生毛细管效应,使溶液在小麦叶片三维立体结构中产生半渗透过程,此时接触角保持不变。 相似文献
