A series of novel selenochroman-4-one derivatives bearing semicarbazone or nitrogen heterocycle was designed, synthesized, tested antifungal activity and characterized via 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and HRMS. The design of the compounds is based on the principle of molecule hybrid and bioisosterism. We aimed at attaching semicarbazones or nitrogen heterocycle to the selenochroman-4-one for enhancing antifungal activity. The antifungal activity of target compounds was evaluated using the microdilution broth method in vitro test. Bioassay results indicated that some of the derivatives displayed good fungistatic activity on Candida zeylanoides, Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, resistant to fluconazole strain 103 (Candida albicans), resistant to fluconazole strain 100 (Candida albicans) and strain SC5314 (Candida albicans). All the compounds exhibit antifungal activities against the tested funguses in different levels, among them, 7 compounds of antifungal activity against several funguses is better than that of the control drug fluconazole. Based on the results, preliminary structure activity relationships (SARs) were summarized to serve as a foundation for further investigation.  相似文献

A capability was studied of hydrogenated α-pyrone heterocycle in 7-methoxy-4-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one to undergo aminolysis under the treatment with hydrazine hydrate, primary and secondary aliphatic and aromatic amines. A new approach was developed to the preparation of perihydroxyketone of naphthalene series containing a specific functional substituent in the ortho-position with respect to hydroxy group. The effect was revealed of an acetyl group in the position 9 of 7-methoxy-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one on the reaction of this compound with aliphatic amines and hydrazine hydrate. 9-Methoxy-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-3H-benzo[de]pyrido[3,2,1-if]cinnolin-3-one [9-methyl-6-methoxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-10,10a-diazapyren-1-one] was obtained, a new bis-peri-fused heteroaromatic system.  相似文献

p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arenes substituted at the lower rim by acetic acid hydrazide residues reacted with methoxy(ethoxy)acridine and fluoren-9-one derivatives to give a series of calixarenes containing N′-fluorenylidene- and N′-acridinylacetohydrazide residues. It was found that modification of the hydrazide moiety does not affect the conformation of the initial macroring and that it can lead in some cases to unsymmetrically substituted calixarenes.  相似文献

The microwave spectrum of 5-methyl-1,3-dioxane was studied in the frequency range 12–35 GHz. The a and c type rotation transitions with J≤30 were identified. The rotational constants A = 4658.5244(33) MHz, B = 2383.3930(12) MHz, and C = 1724.28907(88) MHz and the quartic constants of the centrifugal distortion of the molecule in the ground vibrational state were determined. The components of the dipole moment were found, μ a = 1.76 ± 0.01 D and μ c = 1.10 ± 0.01 D; the net dipole moment of the molecule is μ = 2.08 ± 0.01 D. 5-Methyl-1,3-dioxane was calculated by the B3PW91/aug-cc-pVDZ density functional theory method. The calculated data are compared with the experimental data. The most stable conformation is the chair conformation with an equatorial orientation of the methyl group.  相似文献

The Kabachnik—Fields methylphosphorylation of 1,3-diaminopropan-2-ol affords a mixture of 1,3-diamino-2-hydroxypropane-N,N,N′,N′-tetrakismethylphosphonic acid and its intramolecular cyclic ester. Subsequent heating of this mixture led to the thermal dehydration of the acid with the 1,4,2-oxazaphosphorinane ring closure and the formation of 6-[N,N-bis(dihydroxyphosphorylmethyl)amino]methyl-2-hydroxy-2-oxido-1,4,2-oxazaphosphorinane4-methylphosphonic acid. A predominant chair conformation of the formed six-membered heterocycle was inferred from the data of 2D homonuclear (1H, 1H; J-resolved) and heteronuclear (1H, 13C; HSQC, HMBC) NMR correlation spectra.  相似文献

The aim of the work is synthesis of some novel azo dye from 1,2-dihydro-4-hydroxy-2-oxoquinoline-6-sulfonic acid (3), 4-hydroxy-6-methoxyquinolin-2(1H)-one (4), and 4-hydroxy-6-nitroquinolin-2(1H)-one (5). The prepared compounds were screened for antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and antifungal activity against Candida sp., Aspergillus multi and Aspergillus niger. The structure of newly compounds was characterized by 1H-NMR, IR and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The mechanism of complexation of the protonated lincomycin molecule with para-substituted nitrobenzenes in the gas phase is analyzed by quantum chemical methods. The regioselectivity of lincomycin protonation is treated in a B3LYP/6-31G(d′, p) approximation; the geometrical structure and conformation of the molecule are analyzed. The lincomycin molecule is protonated at the nitrogen atom of the pyrrolidine cycle. In stable conformers, a pseudovoid is formed and stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The cross section of the pseudovoid (1.77–2.62 Å) is too small for the protonated lincomycin molecule to participate in host guest complexation with organic compounds. According to B3LYP/6-31G(d′, p) calculations, complexation of the protonated lincomycin molecule with nitrobenzenes occurs through hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

New 1,2-dihetarylethene containing two 6-acetyl-2-methylbenzo[b]thiophene moieties linked by the cyclopentene bridge was synthesized. In a toluene solution, this compound exhibits photochromic properties. The X-ray diffraction study showed that the crystal structure also has properties characteristic of photochromic compounds, viz., the anti-parallel conformation of the molecule and the distance between the reaction centers equal to 3.729 Å.  相似文献

An X-ray diffraction study of 2-methoxy-4-pyrrolidinyl-6-trinitromethyl-1,3,5-triazine was carried out. The crystals are triclinic; C9H11N7O7; M = 329.25; a = 8.536(1) Å, b = 9.378(2) Å, c = 9.7401(8) Å; α = 79.13(1)°, β = 73.974(8)°; γ = 72.76(1)°; V = 710.8(2) Å3, d c = 1.54 g/cm3, Z = 2, space group P1ˉ. The molecule on the whole is planar, except the pyrrolidine ring, which has a twist conformation. No significant π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds of C-H⋯N or C-H⋯O type were found in the crystal, and the molecule packing is stabilized only due to van der Waals interactions. One-step three-component cyclocondensation of 2,6-disubstituted pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and some aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes on heating or under microwave irradiation afforded new functionally substituted 5,8-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones. Conventional heating was found to be more advantageous. The effects of the 2-substituent in the initial pyrimidin-4(3H)-one and the nature of the dicarbonyl component on the product structure and yield were analyzed.  相似文献

The reactions of perfluorobiacetyl with N-(4-ethoxyphenyl)- and N-methylurea afforded cis- and trans-isomers of 1-methyl-4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)imidazolidin-2-one and 1-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)imidazolidin-2-one in a yield of ~60—75%. N-Alkyl(aryl)bis(trifluoromethyl)imidazooxazoles were obtained as unexpected products in the reaction of 1-alkyl(aryl)-4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)imidazolidin-2-ones with urea in dimethylacetamide. The reaction is accompanied by the rearrangement of imidazolidin-2-ones to N-alkyl(aryl)-5,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)hydantoins with CF3 group migration from position 5 to position 4 of the starting heterocycle. A similar rearrangement is observed on boiling of the studied imidazolidin-2-ones in dimethylacetamide. The molecular structures of 3-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-5,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)imidazolidine-2,4-dione and 6-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-3a,6a-bis(trifluoromethyl)tetrahydroimidazo[4,5-d]oxazole-2,5-dione were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A new compound, (dibenzo-18-crown-6)ammonium bromide tetrahydrofuran solvate [NH4(Db18C6)]+ · Br? · THF (I), is synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of compound I are triclinic: a = 8.848 Å, b = 9.696 Å, c = 16.023 Å, α = 73.75°, β = 86.93°, γ = 78.06°, Z = 2, space group P \(\bar 1\). The structure of compound I is solved by a direct method and refined by full-matrix least squares in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.095 by 5624 independent reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, γMoK α). The Db18C6 molecule in structure I has a butterfly conformation with approximate symmetry C 2v . The NH 4 + cation where three disordered H atoms form hydrogen bonds with all six O atoms of the Db18C6 molecule is situated in the center of the cavity of the eighteen-membered macrocycle of the Db18C6 molecule. One ordered H atom of the NH 4 + cation forms a strong hydrogen bond with the Br? anion.  相似文献

The microwave spectrum of 4-methyl-1,3-dioxane is studied in a frequency range from 16 GHz to 40 GHz. The rotational transitions of a-, b-, and c-types with J ≤ 57 are identified. The rotational constants (MHz) A = 4802.335(2), B = 2376.163(1), C = 1738.852(1) and the quartic constants of the centrifugal distortion are found for the ground vibrational state of the molecule. The components of the dipole moment (D) μ a = 0.73(1), μb = 1.32(1), μc = 1.36(1) and the total dipole moment μ = 2.03(1) are determined. Crystal and molecular structure of (2β,3β,14α,20R,5′R)-14,20-dihydroxy-20-(3′-isopropylisoxazolin-5′-yl)-2,3-isopropylidenedioxy-5β-pregn-7-en-6-one and (2β,3β,14α,20R,5′R)-20-hydroxy-20-(3′-methylisoxazolin-5′-yl)-14-trimethylsilyloxy-2,3-isopropylidenedioxy-5β-pregn-7-en-6-one was investigated by XRD analysis. Compounds crystallize in the orthorhombic [space group P212121; a 1.751(2), b 12.146(2), c 19.660(4) Å] and hexagonal [space group P61; a 14.138(3), b 14.138(3), c 27.597(7) Å] crystal systems, respectively. These compounds, which resulted from the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of isobutyronitrile oxide or acetonitrile oxide to the corresponding steroid olefin, have 5′R-stereochemistry of the formed chiral center. The conformation of the side chain of molecules is stable due to the intramolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A series of penta-1,4-dien-3-one containing a benzotriazin-4(3H)-one moiety were prepared and evaluated for their antibacterial and antiviral activities. Bioassays indicated that some compounds exhibited good antibacterial and antiviral activities. Among them, the EC50 values of compound 6d against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri and compound 6l against Ralstonia solanacearum were, respectively, 22.45 and 34.77 μg/mL, which were better than that of thiodiazole copper (51.35 and 87.26 μg/mL, respectively). Meanwhile, some title compounds were found to show remarkable antiviral activities against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). These results indicated that penta-1,4-dien-3-one derivatives containing benzotriazin-4(3H)-one moiety could play significant roles in searching for novel agrochemicals.  相似文献

1-Benzoyl-2-phenylacetylene reacted with N-(carbamimidoyl)thiourea in glacial acetic acid saturated with 20% HBr to give (4,6-diphenyl-2H-1,3-thazin-2-ylidene)guanidine hydrobromide. The reaction of the same compounds in anhydrous ethanol in the presence of sodium ethoxide led to the formation of N-(4,6-diphenylpyrimidin-2-yl)thiourea. Bis(3-oxo-1,3-diphenylprop-1-en-1-yl) sulfide and 1-benzoyl-2-ethylsulfanyl-2-phenylethylene were isolated in the reactions of 1-benzoyl-2-phenylacetylene with N-(carbamimidoyl)thiourea and N-(carbamimidoyl)-S-ethylisothiuronium bromide, respectively, in anhydrous methanol.  相似文献

Phosphonomethyl substituted 2?,3?-Dideoxy-3?-C-hydroxymethylcytidines have been synthesized and evaluated for their anti HIV-1 activities. The sugar moiety was synthesized starting from (S)-5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-(5H)-one using photocatalyzed addition of methanol. Reduction of the lactone, condensation with silylated 4-methoxy-2(1H)pyrimidinone, followed by phosphonomethylation and deprotection gave the title compounds. The compounds were tested for inhibition of HIV-1 activity but did not show any significant antiviral activity.  相似文献

Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy.  相似文献
