A novel application of highly stable Fe(OTf)3 as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of a variety of β-enamino ketones and esters under solvent-free conditions is described. Notably, this protocol of a “green synthesis”, which produced β-enamino ketones and esters by the reaction of a variety of β-dicarbonyl compounds and primary amines, exhibits attractive properties including high yields, short reaction periods, lower loading of catalyst and chemo- and regio-selectivity. In addition, the catalyst was easily recovered from the reaction system and readily reused with minimal loss of activity.  相似文献

Abstract

In this paper, we report zinc perchlorate hexahydrate [Zn(ClO4)2?6H2O] as a highly effective catalyst for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones under solvent-free conditions. These improved reaction conditions allow the preparation of a wide variety of substituted dihydropyrimidinones in high yields and purity under mild reaction conditions. Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields and short reaction time in solvent-free conditions.  相似文献

An efficient method for the allylation of C, N, and O-nucleophiles with alkynes under solvent-free conditions and by microwave activation is established. The process can be termed as a real eco-chemical process since no waste elements are produced in the reaction, moreover it is solvent free. This technique can also be used for the allylation of dimethyl methylmalonate, which proves inert under the previously reported reaction conditions (refluxing in 1,4-dioxane).  相似文献

A convenient, highly versatile and eco-friendly protocol for the synthesis of quinoline derivatives via the Friedländer reaction is presented. The method is based on the use of 1,3-disulfonic acid imidazolium hydrogen sulfate (DSIMHS) as an efficient and reusable ionic liquid catalyst. A variety of ketones afforded the substituted quinolines in excellent yields during relatively short reaction times under solvent-free conditions; the catalyst could be easily recovered and reused for several times without any appreciable loss of activity.  相似文献

A solvent-free, versatile procedure has been developed for the effective synthesis of tert-butanesulfinylimines of a variety of aldehydes using chiral tert-butanesulfinamides under green, sonochemical conditions. This method utilizes silica supported p-toluenesulfonic acid (pTSA·SiO2) as an efficient, safer and inexpensive catalyst under aerobic conditions. The practicable simplicity, easy preparation of the catalyst from readily available substances, high substrate scope, excellent yields of products in short reaction times and environmentally benign (solvent-free sonochemical) conditions are the exceptional assets of this finding.  相似文献

A rapid and efficient method for the preparation of a variety of substituted 2-quinolones has been developed through the reactions of o-aminoarylketones with ester compounds containing a reactive α-methylene moiety in the presence of a catalytic amount of cerium chloride heptahydrate under solvent-free conditions in high yields. A new method has been developed for the Michael addition of nitrogen- and carbon-containing nucleophiles to cyclic enones. Using this conjugate addition reaction, a variety of different nucleophiles can react with a range of cyclic enones in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid under solvent-free ultrasound irradiation conditions affording the corresponding C–N or C–C adducts in good to excellent yields. Comparatively, performing the reaction under ultrasound irradiation gives higher yields, is more efficient and environmentally benign than performing it at high pressure.  相似文献

The present study describes a rapid, simple and straightforward approach to the synthesis of 1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthenes, 14-phenyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthene and tetrahydrobenzoxanthene-11-ones under solvent-free conditions using sulfated polyborate as a highly efficient catalyst. The procedure offers several advantages including cleaner reaction profile, mild reaction condition, economic, recyclable and environmentally benign catalyst, high yields, simple experimental and workup procedures. An efficient method for synthesis of 2H-pyran-3,4-dicarboxylates using the three-component reaction of dithiocarbamates, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and isocyanides in solvent-free conditions is described. In these reactions, synthesis of dithiocarbamates is possibly based on the one-pot reaction of secondary amines, CS2, and alkyl halides in solvent-free conditions without using a catalyst. The mild reaction conditions and high yields of the reaction exhibit the good synthetic advantage of these methods.  相似文献

This is the first-time ammonium thiocyanate (NH4SCN) has been used as a self-promoting reactant for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-thiones. This report describes a greener, efficient and economic protocol for one pot three-component synthesis of Biginelli compounds using various aldehydes, β-ketoesters and ammonium thiocyanate. Ammonium thiocyanate being a weak acid, accelerate the rate of reaction to obtain Biginelli compounds in solvent-free condition at 110 °C. The key advantages of the present method are high yields, short reaction time, solvent free condition, easy workup and ability to tolerate a variety of functional groups. Ammonium thiocyanate is readily available, cheaper, safer and industrial acceptable material which gives economical as well as ecological rewards to the present method.  相似文献

A catalyst-free and solvent-free synthetic route for convenient one-pot synthesizing pyrano[2,3-d] pyrimidine scaffolds through Knoevenagel-Michael cyclocondensation is reported using visible light irradiation as a green promoter at room temperature based on green chemistry principles. Completing the reactions takes thoroughly less time while obtaining the products in outstanding yields. This green method includes the application of non-hazardous reaction circumstances, direct work-up without column chromatographic separation, catalyst-free, solvent-free, cost effective, simple synthesis, one-pot procedure, and high atom-economy.  相似文献

A series of 6-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-5-methyl-7-phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines 5 have been synthesized directly by the solvent-free reaction between 5-amino-1H-pyrazoles 1 and 3-benzoyl-2-methyl-4H-chromen-4-one 4. This solvent-free reaction proceeds in a regiospecific fashion by intramolecular opening of the γ-pyrone ring in a Michael-type reaction, that followed by cyclization via nucleophilic attack of endocyclic pyrazole nitrogen toward benzoyl group gives the pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines 5. The catalytic activity of novel sugar-based prolinamides in the aldol reaction between ketones and aryl aldehydes has been examined. The prolinamide 1c was found to be an efficient organocatalyst for the asymmetric aldol reaction under solvent-free conditions. A variety of ketones and aldehydes were used as substrates and the corresponding aldol products were obtained in excellent chemical yields with high levels of anti diastereoselectivity (up to 99:1) and enantioselectivity (up to >99%).  相似文献

A novel and solvent-free protocol for the synthesis of diarylsulfides by the copper-catalyzed oxidative S-arylation of 1,2-diaryldisulfides with aryltrimethoxysilanes is reported. In the presence of CuI, 2-(di-tert-butylphosphino)biphenyl, and TBAF (n-Bu4NF), a variety of 1,2-diaryldisulfides underwent the S-arylation reaction with aryltrimethoxysilanes smoothly to afford the corresponding products in moderate to good yield. Acetophenones with a variety of substituents could be converted to diacylfuroxans in a solvent-free reaction by combining the reagents Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and P2O5 under high-speed ball milling. This reaction was facile and eco-friendly, and exhibits advantages in terms of better toleration, safety, and easier operation. The nitrate acid and nitrogen dioxide generated in situ should play a major role in this mechanochemical reaction.  相似文献
