A series of 9-(pyridin-2'-yl)-aminoacridines was prepared and analyzed for their ability to change the thermal denaturation temperature of genomic calf thymus DNA. Development of a QSAR equation indicated that electron withdrawing groups on the pyridine ring promoted the interaction with double stranded DNA.  相似文献

The cluster [NaCu4L2(N3)2](ClO4) [1; H3L is 2-(2'-hydroxyphenyl)-1,3-bis[3'-aza-4'-(2'-hydroxyphenyl)prop-4'-en-1'-yl]-1,3-imidazolidine] has been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 is formed by the template assembly of two [Cu2L(N3)] neutral fragments through their weak oxophilic interactions with a central Na+ cation as observed in metallacrowns. The cluster exhibits a combination of ferro- and antiferromagnetic interactions. End-on N3- bridging of copper ions within the [Cu(II)2] units facilitates stabilization of S = 1 magnetic subunits that mutually cancel via antiferromagnetic coupling as mediated by the O...Na+...O bridges.  相似文献

The Pd(II)-catalyzed oxidative heterodimerization reaction of 2,3-allenamides and 1,2-allenyl ketones was studied. It provides an efficient route for the synthesis of the polysubstituted 4-(furan-3'-yl)-2(5H)-furanimines, which are not readily available from the known methods. Due to the application of benzoquinone, the loadings of both the palladium catalyst and ketone have been greatly reduced for the oxidative heterodimerization of 2,3-allenamides and 1,2-allenyl ketones in acetic acid.  相似文献

N-Cyano-N-allylamino-sym-triazines, which were synthesized by the reaction of allyl bromide and the potassium salts of cyanoamino-sym-triazines, were converted to 2-(4'-methyl-1',3'-imidazolidon-1'-yl)-sym-triazines by the action of hydrogen peroxide in an alkaline medium. A similar transformation occurred in hydrochloric acid or under the influence of hydrogen chloride in alcohol. Cross-coupling cyclization reaction between 2,3-allenoic acids 1 and 2,3-allenols 2, in which two allenes functioned differently, was realized to afford 4-(1',3'-dien-2'-yl)-2(5H)-furanone derivatives 3. The reaction may proceed via an oxypalladation, insertion, and beta-hydroxide elimination process. A high E-stereoselectivity of the new formed C=C double bond was observed.  相似文献

Knoevenagel condensation of 2-(benzothiazol-2-ylthio) acetonitrile (2) with either furan-2-carbaldehyde or thiophene-2-carbaldehydes leads to E-isomers 4a-b exclusively, while the condensation of the compound 2 with benzaldehyde or para-substituted benzaldehydes with an electron-donating group afforded E/Z mixtures 4c-e with preferentially formation of the E-isomer. Condensation of furan-2-carbaldehyde (3a) with either 1-(benzothiazol-2'-ylthio) propan-2-one (5) or 2-(2'-oxo propylthio)-3-phenyl-quinazolin-4(3H)-one (9) leads exclusively to the Z-isomers of 6 and 10, respectively. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analyses, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOE, MS and X-ray crystallographic investigations.  相似文献

A PdCl2/NaI-catalyzed homodimeric coupling-cyclization reaction of 2,3-allenols was observed to provide an efficient route to 4-(1',3'-dien-2'-yl)-2,5-dihydrofuran derivatives. By using the easily available optically active starting materials, 2,5-dihydrofurans with high enantiopurity may be prepared. A Pd(II)-catalyzed mechanism was also discussed.  相似文献

经1-[5'-氨基-1'-(4"-氯苯基)-1',2',3'-三唑-4'-甲酰基]-4-(3'-溴苯基)-3-氨基硫脲在浓硫酸作用下制得2-(3'-溴苯胺基)-5-[5'-氨基-1'-(4"-氯苯基)-1',2',3'-三唑-4'-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑化合物。该化合物的晶体结构经X射线衍射分析确定, 化合物属三斜晶系, P1空间群, a=1.1784(2), b=1.4455(2),c=1.1353(1)nm; α=100.68(1), β=109.50(1), γ=79.89(1)°; V=1.7779nm^3; 分子式C~1~6H~1~1BrClN~7S, Mr=448.75; Dc=1.673g/cm^3, Z=4,μ=58.16cm^-^1, 最终偏离因子R=0.084, Rw=0.086。分析化合物的键长, 键角数据表明, 该分子具有离域π键结构。  相似文献

Hydrolytic reactions of 2',3'-O-methyleneadenos-5'-yl bis(2',5'-di-O-methylurid-3'-yl) phosphate (1), a sugar O-alkylated trinucleoside 3',3',5'-monophosphate, have been followed by RP HPLC over a wide pH range. Under neutral and mildly acidic conditions, the only reaction observed was a pH-independent cleavage of the O-C5' bond of the 5'-linked nucleoside. Under more alkaline conditions nucleophilic attack by hydroxide ion starts to compete. The reaction is first order in [OH(-)] and becomes predominant at pH 10. Each of the 3'-linked nucleosides is displaced 2.9 times as readily as the 5'-linked one. To determine the beta(lg) value for the hydroxide ion catalyzed hydrolysis of 1, two diesters (2a,b) having 2',3'-O-methyleneadenosine (7) and 2',5'-di-O-methyluridine (4) as leaving groups were hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions. Since the beta(lg) value for this reaction is known, DeltapK(a) between 4 and 7 could be calculated. The beta(lg) for the hydrolysis of 1 was estimated to be -0.5 with use of this information. The mechanisms of the partial reactions and the role of leaving group properties in ribozyme reactions of large ribozymes are discussed.  相似文献

Transition-metal-catalyzed dimeric coupling-cyclization reactions of two different 2,3-allenols afforded 4-(1',3'-dien-2'-yl)-2,5-dihydrofuran derivatives 3. 2-Substituted 2,3-allenols 1 cyclized to form the 2,5-dihydrofuran ring, whereas the 2-unsubstituted 2,3-allenols 2 provided the 1,3-diene unit at the 4-position. The reaction is proposed to proceed through an oxypalladation, insertion, and beta-hydroxide elimination process. The C=C double bond was formed with high E stereoselectivity by beta-hydroxide elimination.  相似文献

Hydrolytic reactions of 2',3'-O-methyleneadenos-5'-yl 2',5'-di-O-methylurid-3'-yl 5'-O-methylurid-3'(2')-yl phosphate (1a,b) have been followed by RP-HPLC over a wide pH range to evaluate the feasibility of occurrence of phosphate-branched RNA under physiological conditions. At pH <2, where the decomposition of is first order in [H3O+], the P-O5' bond is cleaved 1.5 times as rapidly as the P-O3' bond. Under these conditions, the reaction probably proceeds by an attack of the 2'-OH on the phosphotriester monocation. Over a relatively wide range from pH 2 to 5, the hydrolysis is pH-independent, referring to rapid initial deprotonation of the attacking 2'-OH followed by general acid catalyzed departure of the leaving nucleoside. The P-O5' bond is cleaved 3 times as rapidly as the P-O3' bond. At pH 6, the reaction becomes first order in [HO-], consistent with an attack of the 2'-oxyanion on neutral phosphate. The product distribution is gradually inversed: in 10 mmol L(-1) aqueous sodium hydroxide, cleavage of the P-O3' bond is favored over P-O5' by a factor of 7.3. The results of the present study suggest that the half-life for the cleavage of under physiological conditions is only 100 s. Even at pH 2, where is most stable, the half-life for its cleavage is less than one hour and the isomerization between and is even more rapid than cleavage. The mechanisms of the partial reactions are discussed.  相似文献

The title compound of 4-(2-methylene-1-ethyl-3,3-dimethylindoline-2'-yl)-6,8-dibro-mo-1'- ethyl-3',3'-dimethylspiro[3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-2,2'-indoline],C33H36Br2N2O,as a dicondensed spiropyran (DC) has been synthesized by indoline in ethanol with 3,5-dibromo-salicyaldehyde.The compound was characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra.Meanwhile,the crystal of the compound was obtained and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.Crystal data: monoclinic system,space group P21/n,a=12.9699(15),b=12.5196(13),c=19.327(2) (A),β=106.493(3)°,Mr=636.46,V= 3009.1(6) (A)3,Z=4,F(000)=1304,Dc=1.405 g/cm3,μ=2.722 mm-1,R=0.0554 and wR=0.1176 for 6892 independent reflections (Rint=0.0354) and 5699 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)).  相似文献

Hydrolytic reactions of 2',3'-O-methyleneadenosin-5'-yl bis-5'-O-methyluridin-3'-yl phosphate (1a) have been followed by RP HPLC over a wide pH range to elucidate the role of the 2'-OH group as an intermolecular hydrogen bond donor facilitating the cleavage of 1a. At pH < 2, where the decomposition of 1 is first-order in hydronium-ion concentration, the P-O5' and P-O3' bonds are cleaved equally rapidly. Over a relatively wide range from pH 2 to 4, the hydrolysis is pH-independent and the P-O5' bond is cleaved 1.6 times as rapidly as the P-O3' bond. At pH 6, the reaction becomes first-order in hydroxide-ion concentration and cleavage of the P-O3' bond starts to predominate, accounting for 89% of the overall hydrolysis in 10 mmol L(-)(1) aqueous sodium hydroxide. Under alkaline conditions, the 2'-OH group facilitates the cleavage of 1 by a factor of 27 compared to the 2'-OMe counterpart, the influence on the P-O3' and P-O5' bond cleavage being equal. Accordingly, the 2'-hydroxy group stabilizes the phosphorane intermediate, not the departing 3'-oxyanion, by hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

A series of 1,10-phenanthrolines were prepared having additional ligating substituents at the 2,9-positions. These substituents were either a 4-substituted pyrid-2-yl, quinolin-2-yl, 1,8-naphthyrid-2-yl, N-methyl imidazo-2-yl, or N-methyl benzimidazo-2-yl group. Additionally, 3,6-di-(pyrid-2'-yl)-dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine was prepared. All but two of these ligands coordinated Ru(II) in a tetradentate equatorial fashion with two 4-methylpyridines bound in the axial sites. An X-ray structure analysis of the diimidazoyl system indicates considerable distortion from square planar geometry in the equatorial plane. Previously reported variations in the axial ligand for such complexes appear to have a stronger effect on the electronic absorption and redox properties of the system than similar changes in the equatorial ligand. In the presence of excess Ce(IV) as a sacrificial oxidant at pH 1, all the systems examined catalyze the decomposition of water to generate oxygen. Turnover numbers are modest, ranging from 146 to 416.  相似文献

The compound 4-N-bicyclo [2.2.1] hept-2'-en-2'-amino-N-azatricyclo [3.2.1.0(2,4)] octane (2) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis, mass and NMR. Density functional theory (DFT) and Hartree-Fock (HF) calculations have been carried out for the title compound by using the standard 6-31G* basis set. The calculated results show that the predicted geometry can well reproduce the structural parameters. Predicted vibrational frequencies have been assigned and compared with experimental IR spectra and they complement each other. The theoretical electronic absorption spectra have been calculated by using CIS, TD-DFT and ZINDO methods. The (13)C NMR and (1)H NMR of compound (2) have been calculated by means of Becke 3-Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP) density functional method with 6-31G* basis set. Comparison between the experimental and the theoretical results indicates that density functional B3LYP method is able to provide satisfactory results for predicting NMR properties. On the basis of vibrational analyses, the thermodynamic properties of the title compound at different temperatures have been calculated.  相似文献

A facile procedure for the synthesis of 3-(2'-amino-3'-cyano-4'-arylpyrid-6'-yl) coumarins are being reported starting from 3-acetylcoumarin, aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile. The reactions were carded out on microwave irradiation in good yield with short time and easy work-up. The structures of all the compounds have been confirmed on the basis of their analytical, IR,1H NMR,and mass spectral data.  相似文献

The reaction of barbituric, N-alkylbarbituric acids, and their 2-thio analogs with carboxybenzaldehyde and 2-carboxy-3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde leads to the formation of the corresponding 5-(3'-oxo-1',3'-dihydroisobenzofuran-1'-yl)barbituric and 2-thiobarbituric acids, the structures of which were studied by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. In DMSO the derivatives of barbituric acid exist in the form of mixtures of the ketone and enol tautomers, while their 2-thio analogs exist in the enol form. In chloroform the tautomeric equilibrium is displaced fully toward the ketone form.  相似文献

A series of three derivatives of 1,8-di(pyrid-2'-yl)carbazole were prepared by Stille-type coupling of 2-(tri-n-butylstannyl)pyridine with the appropriate 1,8-dibromocarbazole. The carbazoles were prepared by appropriate substitution methodologies on the parent carbazole or by palladium-catalyzed cyclization of di-(p-tolyl)amine to provide the carbazole ring system. An X-ray structure of the di-tert-butyl derivative confirmed that both pyridyl groups were oriented for favorable intramolecular H-bonding to the central N-H. Two orientations of the molecule were found in the unit cell and this observation was corroborated by two N-H stretching bands in the solid state IR. Substitution of N-H by N-D led to increased emission intensity through diminished intramolecular deactivation of the excited state. The di-tert-butyl derivative formed a tridentate complex with Pd(II), which showed a red-shifted band attributed to an intraligand charge transfer state.  相似文献

通过Mannich反应在7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素的8-位上引入具有pH响应性能的4-甲基哌嗪的供电子哌嗪基团, 得到水溶性香豆素衍生物, 7-羟基-4-甲基-8-(4'-甲基哌嗪-1'-基)-亚甲基香豆素(HMPC), 利用哌嗪环上的叔胺给电子体系对酸碱的敏感特性调节HMPC的光二聚反应特征. 详细考察该香豆素衍生物在不同pH水溶液中的紫外光二聚性能, 紫外光谱分析显示, 通过调节HMPC水溶液的酸碱性可有效改变其紫外特征吸收; 在波长大于310 nm的紫外光照射下, 衍生物上的香豆素单元可进行光二聚, 并且紫外点光源光二聚反应实验表明, 其在中性水溶液中的反应速度最快, 其次为碱性条件中的反应, 最慢的则是酸性条件中的反应.  相似文献

1-[5'-氨基-1'-(4"-氯苯基)-1,2,3-三唑-4'-甲酰基]-4-芳基-3-氨基硫脲在浓硫酸催化下环化得到2-芳胺基-5-[5'-氨基-1'-(4"-氯苯基)-1',2',3',-三唑-4'-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑2a-i, 依此法合成了九个标题化合物, 收率为30-74%。化合物2i的结构用X-光衍射单晶分析确证。  相似文献
