An experimental investigation of the noise reduction achieved by covering a thin circular plate is reported. The plate boundary was unconstrained. One side of the plate was covered by sound-absorbing material so that noise radiation from the other side for different configurations of foam cover was measured and compared with the noise level obtained without any foam cover. It has been shown that substantial noise reduction can be achieved if a specific foam cover is used.  相似文献

采用高速摄影方法对通过金属丝的水中高压放电所产生的气泡脉动现象进行了实验研究,发 现气泡脉动有以下基本规律:脉动参数主要取决于初始总电能大小,而与电容和充电电压的 具体取值关系不大;实验段脉动参数受池壁的边界效应影响很小. 气泡的脉动机械能占据了 放电总能量的20%—40%,第二次脉动与第一次脉动的能量比也与此接近; 喷射现象是造成 脉动能量减小的主要原因. 关键词: 高压放电 气泡 高速摄影  相似文献

The DC corona discharge in air and the induced ionic wind were investigated in the needle-to-water system at atmospheric pressure. The water deformation was measured under various conditions, and wind pressure and active areas were estimated accordingly. The effects of applied voltage, gap spacing and tip radius on the corona ionic wind were studied and the qualitative analysis was provided. Self-rotation of corona discharge was observed in experiments. The results show that higher voltage or electric field strength results in a stronger ionic wind. The active area increases with applied voltage below a voltage threshold. There is an optimal gap distance for a wider as well as stronger ionic wind and blunter needle we used leads to an enhancement on both the active area and the wind strength. The wind velocity reaches 7 m/s at optimized condition in the present system. The rotation of corona discharge helps to improve the active area and uniformity of the treating area which may be associated with the chemical reaction of the water surface.  相似文献

Experimental investigations of the response of a rectangular plate under a point random force have been performed to verify the asymptotic behavior predicted by Asymptotic Modal Analysis (AMA). Measurements have been made for various frequency bandwidths, center frequencies, and locations of the point force. The experimental results approach the results predicted by AMA as the frequency bandwidth becomes large. Moreover, experimental results show that the responses at all points of the plate except for some special areas become the same as the frequency bandwidth becomes large. However, the ratio of experimental results to AMA results has a greater variation from unity when the location of the point force is near the edge of the plate, than when the location of the point force is at the center of the plate. All experimental results show good agreement with the expected results from AMA.  相似文献

针对高热流密度激光介质高效散热与均匀冷却技术需求,设计并搭建了以去离子水为冷却工质的开式单喷嘴喷雾冷却实验平台,实验研究获得了不同热流密度(16~110 W/cm2)、不同冷却工质流量(200~300 mL/min)以及不同喷雾高度(15~25 mm)下单相喷雾冷却换热系数及其冷却均匀性效果。结果表明:该实验工况下,不同热流密度条件下喷雾高度及工质流量对于单相喷雾冷却换热效率及温度均匀性影响显著;喷雾高度15 mm、工质流量200 mL/min时获得最大对流换热系数为5.93 W/(cm2·K);喷雾高度15 mm、工质流量250 mL/min时面积20 mm×20 mm的热源表面温度均匀性最佳可优于0.6 ℃。  相似文献

The direct electrochemistry of morphine on modified multiwall carbon nanotubes using carbon ionic liquid (i.e., 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluoro phosphate, ([C4mim]–[PF6])) was studied. It was found that the electrode showed sensitive voltammetric response to morphine. The experimental results suggested that the modified electrode promoted electron transfer reaction for the oxidation of morphine. The electron transfer coefficient and charge transfer resistant (R ct) of morphine at the modified electrode were calculated. Under the optimized conditions at pH 8.0, the peak current was linear to morphine concentrations over the concentration range of 0.45–450 μmol L−1, using differential pulse voltammetry. The detection limit was 0.14 μmol L−1. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of morphine in both ampoules and urine samples.  相似文献

We present the results of an experimental study on ionic wind generation by a needle-to-cylinder dc corona discharge. A strong electrical field in the air generates air flow driven by the motion of ionized gas molecules along electric field lines. We measured the ionic wind velocity and discharge current with respect to various electrode geometries, distances between electrodes, and applied voltages. Our measurements suggest an empirical model for the ionic wind velocity as a function of the geometric factors of the collector electrode and the applied electric potential, which is useful for designing ionic wind cooling systems for small electronics.  相似文献

为了利用X箍缩产生的点光源作为背光光源对丝阵Z箍缩内爆早期的负 载内部结构进行背光照相, 在"阳"加速器(电流峰值为500-800 kA, 上升时间约80 ns)上开展了钛丝(丝交叉角度为60°) X箍缩光源辐射特性的初步实验研究. 通过X射线二极管探测器、透射光栅谱仪、晶体谱仪和狭缝相机等诊断设备获取了箍缩点光源的辐射功率达到1.5 GW左右, 辐射能量约为1 J, 光子能量为keV量级的辐射能谱范围主要集中在1-4 keV能段, 点光源尺寸小于15 μm, 其时间尺度(辐射脉冲半高宽)达到了200 ps. 对光源特征信息进行了初步分析, 同时掌握了有效获取钛丝X箍缩单脉冲点光源的方法.  相似文献

There has been increased attention on various types of plate heat exchangers because of their high efficiency and compactness. This article presents an investigation of heat transfer and fluid flow performance of a novel plate heat exchanger based on numeric studies and experimental tests. Parameters of the novel plate heat exchanger are analyzed and discussed. The thermo-hydraulic transfer performance of different plate heat exchangers is comprehensively analyzed using the exergy and entransy principle. The results indicate that the novel plate heat exchanger has better thermo-hydraulic transfer performance than the smooth plate heat exchanger. The result of this study provides a paradigm for the optimal design of plate heat exchangers.  相似文献

Lithium-ion batteries suffer from mechano–electrochemical coupling problems that directly determine the battery life. In this paper, we investigate the electrode electrochemical performance under stress conditions, where seven tensile/compressive stresses are designed and loaded on electrodes, thereby decoupling mechanics and electrochemistry through incremental stress loads. Four types of multi-group electrochemical tests under tensile/compressive stress loading and normal package loading are performed to quantitatively characterize the effects of tensile stress and compressive stress on cycle performance and the kinetic performance of a silicon composite electrode. Experiments show that a tensile stress improves the electrochemical performance of a silicon composite electrode, exhibiting increased specific capacity and capacity retention rate, reduced energy dissipation rate and impedances, enhanced reactivity, accelerated ion/electron migration and diffusion, and reduced polarization. Contrarily, a compressive stress has the opposite effect, inhibiting the electrochemical performance. The stress effect is nonlinear, and a more obvious suppression via compressive stress is observed than an enhancement via tensile stress. For example, a tensile stress of 675 k Pa increases diffusion coefficient by 32.5%, while a compressive stress reduces it by 35%. Based on the experimental results, the stress regulation mechanism is analyzed. Tensile stress loads increase the pores of the electrode material microstructure, providing more deformation spaces and ion/electron transport channels. This relieves contact compressive stress, strengthens diffusion/reaction, and reduces the degree of damage and energy dissipation. Thus, the essence of stress enhancement is that it improves and optimizes diffusion, reaction and stress in the microstructure of electrode material as well as their interactions via physical morphology.  相似文献

In this work, results of three-dimensional (3D) Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) measurements of the electrohydrodynamic (EHD) flow velocity fields in a narrow electrostatic precipitator (ESP) with a longitudinal-to-flow placed wire electrode are presented. The ESP was a narrow transparent acrylic box (90 mm×30 mm×30 mm). The electrode set consisted of a single wire discharge electrode and two plane collecting electrodes. Either two smooth stainless-steel plates or two stainless-steel plane meshes with nylon flocks were used as the collecting electrodes. The 3D PIV measurements were carried out in two parallel planes, placed longitudinally to the flow duct. The positive DC voltage of up to 9.5 kV was applied to the wire electrode through a 10 MΩ resistor. The collecting electrodes were grounded. The measurements were carried out at a primary flow velocity of 0.5 m/s. Obtained results show that the flow patterns for the smooth-plate electrodes and for the flocking plane electrodes are similar in the bulk of the flow. However, the flow velocities near the flocking plane electrodes are much lower than those near the smooth-plate electrodes. This is a beneficial phenomenon, because the lower the flow near the collecting electrodes, the lower re-entrainment of the particles deposited on the collecting electrodes occurs.  相似文献

In this paper, a thermally-driven thermoacoustic refrigerator system without any moving part is reported. This refrigeration system consists of a thermoacoustic-Stirling heat engine and a thermoacoustic-Stirling refrigerator; that is, the former is the driving source for the latter. Both the subsystems are designed to operate on traveling-wave mode. In the experiment, it was found that the DC-flows had significant negative effect on the heat engine and the refrigerator. To suppress these DC-flows, two flexible membranes were inserted into the two subsystems and worked very well. Then extensive experiments were made to test the influence of different parameters on refrigeration performance of the whole system. The system has so far achieved a no-load temperature of -65 degrees C, a cooling capacity of about 270 W at -20 degrees C and 405 W at 0 degrees C; in fact, the result showed a good prospect of the refrigeration system in room-temperature cooling such as food refrigeration and air-conditioning.  相似文献

针对客车空调器在最大运行工况下排气温度过高、系统性能下降、压缩机因过热保护频繁停机等突出问题,提出采用带经济器的低压补气技术,并对系统循环过程进行理论分析与实验研究。结果表明:采用带经济器的低压补气技术可显著降低压缩机排气温度,使系统安全可靠运行,且在较高压缩机转速情况下,其优势更加明显。同时,通过补气比例的合理控制,系统制冷量和COP均有一定幅度地提高。如在室外温度50℃、压缩机转速3000r/min时,压缩机排气温度降低了21.7%,系统制冷量和COP分别提高了3.1%和9.4%。  相似文献

对等离子体气动激励控制边界层进行了数值仿真。将等离子体气动激励对边界层的作用建模成动量和热量。通过由基于表面放电的二维流体体力模型得到的等离子体气动激励的体力分布函数,得到向边界层注入的动量和热量分布,将动量和热量以源项的形式引入N-S方程求解。研究了等离子体气动激励的强度、激励电极的数目、来流速度的大小以及热量项的大小对等离子体气动激励作用效果的影响,仿真结果与实验一致。  相似文献

Experimental visualization for ionic wind motion originated from DC corona discharges in a needle-plate electrode system has been investigated. A vapor-phase biacetyl tracer with laser-induced phosphorescence emission is used for optically characterizing the ionic wind profile. The ionic wind blows the excited biacetyl molecules away in continuing the visible phosphorescence emission for a long radiative lifetime. The captured image with elapsing time from the excitation presents the shifting location of radiative tracer along the ionic wind direction. The experimental results show the ionic wind profile enhanced in the electric field direction corresponding to the corona discharge progress. Especially, the ionic wind near an initiating point of corona discharges is focused as an advantage of this optical technique. The ionic wind velocity along the electrode axis can be obtained at the location close enough to the corona discharge initiation point, and the velocity at 0.5 mm from the discharge point is figured out as 9.3 to 19.2 m/s under the condition of the EHD Reynolds number of 0.95×103 to 2.1×103.  相似文献

An unusual emission of light is observed when a coherent light beam is passed through a mixture of a magnetorheological suspension and a ferrofluid that is subjected to a critical magnetic field. When first the incident light is removed and then the field is switched off, a flash of light is observed. In this Letter certain characteristics of this unusual emission are reported. Our findings suggest that a part of the incident light energy is magnetically trapped within the medium. Upon removal of the field, the same is released. Several physical phenomena that may give rise to such emission are discussed. The magnetically tunable emission will be useful to develop photonic devices.  相似文献

采用FLIR红外热像仪对离子液体及其水溶液液滴撞击加热平板后的表面温度分布进行研究,分析了液滴铺展直径随平板加热温度及加热时间的变化规律。结果表明:随着液滴与平板加热时间的增加,液滴表面温度分布均由凹状分布变化至均匀分布;随着平板温度的增加,液滴表面温度增加。随着加热时间的增加,水液滴直径缓慢减小,并在某一时刻急剧降低;而对于60wt%离子液体液滴及纯离子液体液滴,液滴直径反而缓慢增加并趋于稳定。随着加热温度的增加,水液滴直径急剧降低的时刻点前移,对于60wt%离子液体溶液液滴,液滴直径变化规律不明显,而对于纯离子液体液滴,液滴直径逐渐增加。  相似文献
