2-[Allyl(propargyl)sulfanyl]pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones at heating in polyphosphoric acid undergo an intramolecular cyclization with the formation of pyrido[4,3-e]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ones of angular structure. Under similar conditions the cyclization of 2-(cinnamylsulfanyl)pyrido[3,4-d]-pyrimidin-4-one results in a linear pyrido[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido-[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-one. The iodocyclization of the same substrates affords the corresponding 9-(iodomethyl)(iodomethylidene)pyrido[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ones and 3-iodopyrido[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-one of angular structure. 9-(Iodomethyl)-8,9-dihydro-5H-pyrido[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one treated with sodium azide gave 9-(azidomethyl) derivative whose cyclization with substituted alkynes in the presence of copper compounds provided pyrido [4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidinylmethyltriazoles.  相似文献

The Smiles rearrangement was successfully applied to 4-hydroxybenzo[b]thiophene furnishing a facile entry to the 4-amino derivative. The rearrangement was extended to 5-methoxy-4-methoxycarbonyl[1]benzothieno[2,3-b]pyridine obtained via aza-Wittig/electrocyclization reaction of novel N-(4-methoxybenzothiophen-2-yl)iminomethyldiphenylphosphorane with methyl trans-4-oxo-2-pentenoate. The preparation of a novel 5-amino-4-methoxycarbonyl[1]benzothieno[2,3-b]pyridine, which is of interest as a potential secondary peptide structure mimic, was successfully achieved.  相似文献

Synthesis and structure of 4-phenoxy-H[1λ4,2,4,6]thiatriazino[4,3a]benzimidazole-2-oxide 5, 3-amino-4H[1λ4,2,4,6]thiatriazino[2,3-a]benzimidazole-1-oxide 6 and 3-amino-5-dimethylamino-2-tosyl-1λ4, 2,4,6-thiatriazine-1-oxide 7, obtained by hydrolysis of the corresponding arenesulfonyl imino compounds are discussed. The reaction of [60]fullerene (C60) with nitrile ylides generated from N-benzyl-4-nitrobenzimidoyl chloride/N-(4-chlorobenzyl)-4-nitrobenzimidoyl chloride and triethylamine gave only isomeric monoadducts of C60 with [6,6]-closed structure. No [5,6]-open adduct of C60 could be identified from these reactions. The previously reported [5,6]-open product of C60 should be reassigned as a [6,6]-closed product.  相似文献

The conformational behaviour of simple thiacalix[4]arene derivatives was studied using a combination of NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The 25,26,27,28-tetramethoxythiacalix[4]arene was found to adopt an unprecedented solid-state structure, where the cone and 1,3-alternate conformers co-exist in the crystal lattice in the 3:1 ratio. This phenomenon reflects the basically distinct conformational behaviour of thiacalix[4]arene skeleton as compared with classical calixarenes.  相似文献

As bifunctional reagents, bis(tosyloxyethoxy)benzenes can react with p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene or p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene to afford intramolecularly bridged (1+1) or intermolecularly bridged (2+2) products. It was found that the bridging pattern strongly depended on the structure of bis(tosyloxyethoxy)benzene and the kind of calixarene. For the ortho-isomer of bis(tosyloxyethoxy)benzene, intramolecularly bridged calix[4]arene and thiacalix[4]arene were the main products. For the para-isomer, the bridging reaction was in a (2+2) fashion. As for the meta-isomer, double thiacalix[4]arene and intramolecularly bridged calix[4]crown were synthesized.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectroscopic characterization and preliminary complexation properties of functionalized calix[4]pyrroles are described. To date, two generalized preparative approaches have been pursued (i) modifying the basic pyrrole-plus-ketone synthesis of calix[4]pyrrole by using microwave irradiation protocol, (ii) the basic meso-tetra(methyl) meso-tetra(p-nitrophenyl) calix[4]pyrrole skeleton was functionalized to give hydroxamic acids, especially in the meso-position of the macrocycles. The structures of novel calix[4]pyrrole hydroxamic acid derivatives were confirmed on the basis of various physico-chemical techniques such as elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR and FAB-Mass. The results of preliminary studies on the extraction of vanadium (V) with the host calix[4]pyrrole hydroxamic acids were elucidated by significant examination of UV–Vis spectroscopy and ICP-AES. Single crystal structure of basic meso-tetra(methyl) meso-tetra (p-nitro phenyl) calix[4]pyrrole moiety has also been reported.  相似文献

4-Methylthiopyrido[1,2-α]pyrimidin-2-one and 2-hydroxypyrido[1,2-α]pyrimidine-4-thione derivatives were synthesized by the addition ofN-(4-R-pyrid-2-yl)acetoacetamides (R = H, Me) to CS2 under phase-transfer conditions followed by the alkylation of the reaction products with Mel. New amphiphilic benzylated calix[4]resorcinols were synthesized by the reaction of tetra-alkylcalix[4]resorcinols with 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzyl acetate. The reaction pathway and the type of the products formed are determined by the structure of the alkyl substituent at the lower rim of tetraalkylcalix[4]resorcinols and the nature of acid used as a catalyst of the process. The [4π+2π] cycloaddition of non-classical heterocyclic-fused-[c]thiazoles was explored allowing the synthesis of a range of new nitrogen-bridged bi-, tri- and tetracyclic heterocyclic compounds namely, pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridines, thiazolo[2,3,4-cd]pyrrolizines and indolizines. Cross recyclization of 4-substituted 2,6-diamino-4H-thiopyran-3,5-dicarbonitriles with 4-(cyclohex-1-en-1-yl)morpholine, alkyl halides, and cyclohexanone gave the corresponding substituted 2-thioxo-1,2,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles, 2-alkylsulfanyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles, 3-amino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-b]quinoline-2-carboxamides, and 4-oxo-2,2-pentamethylene-1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinolines. The structure of 3-(4-bromophenyl)-2,2-pentamethylene-11-(2-thienyl)-1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoline was proved by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

A new direction of nucleophilic attack was revealed in the reactions of 3-aroylpyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]-benzoxazine-1,2,4-triones with o-tolylhydrazine and 2-hydrazinylbenzoic acid hydrochloride, which afforded the corresponding hydrazones at the C2=O carbonyl group, substituted 2-(2-o-tolylhydrazono)pyrrolo[2,1-c]-[1,4]benzoxazine-1,4(2H)-diones and pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazin-2(4H)-ylidenehydrazinylbenzoic acids. The structure of (Z)-2-{2-[3-benzoyl-1,4-dioxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazin-2(4H)-ylidene]hydrazinyl}-benzoic acid was determined by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The extraction ability of phenyl hydrazone derivatives of cone- and 1,3-alternate tetrathiacalix[4]arenes towards to some alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions has been investigated by picrate extraction method. The synthesized cone-tetrathiacalix[4]arene hydrazones show a high efficiency coupled with an excellent selectivity towards for Ag+ and Hg2+ ions. The stoichiometry of complexes and the extraction constants have been determined. The influence of calix[4]arene platform’s structure and the electron donor substituents in phenyl fragments on the extraction efficiency has been discussed.  相似文献

Attempted cyclization of (4-(hydroxymethyl)-8-nitro-4H-benzo[b]tetrazolo[1,5-d][1,4]oxazin-4-yl)methyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate 2 did not give the expected spirooxetane product 1, but instead provided 9-nitro-5H-spiro[benzo[b]tetrazolo[1,5-d][1,4]oxazepine-4,2′-oxirane] 3via an unusual ring-expansion process. The structure of compound 3 was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The spiroepoxide (oxirane) in compound 3 could be ring-opened with a variety of nucleophiles to give products of potential interest to medicinal chemists.  相似文献

A procedure was proposed for regioselective acylation of methyl 2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]-pyrrole-5-carboxylate with 2-(3-indolyl)-2-oxoacetyl chloride. Reactions of the resulting methyl 6-[2-(3-indolyl)-1,2-dioxoethyl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate with aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate in acetic acid afforded the corresponding methyl 6-[2-aryl-4-(3-indolyl)imidazol-5-yl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylates. The structure of methyl 6-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(3-indolyl)imidazol-5-yl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate was studied by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Six new functionalized oxacalix[4]arene porphyrins have been synthesized via a high-yielding ‘3+1’ condensation between meso-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)triphenylporphyrin and readily available new fluorodinitrobenzene-containing trimers. The X-ray structure of one linear trimer is presented. The synthesis of a porphyrin containing two oxacalix[4]arene moieties is also reported using a similar strategy. 1H NMR data and computer calculations using the AM1 semiempirical method incorporated into the Spartan program indicate that the oxacalix[4]arene porphyrins adopt 1,3-alternating conformations. The photophysical properties of the oxacalix[4]arene porphyrins were investigated.  相似文献

The phase transitions in Sr2SnO4 at high temperature have been studied using high resolution time-of-flight powder neutron diffraction. The room temperature structure of Sr2SnO4 is orthorhombic (Pccn), which can be derived from the tetragonal K2NiF4 structure by tilting the SnO6 octahedra along the tetragonal [100]T- and [010]T-axes with non-equal tilts. At the temperature of about 423 K, it transforms to another orthorhombic structure (Bmab) characterized by the SnO6 octahedral tilt around the [110]T-axis. At still higher temperatures (∼573 K) the structure was found to be tetragonal K2NiF4-type (I4/mmm).  相似文献
