Four new (14) and two known (5 and 6) α-pyrone derivatives have been isolated from Alternaria phragmospora, an endophytic fungus from Vinca rosea, leaves. The isolated compounds were chemically identified to be 5-butyl-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (1), 5-butyl-6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methoxy-2H-pyran-2-one (2), 5-(1-hydroxybutyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (3), 4-methoxy-6-methyl-5-(3-oxobutyl)-2H-pyran-2-one (4), 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (5), and 5-[(2E)-but-2-en-1-yl]-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (6). Compounds 2 and 4 showed moderate antileukemic activities against HL60 cells with IC50 values of 2.2 and 0.9 μM and against K562 cells with IC50 values of 4.5 and 1.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

The dinuclear platina-β-diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(μ-Cl)2] (1) was found to react with 2-(ROCH2)C5H4N (R =  Me, 2a; H, 2b) yielding a cationic mononuclear platina-β-diketone [Pt{(COMe)2H}{2-(MeOCH2)C5H4N}]Cl (3) and an acetyl(chloro)platinum(II) complex [Pt(COMe)Cl{2-(HOCH2)C5H4N}] (4), respectively. The reaction of 1 with 8-(methylthio)quinoline (5) resulted in the formation of [Pt(COMe)Cl{8-(MeS)C9H6N}] (6). The identities of all complexes were established by microanalysis, 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed 6 to be square-planar platinum(II) complex with N and C atoms as well as Cl and S atoms in mutually trans positions (configuration index: SP-4-2). In accordance with this, quantum chemical calculations on the DFT level of theory revealed a higher stability of complex 6 having a SP-4-2 configuration vs. the analogous complex in SP-4-3 configuration. The distinctly different reactivity of 1 with 2a on the one hand and with 2b and 5 on the other is discussed in terms of the HSAB concept and a deprotonation/reprotonation reaction.  相似文献

We synthesized boron containing 2-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioaborolan-2-yl)phenyl) phthalazin-1(2H)-one 3 and 7-methyl-3-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)-2H-benzo[b][1,4] oxazine 8. The reaction of compound 2 with B2pin2 using potassium acetate as the base and Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 as the catalyst, produced the corresponding boron-containing derivative 3 as a white solid in 65% yield. Alternatively, we have synthesized compound 8 as a yellow solid in 59% yield using the Miyaura borylation reaction. The potassium trifluoro(4-(-methyl-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazine-3-yl)phenylborate 9 was then obtained after treatment of 8 with aqueous solution of KF2H in methanol as white solid product in 60% yield. The biological activities of the synthetic compounds are currently being evaluated.  相似文献

Wittig olefination of 3-aminoquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones 1 with ethyl (triphenylphosphoranylidene)acetate (Ph3PCHCO2Et) afforded (E)-3-amino-4-ethoxycarbonylmethylene-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinolones (E)-2 and pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinoline-2,4(3aH,5H)-diones 3. An alternative approach for the synthesis of 3 via 3-bromoacetamidoquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones 7, their corresponding triphenylphosphonium salts 8, and ylides A that undergo intramolecular Wittig reaction, was investigated. Under the applied reaction conditions, the phosphonium salts 8 and ylides A are so unstable that they partly decompose to 3-acetamidoquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones 9 during the synthesis of 3.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

A new series of organo-titanium complexes have been prepared from the reaction between Ti(NMe2)4 and C2-symmetric ligands, (R,R)-11,12-bis(pyrrol-2-ylmethyleneamino)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (1H2), and (R,R)-bis(diphenylthiophosphoramino)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (2H2), (R,R)-11,12-bis(mesitylenesulphonylamino)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (3H2) and (R,R)-bis(diphenylthiophosphoramino)-1,2-cyclohexane (4H2). Treatment of Ti(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv of 1H2 gives, after recrystallization from a benzene solution, the binuclear double helicate titanium amide (1)2[Ti(NMe2)2]2⋅(5) in 71% yield. While under similar reaction conditions, reaction of Ti(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv of 2H2, 3H2 or 4H2 gives, after recrystallization from a toluene or benzene solution, the mononuclear single helicate titanium amides (2)Ti(NMe2)2 (6), (3)Ti(NMe2)2 (7) and (4)Ti(NMe2)2 (8), respectively, in good yields. All new compounds have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, and elemental analyses. The solid-state structures of complexes 5-8 have further been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses. The titanium amides are active catalysts for the polymerization of rac-lactide, leading to the isotactic-rich polylactides.  相似文献

Reaction of the ten-vertex [6-Ph-nido-6-CB9H11] anion (1) with two-electron donor ligands L, where L is SMe2, NH2Ph, NC5H5, NC5H4-para-CH2Ph, NC5H4-para-Ph or NC9H7 (where NC9H7 is quinoline) in the presence of {FeCl3(OH2)6} gives the six neutral arachno ten-vertex monocarbaboranes [6-Ph-9-L-arachno-6-CB9H12], compounds 2, 3, 4, 7, 9 and 11, respectively, isolatable in yields of up to 63%. On prolonged treatment with {FeCl3(OH2)6} oxidative cluster closure of the four compounds 4, 7, 9 and 11 that have pyridine-type ligands gives the neutral closo ten-vertex monocarbaboranes [1-Ph-6-L-closo-1-CB9H8], compounds 6, 8, 10 and 12, respectively, in yields of 49-92%. All new species 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and NMR spectroscopy. Palladium complexes composed of [Pd(Ln)2Cl2] (n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6), [L5a]2[PdCl4] and [Pd(L5b)2], where L1 = 4,5-dihydro-2-phenyl-1H-imidazole (=2-phenyl-1H-imidazoline), L2 = 2-(o-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazoline, L3 = 2-(o-methylphenyl)-1H-imidazoline, L4 = 2-(o-tert-butylphenyl)-1H-imidazoline, L5a = 2-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-imidazolinium, L5b = 2-(1H-imidazolin-2-yl)phenolate, and L6 = 2-(o-methylphenyl)-1H-imidazole, were synthesized. Molecular structures of the isolated palladium complexes were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The effect of ortho-substituents on the phenyl ring on trans-chlorine geometry was noted for complexes [Pd(L1)2Cl2] 1a and 1b, [Pd(L2)2Cl2] 2 and [Pd(L6)2Cl2] 6, whereas cis-chlorine geometry was observed for [Pd(L3)2Cl2] 3 and [Pd(L4)2Cl2] 4. PdCl2 reacts with 2-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-imidazoline in DMF to give [L5a]+ and [L5b]- so that [L5a]2[PdCl4] 5a and [Pd(L5b)2] 5b were obtained. In complex 5b, as an N,O-bidentate ligand, two ligands L5b coordinated with the central Pd(II) ion in the trans-form. The coordination of PdCl2 with 2-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-imidazolines in solution was investigated by NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A new dipyrroloquinone, zyzzyanone A 1, having a pyrrolo[3,2-f]indole-4,8(1H,7H)-dione skeleton, was isolated from the Australian marine sponge Zyzzya fuliginosa, along with the known pyrroloquinoline alkaloids, makaluvamines C, E, G, H, and L, and damirones A and B. The structure of 1 was determined by spectroscopic data. Zyzzyanone A 1 shows moderate cytotoxic activity against mouse Ehrlich carcinoma cells (IC50 25 μg/mL), inhibits the cell division of fertilized sea urchin eggs at a concentration of 25 μg/mL, and exhibits UV-A and UV-B absorbing activity.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described the synthesis of new 5-(5-amino-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-yl)-1H-tetrazoles 2ac from 5-amino-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitriles 1ac as well as the unexpected 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives 6ac from 5-amino-1-aryl-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitriles 4ac, instead of 5-(5-amino-1-aryl-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-yl)-1H-tetrazoles 5ac as desired. In an attempt to obtain these tetrazole derivatives containing the methyl group at C3-position in the pyrazole ring, the amino group in 5-amino-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile 4c was protected by the reaction with sodium hydride and di-tert-butyl-dicarbonate (Boc). The tetrazole derivative 5c was synthesized from the protected compound 7c using analogue methodology to obtain 2ac and 6ac.  相似文献

A facile method has been developed for the synthesis of 4H-chromene-3-carboxylates 3ad by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2-hydroxy-2H-chromene-3-carboxylates 2ad with triethylsilane in the presence of BF3·O(C2H5)2. Cyclocondensation of 4H-chromene-3-carboxylates 3ad with benzylamines 4ad afforded a series of 2,3-dihydrochromenopyrrolones 5ap and with propargylamine afforded 2-propynyl-2,3-dihydrochromenopyrrolones 6ad. Click reaction of 6ad with benzyl azides 7ad provided a series of 1H-1,2,3-triazolylmethyl-2,3-dihydrochromenopyrrolones 8ap. Thus synthesized compounds 3ad, 5ap, 6ad, and 8ap are novel heterocyclic compounds and being reported for the first time.  相似文献

(Z)-5-(2-(1H-Indol-3-yl)-2-oxoethylidene)-3-phenyl-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one (7a-q) derivatives have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 3-phenyl-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-ones (3a-h) with suitably substituted 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-2-oxoacetaldehyde (6a-d) under microwave condition. The thioxothiazolidine-4-ones were prepared from the corresponding aromatic amines (1a-e) and di-(carboxymethyl)-trithiocarbonyl (2). The aldehydes (6a-h) were synthesized from the corresponding acid chlorides (5a-d) using HSnBu3.  相似文献

The reaction of bromoalkanes (R–Br; (3), R=CnH2n+1, n=4 (a), 8 (b), 12 (c),18 (d)) and bromobenzyl derivatives (R′–Br; (4), R′=CH2C6H2(CH3)3-2,4,6 (a); CH2C6H(CH3)4-2,3,5,6 (b); CH2C6(CH3)5 (c)) with 1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline (IP)(L2) gave the corresponding 1-R-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline (IPR)(L3ad) and 1-R′-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline(IPR')(L4ac) ligands, respectively. Treatment of L3ad and L4ad with [Ru(p-cymene)Cl2]2 led to the formation of [Ru(p-cymene)(IPR)Cl]Cl (RuL3ad) and [Ru(p-cymene)(IPR′)Cl]Cl (RuL4ac). New ruthenium(II) complexes RuL3ad and RuL4ac were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, UV–visible and NMR spectroscopy. In order to understand effects of these changes on the N-substituent of imidazol on IP and how they translate to catalytic activity, these new RuL2, RuL3ad and RuL4ac were applied in the transfer hydrogenation of ketones by 2-propanol in presence of potassium hydroxide. The activities of the catalysts were monitored by NMR and GC analysis.  相似文献

A series of new para-substituted (E)-(N)-styrylcarbazoles, i.e., eight (E)-9-[2-(aryl)ethenyl]-9H-carbazoles (5-12) and 1,4-bis[(E)-2-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)vinyl]benzene (13), have been synthesized in high yield and stereoselectively by a sequential silylative coupling-Hiyama coupling reaction, i.e., coupling of commercially available 9-vinylcarbazole with vinyltriethoxysilane or divinyltetramethyldisiloxane in the presence of [RuHCl(CO)(PCy3)2] (I), followed by Pd (II) catalyzed cross-coupling with para-substituted iodobenzenes.The tandem procedure has facilitated the synthesis of 13. X-ray structures of the intermediate silylvinylcarbazole (4), as well as products 12 and 13 have been obtained.  相似文献

[MBr(CO)5] reacts with m-ethynylphenylamine and pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde in refluxing tetrahydrofuran to give, fac-[MBr(CO)3(py-2-CHN-C6H4-m-(CCH))] (M = Mn, 1a; Re, 2a). The same method affords the tetracarbonyl [Mo(CO)4{py-2-CHN-C6H4-m-(CCH)}] (3a) starting from [Mo(CO)4(piperidine)2]; and the methallyl complex [MoCl(η3-C3H4Me-2)(CO)2{py-2-CHN-C6H4-m-(CCH)}] (4a) from [MoCl(η3-C3H4Me-2)(CO)2(NCMe)2]. The use of p-ethynylphenylamine gives the corresponding derivatives (1b, 2b, 3b, and 4b) with the ethynyl substituent in the para-position at the phenyl ring of the iminopyridine. All complexes have been isolated as crystalline solids and characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods. X-ray determinations, carried out on crystals of 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3b, 4a, and 4b, reveals the same structural type for all compounds with small variations due mainly to the different size of the metal atoms. The reaction of complexes 1a or 2a with dicobalt octacarbonyl affords the tetrahedrane complexes [MBr(CO)3{py-2-CHN-C6H4-m-{(μ-CCH)Co2(CO)6}}] (M = Mn, 5; Re, 6), the structures of which have been confirmed by an X-ray determination on a crystal of compound 5.  相似文献

The reactions of Mo2(O2CCH3)4 with different equivalents of N,N′-bis(pyrimidine-2-yl)formamidine (HL1) and N-(2-pyrimidinyl)formamide (HL2) afforded dimolybdenum complexes of the types Mo2(O2CCH3)(L1)2(L2) (1) trans-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (2) cis-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (3) and Mo2(L2)4 (4). Their UV–Vis and NMR spectra have been recorded and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 3 establish the first pair of trans and cis forms of dimolybdenum complexes containing formamidinate ligands. The L1 ligands in 13 are bridged to the metal centers through two central amine nitrogen atoms, while the L2 ligands in 14 are bridged to the metal centers via one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom and the amine nitrogen atom. The Mo–Mo distances of complexes 1 [2.0951(17) Å], 2 [2.103(1) Å] and 3 [2.1017(3) Å], which contain both Mo?N and Mo?O axial interactions, are slightly longer than those of complex 4 [2.0826(12)–2.0866(10) Å] which has only Mo?O interactions.  相似文献

Substituent-controlled regioselective synthesis of highly functionalized 1,2-teraryls 3a-k has been achieved through ring transformation of 6-aryl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl/piperidin-1-yl)-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carbonitriles 1a-g by aryl acetones 2a-c in the presence of powdered KOH in DMF in very good yield. Under similar reaction conditions, 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-2H-pyran-2-ones 5a-f afforded 1,7-diaryl-2-methyl-4H,5H-pyrano[3,4-c]pyran-4,5-diones 6a-j as major products and 3,4-diaryl-2-methyl-6-methylsulfanylbenzonitriles as minor constituents 7a-j.  相似文献

The hydro(solvo)thermal self-assembles of CuI, KI and 2,5-dicarboxylpyridine [2,5-(COOH)2py] in different molar ratios in H2O/alcohol solutions produced three Cu coordination polymers as 2-D [N-C2H5py][Cu3I4] 1, 1-D [N-CH3py][Cu2I3] 2 as well as 1-D [Cu(2-COOpy)2]H2O 3 (N-C2H5py=N-ethylpyridine, N-CH3py=N-methylpyridine, 2-COOpy=2-carboxylpyridine). N-C2H5py in 1 and N-CH3py in 2 derived from the solvothermal in situ simultaneous decarboxylation and N-alkylation reactions of 2,5-(COOH)2py. The semi-decarboxylation reaction of 2,5-(COOH)2py into 2-COOpy occurred in the preparation of 3. X-ray single-crystal analysis revealed that CuI is transformed into a 2-D [Cu3I4] layer in compound 1 and a 1-D chain in compound 2, templated by [N-C2H5py]+ and [N-CH3py]+, respectively. Compound 3 is a divalent Cu compound. The Cu(II) centers with a 4+2 geometry are coordinated by μ3-mode 2-COOpy ligands. All of the title compounds were characterized by CHN analysis, IR spectrum analysis and TG analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit fluorescence properties with the maximum emissions at 581 nm for 1 and 537 nm for 2.  相似文献

Ethylene polymerization studies have been carried out with novel precatalysts of the type: [(η5-C13H8)-X(t-BuOC6H12)Me-(η5-C5H4)]ZrCl2 [X=C [1a], Si [2a]], [(η5-C13H8)-XMe2-(η5-(t-BuOC6H12C5H3))] ZrCl2 [X=C [3a], Si [4a]] in the presence of excess methylalumoxane (MAO) to compare their catalytic activity and to delineate the effect of the 6-t-butoxyhexyl functionality on ethylene polymerization. The precatalysts [1a] and [2a] with the bridge functionality showed higher activity in ethylene polymerization than the corresponding complexes [3a] and [4a] which have it on the Cp ring moiety. On the other hand the silyl bridged complexes [2a] and [4a] produced a higher molecular weight polyethylene than the carbon-bridged one, regardless of the location of functional group.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 4-phenylquinolin-2(1H)-one derivatives has been achieved in a one-pot reaction from N-acyl-o-aminobenzophenones 1a-c (a: acyl=acetyl; b: acyl=propanoyl; c: acyl=heptanoyl) using NaH as a base. Treatment of 1 with NaH provided the quinolones 2a-c with 62-83% yields, whereas the reaction in the presence of alkyl iodide (alkyl=methyl, ethyl, n-octyl) gave the corresponding N-alkylated quinolones 3a-g in 75-95% yields. The alkylation reaction of 4-phenylquinolin-2(1H)-one 2a with alkyl halide gave a mixture of N-alkylated and O-alkylated products. Comparison of IR and NMR data of the N-alkylated and O-alkylated compounds with those of 2a-c indicated that 2a-c exist as the lactam form.  相似文献
