We accomplished the palladium-catalyzed double substitution of 2-haloallylic acetates with nitrogen nucleophiles. During the Pd2(dba)3/DPPE-catalyzed reaction of 2-fluoroallylic acetates with N-substituted-p-toluenesulfonamide, two equivalents of nitrogen nucleophiles were introduced to the allyl unit with a Z-selectivity through the carbon–fluorine bond cleavage. We further demonstrated the reaction of 2-chloroallylic acetates, and succeeded in obtaining the same doubly-substituted products in good yields with a high Z-selectivity.  相似文献

A practical and scalable nickel‐catalyzed allylic stannylation of allyl acetates with Bu3SnOMe is described. A variety of acyclic and cyclic allyl acetates, even with base‐sensitive moieties, undergoes the stannylation by using NiBr2/4,4′‐di‐tert‐butylbipyridine (dtbpy)/Mn catalyst system to afford highly functionalized allyl stannanes with excellent regioselectivity and yields. Furthermore, the scope of protocol is also extended by the reaction of propargyl acetates, giving rise to propargyl or allenyl stannanes. Additionally, a unique diastereoselectivity using the nickel catalyst different from the palladium was demonstrated for the stannylation of cyclic allyl acetates. In the reaction, inexpensive and stable nickel complexes, abundant reductant (Mn), and atom‐economical stannyl source were used.  相似文献

Stereochemically-biased bicyclic allylic acetates endo- and exo-1 were shown as being allyl donors for Pd-catalyzed carbonyl allylation using stoichiometric quantities of samarium diodide. Cyclopentenyl acetate and bicyclic derivatives 1 react with cyclic ketones in the presence of SmI2 without requirement of palladium catalysis. Use of enantiomerically enriched substrate suggests that the reaction goes through a π-allyl samarium complex. However, this reactivity appears to be restricted to strained cyclopentenyl acetates since other linear and cyclic allylic acetates do not give the carbonyl allylation product.  相似文献

A facile and direct highly stereoselective synthesis of [E]- and [Z]-allyl dithiocarbamates has been accomplished from acetates of Baylis-Hillman (BH) adducts in catalyst-free one-pot three-component coupling reactions of carbon disulfide and amine in water under a mild and green procedure with high yields. The reaction pathway involves the nucleophilic displacement (SN2′) of BH acetates by dithiocarbamate anions. A palladium-catalyzed reaction of easily accessible 3-(pinacolatoboryl)allyl acetates and aldehydes provides facile access to synthetically useful homoaldol equivalent products with high diastereoselectivity. The reaction presumably proceeds via allylation of aldehydes with α-acetoxy allylboronates that produced in situ by reductive elimination from allylic gem-palladium/boryl intermediates.  相似文献

AcCl-EtOH transforms primary and secondary allyl acetates into allyl chlorides that retain the olefinic bond in the more stable position. Whereas secondary allyl alcohols also react with almost the same efficacy as the acetates, the reactions of primary allyl alcohols that possess 1,2-disubstituted alkenes are very slow. The products are isolated in high state of purity simply by removal of the volatiles.  相似文献

Allyl acetates were synthesised from allenes utilising methodology based on the general reactivity of π-allyl palladium intermediates which participate efficiently in transformations involving nucleophiles. Reactions of allenes and aryl iodides in the presence of AcONa and Pd(OAc)2/PPh3 as the catalytic system afforded allyl acetates in moderate to good yields. Monosubstituted allenes, depending on their structure, produced either a separable mixture of two regioisomeric products or a single regioisomer. As allylic acetates can be easily hydrolysed, the methodology is applicable for the synthesis of allyl alcohols as well.  相似文献

The cross-coupling of allyl acetates and aryl and vinyl siloxanes proceeds readily by the catalysis of in situ generated palladium(0) nanoparticles. The reactions are stereoselective, and (E)-coupling products are obtained both from cis and trans allyl acetates. Inter- and intramolecular palladium-catalyzed allyl cross-coupling reactions using allylindium generated in situ by treatment of allyl acetates with indium and indium trichloride in the presence of Pd(0) catalyst and nBuNMe(2) in DMF were successfully demonstrated. Allylindium species generated in situ by reductive transmetalation of pi-allylpalladium(II) complexes, obtained from a variety of allyl acetates in the presence of Pd(0) catalyst together with indium and indium trichloride, were found to be capable of acting as effective nucleophilic coupling partners in Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. A variety of allyl acetates such as but-1-en-3-yl acetate, crotyl acetate, and 2-methylallyl acetate afforded the corresponding allylic compounds in good yields in cross-coupling reactions. Various electrophilic cross-coupling partners such as aryl iodides and vinyl bromides and triflates participate in these reactions. Not only intermolecular but also intramolecular Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions work equally well to produce the desired allylic coupling products in good yields.  相似文献

The Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts derived from isatins and maleimides have undergone a facile and efficient allylic nucleophilic substitution reaction with X, S, N, and O-nucleophiles to afford functionalized tetrasubstituted alkene appended oxindoles in very good yield. The MBH adducts and their acetates on treatment with halides, saturated and unsaturated amines, thiols, and trialkyl orthoformates afforded allyl halide, allyl amine, allyl thio-ether and allyl ether derivatives of oxindole, respectively.  相似文献

A formyl equivalent was generated in situ from Eschenmoser’s salt in aqueous THF and was reacted with an allylindium species. Acylnitroso-derived hetero-Diels-Alder adducts and related allyl acetates were shown to be substrates for Pd(0)/InI-mediated allylations of formaldehyde-related species to provide homoallylic alcohols. Hydroxymethyl groups were installed with regio- and diastereocontrol to provide relevant disubstituted carbocyclic scaffolds. In the present work the stereocontrolled palladium-catalysed umpolung allylation of aldehydes is described. Allyl acetates are in situ transformed into the corresponding allyl boronates, which directly react with aldehydes. The question of stereocontrol is raised by employing (a) chiral boronating agents (reagent control) and by (b) utilising chiral aldehydes (substrate control). These studies reveal that the approach based on substrate control is superior to the former one with respect to yields and stereoselectivity. Remarkably, this umpolung protocol often yields the 4,5-syn products in high selectivity, which is unprecedented for direct crotylations.  相似文献

Substituted aromatic ketoximes reacted efficiently with allylic acetates in the presence of {[RuCl2(p‐cymene)]2} and AgSbF6 in 1,2‐dichloroethane at ambient temperature, providing ortho‐allyl aromatic ketoximes in a highly regioselective manner without an oxidant. In the reaction, the acetate group of allyl acetate acts as a base to activate the C?H bond of aromatics.
