The RuO4-catalyzed oxidative polycyclization of some selected linear polyenes, possessing a repetitive 1,5-diene structural motif, has been investigated. The all-trans triene (E,E,E)-acetic acid henicosa-2,6,10-trienyl ester gave the expected bis-tetrahydrofuranyl diol product possessing a threo-cis-threo-cis-threo relative configuration, along with a mixture of the corresponding bis-THF ketols. These compounds can be seen as useful intermediates in the synthesis of the bis-THF diol core of adjacent bis-THF antitumour acetogenins possessing a threo-cis-threo-cis-erythro relative configuration, such as rolliniastatiin-1, membranacin, rollimembrin and membrarollin. Oxidation of the related all-trans tetraene (E,E,E,E)-acetic acid pentacosa-2,6,10,14-tetraenyl ester stops at the second cyclization step giving a mixture of a threo-cis-threo-cis-threo bis-THF diol and the corresponding ketol products. Oxidation of the triene (E,Z,E)-acetic acid 12-acetoxy-dodeca-2,6,10-trienyl ester stops at the monocyclization level failing to give bis-cyclized products, as previously observed for the related isoprenoid triene (E,Z)-farnesyl acetate. This result confirms the difficulty of closing a second THF ring when the central double bond of the triene possesses a cis configuration. Based on the collected results, a plausible model is proposed that both explains the observed cis/trans stereoselectivity for each ring-closing step in these processes, and rationalize the stereochemical course of the previously studied polycyclization of the isoprenoid polyenes (E,E)-farnesyl acetate, geranylgeranyl acetate and squalene.  相似文献

The RuO4-catalyzed oxidative polycyclization of digeranyl, a Cs-symmetric tetraene possessing a repetitive 1,5-diene structural motif, has been studied. The required substrate has been synthesized by Ti(III)-mediated tail-to-tail homocoupling of geranyl bromide. The process afforded two hitherto unknown isomeric tris-tetrahydrofuran products possessing unexpected all-threo cis-trans-cis and cis-trans-trans relative configuration. The new stereochemical outcome is explained based on previously formulated chelation or steric control models on the basis of structural differences between digeranyl and previously studied isoprenoid polyenes farnesyl acetate, geranylgeranyl acetate and squalene.  相似文献

Uracil-annulated heteroazulenes, 6-substituted 7,9-dimethylcyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrrole-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates 7a,b·BF4, which are the isoelectronic compounds of 5-dezazaflavin, were synthesized. X-Ray crystal analysis and MO calculations were carried out to clarify the structural characteristics of 7a,b·BF4. The stability of cations 7a,b is expressed by the pKR+ values which were determined spectrophotometrically to be 10.9 and 11.2, respectively. The electrochemical reduction of 7a,b exhibited high reduction potentials at −0.84 and −0.87 (V vs Ag/AgNO3) upon cyclic voltammetry (CV). A good linear correlation between the pKR+ values and reduction potentials (E1red) of 7a,b·BF4 and reference compounds 4·BF4 and 5·BF4 was obtained. In a search of the reactivity, reactions of 7a,b·BF4 with some nucleophiles, hydride and diethylamine, were carried out to clarify that the introduction of nucleophiles to give regio-isomers is dependent on the nucleophile. The photo-induced oxidation reactions of 7a,b·BF4 toward some alcohols under aerobic conditions were carried out to give the corresponding carbonyl compounds in more than 100% yield [based on compounds 7a,b·BF4], suggesting the oxidizing function of 7a,b·BF4 toward alcohols in the autorecycling process.  相似文献

The configuration of the penta-tetrahydrofuranyl diol (penta-THF) product obtained by a single-step, RuO4-catalyzed oxidative polycyclization of squalene, has been determined as cis-threo-cis-threo-trans-threo-trans-threo-trans. The cis-cis-trans-trans-trans sequence for the five contiguous THF rings has been established through extensive 2D-NMR spectroscopic studies carried out both on the intact molecule and on some of its derivatives, including the oxidative cleavage products obtained by degradation of the penta-THF with PCC/AcOH. Four different chemical approaches were devised to determine each of the four threo relationships within each carbon pair connecting adjacent THF rings in the molecule. To this aim, studies have been carried out either on some intermediates of the process leading to penta-THF, obtained by stopping the oxidation of squalene prior to completion, or on a degradation product of the penta-THF, obtained from the latter through a bidirectional double oxidative degradation with PCC.  相似文献

Various compositions of solid solutions K3P(Mo1−xWx)12O40 (0?x?1) were prepared using two solid state synthetic routes. The crystallite size was determined by linewidth refinements of X-ray diffraction patterns using the Warren-Averbach method, and the grain size distribution by laser scattering experiments. Optical properties were determined by diffuse reflectance measurements in the UV-visible range. The optical gap Eg was found to increase exponentially from ∼2.5 to ∼3.30 eV with increasing x, and is systematically shifted to a higher energy when the grain size decreases. The relation between Eg and x was analyzed by calculating the HOMO-LUMO gaps of the [P(Mo1−xWx)12O40]3− anions on the basis of tight-binding electronic structure calculations.  相似文献

Lithium substituted Li1+xMn2−xO4 spinel samples in the entire solid solution range (0?x?1/3) were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The samples with x<0.25 are stoichiometric and those with x?0.25 are oxygen deficient. High-temperature oxide melt solution calorimetry in molten 3Na2O·4MoO3 at 974 K was performed to determine their enthalpies of formation from constituent binary oxides at 298 K. The cubic lattice parameter was determined from least-squares fitting of powder XRD data. The variations of the enthalpy of formation from oxides and the lattice parameter with x follow similar trends. The enthalpy of formation from oxides becomes more exothermic with x for stoichiometric compounds (x<0.25) and deviates endothermically from this trend for oxygen-deficient samples (x?0.25). This energetic trend is related to two competing substitution mechanisms of lithium for manganese (oxidation of Mn3+ to Mn4+ versus formation of oxygen vacancies). For stoichiometric spinels, the oxidation of Mn3+ to Mn4+ is dominant, whereas for oxygen-deficient compounds both mechanisms are operative. The endothermic deviation is ascribed to the large endothermic enthalpy of reduction.  相似文献

Two tridentate imine–oxime–amine ligands have been synthesized and their corresponding copper(II) complexes have been isolated. These copper(II) complexes are readily oxidized both chemically and electrochemically to give relatively stable copper(III) complexes. In the pH range 1.5–3.0 the electron transfer process is electrochemically reversible with ΔEp = 60 mV and ipa/ipc ∼ 1. Plots of E1/2 versus pH are linear with a slope = −60 indicating the involvement of one proton in the electron transfer process. Aqueous solutions of copper(III) complexes have high molar absorption at λmax with ε > 104 M−1 cm−1. Solid samples of the complexes are diamagnetic consistent with a d8 square planar geometry. It seems that only imine–oxime nitrogens are coordinated to copper(II) with the NH2 group being free as indicated by i.r. spectra. Substitution of a –CH3 group on the carbon atom adjacent to the oxime group by the more electron donating group –CH(CH3)2 lowers electrode potential by more than 90 mV. This is consistent with an earlier observation that electron-donating substituents on the carbon atom adjacent to the oxime group lower the potential of CuIII/CuII couples and stabilize the higher oxidation state.  相似文献

In the presence of Pd(II) acetate and triethylamine as well as triphenylphosphine, 2-(arylmethylene)cyclopropylcarbinols 1 underwent ring opening and oxidation reactions smoothly to deliver (2E,4E)-5-arylpenta-2,4-dienals 2 in toluene at 60 °C in moderate to good yields under ambient atmosphere. Mechanisms involved with an in situ generated Pd(0) species from Pd(II) and Et3N or PPh3 catalyzed isomerization of 1 to provide (E,E)-5-arylpenta-2,4-dien-1-ols 3 and following a Pd(II) catalyzed aerobic oxidation of 3 have been proposed on the basis of control and deuterium labeling experiments.  相似文献

Anab initio study of the relative stability for the states2 A 1g and2 E g of C2H 6 + has been carried out. The results of the Open Shell Restricted Hartree-Fock calculations lead to assign the2 A 1 g as the ground state of the molecule in agreement with previous SCF calculations.The correlation energy associated to both states has been calculated within the correlation hole model and the results, contrary to those obtained from Configuration Interaction calculations, do not alter qualitatively the conclusions from SCF.  相似文献

Liquid–liquid equilibria of systems water (A) + CiEj surfactant (B) + n-alkane (C) have been modeled by a mass-action law model previously developed and so far successfully applied to a series of binary water + CiEj systems and to the ternary system water + C4E1 + n-dodecane. These calculations provide the basis for the presented modeling. The aqueous systems give information about the association constants and the χAB-parameter of the Flory–Huggins theory and the ternary C4E1-system provides universal temperature functions for the χAC- and the χBC-parameter. The three-phase equilibrium for seven ternary CiEj systems (i = 6–12, j = 3–6) has been calculated by fitting one additional parameter for each of both temperature functions to the characteristic “fish-tail” point. The agreement with the experimental data is reasonably well. For systems with very small three-phase areas the results can considerably be improved by individual temperature functions that incorporate the experimental temperature maximum of the “fish” into the parameter fit. Based on the parameters of the system water + C8E4 + n-C8H18 the “fish-shaped” phase diagram of the system water + C8E4 + n-C14H30 was predicted reasonably well.  相似文献

The title compound has been prepared as polycrystalline powder by thermal treatments of mixtures of Pr6O11 and MoO2 in air. In the literature, an oxide with a composition Pr2MoO6 has been formerly described to present interesting catalytic properties, but its true stoichiometry and crystal structure are reported here for the first time. It is cubic, isostructural with CdTm4Mo3O16 (space group Pn-3n, Z=8), with a=11.0897(1) Å. The structure contains MoO4 tetrahedral units, with Mo-O distances of 1.788(2) Å, fully long-range ordered with PrO8 polyhedra; in fact it can be considered as a superstructure of fluorite (M8O16), containing 32 MO2 fluorite formulae per unit cell, with a lattice parameter related to that of cubic fluorite (af=5.5 Å) as a≈2af. A bond valence study indicates that Mo exhibits a mixed oxidation state between 5+ and 6+ (perhaps accounting for the excellent catalytic properties). One kind of Pr atoms is trivalent whereas the second presents a mixed Pr3+-Pr4+ oxidation state. The similarity of the XRD pattern with that published for Ce2MoO6 suggests that this compound also belongs to the same structural type, with an actual stoichiometry Ce5Mo3O16.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new series of chiral phosphine amides derived from d-glucosamine is described. The palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylations of racemic (E)-1,3-diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate with dimethyl malonate using these ligands have been investigated. The results obtained and the NMR studies of free ligands and of their Pd-complexes obtained from dimer [(η3-C3H5)PdCl]2 revealed the mode of complexation and the influence of the configuration and of the nature of the substituent at the anomeric position on the enantioselectivity of the studied asymmetric allylic alkylation reactions.  相似文献

A systematic thermodynamic and kinetic study of the entire SFxCl (x = 0-5) series has been carried out. High-level quantum chemical composite methods have been employed to derive enthalpy of formation values from calculated atomization and isodesmic energies. The resulting values for the SCl, SFCl, SF2Cl(C1), SF3Cl(Cs), SF4Cl(Cs) and SF5Cl molecules are 28.0, −36.0, −64.2, −134.3, −158.2 and −237.1 kcal mol−1. A comparison with previous experimental and theoretical values is presented. Statistical adiabatic channel model/classical trajectory, SACM/CT, calculations of selected complex-forming and recombination reactions of F and Cl atoms with radicals of the series have been performed between 200 and 500 K. The reported rate coefficients span over the normal range of about 6 × 10−12 and 5 × 10−11 cm3 molecule−1 s−1 expected for this type of barrierless reactions.  相似文献

Cathode materials Li[CoxMn1−x]O2 for lithium secondary batteries have been prepared by a new route—precursor method of layered double hydroxides (LDHs). In situ high-temperature X-ray diffraction (HT-XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis coupled with mass spectrometry (TG-MS) were used to monitor the structural transformation during the reaction of CoMn LDHs and LiOH·H2O: firstly the layered structure of LDHs transformed to an intermediate phase with spinel structure; then the distortion of the structure occurred with the intercalation of Li+ into the lattice, resulting in the formation of layered Li[CoxMn1−x]O2 with α-NaFeO2 structure. Extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) data showed that the Co-O bonding length and the coordination number of Co were close to those of Mn in Li[CoxMn1−x]O2, which indicates that the local environments of the transitional metals are rather similar. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to measure the oxidation state of Co and Mn. The influences of Co/Mn ratio on both the structure and electrochemical property of Li[CoxMn1−x]O2 have been investigated by XRD and electrochemical tests. It has been found that the products synthesized by the precursor method demonstrated a rather stable cycling behavior, with a reversible capacity of 122.5 mAh g−1 for the layered material Li[Co0.80Mn0.20]O2.  相似文献

A careful investigation of the previously reported single phase, pyrochlore structure type Y2(ZryTi1−y)2O7, 0?y?0.9, (YZT) solid solution has been carried out. Given the known slow rate of diffusion of cations in fluorite-related stabilized zirconia systems and the consequent difficulty in achieving equilibrium, careful attention was paid to synthesis procedures while Guinier XRD and electron diffraction were used to investigate the synthesized materials. As a consequence, a subtle but nonetheless clear two-phase region separating a pyrochlore-type solid solution field (from 0?y?∼0.54) from a “defect fluorite” type solid solution field (from ∼0.68?y?1) has been found. The underlying crystal chemistry of the system has been investigated using the bond valence sum approach. The dielectric properties have also been measured as a function of composition. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the lowest y compounds are potentially quite useful but deteriorate rapidly with increasing Zr content.  相似文献

The crystal chemistry, electronic structure, and electrical and magnetic properties of the novel perovskite-related nickel oxides Sr3Fe2−xNixO7−δ with 0?x?1.0 have been studied. X-ray diffraction and selected area electron diffraction (ED) data indicate that the samples have a tetragonal (Space group I4/mmm) structure. ED patterns and high-resolution images reveal the presence of a regular stacking along the c-axis for the x=1.0 sample. The lattice parameters, oxygen content, and average oxidation state of iron and nickel decrease with increasing Ni content. The electronic structure of the x=1.0 sample was studied by M 2p X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). An analysis of the spectra using the cluster model indicates that this material is in the negative charge-transfer regime and the ground state is dominated by the 3dn+1L configuration with 2p holes (L) in the oxygen band. The insulator states are stabilized due to a p-p type band gap that arises because the p-d transfer integral Tσ dominates over the O 2p bandwith. Although magnetic measurements reveal the presence of ferromagnetic interactions that lead to magnetic frustration at , no long-range magnetic order was observed for the samples with x?0.3. The electrical resistivity decreases with increasing Ni content as the p-p band gap tend to close due to the reduction of the Tσ value. Negative magnetoresistance (∼−24% for x=0.6 and −7% for x=1.0 at 20 K and 9 T) was observed for the Ni containing samples.  相似文献

By optimizing the extraction and analytical conditions, a reliable and precise HPLC method coupled with photodiode array detection (HPLC–DAD) has been developed for the identification and quantification of three major aconitine-type alkaloids (aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine) in the roots of Aconitum carmichaelii Debeaux. The qualitative analysis of the plant material was carried out by LC-APCI-MSn. By means of this method, 26 lipo-alkaloids were also identified from the roots of A. carmichaelii. The effect of processing on aconitine-type alkaloids, lipo-alkaloids and pure aconitine was studied. As part of our investigation, two lipo-alkaloids, 14-benzoylaconine-8-palmitate and 14-benzoylaconine-8-linoleate were produced semisynthetically. The COX-1, COX-2 and LTB4 formation inhibitory activity of aconite root extracts and different types of diterpene alkaloids and the toxicity of lipo-alkaloids were also investigated.  相似文献
