With increasing amounts of Pb or Sn the weak adsorption of hydrogen decreases, the adsorption of oxygen increases and the activity in the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane decreases. A correlation could be found between the amount of weakly adsorbed hydrogen and the dehydrogenation activity.

Cobalt-manganese nano catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. This research investigated the effects of different cobalt-manganese (Co/Mn = 1/1) loading, pH and calcination conditions on the catalytic performance of Co-Mn/TiO2 catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) in a fixed bed reactor. It was found that the catalyst containing 30wt%(Co-Mn)/TiO2 was an optimal catalyst for the conversion of synthesis gas to light olefins especially propylene. The activity and selectivity of optimal catalyst were studied under different operational conditions. The results showed that the best operational conditions were H2 /CO = 1/1 molar feed ratio at 250℃ and GHSV = 1300 h-1 under atmospheric pressure. Characterization of catalysts was carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 adsorption-desorption measurements.  相似文献

TiO_2载体掺杂对Mn-Ce/TiO_2催化剂低温脱硝性能影响研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以TiO_2、TiO_2-Al_2O_3及TiO_2-SiO_2为载体,选取Mn为活性组分,Ce为活性助剂,采用分布共混法制备低温SCR催化剂,分析了TiO_2载体掺杂Al_2O_3、SiO_2改性后对Mn-Ce/TiO_2催化剂低温脱硝活性的影响,运用BET、SEM、XRD、H2-TPR以及NH_3-TPD等测试手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,TiO_2载体经掺杂改性后,Mn-Ce/TiO_2催化剂的比表面积、孔结构参数以及表面孔结构形貌均得到改善和提高;Mn-Ce/TiO_2-Al_2O_3和Mn-Ce/TiO_2-SiO_2催化剂中TiO_2的结晶度均有不同程度降低;经TiO_2载体掺杂改性后的催化剂表面低温还原峰面积及催化剂表面酸性位种类及酸性大小显著改善,这都有助于提高催化剂的脱硝活性。通过对TiO_2载体掺杂SiO_2和Al_2O_3改性后,催化剂的脱硝活性明显提高,反应温度在80-140℃时,催化剂SCR脱硝活性的顺序是:Mn-Ce/TiO_2-SiO_2M n-Ce/TiO_2-Al_2O_3M n-Ce/TiO_2。  相似文献

In order to determine the amount of acid centers and the acid strength distribution, the Benesi method of discontinuous titration has been used. Thermogravimetric measurements were also carried out.

A novel catalyst, boria supported on titania-zirconia mixed oxide, exhibits very high catalytic activity and selectivity in vapor-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to e-caprolactam. It gives 99.7% oxime conversion and 97.0% lactam selectivity at 300°C.  相似文献

Following hydrogen treatments at high temperature a decrease in hydrogen chemisorption at room temperature is observed in almost all group VIII elements supported on SiO2 or Al2O3. The effect is attributed to self inhibition by strongly chemisorbed hydrogen on the metals.

以浸渍在不同晶相TiO2 (金红石型(R)、锐钛矿型(A)和P25型(P))上的锰基催化剂为对象,研究了TiO2晶相对MnOx/TiO2催化剂催化NO氧化活性的影响。 结果表明,MnOx/TiO2(P)催化剂活性最高,NO转化率在300℃及GHSV = 20000 h-1条件下可达83%。 各催化剂活性顺序为MnOx/TiO2(P)>MnOx/TiO2(A)>MnOx/TiO2(R)。采用X射线粉末衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、H2程序升温还原和O2程序升温脱附等手段研究了TiO2晶相影响MnOx/TiO2催化剂催化活性的作用机理。结果表明,相比于A和R型TiO2,P型TiO2能够增加MnOx在其表面的分散度并抑制催化剂颗粒的团聚和粘连,且更有利于Mn2O3的生成,而后者催化NO氧化活性比其它MnOx更高;此外,P型TiO2可以增加MnOx尤其是Mn2O3的还原性,并可促进O2-从M3+-O键的脱附。  相似文献

The objective of this work was to study the kinetics of methane combustion for a series of Fe2O3/TiO2 catalysts. An increase in activity is observed as iron loading increases, and can be attributed to an increase of surface coverage by Fe2O3 species. Kinetic studies revealed that the reaction orders with respect to methane, oxygen, carbon dioxide and water are 1, 0, 0 and -1 respectively. The catalytic combustion of benzene over SBA-15-supported copper oxide has been investigated. The SBA-15-supported copper oxide catalysts have been prepared by the precipitation-deposition method, and characterized by XRD, BET and TPR. In the CuO/SBA-15 catalysts, the catalytic activity increases with increasing copper oxide loading ratio. Metallic Cu is much more active than copper oxides. When the reduction temperature increases to 500°C the benzene conversion increases until the maximum vlaue is obtained. Further increase in the reduction temperature to 600°C results in a decrease of benzene conversion.  相似文献

Titania-supported tungsten oxide catalysts with different W loadings up to 9 wt. % and calcined at different temperatures have been prepared and characterized. It is found that W hinders the initial sintering of anatase, providing thermal stability. The interaction of W with TiO2 and the amount of hydroxy groups present on the surface can limit diffusion, thus reducing the sintering rate.  相似文献

In (E+Rh)/Al2O3 catalysts (E=Sn, Pb, Mo and W) the catalytic properties of rhodium in benzene hydrogenation, propane hydrogenolysis and n-hexane conversion change drastically. For modified rhodium the decrease in the hydrogenolysis rate of C–C bonds in paraffins leads to an increased yield of the products of non-destructive conversion of n-hexane.

Nanosized TiO2/SiO2 catalysts prepared by hydrolysis of titanium n-butoxide in microemulsion showed enhanced photocatalytic activity. In the presence of catalyst ME-2 and after 90 min irradiation by UV light, methylene blue was completely converted evidenced by the absence of its absorption band in the UV-Vis spectra. This catalyst demonstrated much better degradation ability than P-25 and naked TiO2.  相似文献

Electro-oxidation of methanol in sulfuric acid solution was studied using palladium well-dispersed on titanium nanotubes, in relation to methanol oxidation processes in the direct oxidation methanol fuel cell. Pd dispersed on titania nanotubes, which leads to high surface area substrates, showed excellent catalytic activities compared to those of pure Pd and Pd-TiO2 nanoparticles. TEM results show a narrow distribution of TiO2 nanoparticles whose particle size is about 10 nm, and uniform nano-sized TiO2 nanotubes with 10 nm in diameters are seen from HRTEM . A homogeneous structure in the composite nanomaterials is indicated by XRD analysis. The composite electrode activities were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and at 25 °C it was found that 3 wt% Pd in titania nanotubes had the best activity for methanol oxidation.  相似文献

TiO2 nanotubes(TiO2-NTs) were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.Co and Mo active components were supported on a series of the as-prepared TiO2-NTs samples which were calcined at different temperatures.The effects of support calcination temperature of CoMo/TiO2- NTs catalysts on their catalytic performance were investigated for selective hydrodesulfurization(HDS).The samples were characterized by means of the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction (XRD),Raman spectroscopy and H2 temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR).The experimental results revealed that TiO2-NTs support calcined under 500℃can maintain the nanotubular structure with higher surface area and pore volume.Meanwhile,the obtained supported CoMo/TiO2-NTs catalysts exhibited weak metal-support interaction,more octahedral Mo6+ species and high catalytic performance in selective HDS.  相似文献

将液体吸附原位红外表征系统与红外光谱仪连接,是实现原位红外反应过程的重要技术环节. 原位红外表征过程中涉及的吸附液存储于液体吸附原位红外表征系统内,对一些沸点较高的液体可以通过加热套控温操作完成吸附,并在被测物质吸附反应过程中监测其结构变化. 系统可设置多个液体吸附池,实现在同一试验过程中进行多种液体切换吸附,满足被测物质吸附不同液体蒸汽的需求,还可以使被测物质吸附液体蒸汽,对固体表面进行惰性气体前处理或氢气还原处理. 最终通过原位红外监测出反应产物,实现液体吸附原位红外表征.  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了具有尖晶石结构的LiMn_2O_4/TiO_2系列催化剂,探讨了TiO_2、Li/TiO_2、Mn/TiO_2、LiMn_2O_4及LiMn_2O_4/TiO_2等不同组成催化剂的甲烷氧化偶联反应性能,采用XRD、XPS、CO_2-TPD和H_2-TPR等表征方法对该系列催化剂进行了分析。结果表明,具有尖晶石结构的LiMn_2O_4化合物具有较高的甲烷氧化偶联催化活性,在775℃、0.1MPa、7200mL/(h·g),CH_4∶O_2(体积比)为2.5的条件下,甲烷转化率可达25.8%,C2选择性可达43.2%。TiO_2的存在不仅进一步提高了甲烷转化率和C2选择性,还有效抑制了甲烷完全氧化形成CO_2的过程。负载8%LiMn_2O_4的LiMn_2O_4/TiO_2催化剂性能达到最优,此时甲烷转化率达到31.6%,C2选择性为52.4%,CO_2选择性降低到26.3%。考察了不同焙烧温度对催化剂活性的影响,850℃为LiMn_2O_4/TiO_2催化剂的最佳焙烧温度。  相似文献
