Valence band offsets ΔEVBM at ZnSx O1–x/Cu(In,Ga)(Se,S)2 (CIGSSe) heterojunctions have been studied by photoemission spectroscopy (XPS, UPS) as a function of composition x in sputtered ZnSx O1–x films. In the composition range from ZnO to ZnS we found ΔEVBM between –(2.1 ± 0.3) eV and –(0.8 ± 0.4) eV, respectively. Considering the optical band gaps, the conduction band offsets ΔECBM range from –(0.1 ± 0.3) eV to +(1.4 ± 0.4) eV. These results suggest that sputtered ZnSx O1–x is suitable as substitution for the CdS buffer and ZnO window layers in standard chalcopyrite‐based solar cells. Gamma radiation following alpha decay of249Cf was investigated with high resolution Ge(Li) detectors in singles and coincidence arrangements. Nine new γ-rays were identified and placed in the previously-known decay scheme. Their energies in keV and intensities relative to the 388 keV (100) γ-ray are: 37.5±0.1 (0.026), 65.87±0.1 (0.017), 121.5±0.4 (0.070), 229.2±0.2 (0.072), 255.7±0.2 (0.065), 390.5±0.2 (0.025), 405.9±0.1 (0.014), 588.8±0.1 (0.003), and 643.5±0.1 (0.007). Coincidence measurements revealed that the intensity of the 54.7 keV γ-ray is shared by three intraband transitions and that the 121.5 keV crossover transition is present in the ground-state band.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that multi-exponential transverse (T2) relaxation components can be estimated from multi-echo images of peripheral nerve. Three T2-relaxation components with T2 values ± standard deviations (populations ± standard deviations) of 19 ± 7 ms (26 ± 9%), 63 ± 31 ms (29 ± 11%) and 241 ± 24 ms (45 ± 7%) have been identified in vivo in the sciatic nerve of the amphibian Xenopus laevis. The longer-lived component, not identified previously in vivo, provides a significant contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) between nerve and muscle in the latter-echo images. It is shown that the CNR can be further improved by the averaging of selected images from the multi-echo set.  相似文献

Further results are presented on half-lives and neutron emission probabilities (P n ) of short-lived delayed-neutron precursors in the mass chains 85–87, 92, 135, 136 and 145 obtained with the recoil focussing parabola-type mass separator for unslowed fission products LOHENGRIN installed at the Grenoble high-flux reactor. A newP n -value of (44±14)% is given for the (0.73±0.06)s87As; theP n -values of seven precursor nuclides have been redetermined: (1.9±0.1)s85As with (22±8)%, 0.9s86As with (10.5±2.2)%, (0.35±0.04)s92Br with (21±8)%, (1.6±0.15)s135Sb with (14±1)%, (0.9±0.1)s136Sb with (19±9)%, (17.5±0.2)s136Te with (2.0±1.0)% and 0.6s145Cs with (12.5±3.0)%. The results are compared with the existing data, and the neutron emission probabilities are discussed within a simple semi-empirical picture.  相似文献

Soft photons inside hadronic jets converted in front of the DELPHI main tracker (TPC) in events of qq̄ disintegrations of the Z0 were studied in the kinematic range 0.2<Eγ<1 GeV and transverse momentum with respect to the closest jet direction pT<80 MeV/c. A clear excess of photons in the experimental data as compared to the Monte Carlo predictions is observed. This excess (uncorrected for the photon detection efficiency) is (1.17±0.06±0.27)×10-3 γ/jet in the specified kinematic region, while the expected level of the inner hadronic bremsstrahlung (which is not included in the Monte Carlo) is (0.340±0.001±0.038)×10-3 γ/jet. The ratio of the excess to the predicted bremsstrahlung rate is then (3.4±0.2±0.8), which is similar in strength to the anomalous soft photon signal observed in fixed target experiments with hadronic beams.  相似文献

 零维模型负载优化设计制作的单层和双层铝丝阵负载,在俄罗斯S-300强流发生器上,利用“狭缝+闪烁体+光电探测器”X光功率测量系统对X光辐射特性参数进行了诊断。实验获得单层丝阵负载的辐射功率为(0.31±0.19) TW,辐射总能量为(16.93±7.45) kJ,脉宽为(18.41±5.00) ns;双层丝阵负载的辐射功率为(0.37±0.12) TW,辐射总能量为(16.40±3.99) kJ,脉宽为(13.45±3.50) ns。实验结果表明,双层丝阵负载辐射功率高于单层19.4%,信号脉宽窄4.96 ns。  相似文献

The26Al(n, p)26Mg reaction has been studied using neutron spectra which closely resembled Maxwell-Boltzmann (M.-B.) distributions with thermal energies ofkT=40 ×10?6, 31 and 71 keV and also forE n =270–350 keV. These energies correspond to stellar temperaturesT 9=4.6×10?7, 0.36, 0.82 and 3.1–4.1, whereT 9 is in units of 109 K. The partial cross sections for thep 0-(p 1-)transition are found to equal 26±10(1,850 ±150), 13±6(124±17), 16±13(84±14) and 21±8(72±15) mb for the above neutron spectra, respectively. The astrophysical reaction rate is determined for the combinedp 0- andp 1-transitions to beN A 〈σν〉=(0.324±0.026, 20.5±2.7, 22.6±4.3 and 38.7±11.1) ×106 cm3 mole?1 s?1. The results are compared with previous investigations and with statistical model calculations.  相似文献

Fortyeight resonances of the34S(p, γ)35Cl reaction in the proton rangeE p=1–2 MeV have been observed. Gamma decay of twentyeight of these was investigated by means of a 55 cm3 Ge(Li) detector, and the energies and branching ratios of several bound states have been determined. TheQ-value was found to be 6367.0 ± 1.5 keV. The lifetimes 150±20, 400±140, 19±4, 14±2, 145±50, 20±5, 20±4, 42±4 and 7±3 fs were determined with the DSA method for the states at 1219, 1763, 2694, 3003, 3944, 3967, 4059, 4178 and 4882 keV, respectively. The experimental transition strengths were found to be in agreement with those given by manyparticle shell-modell calculations.  相似文献

The time differential perturbed angular correlation technique has been used in the measurement of the electric quadrupole interaction of Ta impuritiy in bismuth metal. The interaction frequencies at 293, 400 and 500 K have been observed to be 288±1.5, 266.9±3 and 244.5±4.3 MHz respectively. The electric field gradient at 293 K is 4.75±0.3 × 1017 V/cm2 with the temperature coefficientB=2.2±0.2 × 10−5 (K)−3/2.  相似文献

Errors in Ref. 1 are corrected. Using the new data, the collisional broadening coefficient of NO γ-band lines by N2 is 2390 (±220) atm-1-K (old value = 1270±200) and the optical collision diameter is 13.3±0.6 Å (instead of 3.5±0.3 Å). Values for argon (2150±200 atm-1-K) and CO2 (2040±200 atm-1-K) yield the optical collision diameters of 13.2 and 13.1 Å, respectively.  相似文献

The mean lifetimes of levels in 55Co below 5.2 MeV have been investigated with the Doppler-shift attenuation method and the 54Fe(3He, d)55Co reaction at 12 MeV. Scattered particles were detected in two E-ΔE telescopes at ±55° with respect to the beam axis, in coincidence with γ-rays observed at 90° and 130° in a 50 cm3 Ge(Li) detector. Mean lifetimes are reported for the following levels (energy in keV, lifetime in fs): 2166 (139±18), 2566 (680±200), 2923 (>245), 2939 (190±65), 3303 (99±22), 3323 (54±15), 3642 (680?300+400), 3943 (>170), 4164 (54±15), 4180 (<16), 4722 (<33), 4749 (<70) and 5174 (<40). Mean lifetimes, excitation energies and branching ratios of 24Na states, populated in the 23Na(d, p)24Na reaction have been measured. Gamma-ray spectra were measured at three angles in coincidence with proton groups at θp = 169°. Mean lifetimes obtained from DSA are (excitation energy in keV, lifetime in fs): 563, > 1000; 1341, 95 ± 30; 1344, 38 ± 11; 1346, > 1500; 1512, 38 ± 11; 1846, 260 ± 50; 1885, 36 ± 9; 2513, 15 ± 7; 2563, < 25; 2904, 50 ± 15; 2978, < 25; 3216, 22 ± 8; 3372, 19 ± 5. For higher levels up to 4207 keV upper limits of 30 fs were set. In combination with earlier work the following unique spin(-parity) assignments could be made: Jπ(1846) = 2+, J(2513) = 3, Jπ(3745) = 3?. A new level at Ex = 3681.7 ± 0.6 keV is reported.  相似文献

Half-lives and delayed-neutron emission probabilities (P n ) of short-lived Rb and Cs precursors in the mass chains 94–98 and 143–147 were measured. Sources of isotope separated nuclides were obtained from the on-line mass-separator OSTIS installed at the Grenoble high-flux reactor. A newP n -value of (25.4±3.2)% is given for the (214±30) ms147Cs; theP n -values of nine alkali precursor nuclides were redetermined: (2,730±20) ms94Rb with (9.7±0.5)%, (377 ±6)ms95Rb with (8.6±0.5)%, (197±5)ms96Rb with (12.5±0.9)%, (171±4) ms97Rb with (25.2±1.8)%, (114±13)ms98Rb with (18.4±2.9)%, (1,765±30)ms143Cs with (1.74 ±0.12)%, (1,000±10)ms144Cs with (2.95±0.25)%, (616±20) ms145Cs with (12.2±0.9)%, (325±10)ms146Cs with (13.2±0.8)%. The temperature dependences of NQR line frequencies and widths of 121Sb (for the ±1/2→±3/2 transition) and of 123Sb (for the ±1/2→±3/2 and ±3/2→±5/2 transitions), as well as of the principal components and the asymmetry parameter of the electric-field-gradient tensor at the 123Sb nucleus have been studied in a SbSI crystal in the 115–325 K range. The dynamic and static factors governing the character of these relations are discussed. The ±1/2→±3/2 line in the 121Sb NQR spectrum splits into a doublet within a narrow (0.5 K) temperature interval near the ferroelectric phase transition (T c=293 K), which is associated with the formation of a macroscopic heterophase structure in the crystal. Multihadron production has been measured at the Adone e+e? storage ring in the c.m. energy region 1600 ÷ 1900 MeV. A resonant behaviour is observed, centered at 1819 ± 5 (±2) MeV, with a width of 24 ± 5 (±4) MeV. This effect is observed only in the events with 3 or 4 charged particles together with photons, but not in those without photons.  相似文献

In Rechna Doab, samples of the most common vegetation, perennial grass Desmostachya bipinnata (dab), were collected along with soil samples from 29 sites. Natural radioactivity of 226Ra, 232Th/228Ac and 40K was measured by using high purity germanium-based gamma ray spectrometer. Activity concentration levels of 226Ra, 232Th/228Ac and 40K in soil were found to be 46.8±6.2 (36.0–57.6), 61.4±5.9 (48.2–73.2) and 644.8±73.9 (537.7–868.4) Bq kg?1 (dry mass), respectively, and those in vegetation were 2.74±1.70 (1.00–6.39), 2.24±0.59 (1.56–2.61) and 172.72±113.37 (53.14–469.24) Bq kg?1 (dry mass), respectively. The measured values of the activity concentration in vegetation are comparable with some other international data. Calculated soil to vegetation transfer factors of 226Ra, 228Ac and 40K were 0.06±0.03 (0.02–0.14), 0.04±0.01 (0.03–0.04) and 0.26±0.16 (0.09–0.69). The mean outdoor absorbed dose rate in air for the area under study was determined as 8.22 nGy h?1 and the mean indoor absorbed dose rate in air was 11.52 nGy h?1. The total annual effective dose to the general public from the vegetation was found to be (0.02–0.16) mSv, which is below the recommended limit value of 1 mSv y?1 for the general public. The dab vegetation under study was found to be radiologically safe for the population and environment.  相似文献

High-level ab initio electronic structure calculations up to the CCSD(T) theory level, including extrapolations to the complete basis set (CBS) limit, resulted in high precision energetics of the tautomeric equilibrium in 2-substituted acetaldehydes (XH2C-CHO). The CCSD(T)/CBS relative energies of the tautomers were estimated using CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ, MP3/aug-cc-pVQZ, and MP2/aug-cc-pV5Z calculations with MP2/aug-cc-pVTZ geometries. The relative enol (XHC?=?CHOH) stabilities (ΔE e,CCSD(T)/CBS) were found to be 5.98?±?0.17, ?1.67?±?0.82, 7.64?±?0.21, 8.39?±?0.31, 2.82?±?0.52, 10.27?±?0.39, 9.12?±?0.18, 5.47?±?0.53, 7.50?±?0.43, 10.12?±?0.51, 8.49?±?0.33, and 6.19?±?0.18?kcal?mol?1 for X?=?BeH, BH2, CH3, Cl, CN, F, H, NC, NH2, OCH3, OH, and SH, respectively. Inconsistencies between the results of complex/composite energy computations methods Gn/CBS (G2, G3, CBS-4M, and CBS-QB3) and high-level ab initio methods (CCSD(T)/CBS and MP2/CBS) were found. DFT/aug-cc-pVTZ results with B3LYP, PBE0 (PBE1PBE), TPSS, and BMK density functionals were close to the CCSD(T)/CBS levels (MAD?=?1.04?kcal?mol?1).  相似文献

The intensive unresolved central line associated with organic free radicals in electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra of petroleum is interpreted as resulting from the superposition of signals from different radical species with very close g values. The mobility of a free radical in crude oil is relatively low due to the high oil viscosity. Aimed at characterizing free radicals in the oil byproduct, the present study is concerned with the investigation of marine diesel (bunker), a low-viscosity oil. Marine diesel was studied by EPR spectroscopy at X-band (9 GHz) in the temperature range from 170 to 400 K. Despite the viscosity at room temperature (2.5·10−3 kg/m·s) and the tumbling correlation time for free radicals of about 10−7 s suggesting a high mobility of free radicals in marine diesel, the EPR spectra at room temperature did not exhibit resolved lines, but only an envelope with a poor signal-to-noise ratio. The same behavior was observed from 170 to 373 K. Above 373 K, the EPR spectrum exhibited resolved lines: a superposition of a septet-quartet, a sextet-quartet and a quintet-quartet group of lines was identified with the following parameters: g = 2.003 ± 0.001, proton hyperfine couplings A = 6.41 ± 0.03 G (septet) and A′ = 1.82 ± 0.02 G (quartet); g = 2.003 ± 0.001, A = 6.21 ± 0.03 G (sextet) and A′ = 1.64 ± 0.02 G (quartet); g = 2.003 ± 0.001, A = 6.16 ± 0.03 G (quintet) and A′ = 1.83 ± 0.02 G (quartet), which were attributed to phenalenyl radicals and their derivatives. Below 373 K, phenalenyl dimerization prevented its detection by EPR.  相似文献

Behavior of the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) oscillations depending on the angle between the magnetic field direction and the perpendicular to conducting layers in the quasi-two-dimensional organic metal α-(BETS)2 KHg(SCN)4 was studied in detail. The angular dependence of the dHvA oscillation amplitude exhibits a series of minima (at ±43.2°, ±64.6°, and ±72.0°) related to the “zero spin” effect, through which it is possible to estimate the splitting factor. An analysis of this value suggests that many-body interactions in the compound studied are either absent or at least radically weakened.  相似文献

The phase diagram of photoexcited electron-hole (e-h) pairs, which are confined to a strain well in stressed Ge, is investigated via measurements of energy spectra and spatial distributions of e-h recombination luminescence. Above a triple-point temperature of 3.7 ± 0.2K, a Mott (metal-insulator) transition is observed at lower densities than the liquid-gas (LG) transition. The measured critical temperatures of the Mott and LG transitions are 6.5 ± 0.5K and 4.5 ± 0.2K respectively.  相似文献
