Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3—（2—Furyl）—4—aryl—1,2,4—triazole—5—thiones

A series of novel compounds 3-(2-furyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones have been synthesized.All the compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some of them exhibited excellent plant-growth regulative activities.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Bis[（2,6—pyridinedicar—boxylato）（methanol）dibenzyltion（Ⅳ）]

A novel seven‐coordinate dimer bis[(2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylato)(methanol)dibenzyltin(IV)] was synthesized by the reaction of (PhCH₂)₃SnCl with 2,6‐pyridine dicarboxylic acid in 1:1 molar ratio in methanol solution. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ¹H NMR spectra, and the crystal structure was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P2₁/n, a =0.96250(19) nm, b = 1.0947(2) nm, c = 1.9965(4) nm, β = 92.31(3)°, Z = 2, V = 2.1019(7) nm³, D_c = 1.574 g/cm³, μ = 1.248 mm^?1, F(000)=1000, R₁ = 0.0675, wR₂ = 0.0836. In the crystals of the complex, each tin atom is seven‐coordinated in a distorted bipyramidal structure.     

The Rearrangement of 2—Benzothiazolylthioacetyl Hydrazide in Synthesis of s—Triazolo[3,4—b]benzothiazole—3—thiol

The rearrangement reaction of 2-benzothiazolylthioacetyl hydrazide 1 with potassium hydroxide and carbon disulfide in ethanol to produce s-triazolo [3,4-b] benzothiazole-3-thiol 3 was described. 3 also can be obtained from 2-benzothiazolylhydazine 2 and the two methods for getting 3 were compared. Mannich reaction of compounds 3 was reported too.

A Facile Solid Phase Synthesis of 2—Alkylthio—4（1H）—quinolones

The resin-bound cyclic malonic acid ester 2 reacted with aryl isothiocyanate and alkyl halides to afford the key intermediate arylthioaminomethylene cyclic malonic ester resin 3.Subsequently,resin 3 proceeded thermal cyclizaiton giving the 2-alkylthio-4(1H)-quinolones in good yields and excellent purties.

Synthesis of 3,7—Disubstituted 1,4—Benzodiazepin—2—one

A series of 3-methoxycarbonylpropoxy-7-(imidazol-4-ylpropinamide)-1,3-dihydrogen-1-methyl-5-phenyl-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones,as farnesyltransferase(Ftase) inhibitors,were synthesized. Regioselective Synthesis and Base Catalyzed Transacylation of Substituted 1H—Pyrazole—4—carboxamides

New type of substituted 1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides were obtained by regioselective synthesis under the catalysis of different based.The stuctures of the title compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,^1H NMR,IR,MS and X-ray crystallography.Compounds 1 were transcaylated into their corresponding.Compounds 1 were transacylated into their corresponding amides 3 in the prsence of sodium hydride.Preliminary bioassays indicated that some compounds showed fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.     

Synthesis and Vasodilatory Activities of New Pyrazolo[3,4—d] pyrimidin—4—one Derivatives

One—dimesional Infinite Chain Organotin Compounds： Synthesis and structural Characterization of Triphenyltin Thiazole—2—carboxylate and Triphenyltin 3—Pyridinylcarboxylate

Triphenyitin thiazole-2-carboxylate(1) and triphenyltin 3-pyridinylcar boxylate(2) were synthesized by the reaction of sodium thiazole-2-carboxylate or sodium 3-pyridinylcarboxylate with the triphenyltin chloride and their crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.In the structure of 1, the tin atom is five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure.Due to the presence of a close intermolecular Sn…S interaction distance of 0.3666nm,the structre can be described as a weakly-bridged on-dimensional chain compound.In the structure of 2,the tin atom is five-coordinated with bridging 3-pyridinylcarboxylate ligands N atom and resulting structure is one-dimensional chain compound.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 4-（4-Bromophenyl）- 3,4-dihydro-6-methyl quinolin-2（1H）-one

The title compound (C16H14BrNO) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-tolylamine, Meldrum’s acid and 4-bromo-benzaldehyde, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 7.6850(11), b = 8.3004(11), c = 21.301(3) , β = 95.110(2)°, V = 1353.4(3) 3, Mr = 316.19, Z = 4, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 3.028 mm-1, F(000) = 640, the final R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0768. X-ray analysis reveals that the atoms of C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5) and N(1) form a six-membered ring of boat conformation.
