压电纤维在未来的复合材料结构健康监测中具有重要作用.本文基于横观各向同性压电材料位移和应力连续条件以及经典的复势函数理论,讨论了同时受到平面内机械载荷和出平面电载荷作用时含有多个带涂层压电纤维的无限大线弹性基体的平面力学问题.首先将线弹性基体、涂层和压电纤维的应力场、位移场表示成复势函数,然后通过横观各向同性压电材料和线弹性材料的位移和应力连续条件确定复势函数表达式.将得到的复势函数表达式代入线弹性基体、涂层和压电纤维的的应力场、位移场公式可确定其应力场和位移场.最后,通过定量的案例讨论了涂层的材料属性对线弹性基体应力场的影响.案例分析表明涂层的材料属性对压电复合材料的应力场有重要的影响.  相似文献

本文讨论了含有均匀基体裂纹的正交复合材料对称层合板的线性粘弹性力学行为.采用二维剪切滞后模型并对其层间剪应力在厚度方向进行线性假设分布,求得层合板的平均应力应变的线弹性解,利用等效约束模型和经典层合理论可得到层合板因为含有基体裂纹而所引起的刚度退化现象.在弹性-粘弹性对应原理的基础上对其层合板的线粘弹性进行了讨论和研究.结果表明:层合板的松弛模量和蠕变泊松比随着时间的增加而减少,到达稳态后其值基本上是恒值.并跟Zocher的解析解和有限元数值解作了比较,发现结果非常吻合.  相似文献

连续介质力学中,各向同性材料的力学理论已基本成熟,即,对任何一个各向同性材料的力学问题,人们几乎总能从现有理论中找到有效解决方案,但对各向异性材料暨复合材料而言,只有线弹性理论才基本成熟,复合材料的塑性变形、破坏和强度等问题,都还缺少成熟分析方法。根本原因是,现有理论只能得到纤维和基体中的均值应力,复合材料的塑性、破坏和强度分析,都必须基于基体的真实应力。本文对作者创建和发展的基体真实应力理论进行了综述介绍,并简要指出了真实应力理论在复合材料破坏和强度分析中所起的作用。  相似文献

在某些纤维增强复合材料(FRC)中使用金属或高分子聚合物作为基体材料。在高温等情况下,这类材料具有明显的粘弹性特性。本文采用Riemann—Liouville形式的分数阶导数模型描述基体的粘弹性特性。通过渐近均匀化方法给出了预测FRC整体三维本构关系的解析表达式。给出了应用于基体具有Makris粘弹性关系的具体形式。以圆截面纤维正方形排列的情形为例,给出了等效模量随纤维体积比的变化曲线。结果说明,这类复合材料仍具有粘弹性特性,其整体粘弹性本构关系的弹性部分综合了纤维弹性和基体弹性的贡献,粘性部分来自基体粘性的贡献,复合材料具有和基体相同的粘性系数和分数阶。为分析微结构特征对整体特性的贡献,须求解两类局部问题。可以看出,在整体的等效模量中包含了局部变形的贡献,局部变形增加了复合材料的耦合刚度。  相似文献

研究幂率型非线性粘弹性裂纹尖端场.为了推导的需要,首先列出了幂率型硬化材料的HRR奇异场和高阶渐近场.论证了它们实质上是各向同性、不可压缩、幂率型、非线性弹性裂纹尖端场.回颐了求解非线性粘弹性问题的弹性回复对应原理之后,给出了在第一类边界条件下求解幂率型非线性粘弹性材料裂纹问题的对应原理.得到了幂率型非线性粘弹性材料,特别是改性聚丙稀的裂纹尖端应力、应变和位移场的解答.  相似文献

本文根据三维弹性理论建立了多层弹性-粘弹性阻尼复合板自由振动的运动方程.该方程所根据的力学模型包括了影响阻尼复合板振动的几乎全部变形因素,包括弹性层和粘弹性层的平面剪切、横向剪切、纵向拉伸以及粘弹性层在厚度方向的胀缩变形。用该方程对工程声学问题所关注的中高频域结构损耗因子进行了数值计算。此外,对“附加型”和“成品型”两种结构型式约束阻尼板损耗因子的差异,尤其是阻尼层的厚度方向胀缩变形耗能对结构损耗因子的影响,进行了计算讨论。  相似文献

本文综合应用无网格方法(EFGM)、线性粘弹性与弹性力学之间的对应原理,Laplace变换和逆变换等方法求解了拟静态平面弹性和粘弹性力学问题。首先,利用Laplace变换和逆变换推导了平面问题的粘弹性本构关系,建立了拟静态粘弹性平面问题的边值问题;其次,利用粘弹性与弹性力学之间的对应原理得到了Laplace变换域中平面问题的基本方程,在Laplace变换域中建立了相应的泛函,并得到了用无网格方法离散的控制方程;同时,求解了几个拟静态弹性和粘弹性平面问题,给出了它们的表达式和数值结果;最后,采用Laplace逆变换和数值逆变换,得到了粘弹性力学平面问题在物理空间中的解,并比较了由解析解和无网格数值方法所得到的数值结果,可以看到它们是非常吻合的。说明本文方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

将弹性力学辛对偶求解方法与Laplace变换相结合,提出了一个求解粘弹性平面问题的新方法。首先利用Laplace变换,将粘弹性平面问题转化为一个准弹性问题,在辛弹性力学的框架下,利用分离变量和辛本征展开法对其进行求解,然后由逆变换得到原问题的解。为证明方法的有效性,求解分析了矩形域平面粘弹性圣维南问题,得到了令人满意的结果。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to apply the asymptotic homogenization method to deter- mining analytically and numerically the transversely isotropic viscoelastic relaxation moduli of the equivalent particle for the intercalated multi-layer stack of intercalated type nanoplastics.A two-phase multilayered material containing n layers is considered.The matrix is assumed to be an isotropic viscoelastic standard linear body and the reinforcement is assumed to be an isotropic elastic body.Final explicit analytical formulae for the effective elastic moduli of the multilay- ered material are derived first;and then the correspondence principle is employed to obtain the homogenized relaxation moduli of the equivalent intercalated particle.A numerical example is given.Final explicit analytical formulae in the time domain derived here make it convenient to estimate the influence of all the particle parameters of micro-structural details on the effective properties of the equivalent intercalated particle.The results of this paper can also be applied to multi-layer composites.  相似文献

Cloaking of a circular cylindrical elastic inclusion embedded in a homogeneous linear isotropic elastic medium from antiplane elastic waves is studied. The transformation or change-of-variables method is used to determine the material properties of the cloak and the homogenization theory of composites is used to construct a multilayered cloak consisting of many bi-material cells. The large system of algebraic equations associated with this problem is solved by using the concept of multiple scattering with wave expansion coefficient matrices. Numerical results for cloaking of an elastic inclusion and a rigid inclusion are compared with the case of a cavity. It is found that while the cloaking patterns for the three cases are similar, the major difference is that standing waves are generated in the elastic inclusion and the multilayered cloak cannot prevent the motion inside the elastic inclusion, even though the cloak seems nearly perfect. Waves can penetrate into and cause vibrations inside the elastic inclusion, where the amplitude of standing waves depend on the material properties of the inclusion but are very much reduced when compared to the case when there is no cloak. For a prescribed mass density, the displacements inside the elastic cylinder decrease as the shear modulus increases. Moreover, the cloaking of the elastic inclusion over a range of wavenumbers is also investigated. There is significant low frequency scattering even if the cloak consists of a large number of layers. When the wavenumber increases, the multilayered cloak is not effective if the cloak consists of an insufficient number of layers. Resonance effects that occur in cloaking of elastic inclusions are also discussed.  相似文献

The paper studies the stress rupture behavior of a reinforced viscoelastic composite through which a penny-shaped mode I crack propagates under a constant load. The composite has hexagonal symmetry and consists of elastic isotropic fibers and viscoelastic isotropic matrix. The material is modeled as a transversely isotropic homogeneous viscoelastic medium with effective characteristics. The crack is in the isotropy plane. The ring-shaped fracture process zone at the crack front is modeled by a modified Dugdale zone with time-dependent stresses. The viscoelastic properties of the matrix are characterized using a resolvent integral operator. Use is made of Volterra's principle, the method of operator continued fractions, and the theory of precritical crack growth in viscoelastic bodies. The problem is reduced to nonlinear integral equations. The transient analysis of viscoelastic helical rods subject to time-dependent loads are examined in the Laplace domain. The governing equations for naturally twisted and curved spatial rods obtained using the Timoshenko beam theory are rewritten for cylindrical helical rods. The curvature of the rod axis, effect of rotary inertia and, shear and axial deformations are considered in the formulation. The material of the rod is assumed to be homogeneous, isotropic and linear viscoelastic. The viscoelastic constitutive equations are written in the Boltzmann–Volterra form. Ordinary differential equations in canonical form obtained in the Laplace domain are solved numerically using the complementary functions method to calculate the dynamic stiffness matrix of the problem. The solutions obtained are transformed to the real space using an appropriate numerical inverse Laplace transform method. Numerical results for quasi-static and dynamic response of viscoelastic models are presented in the form of graphics.  相似文献

选用更具广泛性的层状横观各向同性弹性地基模型,来分析四边自由各向异性矩形地基板的弯曲解析解。先基于直角坐标下横观各向同性体的静力胡海昌通解,借助双重傅里叶变换及矩阵传递法,获得层状横观各向同性地基的静力位移场和应力场;然后将异性薄板的弯曲控制方程,与基于层状横观各向同性弹性地基的位移解建立的板与地基变形协调方程相结合,先按对称性分解,再用三角级数法,得出层状横观各向同性弹性地基上四边自由各向异性矩形薄板的弯曲解析解,包括地基反力、板的挠度及板的内力的解析表达式。克服了数值法的弊端,取消了对地基反力的假设,且避免了矩阵指数函数的计算;同时考虑了地基的层状性及板和地基的各向异性,从而得到板的内力及地基反力更切实际的分布规律。算例结果与文献的有限元结果吻合良好,证明本文方法是切实可行的。  相似文献

In A fibre-reinforced 2D composite material with elastic fibres and viscoelastic, isotropic matrix is studied. Starting from the solution of a reference-problem with elastic matrix material the elastic matrix parameters are substituted by their viscoelastic correspondents in the Laplace domain. For simplification the time-dependent solution is approximated by using limiting value theorems that give information about the time-dependent solution for t → 0 and t → ∞. Then the method of asymptotically equivalent functions is used and illustrated with examples of a steel fibre in a PMMA matrix. The analytical solutions are compared with their numerical counterparts. In summary it can be stated that this paper is a further contribution to the vast literature about the application of the correspondence principle to the solution of special problems of the linear viscoelasticity.  相似文献

The effective elastic properties of periodic fibre-reinforced media with complex microstructure are determined by the method of asymptotic homogenization via a novel solution to the cell problem. The solution scheme is ideally suited to materials with many fibres in the periodic cell. In this first part of the paper we discuss the theory for the most general situation—N arbitrarily anisotropic fibres within the periodic cell. For ease of exposition we then restrict attention to isotropic phases which results in a monoclinic composite material with 13 effective moduli and expressions for each of these are determined. In the second part of this paper we shall discuss results for a variety of specific microstructures.  相似文献

In this paper we present the homogenization of a periodic multilayered pressurized tube made of very dissimilar elastoplastic materials. We focus on some aspects of technological importance, such as the effective properties, the behavior of the homogenized displacements and stresses, the discontinuities of hoop and longitudinal stresses, the homogenization-induced anisotropy. We conclude that the problem needs to be reformulated in order to be stable by homogenization and we define the effective elastic and incremental stress corrector matrices for the incremental stress–total strain matrix law. Finally, we present the numerical simulation for both the non-homogeneous and the homogenized material and two numerical examples confirming the theoretical results.  相似文献

本文从三维弹性理论出发,用特征函数法研究多层横观各向同性圆柱壳的轴对称问题.把位移和应力分量的齐次解表达成特征函数展开式,并把特解部分用Fourier级数表示.以多层圆柱壳的内、外柱面作为齐次边界,同时考虑层间的连续条件,推导出问题的特征方程并用Muller法求解.文中运用传递矩阵技术处理多层问题,并用边界型最小二乘配点法处理端部边界条件.作为实例,对双层圆柱壳作了数值计算.  相似文献
