of intermediate 2-hydroxy-2-(4-nitrophenyl)ethyldithiocarbamates with simultaneous dehydrogenation of the thiazolidine ring
to a thiazoline. It was found that both the basicity of the starting amines and the temperature influenced the course of the

2-Methylthio-4H-1,3-thiazines or their mixtures with 5-alkylidene-4H-5,6-dihydro-1,3-thiazines were obtained by cyclization of methyl N-3-oxoalkyldithiocarbamates in sulfuric acid. The regiospecificity of the reaction is determined by the structures of the starting compounds. The reaction of various potassium salts [RNHC(=S)SK, R = N(CH3)2, morpholino, piperidino, and hexahydro-1-(1H)-azepinyl] with 3-chloro-2,4-pentanedione in ethanol at 25–30° afforded the 1-acetylacetonyl substitutedaminodithiocarbamates 1–4 [RNHC(=S)SCH(COCH3)2]. Under refluxing conditions, the same reactants gave the heterocyclic compounds 5–8. Possible mechanism and supporting ir, nmr and mass spectral data are discussed. 相似文献

4-Substituted vinyl and 4-(4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl)-1,2,3-thiadiazoles were prepared through the reaction of 4-aryl-3-buten-2-one semicarbazone and 6-phenyl-3,5-hexadien-2-one semicarbazone with thionyl chloride, respectively. Decomposition of these 1,2,3-thiadiazoles as well as the corresponding 1,2,3-selenadiazoles with base and subsequent addition of carbon disulfide afforded 4-substituted vinyl 2-thioxo-1,3-dithioles and 5-substituted vinyl 2-thioxo-1,3-thiaselenoles. 相似文献

Reaction of aryl and styryl methyl ketones 1a-m with dimethyl bis(methylthio)methylenemalonate ( 2 ) in the presence of potassium hydroxide in dimethyl sulfoxide gave the corresponding methyl 6-aryl- and 6-styryl-4-methylthio-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-carboxylates 3a-m . 6-Aryl derivatives 3a-d,g were treated with sodium methoxide in methanol to give the corresponding 6-aryl-4-methoxy-2H-pyran-2-ones 8a-d and 9. Phenylcoumalin ( 7a ) and paracotoin ( 7b ) were synthesized by the desulfurization of 6-aryl-4-methylthio-2H-pyran-2-ones 4a,b. Similarly, anibine ( 8e ) was also synthesized from 3g . Treatment of 3 with hydrogen peroxide or 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid gave the corresponding 4-methylsulfiny-2H-pyran-2-ones 10a-f in good yields. Displacement reactions of 10a-f with nucleophilic reagents are also described. 相似文献

Selective formation of 4-phosphanylated 1,2-dialkyl imidazole-2-thiones 3a-f has been obtained via a lithiation followed by phosphanylation reaction. The reactivity of 3a-f was examined towards oxidation and complexation reactions. Tsomeric 4- and 5-hydroxylaminothiazolidin-2-thiones were synthesized by the reaction of 1,2-aminosubstituted oximes with CS2, and of dimeric olefin nitrosochlorides with dithiocarbamate salts. These compounds react with aldehydes and ketones to form the respective nitrones. Nucleophilic substitution at the C(4) atom in 4-hydroxy(alkoxy)hexahydropyrimidine-2-thiones under the influence of alkanethiols in acidic, neutral, and basic media, as a result of which 4-alkylthiohexahydropyrimidine-2-thiones are formed, was studied. Hydrolysis and alcoholysis of the latter lead to the corresponding 4-hydroxy- or 4-alkoxyhexahydropyrimidine-2-thiones. By the interaction of 2, 5-dihydroxy-3, 4, 6, 7-tetrachloro-2, 3-dihydrobenzo(bjfuran with salts of N-monosubstituted dithiocarbamic acids, followed by oxidation of the resulting products by benzoquinone, 3-substituted S-(3,5,6-trichloro-1,4-benzoquinon-2-yl)thiazoline-2-thiones have been obtained. A series of 2-cyano-3-methylthio-3-substituted methylaminoacrylates were synthesized as herbicidal inhibitors of photosystem Ⅱ (PSⅡ) electron transport, in order to estimate the effect of fluorine atom, pyridyl group, chirality and ester chain on activity. The important intermediate 2-fluoro-5-aminomethylpyridine was synthesized with high yield. The bioassay results showed that most of rifle compounds had high herbicidal activity in postemergence treatment. The introduction of an a-methyl into the 3-substituted methylamino could improve the activity notably. The replacement of hydrogen by chlorine or fluorine group and phenyl by pyridyl group showed different effects, and at the same time, the ester chain affected the activity too. 相似文献
