All solid state electrochromic devices have potential applications in architectural and automotive fields to regulate the transmission and reflection of radiant energy. We present the optical and electrochemical characteristics of two solid state windows having the configuration glass/ITO/TiO2-CeO2/TiO2/TiO2-CeO2/ITO/glass and glass/ITO/WO3/TiO2/TiO2-CeO2/ITO/glass where the three internal layers have been prepared by sol gel methods. The preparation of the individual sols and some physical properties of the different sol gel coatings are reported.  相似文献

The thick-film semiconductor sensor for liquid petroleum gas (LPG) detection was fabricated using a mixed WO3-based sensor. We present the characterization of both their structural properties by means of XRD measurements and the electrical characteristics by using gas-sensing properties. The sensing characteristics such as sensitivity, working range, cross-sensitivity and response time were studied by using nanosized WO3-based mixed with different metal oxides (SnO2, TiO2 and In2O3) and doped with noble metals (Au, Pd and Pt). The WO3-based mixed with 5 wt.% In2O3 and 0.5 wt.% Pd showed the higher sensing characteristic at low concentration of LPG sensor at an operating temperature 225 °C.  相似文献

WS2纳米颗粒的合成及摩擦学性能研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
将自制的WO3纳米颗粒前驱体与S粉混合,在自制的反应装置氢气氛中,于550~750 ℃下煅烧得到二硫化钨纳米颗粒,反应中用H2代替H2S以减少对周围环境的污染。该合成路线简单且产物纯度高。用XRD、SEM、TEM和HRTEM对二硫化钨纳米结构进行了表征和分析,并将WS2纳米颗粒作为添加剂添加到N40基础油中,在MS-T3000摩擦磨损仪测试其摩擦学性能。结果显示:制备的二硫化钨颗粒平均粒径在50 nm以内,其形状为球形或类球形。WS2纳米颗粒作为普通润滑油的纳米级固体添加剂表现出了较优异的摩擦学性能。  相似文献

以TiO2纳米管为模板,采用多组分自组装结合水热法制备Bi2WO6/TiO2纳米管异质结构复合材料。通过多种技术如X射线衍射(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),N2吸附脱附,扫描电镜(SEM),高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和紫外可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis DRS)考察所制备样品的组成、结构、形貌、光吸收和电子性质。Bi2WO6纳米片或纳米粒子分布在TiO2纳米管上,形成异质结构。随后,通过在紫外、可见和微波辅助光催化模式下降解染料罗丹明B(RhB)来评价复合催化剂的光催化活性。与TiO2纳米管和Bi2WO6相比,Bi2WO6/TiO2-35纳米管在多模式下表现出更优异的光催化活性。与紫外和可见降解模式相比,Bi2WO6/TiO2-35纳米管在微波辅助光催化模式下对RhB的降解效率最高。这种增强的光催化活性源于适量Bi2WO6的引入、纳米管独特的形貌特征和降解模式所引起的增强的量子效率。降解过程中的活性物种被证明是h+,·OH和·O2-自由基。而且,在微波辅助光催化模式下,可产生更多的·OH和·O2-自由基。  相似文献

The ability of ultrafine particles of TiO2, WO3 and iron-doped TiO2 to kill cancer cells in the presence of UV irradiation was investigated. The best photokilling effect on carcinoma cells SCVII cultured in vitro showed iron-doped TiO2 ultrafine particles synthesized by the sol-gel procedure with starting chemicals Ti(IV)-isopropoxide and anhydrous Fe(II)-acetate. It was found that a small particle size and high dispersity influenced citotoxicity and photocatalytic efficiency. The remarkable photokiling effect of highly iron-doped TiO2 ultrafine particles (the molar ratio Fe/Ti = 0.136) in the presence of UV irradiation was observed. The influence of ultrafine metal oxide particles on the inhibition of cancer cell proliferation was measured using a 3H-thymidine incorporation test. The possible mechanism involved in the photokilling of carcinoma cells with ultrafine particles of selected metal oxides was discussed.  相似文献

The thick film semiconductor sensor for NO2 gas detection was fabricated by screen-printing method using a mixed WO3-based as sensing material. The sensing characteristics, such as response time, response linearity, sensitivity, working range, cross sensitivity, and long-term stability were further studied by using a WO3-based mixed with different metal oxides (SnO2, TiO2 and In2O3) and doped with noble metals (Au, Pd and Pt) as sensing materials was observed. The highest sensitivity for low concentrations (<16 mg l−1) was observed using WO3-based mixed with In2O3 or TiO2. The NO2 gas sensor showing the fastest response and recovery time (both within 2 min), good linearity (Y=0.606X+0.788 R2=0.991) for gas concentrations from 3 to 310 mg l−1, low resistance (3 MΩ), high sensitivity, undesirable cross sensitivity effect and good long-term stability (at least 120 days) using WO3-SnO2-Au as sensing material.  相似文献

SrZrO3 particles were prepared by a co-precipitation method and Sr(Zr1-xYx)O3-δ -TiO2 composite particles were then synthesized by Sr(Zr1-xYx)O3-δ and titanium dioxide. The composite particles were characterized by XRD, SEM, FTIR and TG-DTA techniques. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) in aqueous solution was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the composite particles. The effect of the preparation method for SrZrO3, doping content of yttrium and TiO2 amount in the composite particles on the photocatalytic activity of composite particles was also discussed. The results show that the methylene blue solution could be completely degraded by Sr(Zr1-xYx)O3-δ -TiO2 composite particles under UV-light or visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic activity of composite particles was higher than that of pure TiO2. The fast recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes were restrained by the heterojunction formed in composite particles. The particle of SrZrO3 prepared by co-precipitation was small, and the photocatalytic activity of composite particles prepared from this kind of SrZrO3 was higher than that of particles prepared by solid sintering method. The best doping content of yttrium is 5%. The optimal content of TiO2 in composite particles is 90wt%, 70wt%, respectively under UV-light and visible light irradiation, the degradation rates of MB are 98.8% and 93.5% , respectively after 50 min irradiation.  相似文献

TiO2/polypyrrole (PPy) nanocomposite ultrathin films for NH3 gas detection were fabricated by the in situ self-assembly technique. The films were characterized by UV–Vis absorption, FT–IR spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The electrical properties of TiO2/PPy ultrathin film NH3 gas sensors, such as sensitivity, selectivity, reproducibility, and stability were investigated at room temperature in air as well as in N2. The results showed that the optimum gas-sensing characteristics of TiO2/PPy ultrathin film were obtained in the presence of 0.1?wt% colloidal TiO2 for 20-min deposition. Compared with pure PPy thin-film sensors, the TiO2/PPy film gas sensor has a shorter response/recovery time. It was also found that both humidity and temperature had an effect on the operation of the TiO2/PPy film gas sensor at low NH3 concentrations.  相似文献

采用水热法成功制备了MoS_2/WO3复合半导体光催化剂,分别通过SEM、TEM、EDS、XRD、Raman和DRS对催化剂的形貌,组成及结构进行表征,并用BET模型计算比表面积。对比发现球状MoS_2/WO3对罗丹明B(Rh B)的光降解效率明显高于纯WO3、片状MoS_2/WO3复合半导体。针对球状MoS_2/WO3复合半导体,分别研究了MoS_2不同负载量(0.5%,1%,2%,5%,10%)对Rh B光催化降解性能的影响,结果表明MoS_2含量为2%时催化效果最佳。同时,研究了溶液的p H值(p H=1,3,6,7,11)对光催化降解反应活性的影响,结果显示p H=6时降解率最高。当催化剂量增加到1 g·L-1时,30 min后Rh B降解率达到96.6%。球状MoS_2/WO3的瞬态光电流为0.050 6 m A·cm-2,比纯WO3提高了2.4倍。经过5次循环实验,球状MoS_2/WO3复合半导体催化剂仍能保持90%的高降解率。  相似文献

采用喷雾干燥法制备中空偏钨酸铵球,通过调整热处理温度制备空心介孔WO3球。结果表明:具有Keggin结构的[H2W12O40]6-金属簇的破坏温度区间为417~439℃;在热处理温度为500、550℃,仍有少量的铵根和结合水没有分解,除了WO3外,还存在(NH4)0.06WO3(H2O)0.11;当热处理温度在600℃以上时,偏钨酸铵完全分解为WO3;热处理温度为700℃,保温时间为2h,得到空心介孔WO3球。其形成机理为:空心的偏钨酸铵球,在热处理过程中由于各亚晶的位向不一致,各亚晶沿着[002]晶向择优生长,亚晶形成狭长颗粒,从而在空心球表面形成了介孔;但当热处理温度为800℃,保温时间为2 h,晶粒与晶粒之间通过合并而长大,孔道也随之消失;空心介孔WO3球具有良好的光催化效果,500 W高压汞灯照射150 min甲基蓝的降解率为65.9%。  相似文献

The search for alternative materials with high dye adsorption capacity, such as methylene blue (MB), remains the focus of current studies. This computational study focuses on oxides ZnTiO3 and TiO2 (anatase phase) and on their adsorptive properties. Computational calculations based on DFT methods were performed using the Viena Ab initio Simulation Package (VASP) code to study the electronic properties of these oxides. The bandgap energy values calculated by the Hubbard U (GGA + U) method for ZnTiO3 and TiO2 were 3.17 and 3.21 eV, respectively, which are consistent with the experimental data. The most favorable orientation of the MB adsorbed on the surface (101) of both oxides is semi-perpendicular. Stronger adsorption was observed on the ZnTiO3 surface (−282.05 kJ/mol) than on TiO2 (–10.95 kJ/mol). Anchoring of the MB molecule on both surfaces was carried out by means of two protons in a bidentate chelating (BC) adsorption model. The high adsorption energy of the MB dye on the ZnTiO3 surface shows the potential value of using this mixed oxide as a dye adsorbent for several technological and environmental applications.  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relationships in the In2O3-WO3 system at 800-1400°C were investigated using X-ray diffraction. Two binary-oxide phases—In6WO12 and In2(WO4)3—were found to be stable over the range 800-1200°C. Heating the binary-oxide phases above 1200°C resulted in the preferential volatilization of WO3. Rietveld refinement was performed on three structures using X-ray diffraction data from nominally phase-pure In6WO12 at room temperature and from nominally phase-pure In2(WO4)3 at 225°C and 310°C. The indium-rich phase, In6WO12, is rhombohedral, space group (rhombohedral), with Z=1, a=6.22390(4) Å, α=99.0338(2)° [hexagonal axes: aH=9.48298(6) Å, c=8.94276(6) Å, aH/c=0.9430(9)]. In6WO12 can be viewed as an anion-deficient fluorite structure in which 1/7 of the fluorite anion sites are vacant. Indium tungstate, In2(WO4)3, undergoes a monoclinic-orthorhombic transition around 250°C. The high-temperature polymorph is orthorhombic, space group Pnca, with a=9.7126(5) Å, b=13.3824(7) Å, c=9.6141(5) Å, and Z=4. The low-temperature polymorph is monoclinic, space group P21/a, with a=16.406(2) Å, b=9.9663(1) Å, c=19.099(2) Å, β=125.411(2)°, and Z=8. The structures of the two In2(WO4)3 polymorphs are similar, consisting of a network of corner sharing InO6 octahedra and WO4 tetrahedra.  相似文献

TiO2 photoelectrodes with various nanostructures have been successfully prepared by the anodization method. The morphology, microstructure and optical properties of as-prepared photoelectrodes were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet/visible light diffuse reflectance spectra (UV/vis/DRS), surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and photocurrent. The electronic structure and optical properties of La doped/undoped TiO2 photoelectrodes with different crystal structures were calculated by the density function theory. The photocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic activities of as-prepared photoelectrodes were evaluated. The results showed that the anodization potentials played a crucial role in the surface morphology and microstructure. Both results of theoretical calculations and experimental tests demonstrated that La-doped photoelectrodes were more sensitive to light than undoped one. The difference of photoelectrodes performance was ascribed to the crystal configuration, impurity energy levels and long-range orientation moving of photogenerated carriers.  相似文献

SrTiO3 nanorods were synthesized in cetanyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) reverse microemulsion containing CTAB, n-hexanol, n-octane and water with Ba(OH)2 as reactants. The effects of different conditions such as ω00=nH2O/ nCTAB], aging time and the concentration of reactants on the formation of the nanorods were studied. Transmission electron microscope (TEM), electron diffraction (ED) and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize the morphology and the structure of the synthesized nanorods. The results show that SrTiO3 nanorods with a length of 260~2 000 nm and a diameter of 50~100 nm belonging to single crystal are single cubic system. The molar ratio of Sr to Ti of products is 1.0 as determinded by ICP.  相似文献

A size selective approach to improving selectivity in semiconducting metal oxides (SMO) sensors was obtained by tailoring the architecture of WO3 powders. The key for achieving high selectivity is based on using a dual sensor configuration where the response on a porous WO3 powder sensor was compared to the response on a nonporous WO3 powder sensor. Detection selectivity between methanol and dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) is obtained because the access of a gas molecule in the interior pore structure of WO3 is size dependent leading to a size dependant magnitude change in the conductivity of SMO sensor.  相似文献
