On irradiation (350 nm) in benzene solution, dihydropyranone 3 affords predominantly (75%) the cis‐anti‐cis HH‐dimer 4 , but in smaller amounts (12%) also dimer 5 , wherein one of the six‐membered rings is trans‐fused to the (central) cyclobutane ring. The constitution and configuration of 5 was fully elucidated by NMR‐analysis. On contact with SiO2, 5 isomerizes quantitatively to the cis‐anti‐cis HT‐dimer 7 , the structure of which was established by X‐ray crystal‐structure determination. 相似文献

The two title compounds, both with formula C18H16ClN3O, are structurally similar Schiff bases derived from the condensation of 4‐chlorobenzaldehyde or 2‐chlorobenzaldehyde with 4‐aminoantipyrine in methanol solution. As expected, both compounds adopt trans configurations about the central C=N bonds. In the crystal structure of the 4‐chloro analogue, molecules are linked through weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains running along the a axis. In the crystal structure of the 2‐chloro analogue, molecules are linked through weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ab plane. 相似文献

The central six‐membered ring in the title compound, C16H16O3, is almost planar (and almost coplanar with the aromatic ring), despite one of its C atoms being formally sp3 hybridized. The planarity is a consequence of the C atom at the centre of the spirocyclic system also being part of the three‐membered epoxide ring. The molecules are linked by π–π and C—H?π interactions. 相似文献

Molecular dynamics of benzoxazepin, oxime, pyrazole, and thiosemicarbazone derivatives of some flavanones have been investigated in a solution using NMR. The results confirm the formation of different O–H···O, O–H···N, N···H–N type intramolecular hydrogen bonds in the pyrazole and oxime molecules. A facile acid catalysed cyclisation method for the preparation of the cyclic urea 2H‐imidazo[4,5‐c]pyridin‐2‐one ( 2 ) in > 95 % yield is reported. The biologically active compound 2 can be obtained by heating (3‐amino‐4‐pyridinyl)‐carbamic acid methyl, ethyl or tert‐butyl esters ( 1a‐c ) in sulfuric acid (0.1 %) or in aqueous HBF4 (3.5 equivalents) for 10 min. ‐ 3 hrs at 90 °C. The corresponding microwave‐promoted (MW) reactions afforded the pure product 2 within few minutes. The 6‐butylamino‐substituted analogue ( 2a ) was correspondingly obtained by MW irradiation in 99 % yield by cyclisation of 2‐(butylamino)‐5‐amino‐4‐pyridylcarbamic acid isopropyl ester ( 1d ). Quantitative precipitation of product 2 was obtained by pH adjustment. The process represents a solvent‐free, “green” method for the preparation of 2 . 相似文献

The four new sesquiterpenoids 1 – 4 , and the new 2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one (=2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one) derivative 5 , together with the two known sesquiterpenoids 6 and 7 , the five known chromenones 8 – 12 , and 1‐hydroxy‐1,5‐diphenylpentan‐3‐one ( 13 ), were isolated from a 70% MeOH extract of Aquilaria malaccensis agarwood chips. The title compound (±)‐ 1 , a recently discovered, valuable, floral‐type odorant, has been synthesized by a straightforward procedure (Scheme 1). To determine the properties of the enantiomers of 1 , their separation by preparative HPLC and the determination of their absolute configuration by X‐ray crystallography were carried out (Figure). Furthermore, the analogues 2 – 6 were synthesized, either from differently methylated 2‐methylindan‐1‐ones (Schemes 2 and 3) or, in the case of the 2,4,6‐trimethylated homologue 6 , by a completely different synthetic approach (Scheme 4). An evaluation of (+)‐(S)‐ 1 , (−)‐(R)‐ 1 , and (±)‐ 1 showed only minor differences in terms of odor (Table). 相似文献

We hereby report the first preparation of the 5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐furo[2,3‐c]pyrrol‐4‐one ( 3 ) and its derivatives starting from methyl 3‐(methoxycarbonyl)furan‐2‐acetate ( 8 ). The ester functionality connected to the methylene group was regiospecifically converted to the desired monohydrazide 9 . Conversion of 9 into the acyl azide 10 followed by Curtius rearrangement gave the corresponding isocyanate derivative 11 (Scheme 2). Reaction of 11 with different nucleophiles produced urethane and urea derivatives (Scheme 3). Intramolecular cyclization reactions provided the target compounds (Scheme 5). A series of dimethyl 6‐aryl‐2,2‐dimethyl‐2H‐chromene‐7,8‐dicarboxylates were synthesized, and the photochromic properties of this new family of dimethyl‐2H‐chromenes were studied under continuous irradiation. The presence of the methoxycarbonyl groups was shown to stabilize the colored forms. This stabilization depended on the solvent, and in two cases the formation of long‐lived opened forms was observed. Under irradiation with a mercury lamp, this family of 2H‐chromenes showed a strong resistance to photodegradation. 相似文献

Lactone analogues of 3‐substituted oxindoles (=1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐indol‐2‐ones) and nonbenzoid oxa‐analogous isoindigoid or nonbenzoid isoindigoid dyes were prepared by the reactions of furan‐2,3‐diones with oxindole and Lawesson reagent (Schemes 1 and 3), respectively. The anellation of a 6‐membered ring to the 2,3‐position of corannulene (=dibenzo[ghi,mno]fluoranthene; 1 ) leads to curved aromatic compounds with a significantly higher bowl‐inversion barrier than corannulene (see Fig. 1). If the bridge is −CH2−NR−CH2−, a variety of linkers can be introduced at the N(2) atom, and the corresponding curved aromatics act as versatile building blocks for larger structures (see Scheme). The locked bowl, in combination with an amide bond (see 9 and 10 ), gives rise to corannulene derivatives with chiral ground‐state conformations, which possess the ability to adapt to their chiral environment by shifting their enantiomer equilibrium slightly in favor of one enantiomeric conformer. Rim annulation of corannulene seems to display a significantly lower electron‐withdrawing effect than facial anellation on [5,6]fullerene‐C60‐Ih, as determined by an investigation of the basicity at the N‐atom of CH2−NR−CH2 (see 4 vs. 15 in Fig. 2). 相似文献

The existence of polymorphism in parent indazolin‐3‐one (=1,2‐dihydro‐3H‐indazol‐3‐one; 1 ) is reported as well as an X‐ray and NMR CPMAS study establishing that its 7‐nitro derivative 2 exists as the 3‐hydroxy tautomer. Absolute shieldings calculated at the GIAO/B3LYP/6‐311++G(d,p) level were used to determine the tautomeric oxo/hydroxy equilibrium in solution, i.e., always the 1H‐indazol‐3‐ol tautomer predominates. 相似文献

The reactivity of variably substituted 2‐methyl‐4H‐3,1‐benzoxazin‐4‐ones and 2‐methyl‐4H‐pyrido[2,3‐d][1,3]oxazin‐4‐one towards carbon and oxygen nucleophiles under microwave irradiation conditions was investigated. Optimization of the reaction conditions of oxazinones with carbon nucleophiles led to the synthesis of a series of 4‐hydroxy‐quinolin‐2‐ones and 4‐hydroxy‐1,8‐naphthyridin‐2‐ones in high yields, whereas reaction with a variety of alcohols proceeded smoothly to the formation of the corresponding N‐acetyl‐anthranilates and nicotinates. 相似文献
