Pitch based activated carbon fiber(PACF)was prepared,and influences of preparing condition such as activated temperature and time on the yield.specific surface area of PACF and its adsorption behavior towards n-butanethiol were studied.The results showed that simple PACF could not remove n-butanethiol from n-hexane solution.Therefore,dispersion of suitable catalyst such as cobalt salt on PACF is needed,Cobalt solat dispersed PACF can remove n-butanethiol quickly.  相似文献

Structures of a series of activated carbon fibers were modified by impregnating them withorganic and inorganic materials such as Methylene blue(Mb)、 p-nitrophenol (PNP)、 NaCl or byoxidizing with KMnO4 or HNO3. The influence of pore filling or chemical treatment on their xenonadsorption properties was studied. The experimental results show that Mb and PNP filling ofactivated carbon fibers result in the decrease of xenon adsorption capacities of these treated ACFs,which is due to the decrease of their surface area and micro-pore volume. However, the adsorptioncapacity increases greatly with oxidizing treatment of activated carbon fibers by 7mol/L HNO3.  相似文献

用不同浓度的(NH4)2HPO4溶液和不同浸渍时间处理过的聚丙烯腈(PAN)基中空纤维在空气中270℃预氧化,并在N2气氛下于700℃炭化,随后用CO2气体在800℃活化,测定了PAN基活性中空炭纤维对肌酐、VB12和胆红素的吸附量.考察了(NH4)2HPO4的浓度和浸渍时间对PAN基活性中空炭纤维性能的影响.通过(NH4)2HPO4的预处理可以有效地提高PAN基活性中空炭纤维的活化收率,改善PAN基活性中空炭纤维的吸附性能.  相似文献

研究了3种不同经表面积活性炭纤维(ACF)对气相低浓度三氯乙烯(TCE)的动态吸附。ACF的比表面积为600m^2/g、1400m^2/g和1600m^2/g,TCE的浓度范围为27mg/m^3-2725mg/m^3。结果表明,比表面积为1400m^2/g和1600m^2/g的ACF对TCE的吸附较好;10%穿透时间的对数与TCE匠对数呈线性关系;穿透时间随温度和湿度的增加而缩短;穿透曲线可以用经验公式拟合。拟合值和实测值吻合良好;ACF吸附是去除气相低浓度TCE的有效方法。  相似文献

活性炭纤维作为一种新型高效吸附剂,在环保领域尤其是在烟气脱硫方面显示了广阔的应用前景。本文在作者所做工作和分析别人实验结果的基础上,综述了包括前驱体材料、制备条件以及活性炭纤维表面物理化学性能等影响活性炭纤维脱除烟气中SO2的主要因素,阐述了活性炭纤维脱硫的反应机理。认为含有较多量氮元素的前驱体材料具有较高的脱硫性能,类似的结果也出现在用不同方法制备的活性炭纤维中;众多的研究结果表明,活性炭纤维表面化学性能的影响尤其是表面物理性能的影响,其中表面含氧官能团对活性炭纤维脱除SO2不利,但用热处理方法脱除掉以CO形式释出的含氧官能团后可显著增强活性炭纤维的脱硫活性;此外,含氮官能团引入到活性炭纤维表面后也可显著增强活性炭纤维的脱硫活性。  相似文献

采用动态吸附实验装置,研究了吸附温度、原料气浓度和原料气流量对活性炭纤维动态吸附氙性能的影响。结果表明:在低温条件下(≤273K),随着温度的升高,活性炭纤维对氙的平衡吸附量明显下降/同时,活性炭纤维对氙的平衡吸附量分别随着原料气浓度及原料气流量的增大而增大。  相似文献

磷酸活化粘胶基活性炭纤维的碳化活化机理   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用热重分析仪、红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪、核磁共振仪、X-射线光电子能谱仪及吸附仪等手段对磷酸浸渍粘胶纤维的碳化活性过程进行研究,实验结果表明:磷酸促进纤维素脱水,加上磷酸的阻及交联作用降低了纤维的大量裂解和碎片的逸散,使纤维的碳残留率提高。纤维素与浸渍的磷酸部分生成磷酸酯键,但它们在160℃以上逐渐分解。纤维上残留少量偏磷酸类化合物。同时纤维素基体脱水生成羰基和共轭双键,之后不断芳构化堆叠成为类石墨微晶。磷酸致孔的机理主要是磷酸珠粒的阻碍造成类石墨微晶发展不完善,堆叠时发生扭曲或形成缺陷。磷与纤维分子的酯化对微孔的生成有影响。  相似文献

Several kinds of activated carbon fiber(ACF),Granule Activated carbon(AC) containing silver ion or fine silver particle(Ag-ACF/AC) have been prepared by soaking ACF or AC in the salt solution of silver.Ag,AgCl and AgI compounds have been loaded onto the fibers:The stucture of the fibers was measured by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and power X-ray diffraction(XRD),THe Ag content in the fiber was obtained by an Atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),The Ag^+ content in water after the antibacterial test was measured by an Inductively Coupled plasma(ICP) emission spectroscopy.Antibacterial test was carried out against Escherichia coli(E.coli) and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus).The results show that Ag-ACF/AC have strong antibacterial activity against E.Coli and S.aureus.After dealt with ACF/AC loading Ag,AgCl,AgI,no E.coli and S.aureus alive in solution can be detected.The analysis of Agcontent in water after antibacterial test showed that the content of Ag meet the quality requirement of the National Potable Water Standrd,It is indicated that ACF/AC-Ag in this experiment would be a safe antibacterial agent.  相似文献

本文研究了光致电离检测器的检测性能和四种活性碳纤维对氙的动态吸附,并且讨论了影响活性碳纤维动态吸附氙的两个影响因素,结果表明:光致电离检测器可以实现对氙的特征性检出;活性碳纤维对氙的动态吸附性能良好,是一种很好的氙吸附材料。  相似文献

本工作借助红外光谱、元素分析、比表面积测定等技术研究了空心活性碳纤维SNACF的碳化-活化机理。发现它与制备NACF的过程有明显不同:碳化过程中有硫氰酸气体释出,有带磺酸基的焦油状物排出,同时,含氮气体(HCN、NH_3)的释出量减少且释出温度提高;活化过程中可以获得更大的比表面积且活化时间可缩短。这与其原料的织构特征及化学成分有密切关系。  相似文献

Adsorption capacity of ACFF in cyanide leaching liquor of gold ores was studied withcyanide leaching liquor of gold ores, containing various kinds of ions. The adsorbed leaching liquorwas analyzed by atomic emission spectroscopy and colorimetric method. The contents of variouskinds of ions in ACFF were determined with X-ray photoctron spectroscopy. ACFF not onlyadsorbed gold but also adsorbed arsenic, nickel, zinc, calcium, sulphur, bismuth, copper, iron. silverand cyanide anion. Organic chelating reagent influences upon the redox adsorption of activated carbon fibertowards Au3- were systematically investigated. The experimental results indicated that the presenceof organic chelating reagent on activated carbon fiber strongly affects adsorption capacity ofactivated carbon fiber towards Au3+. The reduction-adsorption amount of Au3+ increased three timesby the presence of 8-quinolinol. 本工作借助透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱和化学滴定等技术,研究了空心活性碳纤维SNAGF的织构和表面化学结构特征。实验结果表明,SNAGF具有多孔性微晶碳结构,其表面存在着碱性官能团和羧基、酚基等酸性官能团及高氧态硫(如磺酸及砜基类等)官能团。  相似文献
