N-(R-carbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamides (R: diethyl, di-n-propyl, di-n-butyl, diphenyl and morpholine-4) and their Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and NMR methods. N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide, HL1, C12H22N2OS, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121, with Z = 4, and unit cell parameters, a = 6.6925(13) Å, b = 9.0457(18) Å, c = 22.728(5) Å. The conformation of the HL1 molecule with respect to the thiocarbonyl and carbonyl moieties is twisted, as reflected by the torsion angles O1–C6–N2–C5, C6–N2–C5–N1 and S1–C5–N2–C6 of 1.68°, ?67.47° and 115.50°, respectively. The structure of HL1 also shows a delocalization of the π electrons of the thiocarbonyl group over the C–N bonds. The ring puckering analysis shows that the cyclohexane ring has a chair conformation. The bis(N-(morpholine-4-carbonothioyl)cyclohexane carboxamido)nickel(II) complex, Ni(L5)2, C24H38N4NiO4S2, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with Z = 4, and unit cell parameters, a = 16.919(3) Å, b = 8.3659(17) Å, c = 19.654(4) Å, β = 107.43(3)°. Ni(L5)2 is a cis-complex with a slightly distorted square-planar coordination of the central nickel by two oxygen and two sulfur atoms.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C19H20O2S, corresponds to a chiral sulfinyldienol with two stereogenic centres, viz. the C atom susbtituted by the hydroxy group and the sulfinyl S atom. The molecule displays a V‐shape in the solid state. The dihedral angle defined by the least‐squares planes of the aromatic rings is 72.9 (1)°. The packing pattern exhibits the following intermolecular hydrogen bonds: one O—H⋯O [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, O⋯O = 2.785 (4) Å and O—H⋯O = 166°] and two C—H⋯O [H⋯O = 2.58 and 2.60 Å, C⋯O = 3.527 (5) and 3.347 (5) Å, and C—H⋯O = 164 and 134°]. These define a chain along b.  相似文献

Hindered rotation about the partial double C—N bonds between the amine and pyridine moieties in the title molecule, C16H14N4, results in two different conformations of the N‐aryl‐2‐aminopyridine units. One, assuming an E conformation, is involved in a pair of N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds that generate a centrosymmetric (8) motif. The second, adopting a Z conformation, is not engaged in any hydrogen bonding and is flattened, the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings being 12.07 (7)°. This conformation is stabilized by an intramolecular C—H⋯N interaction [C⋯N = 2.9126 (19) Å, H⋯N = 2.31 Å and C—H⋯N = 120°].  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(NCS)2(C11H26N4)]2[Zn(NCS)4]·C2H5OH, has two similar cations with the CoIII atom coordinated in a planar fashion by the 13‐membered cyclic tetraamine, in the 1R,4S,7R,10S configuration, and with trans isothiocyanate ligands. The six‐membered chelate ring is in a chair conformation, with one axially and one equatorially oriented methyl substituent [mean Co—N = 1.948 (2) Å]. The `opposite' chelate ring (N4 and N7) is in an eclipsed conformation [mean Co—N = 1.928 (2) Å], and the `side' chelate rings have gauche conformations. The mean Co—NNCS distance is 1.928 (2) Å. Both cations have one Co—N—C group nearly linear and the other appreciably bent, with mean Co—N—C angles of 178.7 (1) and 160.4 (1)°, respectively. The [Zn(NCS)4]2− anion is approximately tetrahedral, with Zn—N = 1.951 (1)–1.986 (1) Å, N—Zn—N = 104.5 (1)–111.9 (1)° and Zn—N—C = 152.5 (1)–179.4 (1)°. One NH group is hydrogen bonded to the ethanol O atom and the other NH groups are bonded to thiocyanate S atoms, forming a network.  相似文献

Syntheses of the sky blue complex compounds [Ni(H2O)3(phen)(C5H6O4)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)] ( 2 ) were carried out by the reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, glutaric acid, NiSO4 · 6 H2O and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 6.9 and 7.5, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 (P 1 (no. 2), a = 14.289 Å, b = 15.182 Å, c = 15.913 Å, α = 67.108°, β = 87.27°, γ = 68.216°, V = 2934.2 Å3, Z = 2) consists of hydrogen bonded [Ni(H2O)3‐ (phen)(C5H6O4)]2 dimers and H2O molecules. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. A TG/DTA of 2 shows two endothermic effects at 132 °C and 390 °C corresponding to the complete dehydration and the lost of phen.  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C18H11N5O2, two crystallographically independent molecules having the same composition and ciscis conformation (arrangement of the pyridyl rings) are observed. A C—H⃛N hydrogen bond links the centrosymmetrically related molecules into a discrete pair [C⃛N = 3.462 (4) Å], and the structure is stabilized further by π–π‐stacking interactions between aromatic rings from two adjacent dimers.  相似文献

The compound tetramethyl μ-monothiopyrophosphate (C4H12O6P2S) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C 2/c, with (at -130°C) a = 10.322 Å, b = 8.229 Å, c = 12.062 Å, β = 98.44°, and Dcalc = 1.639 g/mL3 and Z = 4. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction to give a final R value of 0.0329 for 614 independent observed reflections [F˚ > 2.5σ(F˚)]. The sulfur atom resides on a crystallographic two-fold axis. The P S P bond angle is 105.4° and the P S bond lengths are 2.093 Å. The bond angles around phosphorus range from 99.1° to 118.2°. The terminal PO bond is 1.465 Å, and the methoxyl P O bond is about 1.556 Å. The H3C O P bond angle is about 119.5°. Many structural features are interpreted in terms of π-bonding to phosphorus. Comparisons with the structures of pyrophosphate and related compounds indicate that the combined effects of increased acuteness of the P S P bond and the increased length of the P—S bonds lead to an increase of about 0.4 Å in the separation of phosphorus atoms in the sulfur-bridging compound. These facts, together with the weakness of the P S bond, must be taken into account in the interpretation of kinetic data for enzymatic reactions of phosphorothiolates as substrates in place of phosphates.  相似文献

X-Ray Structure of [{LiOC6H2-2,4,6-(CH3)3}4(THF)3] The title compound crystallized from a THF/OEt2 solution. Its crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 21.362(3), b = 13.441(2), c = 17.188(2) Å, β = 98.39(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0,0911, wR2 = 0,2562) is built up by cuban-like tetrameric units. Three of the four Li cations attain a coordination number of four by binding to an additional THF molecule. Li(4) without THF coordination has a short distance to one ortho-methyl group (Li(4)…C(27) 2.669(10) Å). The Li–Oph bonding distances vary from 1.869(10) to 2.051(10) Å (average 1.97 Å); the average bonding distance for Li–OTHF is 2.012(10) Å. Averaged bonding angles for Li–Oph–Li′ and Oph–Li–O′ph amount to 84.4(4)° and 95.4(4)°, respectively. The Li…Li distances significantly differ from each other. They range from 2.556(12) to 2.739(11) Å (average 2.65(1) Å).  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of a novel In(III) complex is described. The reaction between InCl3 with sodium mercapto-acetic acid (NaSCH2(CO)OH) in 4-methylpyridine (CH3(C5H5N), (4-Mepy)) at 25°C affords [ClIn(SCH2(CO)O)2]2-[(4-MepyH)2]2+ (1). X-ray diffraction studies of (1) show it to have a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with the [(-SCH2(CO)CO-)] ligands in a trans conformation. The compound crystallizes in the P1(No. 2) space group with a = 7.8624(6) Å, b = 9.950(1) Å, c = 13.793(2) Å, α = 107.60(1)°, β = 90.336(8)°, γ = 98.983(9)°, V = 1014.3(4) Å3, R(F°) = 0.037 and Rw = 0.048.  相似文献

The Schiff base compound N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-3,5,3′,5′-tetramethyl-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine was synthesized and crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. The result shows that there is another polymorphic form (B) in structure besides published one (A) [1]. In structure B, there are four aromatic rings. The dihedral angles between the phenol rings and the adjacent dimethylbenzene rings are distinctly larger than that formed by the dimethylbenzene rings, possibly as a result of the steric hindrance of the methyl groups and the presence of intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bonds. The remarkable defference between A and B lies in the angles of C1–C6 ring and C25–C30 ring, which are 51.64(13)° and 7.40(7)° in B and A, respectively. Crystal data for the title compolex C30H27N2O2: Monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 14.346(3) Å, b = 12.258(2) Å, c = 14.265(3) Å; β = 99.515(4)°, V = 2474.1(7) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献
