Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Heterobimetallic Diorganotindichloride (FcN, N)2SnCl2 (FcN, N: (η5‐C5H5)Fe{η5‐C5H3[CH(CH3)N(CH3)CH2CH2NMe2]‐2}) The heterobimetallic title compound [(FcN, N)2SnCl2] ( 1 ) was obtained by the reaction of [LiFcN, N] with SnCl4 in the molar ratio 1:1 in diethylether as a solvent. The two FcN, N ligands in 1 are bound to Sn through a C‐Sn σ‐bond; the amino N atoms of the side‐chain in FcN, N remain uncoordinated. The crystals contain monomeric molecules with a pseudo‐tetrahedral coordination at the Sn atom: Space group P21/c; Z = 4, lattice dimensions at —90 °C: a = 9.6425(2), b = 21.7974(6), c = 18.4365(4) Å, β = 100.809(2)°, R1obs· = 0.051, wR2obs· = 0.136.  相似文献

Treatment of Pd(PPh3)4 with 2‐bromo‐4‐methylpyridine, C5H3N(CH3)Br, in dichloromethane at ?20 °C causes the oxidative addition reaction to produce the palladium complex [Pd(PPh3)21‐C5H3N(CH3)}(Br)], 2 , by substituting two triphenylphosphine ligands. In a dichloromethane solution of complex 2 at room temperature for 3 h, it undergoes displacement of the triphenylphosphine ligand to form the dipalladium complex [Pd(PPh3)Br]2{μ,η2‐C5H3N(CH3)}2, 3 , in which the two 4‐methylpyridine ligands coordinated through carbon to one metal center and bridging the other metal through the nitrogen atom. Complexes 2 and 3 are characterized by X‐ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of platinum(II) with a series of thiosemicarbazones {R(H)C2=N3‐N2(H)‐C1(=S)‐N1H2, R = 2‐hydroxyphenyl, H2stsc; pyrrole, H2ptsc; phenyl, Hbtsc} is described. Reactions of trans‐PtCl2(PPh3)2 precursor with H2stsc (or H2ptsc) in 1 : 1 molar ratio in the presence of Et3N base yielded complexes, [Pt(η3‐ O, N3, S‐stsc)(PPh3)] ( 1 ) and [Pt(η3‐ N4, N3, S‐ptsc)(PPh3)] ( 2 ), respectively. Further, trans‐PtCl2(PPh3)2 and Hbtsc in 1 : 2 (M : L) molar ratio yielded a different compound, [Pt(η2‐ N3, S‐btsc)(η1‐S‐btsc)(PPh3)] ( 3 ). Complex 1 involved deprotonation of hydrazinic (‐N2H‐) and hydroxyl (‐OH) groups, and stsc2? is coordinating via O, N3, S donor atoms, while complex 2 involved deprotonation of hydrazinic (‐N2H‐) and ‐N4H groups and ptsc2? is probably coordinating via N4, N3, S donor atoms. Reaction of PdCl2(PPh3)2 with Hbtsc‐Me {C6H5(CH3)C2=N3‐N2(H)‐C1(=S)‐N1H2} yielded a cyclometallated complex [Pd(η3‐C, N3, S‐btsc‐Me)(PPh3)] ( 4 ). These complexes have been characterized with the help of analytical data, spectroscopic techniques {IR, NMR (1H, 31P), U.V} and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 3 and 4 ). The effects of substituents at C2 carbon of thiosemicarbazones on their dentacy and cyclometallation are emphasized.  相似文献

The o‐substituted hybrid phenylphosphines, PPh2(o‐C6H4NH2) and PPh2(o‐C6H4OH), could be deprotonated with LDA or n‐BuLi to yield PPh2(o‐C6H4NHLi) and PPh2(o‐C6H4OLi), respectively. When added to a solution of (η5‐C5H5)Fe(CO)2I at room temperature, these two lithiated reagents produce a chelated neutral complex 1 (η5‐C5H5)Fe(CO)[C(O)NH(o‐C6H4)PPh2C,P‐η2] for the former and mainly a zwitterionic complex 2 , (η5‐C5H5)Fe+(CO)2[PPh2(o‐C6H4O?)] for the latter. Complex 1 could easily be protonated and then decarbonylated to give 4 [(η5‐C5H5)Fe(CO){NH2(o‐C6H4)PPh2N,P‐η2}+]. Complexes 1 and 4‐I have been crystallographically characterized with X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Reactions of one or two equiv. of cyclohexyl isocyanide in THF at room temperature with Mo?Mo triply bonded complexes [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)]2 (R=COCH3, CO2CH3) gave the isocyanide coordinated Mo? Mo singly bonded complexes with functionally substituted cyclopentadienyl ligands, [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)]2(μη2‐CNC6H11) ( 1a , R=COCH3; 1b , R=CO2CH3) and [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)(CNC6H11)]2 ( 2a , R=COCH3; 2b , R=CO2CH3), respectively. Complexes 1a , 1b and 2a , 2b could be more conveniently prepared by thermal decarbonylation of Mo? Mo singly bonded complexes [Mo(CO)3(η5‐C5H4R)]2 (R=COCH3, CO2CH3) in toluene at reflux, followed by treatment of the resulting Mo?Mo triply bonded complexes [Mo(CO)2(η5‐C5H4R)]2 (R=COCH3, CO2CH3) in situ with cyclohexyl isocyanide. While 1a , 1b and 2a , 2b were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopy, 1b was further characterized by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Addition of various amines to the 3,3‐bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylamides 10a and 10b gave the tripeptides 11a – 11f , mostly as mixtures of epimers (Scheme 3). The crystalline tripeptide 11f 2 was found to be the N‐terminal (2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐substituted (R,S,S)‐ester HOCH2CH2O‐D ‐Val(F6)‐MeLeu‐Ala‐OtBu by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐terminal‐protected tripeptide 11f 2 was condensed with the N‐terminus octapeptide 2b to the depsipeptide 12a which was thermally rearranged to the undecapeptide 13a (Scheme 4). The condensation of the epimeric tripeptide 11f 1 with the octapeptide 2b gave the undecapeptide 13b directly. The undecapeptides 13a and 13b were fully deprotected and cyclized to the [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐D ‐valine]]‐ and [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐L ‐valine]]cyclosporins 14a and 14b , respectively (Scheme 5). Rate differences observed for the thermal rearrangements of 12a to 13a and of 12b to 13b are discussed.  相似文献

The first title metallocene, 1,3‐bis(dichlorotitanocene)‐1,1,3,3‐tetramethyldisiloxane dichloromethane solvate, [(η5‐C5H5)TiCl2(η5‐C5H4SiMe2)]2O·CH2Cl2, (I), crystallizes in space group P21/c. Compound (I) represents the first crystal structure of a bimetallic siloxy‐bridged titanocene. The geometric parameters of (I) are similar to those of the parent titanocene; however, the disiloxane substituents adopt an unexpected eclipsed conformation. The second title metallocene, 1,3‐bis[(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)(cyclopentadienyl)titanium dichloride]‐1,1,3,3‐tetramethyldisiloxane, [(η5‐C5‐Me5)TiCl2(η5‐C5H4SiMe2)]2O, (II), represents the second crystal structure of a bimetallic siloxy‐bridged titanocene and crystallizes in the space group P21/n. Compound (I) possesses non‐crystallographic twofold molecular symmetry and both metal centers adopt pseudo‐tetrahedral geometries. The geometric parameters of (II) are similar to those of the mixed titanocene Cp*CpTiCl2 (Cp* = C5Me5) and the disiloxane substituents adopt a staggered conformation.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of [n]manganoarenophanes (n=1, 2) featuring boron, silicon, germanium, and tin as ansa‐bridging elements. Their preparation was achieved by salt‐elimination reactions of the dilithiated precursor [Mn(η5‐C5H4Li)(η6‐C6H5Li)]?pmdta (pmdta=N,N,N′,N′,N′′‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) with corresponding element dichlorides. Besides characterization by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, the identity of two single‐atom‐bridged derivatives, [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] and [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SiPh2], could also be determined by X‐ray structural analysis. We investigated for the first time the reactivity of these ansa‐cyclopentadienyl–benzene manganese compounds. The reaction of the distannyl‐bridged complex [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)Sn2tBu4] with elemental sulfur was shown to proceed through the expected oxidative addition of the Sn?Sn bond to give a triatomic ansa‐bridge. The investigation of the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) capability of [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] with [Pt(PEt3)3] showed that an unexpected, unselective insertion into the Cipso?Sn bonds of [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] had occurred.  相似文献

The reaction of [(η5‐L3)Ru(PPh3)2Cl], where; L3 = C9H7 ( 1 ), C5Me5 (Cp*) ( 2 ) with acetonitrile in the presence of [NH4][PF6] yielded cationic complexes [(η5‐L3)Ru(PPh3)2(CH3CN)][PF6]; L3= C9H7 ([3]PF6) and L3 = C5Me5 ([4]PF6), respectively. Complexes [3]PF6 and [4]PF6 reacts with some polypyridyl ligands viz, 2,3‐bis (α‐pyridyl) pyrazine (bpp), 2,3‐bis (α‐pyridyl) quinoxaline (bpq) yielding the complexes of the formulation [(η5‐L3)Ru(PPh3)(L2)]PF6 where; L3 = C9H7, L2 = bpp, ([5]PF6), L3 = C9H7, L2 = bpq, ([6]PF6); L3 = C5Me5, L2 = bpp, ([7]PF6) and bpq, ([8]PF6), respectively. However reaction of [(η5‐C9H7)Ru(PPh3)2(CH3CN)][PF6] ([3]PF6) with the sterically demanding polypyridyl ligands, viz. 2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine (tptz) or tetra‐2‐pyridyl‐1,4‐pyrazine (tppz) leads to the formation of unexpected complexes [Ru(PPh3)2(L2)(CH3CN)][PF6]2; L2 = tppz ([9](PF6)2), tptz ([11](PF6)2) and [Ru(PPh3)2(L2)Cl][PF6]; L2 = tppz ([10]PF6), tptz ([12]PF6). The complexes were isolated as their hexafluorophosphate salts. They have been characterized on the basis of micro analytical and spectroscopic data. The crystal structures of the representative complexes were established by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献
