In the presence of N, N′‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, 2‐aminopyridine and its derivatives (2) condensed with 2, 2‐di‐hydropolyfluoroalkanoic adds (1) to give the corresponding amides. Subsequent intramolecular Micheal addition‐elimination reactions of the fluorine‐containing amides under basic conditions gave 4‐fluoroalkyl‐2H‐pyrido[1,2‐a]pyrimidin‐2‐ones (3) in good yields.  相似文献

A simple synthesis of 2‐hydrazinylidene‐3‐hydroxy‐4H‐furo[3,2‐c]pyran‐4‐ones is described. A mixture of (isocyanoimino)(triphenyl)phosphorane, an aromatic aldehyde, and dehydroacetic acid (=3‐acetyl‐2‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐4H‐pyran‐4‐one) undergo a 1 : 1 : 1 addition reaction under mild conditions to afford the title compounds in excellent yields.  相似文献

The zinc(II) center in the molecule of [(C23H36N4O3)ZnCl]Cl·H2O is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of HL (1,3‐bis[2‐[2‐[(4‐methoxybenzyl) amino]ethylamino]]‐2‐propanol) and one chloro anion. The [3,3′(4H,4′H)‐bi‐2H‐1,3‐oxazine]‐4,4′‐diones 3a – 3i were obtained by [2+4] cycloaddition reactions of furan‐2,3‐diones 1a – 1c with aromatic aldazines 2a – 2d (Scheme 1). So, new derivatives of bi‐2H‐1,3‐oxazines and their hydrolysis products, 3,5‐diaryl‐1H‐pyrazoles 4a – 4c (Scheme 3), which are potential biologically active compounds, were synthesized for the first time.  相似文献

A series of new 2‐substituted 3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5,8,9‐trimethylthieno[3′,2′: 5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 8 were synthesized via an aza‐Wittig reaction. Phosphoranylideneamino derivatives 6a or 6b reacted with 4‐chlorophenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide derivatives 7a or 7b , respectively, which were further treated with amines or phenols to give compounds 8 in the presence of a catalytic amount of EtONa or K2CO3. The structure of 2‐(4‐chlorophenoxy)‐3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5,8,9‐trimethylthieno[3′,2′: 5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one ( 8j ) was comfirmed by X‐ray analysis.  相似文献

The novel fungicidal agents, (E )‐5‐[1‐(2‐oxo‐1‐oxaspiro[4,5]dec/non‐3‐en‐3‐yl)ethylidene]‐2‐aminoimidazolin‐ 4‐one derivatives, were designed and synthesized in moderate to excellent yields in four steps using α ‐hydroxyketone and diketene as raw materials and characterized by HR‐ESI‐MS , 1H NMR and X‐ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassay showed that some of these compounds, such as 5e , 6a , 6e , and 7 h exhibit 87.8%, 91.3%, 89.9% and 87.8% inhibition rates against Sclerotinia scleotiorum , 3b , 3c , 4c and 7 h exhibit 96.4%, 92.5%, 90.3% and 76.9% inhibition rates against Phytophthora capsici at the concentration of 50 µg/mL , respectively. These compounds exhibited significant fungicidal activities against S. scleotiorum and P. capsici with EC50 values of 2.56–11.60 µg/mL , and compounds 6e and 7 h exhibited weak inhibition against the spore germination of S. scleotiorum , while the spore germination of P. capsici was strongly inhibited by compound 7 h solution. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) observation indicated that compound 7 h had a significant impact on the structure and function of the hyphal cell wall of P. capsici mycelium.  相似文献

Reactions of di‐n‐butyltin(IV) oxide with 4′/2′‐nitrobiphenyl‐2‐carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometry yield complexes [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)}2O]2 ( 1 and 2 ) and (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)2 ( 3 and 4 ) respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. The IR spectra of these compounds indicate the presence of anisobidentate carboxylate groups and non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. From the chemical shifts δ (119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn), the coordination number of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere have been suggested. [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)}2O]2 ( 1 ) exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of tin atom with essentially identical geometry. To a first approximation, the tin atoms appear to be pentacoordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. However, each type of tin atom is further subjected to a sixth weaker interaction and may be described as having a capped trigonal bipyramidal structure. The diffraction study of the complex (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)2 ( 3 ) shows a six–coordinate tin in a distorted octahedral frame containing bidentate asymmetric chelating carboxylate groups, with the n‐Bu groups trans to each other. The n‐Bu? Sn? n‐Bu angle is 152.8° and the Sn? O distances are 2.108(4) and 2.493(5) Å. The oxygen atom of the nitro group of the ligand does not participate in bonding to the tin atom in 1 and 3 . The toxicity studies of free 5‐[(E)‐2‐(aryl)‐1‐diazenyl]‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid and 2‐[(E)‐2‐(3‐formyl‐4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1‐diazenyl]benzoic acid and their tri‐n‐butyltin(IV) complexes were evaluated by using sea urchin early developmental stages as recommended model organisms for toxicity tests. The new cyclotriphosphazene derivative N3P3(OC6H3OCH3COH)6 ( 1 ) was synthesized from hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, N3P3Cl6, and 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzaldehyde in acetonitrile in the presence of K2CO3. The structure of 1 was verified by means of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR spectra, thermal analysis and X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

2,3‐Dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4‐ones 4 were prepared by a three‐step sequence from commercially available 2‐chloropyridine ( 1 ). Thus, successive treatment of 1 with iPr2NLi (LDA) and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes gave 1‐(2‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)alk‐2‐en‐1‐ols 2 , which were oxidized with MnO2 to 1‐(2‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)alk‐2‐en‐1‐ones 3 . The reactions of 3 with NaSH?n H2O proceeded smoothly at 0° in DMF to provide the desired thiopyranopyridinones. Similarly, 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[2,3‐c]pyridin‐4‐ones 8 and 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[3,2‐c]pyridin‐4‐ones 12 were obtained starting from 3‐chloropyridine ( 5 ) and 4‐chloropyridine ( 9 ), respectively.  相似文献

2‐Formylchromones and 3‐formylchromones as the first materials singly reacted with 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole to give the corresponding Schiff bases, which on cyclocondensation with mercapto‐acetic acid in 1,4‐dioxane yielded target compounds named 4‐oxo‐thiazolidines. The structures of all the synthetic compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, LC‐MS (ESI) spectral data.  相似文献

Colourless block‐shaped crystals of [(NH4)2(2.2.2‐cryptand)2][P2S8] ( 1 ) and [(NH4)2(18‐crown‐6)2][P2S8]·H2O ( 2 ) could be obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of ammonium hexathiohypodiphosphate, (NH4)4P2S6·2 H2O, with sulfur and 2.2.2‐cryptand or 18‐crown‐6. The crystal structures of both compounds have been determined by single‐crystal X‐Ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 2032.7(2), b = 1243.6(2), c = 2244.6(2) pm, β = 98.64(1)°, and Z = 8, whereas compound 2 crystallizes also monoclinic in the space group P21/c with a = 2121.3(2), b = 865.5(1), c = 2345.4(2) pm, β = 91.96(1)°, and Z = 4. It could be established that the title compounds contain a new type of six‐membered [1,2‐P2S4] ring with P – P bond and three S – S linkages. The tetrahedral environment of each phosphorus is completed by a (formally) single and double bonded sulfur atom attached externally to the [1,2‐P2S4] ring. These terminal PS2 units are mesomerically stabilized according to their P – S distances. FT‐IR and FT‐Raman spectra of the title compounds are recorded and interpreted.  相似文献

Eight new and eight known 2‐(2‐phenylethyl)chromone (=2‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one) derivatives, i.e., 1 – 8 and 9 – 16 , respectively, together with the two known sesquiterpenoids 17 and 18 were isolated from a 70% MeOH extract of Aquilaria malaccensis (AM) agarwood chips. Pale blue, lath‐shaped single crystals of K2NdP2S7 (≡ K4Nd2[PS4]2[P2S6]; monoclinic, P21/n, a = 904.76(8), b = 677.38(6), c = 1988.7(2) pm, β = 97.295(5)°, Z = 2) are obtained by the reaction of Nd, S and P2S5 with an excess of KCl as a flux in evacuated silica tubes at 750 °C (7 d) which should produce Nd[PS4] instead. Beside isolated [PS4]3– tetrahedra, the crystal structure contains discrete ethane‐analogous [P2S6]4– (≡ [S3P–PS3]4–) units in staggered conformation with tetravalent phosphorus cations and a P–P distance of 219 pm. The two crystallographically different potassium cations show coordination numbers of nine and ten in the shape of distorted mono‐ and bicapped square antiprisms. Finally, the Nd3+ cations are surrounded by eight sulfur atoms arranged as (uncapped) square antiprisms. The entire structure is dominated by (K1)+ containing {(Nd2[PS4]2[P2S6])4–} layers parallel (101) which are three‐dimensionally interconnected by (K2)+ cations.  相似文献

A series of new polyamides containing both sulfone and oxyethylene moieties in the polymer chain was prepared by the direct polycondensation of the diamine monomer 2,2‐bis[4‐[2‐(4‐aminophenoxy)ethoxy]phenyl]sulfone (BAEPS) and various aromatic dicarboxylic acids in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone (NMP) using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. Polymers were produced with inherent viscosities of 0.30–0.60 dl/g and identified by elemental analysis, and infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. Most of the polymers were readily dissolved in polar solvents such as NMP, dimethylsulfoxide, N,N‐dimethylacetamide, N,N‐dimethylformamide and m‐cresol at room temperature. Polymers containing rigid and symmetric p‐phenylene, naphthalene and p‐biphenylene moieties revealed a crystalline nature and showed no solubility in organic solvents. These polyamides had 10% weight loss temperatures ranging between 423 and 465 °C in nitrogen atmosphere and glass transition temperatures between 170 and 305 °C.
